This paper is to propose the Direction for the institutional improvement of Financial Supply Chain Management(FSCM) Solution which are currently coming into operation under Global e-Trading Platform. The Financial Supply Chain compromise the entire trade processes and information that manage a trader's cash, Accounts payable and receivable, Risk, working capital, and so on in international trade transaction. From a buyer's perspective, this involves the full procurement-to-payment process. For the seller, it is the order-to-cash cycle. Bolero provides the party concerned a e-trade platform which conformed to these fundamental pre-requisites to underpin fully electronic trade. But this FSCM solution have failed to provide the efficient platform to effectively manage the process of Global e-Trade because it does not correspond with e-Trade environment. Therefore, present FSCM system need the institutional improvement as follows: AA) Strengthening the role of the correspondent Bank under e-Trade System, BB) Extending the function of e-Trade intermediary institution, CC) The introduction of Trade Insurance System, etc. So, by streamlining and automating these processes on an open and flexible platform, The party concerned can optimize their trade transaction and maintain better relations with their business partners

Purpose: As China experienced a crisis due to Covid-19, the global supply chain collapsed and affected the world. Therefore, it is time for a change in port operational efficiency, increasing in importance with changes in the global supply chain. This study analyzed Shanghai Port's efficiency, the world's largest port and representative hub port in Northeast Asia, by looking at the relationship between facility factors and cargo throughput to present hub port development's timely implications. Research design, data and methodology: This study applied the Charnes, Cooper, and Rhodes (CCR) and Banker, Chames, and Cooper (BCC) models of the data development analysis (DEA) to construct an analysis from the input-oriented and output-oriented perspectives. Results: As a result, Yidong Container Terminal can be considered the most optimized in facilities and operation processes. Yidong and Shengdong Container Terminal should maintain current operating levels, while Pudong Container Terminal should review facility investments. Also, Zhendong, Huong, Mingdong, and Guandong Container Terminal should be reviewed to increase cargo throughput or to adjust current input variables in the current state. Conclusions: Therefore, the utilization of the container terminal input variables should be reviewed, and the factors of inefficiency should be improved. Moreover, the strategic focus of container terminal operations should be on increasing annual cargo throughput.

With a steep increase of the global disaster relief efforts around the world, the relief supply chain and humanitarian logistics play an important role to address this issue. A broad overview of operations research ranges from a principle or conceptual framework to analytical methodology and case study applied in this field. In this paper, we provide an overview of this challenging research area with emphasis on the corresponding optimization problems. The scope of this study begins with classification by the stage of the disaster lifecycle system. The characteristics of each optimization problem for the disaster supply chain are considered in detail as well as the logistics features. We found that the papers related to disaster relief can be grouped in three aspects in terms of logistics attributes: facility location, distribution model, and inventory model. Furthermore, the literature also analyzes objectives and solution algorithms proposed in each optimization model in order to discover insights, research gaps and findings. Finally, we offer future research directions based on our findings from the investigation of literature review.

This study evaluated the importance of automobile procurement logistics using AHP. Although automobile procurement and logistics is represented by JIT, internal and external risk factors for the automobile and logistics industries are increasing, so it is necessary to re-evaluate them and establish countermeasures. Therefore, this study conducted AHP analysis targeting 30 automobile procurement and logistics experts. Through previous studies and interviews, 4 factors for Tier 1 and 12 factors for Tier 2 were derived. As a result of AHP, the logistics factor was analyzed as the most important and the cost factor was less important than the other factors. This means that supply chain operation is more important than cost, and it is analyzed that stopping all supply chain participants is more damaging than logistics or inventory costs. Such research can provide implications not only for the automotive supply chain but also other industries with similar characteristics, and it is considered to be a meaningful study at the present time when the global supply chain is being reorganized.

극심해지는 경쟁 환경 속에서 경쟁우위 확보를 위하여 SCM을 도입하는 기업들이 증가하고 있다. 공급망 프로세스의 복잡성과 SCM 도입에 투입되는 막대한 기업 자원을 감안할 때 성공적인 SCM 구축을 위해서는 자사의 공급망 수준에 대한 정확한 진단을 통해 취약점 및 개선점을 파악하는 것이 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 SCM 성과 측정지표에 관한 선행 연구를 살펴보고 대표적인 ETO 산업인 조선업을 대상으로 업종의 특성에 맞는 공급망 수준진단 프레임워크를 제안한다. 특히 가트너에서 제안한 공급망의 주요 3개 프로세스인 수요, 공급, 제품 관리를 기준으로 조선소의 공급망 프로세스를 세부 프로세스로 분해하고, 분해된 각 프로세스 별로 공급망 수준을 진단할 수 있는 측정지표를 제안한다. 또한 사례 연구를 통하여 제안된 공급망 수준진단 프레임워크를 실제 조선소의 공급망에 적용해 보고, 현실적 의미를 도출해 본다.

