The following is a summary of comparative study on costumes between 『Cheng-Hoe-Jeon-Do』 and 『Chen-De-dang-an』 in Gun-Ryung 41st, 42nd and 43rd yew to find out costume situation actually worn by Emperor Gun-Ryung in Qing dynasty. In Gun-Ryung 41st year, Emperor's costumes showed a sign of royal tour robes. In 42nd year, a phase of mourning robe system came out and a plain side of costumes was shown owing to the mourning. In 43rd year, it showed costume situation worn by Emperor in peaceful year without any particular event. Velvet, material for traveling crown was used in a short time before and after the change of the season besides royal tour and this can be understood as a well-timed and reasonable selection of material. Eventhough robe material, Jik-kyung-Ji-chack-sa(a kind of silk) had been used for summer robes since Gun-Ryung 42nd you. Memorial costumes followed Emperor's court costume system I in 『Cheng-Hoe-Jeon-Do』 and court belt I or II as memorial suit belt was used for the memorial costume of Emperor Gun-Ryung and they properly applied of the costume system in 『Cheng-Hoe-Jeon-Do』 for coats.

Recently large size color TV and computer monitor are very popular and a lot techniques are being developed to get a high quality picture on the screen through reducing the convergence error among the red, green and blue beams and achieving a high focusing. One of the techniques is considering the mutual effects of the components of the Brown tube. The magnetic deflection yoke, especially, stands immediately next to the electron gun and generates the leakage magnetic fields at the electron gun which affects the trajectories of the electron beams inside the gun. Hence a shield cup made of thin conducting plate is located at the end of electron gun in order to shield the leakage flux from the deflection yoke. Since the red, green and blue beams are placed unsymmetrically the shielding effects of the shield cup on the beams are not same and eddy current controller, made of thin conducting plate, is auxiliary placed inside the shield cup. In this paper a transient magnetic field analysis algorithm is developed using boundary element method, and applied to the analysis of the shielding effects of the eddy current controller of shield cup in an electron gun.

Sixty local soybean cultivars were evaluated on the antioxidative activity by superoxide dismutase (SOD), 1, 1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), thiobarbituric acid(TBA), and chemiluminescence using the FI-CL system. Soybean were collected throughout the country, and were grown over two years (1997 and 1998) for measuring antioxidative activity in soybean seeds. There were differences in antioxidative activity depen-ding on the method of measurement and variation of the crop year. Soybeans from Kwangyang-shi-1 (76.78%) in 1997 and Kangjin-gun-3(79.14%) in 1998 showed the highest SOD activity, whereas those from Hwasoon-gun (80.43%) in 1997 and Kangjin-gun-2 (49.82 %) in 1998 exhibited the highest DPPH activity. Soybeans from Chongup-gun-2 (75.77%) in 1997 and from Yochon-shi-5 (69.17%) in 1998 exhibited the highest TBA activity, and those from Jinahn-gun (48.99%) in 1997 and Kohung-gun (49.73%) in 1998 exhibited the highest activity using the chemiluminescence method. These results suggest that it may be possible to develop soybean varieties with higher antioxidative activity.

This paper is studied to investigate the effect of slits and swirl vanes on the main flow fields of a gun-type gas burner through X-Y plane and Y-Z plane respectively by using X-probe from hot-wire anemometer system. This experiment was carried out with flow rate $450{\ell}/min$ in respective burner models installed in the test section of a subsonic wind tunnel. The burner models with only slits and only swirl vanes respectively were made by modifying original gun-type gas burner. The fast jet flow spurted from slits played a role such as an air-curtain because it encircled rotational flow by swirl vanes and drives mixed main flow to axial direction. As a result, the gun-type gas burner had a wider flow range up to about Y/R=1.5 deviated from slits and maintains a comparatively large velocity in the central part of burner within the range of about X/R=2.5. Therefore, it was very desirable that swirl vanes were installed within slits in gun-type gas burner in order to control the main flow fields effectively.

This paper conducted a survey of residents and public officials for the projects to make smart-city plans of Geumsan-gun. In introduction, several domestic and foreign cases related to smart-city projects were Investigated. To initiate the smart-city project of Geumsan-gun, the local status of Geumsan-gun was investigated regarding various aspects of natural, social, urban environment and smart-city facilities. The results of this survey are as follows: Overall, more than half of survey respondents said they had satisfaction of their housing quality. Several problems in their residence areas, such as insufficient welfare systems, shortage of parking spaces, industrial infrastructure, were reported. Meanwhile, the survey result indicated that tourism and leisure facilities, health care support systems, industries promote the economy and job market of the area. An interview with public official is also important to select the relevant meaningful projects and regional issues. Three models for each spatial unit were proposed in Geumsan-gun based on the natural, agricultural, and geographical environment. In result, the three smart-city models are categorized as urban type(large area), complex city type(medium area), and smart village type(small area)

Artillery gun tube experiences very high pressure according to the blast of propellant charge. Therfore, it is essential to guarantee the structural safety of the gun tube. On the other hand, weight reduction of gun tube is also a crucial design factor since the agility of artillery vehicle directly leads to its survivability. In this line of thought, this work proposed an efficient design procedure which utilizes the convex combination of breech pressure and projectile base pressure time histories. Its efficiency is verified by comparing with other procedures. Other procedures utilize different computed max pressure rather than the convex combination design pressure. Additionally, a transient analysis is carried out considering the projectile movement and the corresponding pressure distribution through the newly developed ABAQUS user-subroutine. The analysis confirms the structural safety of the lightweight gun tube designed by the proposed method.

