An improved guarding circuit is applied to a transconductance driven-right-leg circuit to decrease common-mode current at measurement electrodes due to power-line interference. After showing conventional guarding circuit is instable due to gain-peaking when used with a transconductance DRL circuit, the effect of the proposed guarding circuit modified to suppress the gain-peaking by inserting a series resistor between shields and a shield driver was analyzed. It is shown that, besides stability, the proposed guarding circuit provides two other advantages: 1) The gain of the shield driver can be set to be unit nominally. 2) The loop gain of the transconductance DRL loop can be increased due to pole-zero canceling. The proposed circuit was implemented and the advantages were confirmed.

본 연구는 한국 민간경호시스템 운영에 대한 문제점들을 다각도에서 분석하고 또한 효율적으로 운영할 수 있는 개선방안을 모색할 필요성이 제기되므로, 민간경호시스템의 운영에 관한 경영적 측면, 정책적 측면, 법${\cdot}$제도적 측면, 경호시스템의 운용적 측면에서 효율적인 운영방안을 제시하고자 하는데 연구의 목적이 있으며, 질적사례연구방법으로 연구하였다. 본 연구에서의 결론 및 제언하는 바는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경영적 측면에서는 기업여건의 변화에 따른 성장전략을 재편, 세분시장 마케팅전략이 전개되어야 한다. 그리고 최저가입찰제등 도급방식의 개선과 아울러 민간경호업체들 간에는 과당경쟁을 지양해야 한다. 둘째, 정책적 측면에서는 경찰청, 경비협회 등 관계기관 기능 확대와 상호협력체제 구축, 수익성행사의 민영화, 민간경호에 대한 의식의 향상, 그리고 시큐리티 박람회 및 세미나를 확대하여 민간경호시스템의 발전에 근간이 되어야 한다. 셋째, 법${\cdot}$제도적 측면에서는 환경변화에 따른 경비업법의 개정, 자격 제도의 도입, 경비지도사 제도를 강화해 경호원의 지도${\cdot}$감독${\cdot}$교육의 임무를 충실히 할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 마지막으로, 경호시스템 운용적 측면에서는 전문 시큐리티 기법의 도입 및 적용, 공경호와 자원봉사자의 지원시스템 수립, 표준 ‘경호업무매뉴얼’ 마련, 그리고 경호장비의 현대화${\cdot}$첨단화가 되어야 민간경호업무가 효율적으로 운영될 것이다.

본 논문은 상호참여형 CBM(Computer Based Multimedia) 기반의 원격지 방범시스템 기술에 관한 연구이고, 이는 방범진행중에 각 실의 모니터링을 통한 추가기능이 지원된다. 본 시스템은 ISDN 망을 이용한 센서에 의한 상황을 체킹하고 방범상황을 송신하게 된다. 본 원격지 방범시스템은 El/Tl 의 초고속정보통신망을 이용한 빠르고 안전한 시스템이다. 또한, 본 시스템은 ISDN 공중망을 이용한 방범시스템을 지원하고 있으며, 또한 모니터링 시스템은 방범시스템의 중앙 통제자에게 각 지역의 상황을 전송하여 모니터링하게 한다.

Mating behaviour of the gammarid amphipod, Hyale rubra, was observed. H. rubra displayed precopulatory mate guarding: males clasped females with their gnathopods during copulation, forming a pair. Males also participated in embryo care during the incubation period. The population was small, and the sex ratio was almost equal. Energy allocation for mating effort and parental effort in the two sexes appear to be almost equal. The mating system was sequentially polygamous (or promiscuous) and there was conspicuous sexual dimorphism in the size of the gnathopod, which was used for mate guarding. However, there appears to be relatively weak sexual competition for mating opportunities despite conspicuous sexual dimorphism. H. rubra did not display territorial competition or external fertilization. Nevertheless, the male provided paternal care. Since H. rubra inhabit tide pools and live on algae, the polygamous mating system of the species can be explained by the polygyny threshold model. The evolution of mate guarding and parental care may have been favored by the species' low population density and harsh environments, an interpretation consistent with the optimality model.

본 연구에서는 경호경비현장에서 이루어지고 있는 실제적인 경호경비원들의 장시간 경계근무 중 발생하는 하는 생체리듬의 변화를 알아보기 위해 K대학교 경호학과 학생 9명을 대상으로 실제 경계근무와 같은 형태로 180분간 경계근무를 실시하였다. 30분 간격으로 HRV(Heart rate variability)를 통하여 심박동 변이도와 자율신경검사를 실시 한 결과 심박동 변이도 HRT과 SDNN은 유의한 차이가 없어 180분간의 경계근무 시간 동안 안정적으로 유지 하였다. 자율신경계의 전체적인 활성정도를 반영하는 TP는 안정시 보다 90분과 120분에 유의(p<.05)한 차이로 높게 나타났다. 또한 120분 이후에는 유의한 감소하여, 120분 이상의 경계근무에서는 자율신경계의 활성도가 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. VLF, LF, HF 모두 유의한 차이는 아니지만 120분에 감소하는 경향을 보여 TP 변화에 영향을 주었다. 교감신경과 부교감신경의 균형도를 나타내는 LF/HF ratio는 경계근무 30분에 유의하게(p<.05)높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 경계근무 120분 이후에는 집중력이 감소하는 것으로 사료되며, 경계근무 시작 30분 까지는 근무시작으로 인한 긴장감과 흥분감이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

과거 안전에 대한 인식은 물리적 측면에서만 통용되었지만, 정보통신 기술의 발전으로 정보보안, 관리보안 측면으로 확대되어 다차원적인 보안 요구를 맞추기 위한 노력이 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 현실은 수요자의 눈높이도 인력경비에서 기계경비로 바뀌고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 기계 경비로의 전환은 인력 경비 업체의 수익성 문제를 야기 시키고, 현장에서의 신속하고 정확한 대응이 인력 경비에 비해 떨어지는 역부작용을 낳게 됐다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인력에 의한 보안업무를 담당하는 시설경비에서 인력에 대한 수요자의 불신을 해소하고, 보다 높은 서비스를 제공하기 위해 다양한 업무형태 및 위치 정보를 최소화 할 수 있는 근태관리 시스템을 제안한다.

