  • This study estimated the economic value of port redevelopment projects. The port redevelopment project consists of a combination of goods between market goods and non-market goods. The value of market goods can be measured at prices in the real market, but it is difficult to convert value estimates for non-market goods into currency values. Therefore, in this study, economic benefits of port redevelopment projects were estimated by the using the CVM. The estimated model used the Hanemann's model and the Bayesian approach to estimate the WTP of the sample group's using the single boundary model. Estimating the household's WTP, the Hanemann's model was estimated at KRW 10,038.33 and the Bayesian approach at KRW 12,217.1. As of the five-year period(discount benefits), the economic benefits of the port redevelopment project were estimated at 920.7 billion won for the Hanemann's model and 1.12 trillion won for the Bayesian model on a national basis. Meanwhile, as a result of estimating economic benefits(discount benefits) based on the administrative districts of Busan·Gyeongnam·Ulsan regions(five-year period), the Hanemann's model was estimated at KRW 140.4 billion and the Bayesian approach was estimated at KRW 170.8 billion.

  • Coastal wetlands are among the most productive biomes in the Earth. The economic values include the direct use of a coastal wetland's ecosystem services, such as food, raw materials, recreation, and tourism. Other values comprise the indirect use of a coastal wetland's ecosystem services, such as carbon sequestration, waste-water treatment, and erosion prevention. In particular, Suncheon Bay is recently attracting attention as the most successful case of the preservation and restoration. This study applies Travel Cost Method (TCM) to estimate the economic value by drawing the demand curve for trips to Suncheon Bay. The TCM is an approach used for economic valuation of non-market goods and services. Based on the results of TCM, this study shows that the economic benefit from recreational uses of the site adds up to \174.7 billion per year. It is also significant in the sense that monetary information is suggested to help local policy makers evaluate the realistic values of coastal wetlands.

  • This study is aimed to produce natural dyeing garments, which contain the sentiments and color sense of Koreans, by using various household supplies, with a view to increase the values added and utilization of natural dyeing. The dyes mainly used for this study are multi-colored ones which are durable after dyeing and can represent various colors. They include Lithodpermum officinale, Caesalpinia sappan, Rubia Cordifolia, Pellodendron Bak, Curcuma Longa L., fallen Ginkgo Biloba, Artemisia Princeps, and Quereus acutissima carr shell. Considering water pollution and other things, aluminum acetate and ferrous chloride were used as mordants. Cheap and practical materials such as cotton cloth and those with traditional patterns and elegance such as silk and ramie fabrics were used to produce baby goods, household supplies, clothes, and accessories. The produced supplies closely contact with our body, so they may have a great effect on human body. The household supplies produced include rug, bedclothes, room bedclothes, curtain, bedding set, cushion, and sunlight blind, in consideration of the functionality or medical actions of the goods which are closely related to the human skin. The infant supplies produced include longcloth for newborn baby, bedding set, gauze handkerchief, and doll. The clothes include night gown, shirt, bath gown, and Korean traditional clothes. The accessories include tablecloth, cup pad, bag, wrapping cloth, mouse and keyboard cushion, and scarf. Nowadays, consumers prefer environment-friendly naturally dyed garments and products. In order to control the naturally dyed garments and products which are traded in the domestic market, it is urgent to introduce such ecological marks as 'Toxproof' and 'Ecoproof.' Currently, many ordinary persons, who are not experts, have interest and participate in natural dyeing, but they simply produce naturally dyed garments, not artistic works or everyday supplies. The present author expects this study will contribute to the production of household goods by such persons. The author also hopes that they will develop and commercialize such designs as suit to modern tastes and senses based on the unique cultural assets of Koreans, so that Korean naturally dyed products may be recognized as reliable commodities equipped with international competitiveness.

  • Environment-friendly agriculture has not only the simple purpose producing foods but also the key roles of conserving rural environments, landscapes and sustainable land uses. In addition, environment-friendly agricultural areas and their landscapes are important factors representing uniqueness of rural areas. For these reasons, this study investigates the landscapes formed through environment-friendly agriculture and evaluates the economic values of the landscapes using CRM(contingent ranking method) which has been known as one of the practical methods in the field of environmental economics. Based upon a scenario that government introduces the ratio of environment-friendly agriculture to evaluate economic values, a survey was performed with 1,088 of rural residents throughout the country. The results of this study indicate that the economic value for conservation and maintenance of environment-friendly agriculture landscapes is 480 won per household/month/1% environment-friendly agriculture, and this can be converted into 829 hundred million won per 1% environment-friendly agriculture nationally.

  • For web application vulnerability diagnosis, from the development stage to the operation stage, it is possible to stably operate the web only when there is a policy that is commonly applied to each task through diagnosis of vulnerabilities, removal of vulnerabilities, and rapid recovery from web page damage. KISA presents 28 evaluation items for technical vulnerability analysis of major information and communication infrastructure. In this paper, we diagnose the vulnerabilities in the automobile goods shopping mall website and suggest security measures according to the vulnerabilities. As a result of diagnosing 28 items, major vulnerabilities were found in three items: cross-site scripting, cross-site request tampering, and insufficient session expiration. Cookie values were exposed on the bulletin board, and personal information was exposed in the parameter values related to passwords when personal information was edited. Also, since the session end time is not set, it was confirmed that session reuse is always possible. By suggesting security measures according to these vulnerabilities, the discovered security threats were eliminated, and it was possible to prevent breaches in web applications and secure the stability of web services.

And It is generally agreed that consumers engage in buying behavior that is consistent and congruent with their self-image. With this assumptions numerous researches have prove that consumers tends to favor the brand or store image that is congruent to self-image. According to these results we can assume that self-image also can have influence on consumer's information processing, especially in advertising process. Because one of the main factor in forming the brand or store image is advertising. Thus, this study is to propose it's effect of self-image in clothing advertising process. In specifically to find out congruency between self-image and clothing ad image's influence on ad recalling, ad attitude and buying intention. • This paper utilized a Korean time-use survey and household expenditure survey in designing an input-output table to develop satellite accounts of household production in Korea in 1999. Additionally, the household production in Korea was compared with that in the United States, Australia, Finland, and Canada. Results of this study may be summarized as follows. First, household production in Korea represented $43\%$ of Gross Domestic Product (GDP,) compared to $63\%$ of GDP in the United States, $68\%$ in Australia, $58\%$ in Finland, and $54\%$ in Canada. Second, labor emerged as the largest input for household production in Korea, while materials and services - both intermediate goods - emerged as the second input. On the other hand, the proportion of housing among the four inputs of household production in Korea was greater than for either the United States or the other countries studied. This implies that the cost of intermediate goods and housing in Korea is more expensive than in other countries.