The present study was performed to investigate the infection status with Clonorchis sinensis metacercariae (CsMc) in fishes from 2 sites, the middle and lower reaches, of Tamjin-gang (River) in Jeollanam-do, the Republic of Korea. Total 1,132 fishes in 22 species were collected from the middle reaches in Jangheung-gun for 4 years (2014-2017) and 517 fishes in 17 species were also collected from the lower reaches in Gangjin-gun in 2014 and 2017. They were all individually examined with the artificial digestion method in our laboratory. CsMc were detected in 322 (28.5%) out of 1,132 fishes from Jangheung-gun, and in 161 (31.1%) out of 517 fishes from Gangjin-gun, and their densities were 51 and 57 per fish infected each. In the fish species with CsMc, positive rates were 61.5% in Jangheung-gun and 62.7% in Gangjin-gun. A total of 222 Pungtungia herzi were examined and they were all infected with CsMc. The average intensity was 103 CsMc in the index fish, P. herzi (95 in Jangheung-gun and 121 in Gangjin-gun). In P. herzi bimonthly examined in 2017, the intensity was commonly most higher in March in 2 surveyed sites, however the significant seasonal endemicity was not showed. Conclusively, it was confirmed that CsMc is more or less prevalent in fishes from Tamjin-gang and their endemicity is higher in fish from the lower reaches in Gangjin-gun than the middle reaches in Jangheung-gun in Jeollanam-do, Korea.

본 연구는 가을 배추 산지로 알려진 지역의 토양내 P. brassicae 의 오염 조사를 통하여 배추 뿌리혹병 방제의 기초 기술을 확립하고자 수행하였다. 배추과 작물에 뿌리혹을 유발하는 P. brassicae를 검출하기 위한 PCR primer를 개발하였다. PbbtgF761과 PbbtgR961의 primer 세트는 P. brassicae에 특이적인 245 bp 크기의 밴드를 증폭하였다. 가을 배추 재배지로 알려진 해남군은 33곳 중 10곳, 영암군 및 영광군은 13곳 중 5곳, 고창군은 6곳 중 1곳, 홍성군은 12곳 중 2곳, 당진시는 17곳 중 5곳이 P. brassicae에 오염된 것으로 나타났다. 토양내 P. brassicae에 의한 오염률 조사에서 해남군 30.3%, 영암군 및 영광군 38.5%, 고창군 16.7%, 홍성군 16.7%, 당진시 29.4%로 나타났다. 배추 뿌리혹이 육안으로 확인된 6곳은 PCR 검정에서 토양내 P. brassicae를 100% 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 토양내 P. brassicae의 오염을 PCR 진단을 통해 화학적 방제여부를 결정하는 지표로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

이 실험의 목적은 탄수화물 부하식이요법시의 삼출건비방 투여가 달리기 선수의 뇨중 대사성분변화에 미치는 영향에 대해 관찰 연구한 것이다. 탄수화물 부하식이시 삼출건비탕(蔘朮健脾湯) 투여는 전해질대사 관련 변인에 있어서 $Na^+$, $Cl^-$, $K^+$, $Ca^{+ +}$에 유의성 있는 영향을 미쳤으며, 이는 세포막 투과성의 변화를 의미하는 것으로 $Na^+$-$K^+$ pump의 활성도가 증가하여 운동수행능력을 향상시킬 것으로 기대되나 추후 전해질 대사와 관련하여 renin, aldosterone 등의 호르몬 분비 기전에 관해서도 지속적인 연구가 진행되어야 할 것으로 사려된다.

This landscape design proposal was presented to a design competition for the New Government Buildings of Dalseong-gun which was held by the municipal authority of Dalseong-gun in June, 2002. The site is located at 1313 Gumpo-ri, Nongong-eup, Dalseong-gun, Daegu Metropolitan City and has an area of 50,000$m^2$. The judging criteria for the landscape design set by the Dalseong-gun could be articulated as follows : an environmentally friendly design which respects the surrounding n a locale which functions as a community center of Dalseong-gun, a resting place for the welfare of its employees and visitors, and finally a place with diverse landscape elements reflecting the individual identity of each facility. The main design concepts of this project could be summarized as follows : an environmentally friendly design which respects and utilizes the existing natural landscape resources, a design which features a harmony of nature with architecture and exterior space with interior space, and a design which balances esthetic form and practical function. This design consists of four major outdoor spaces ; the lawn, the entry plaza, a pine grove, and a deck area on the third floor. The multi-purpose lawn area near the main entrance area can be used for flea markets, outdoor weddings, and picnics for its neighbors. The adjacent plaza and parking lots can be unified as one space in case of large events. The entry plaza has three axes. Each of them represents the Assembly, the Administration, and the Culture. A big circle in the paving pattern unifies the three individual axes. A group of Zelkova trees was introduced to reflect local flavor. The existing pine grove was preserved as a symbolic 'park' for the Gumpo district. The outdoor amphitheatre within the grove was introduced by utilizing the existing topography, The flow of 'nature'on the deck area was designed to connect Mt. Gumkae with the 'city'. It is a comfortable resting place for its employees and visitors.