First, during Jin and Sui dynasty, It is possible that the theory of the contraindications of needling according to whereabouts of the self-guarding energy and demon, affected considerably to the practise of acupuncture and moxibustion, but the detailed situations are unknown. Only, there are some records of the process about circulation of the self-guarding energy and demon by a periodicity of 30 days in the "The prescriptions of Fan-Wang" by Fan-Wang in Jin dynasty and "Hua Tuo Fa" by a nameless person. But the theory differs form the theory of "Huang Di Xia Mo Jing" in some respect. Also, there is the contraindications of needling to abscesses according to whereabouts of the self-guarding energy and demon by every year in the "Liu Juan Zi Gui Yi Fang". but the book has no specific rule in use. Second, during Tang dynasty there were a vasty development on the contraindications of needling according to whereabouts of the self-guarding energy and demon. In the medical works in Tang dynasty, the contents of the contraindications of needling are included in various periodicities and directions such as 12 regions according to the year, 9 regions according to the year, 9 palaces in the body according to the year, whereabouts of the self-guarding energy and demon according the four seasons, every 10 days, every 12 days, every 30 days, and every dozen hours. Also, during Tang dynasty period, the contraindications of needling according to whereabouts of the self-guarding energy and demon were formulated through several adjustments and modifications by many medical scholars. Third, the period between Jin and Tang dynasty, because of historical situations, the documentary data are insufficient in the study of the recommendations and contraindications on the acupuncture, moxibution, and herb medicine according to the specific days and times. And the detailed informations are unknown. Only but once in Tang dynasty the considerable and theoretical adjustments were performed in the "Qian Jin Yao Fang". In Song dynasty, there were also much theoretical fluctuations in the study of the choice of the favorable or the injurious days and times or directions in the acupuncture, moxibustion and the prescription and processing of herbs. Fourth, contraindications on the acupuncture, moxibution, and herb medicine did not include acute and serious disease among the effect province, only include chronic and not serious disease. If the doctors had treated a surgical patients and abscess patients with deeply attached contraindications on the acupuncture, moxibution, and herb medicine, the patients would have became more serious. So the theory was not used for treatment by doctor.

This paper proposes the test method for the testing of a RLC parallel circuit on the electronic circuit board. This method utilizes a guarding circuit and a phase detection circuit. The guarding circuit separates electrically the tested device or circuit from printed circuit board. Phase detector estimates the phase difference from two signals, voltage and current. This method computes R. L and C value from phase difference($\theta$) and impedance value(Z) obtained by enforcing two other frequence stimulus under the guarding state.

The purpose of this consideration is to present fundamental data for understanding and development the historical approach of Korea Protection by re-examining Royal guarding system through the history in Early Chosun Dynasty. This paper initiated from this critical mind seeking to understand the changing phase of Korea Guarding system, and fundamentally to find the future-oriented ways for the Guarding system. The main materials of history in Early Chosun Dynasty were re-examined, investigated and analyzed and the main references are a code of laws and official as well as private documents such as Kukjo-Oreyeui. Guards system for Royal prince has been found in Byung-jeon of Kyungguk-daejon. he Guards organization has dual system, one was Gumgun which was a private military man and the other was Wuibyung which was a Central military man. On the contrary, central military man were normally protected the royale palaces, but when the King come and go they accompanied and protected the King in safety zone. But just in case they did a job as a member of capital protection military affairs. A question of finance was the reason why there had been dual protection system due to financial matter. If it increased number of man it would pay much money, therefore central military man who has no relevance to national finance were supplied as members of military affairs for the protection of king.

This paper proposes an expert system which is able to enhance the accuracy and productivity by determining the test strategy based on heuristic rules for test of the hybrid electronic circuit board producted massively in production line. The test heuristic rules are obtained from test system designer, test experts and experimental results. The guarding method separating the tested device with circumference circuit of the device is adopted to enhance the accuracy of measurements in the test of analog devices. This guarding method can reduce the error occurring due to the voltage drop in both the signal input line and the measuring line by utilizing heuristic rules considering the device impedance and the parallel impedance. Also, PSA(Parallel Signature Analysis) technique Is applied for test of the digital devices and circuits. In the PSA technique, the real-time test of the high integrated device is possible by minimizing the test time forcing n bit output stream from the tested device to LFSR continuously. It is implemented in Visual C++ computer language for the purpose of the implementation of the inference engine using the dynamic memory allocation technique, the interface with the electronic circuit database and the hardware direct control. Finally, the effectiveness of the builded expert system is proved by simulating the several faults occurring in the mounting process the electronic devices to the surface of PCB for a typical hybrid electronic board and by identifying the results.
