This study was conducted to investigate the environmental factors of habitat of Lindera erythrocarpa and to test seedling growth of the plant transplanted in a field of Sung Kyun Kwan Univ. in Suwon, Kyungkido. The results were as follows ; 1. The wild lindera erythrocarpa was growing in Mt. Kwan whose January average temperature was -3.4$^{\circ}C$, and minimum average temperature was -14.8$^{\circ}C$ in January. It was also growing in Mt. Suri whose daily minimum temperature is 3.4$^{\circ}C$ lower than that of Seoul. Therefore, there was no problem for Lindera erythrocarpa to grow in Seoul regions in terms of winter coldness. 2. The growth of seedlings of Lindera erythrocarpa transplanted in a field of Sung Kyun Kwan Univ. in Suwon, Kyunkido in 1990 showed that average height of the tree was 1.64m, average diameter of root was 2.44cm, and that average width of crown was 1m. Therefore, there was no problem for Lindera erythrocarpa to grow under winter coldness in Suwon area.

Recently, power conversion equipment increased rapidly makes a lot of harmonics. Thus, it is growing that wrong operation and break down of sensitive devices. There are two kinds of causes of harmonics. One of them is lots of power conversion equipment as modem controller, inverter, converter and SWS(Switching Mode Power Supply). Another is nonlinear operating machines as transformer and motor. The more nonlinear loads like them grow, the more serious problems as harmonic current to source and low power factor because of increasing reactive power grow. It is installed for reactor and L-C Filter to decrease harmonic in general. This paper analysis and compares two of characteristics and harmonic from reactor and L-C Filter with operation of induction motor and power conversion equipment. In the result, L-C Filter more improves unbalance rate and THD than reactor.

Cephaleuros parasiticus and C. virescens were collected from Kerala and Tamil Nadu, India. Macroscopic and microscopic features were observed and their comparative features were discussed. The lesions of C. parasiticus occur on the upper and lower leaf surfaces although zoosporangia form only on the lower surface. The thalli grow subepidermally and intramatrically, causing necrosis of whole leaf tissue. On the other hand C. virescens thalli develop on the upper surface and zoosporangia form on the upper surface, the thalli grow subcuticularly, and only the host epidermal and palisade cells are necrosed. Syzygium aromaticum and Polyalthia longifolia are new host plants of C. parasiticus and C. virescens, respectively.

The big data industry market continues to grow and is expected to grow further. In this paper, based on the five-point Likert scale of college students in the process of developing big data young people, the satisfaction of instructors in big data training and improvement of job (education) ability based on AI convergence The survey was conducted on the expectations of the participants and their intention to participate in the training process for the young talents. Male students were more satisfied than students. In terms of students, students who are less than 6th semester have the highest satisfaction, but students who are less than 7th and 8th semesters are less satisfied. By department, the satisfaction level of science and statistics students was the highest, while the satisfaction level of other students was low. According to the average of college credits, the satisfaction of students under 3.5~4.0 was the highest, and the satisfaction of students below 3.0 was the lowest.

Using the artificial sun, namely the BIOSUN, we can control the sun light according to the latitude and longitude and for the seasonal changes and apply that to subway stations. By doing this, we can expect three effects, a. allowing the plants to grow inside the stations which will in turn contribute to improving air purity, controlling humidity, and reducing dust for pleasant environment, b. pleasant environment will foster positive emotional responses of the passengers and that would increase the satisfaction, and c. fostering good service for the citizenry and establishing an environmental friendly image of the Seoul Metro Subway System. The purpose of this thesis paper is to contemplate on the uses of the artificial sun powered by the microprocessor of a Light Emitting Diode (LED) in controlling the light and how the light can be utilized in facilitating photosynthesis that would allow plants to grow inside subway stations.

We provide a traceable ciphertext-policy attribute based encryption (CP-ABE) construction for monotone access structures (MAS) based on composite order bilinear groups, which is secure adaptively under the standard model. We construct this scheme by making use of an "encoding technique" which represents the MAS by their minimal sets to encrypt the messages. To date, for all traceable CP-ABE schemes, their encryption costs grow linearly with the MAS size, the decryption costs grow linearly with the qualified rows in the span programs. However, in our traceable CP-ABE, the ciphertext is linear with the minimal sets, and decryption needs merely three bilinear pairing computations and two exponent computations, which improves the efficiency extremely and has constant decryption. At last, the detailed security and traceability proof is given.

Google Play에 새로운 콘텐츠들이 나오고 경쟁함으로써 앱과 게임의 크기는 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 앱과 게임의 크기가 커질수록 Google Play 스토어를 통한 앱 설치가 줄어들고 있다. 본문은 기존 지원 모델인 APK에 대한 구조 및 한계에 대해 이야기하고 새로운 지원 모델인 AAB(Android App Bundle) 구조에 대해 이야기한다. 추가로 향후 전망을 해보고자 한다.

This study is to identify the relationship among work-life balance and turnover intention of nurses and examine the influence of work-family balance, work-leisure balance, work-grow balance on turnover intention of nurses. Data were collected from nurses working at five hospitals with more than 30 beds in Seoul and analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using Jamovi(1.6.23) program. The final sample were made up of 247 participants. In the correlation analysis, work-life balance and turnover intention showed negative correlation. As a result of multiple regression analysis, work-grow balance affected as a meaningful influence factor on turnover intention. It is necessary to carefully examine the sub-factors of work-life balance in order to understand the impact on turnover intention of nurses. And, hospitals need to provide organizational support for nurses' growth and career development.

In order to promote the growth of the trees, it is the most important to fertilize efficiently. The organic nutrient "Green-one" which list public notification number 08-organic-3-112" was registered in Rural Development Administration. The "Green-one" is the environment friendly organic nutrient with new concept which is used in planting and maintenance of the trees. The "Green-one" makes the tree grow actively. Also it has a function of the anti germ and sustainable fertilizer effect. In conclusion, "Green-one" promoted the growth of P. thunbergii excellently. Expecially the growth of the root increased. The concentration of "Green-one" dilution was more better 100 times than 300 times in trees grow. This research can apply with the test of fertilizer efficiency in landscape trees.