본 연구는 글로벌 공급망 변화로 인해 국내외 기업의 투자유치를 통한 지역경제 활성화가 긴요한 시점에서 충청북도를 중심으로 공공외교를 활용한 지방정부의 경쟁력 강화 방안을 모색했다. 최근 글로벌 비즈니스 환경에서 나타나고 있는 주요 이슈를 정리하면, 글로벌 가치사슬의 지역화 강화, 리쇼어링 현상과 공급망 다변화, 디지털 전환을 통한 효율적인 글로벌 가치사슬 창출 등이다. 따라서 본 연구는 이러한 변화를 바탕으로 공공외교 전략의 필요성을 강조하고 SWOT 분석을 통해 충북의 대응 여건 및 세부 전략을 도출했다. 또한, 이를 종합하여 ABCD 모델을 기반으로 충북형 공공외교 전략을 수립하고, 충북의 경쟁력을 한 단계 업그레이드하기 위한 전략적 시사점을 제시했다.

Firms seldom survive and prosper solely through their individual efforts. Each firm's performance depends upon the activities and performance of others and hence upon the nature and quality of the direct and indirect relationships a firm develops with its counterparts. Textile companies have tried to improve their organizational competitiveness in order to survive in the digital age global market. The challenge in textile supply chain management is the development of collaboration network which accommodates diverse concerns of various participants while explicitly recognizing interdependencies and promoting effective relationship management. Major contents of the study are as follows. First, ideal collaboration network model from the supply chain of the textile industry is suggested. Second, utilizing the collaboration model, A framework for textile e-marketplaces supply chians is designed to improve customer services and delivery time, to promote information sharing, and shorten product life cycle time. The framework suggested is expected to promote corporate innovation and information sharing, generate infrastructure which provides appropriate communication and operations capabilities for the textile companies.

Due to technological development in the globalized food system, quantitative problems of food supply have been solved, but food risks have expanded from problems in specific regions to global problems. In order to maximize the efficiency of agricultural production, the growth in agricultural production system, procirement of raw materials, establishment of food processing processes and establishment of food supply chain systems are required. Control of hazards requires facility and administrative efforts. In this study, we examined the role of CSR in conjunction with food safety. Food SCM is related to food safety and correlates with the food supply chain. In terms of the triple bottom line theory, CSR is correlated with SCM and it is possible to pursue food safety through corporate CSR and SCM. In this study, it is statistically confirmed that SCM and CSR are in a positive relationship. In the impact of CSR on food safety, it has been confirmed that economic responsibility and legal responsibility take precedence over environmental responsibility and social responsibility. Based on this, we can achieve food safety through SCM and CSR, and we can decide which of CSR activities can be prioritized.

글로벌 경쟁의 시대에서 한 기업이 보유한 역량만으로 경쟁을 이겨나가는 것은 매우 어려운 일이다. 기업들은 서로 복잡하게 연결되어 있으며, 기업 대 기업의 경쟁이 아니라 연관된 기업들의 집합체인 공급망간의 경쟁으로 변화되었기 때문이다. 이와 같이 공급망을 형성하는 기업들이 SCM을 전략적 수단으로써 어떻게 활용하는지가 경쟁에서 중요하게 되었다. 본 연구는 SCM특성이 기업특성에 미치는 영향과 기업특성이 공급사슬 파트너십과 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하고 있다. SCM특성이 기업특성인 민첩성과 가시성에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 민첩성과 가시성은 공급사슬 파트너십과 기업성과에 유의한 영향을 미친다는 것을 통계적으로 검증하였다. 그리고 거의 연구가 이루어지고 있지 않았던 건설기계산업 분야에서의 SCM 활동에 대해 연구하였다는 점에서 실무적인 공헌도가 높다고 하겠다.

기업간 경쟁의 격화와 정보기술의 발달로 인하여 많은 기업들이 공급사슬관리(SCM)를 도입하고 있다. 이에 따라, 공급사슬상의 관련 기업간의 상호작용과 정보공유에 기반한 공급사슬 통합이 추진되고 있으며, 웹서비스 와 같은 시스템에 독립적인 기술 적용의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 웹서비스를 이용하면서도 높은 수준의 공급사슬 통합이 이루어지기 위해서는, 여러 상호작용주체가 참여하는 글로벌 프로세스 수준에서 SCM 프로세스를 관리하고 제어할 필요가 있으며, 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 프로세스 자동화 및 관리도구로 최근 각광을 받고 있는 BPM을 도입하여 각 업무단위가 웹서비스로 구성된 환경에서 SCM을 구성하는 프로세스를 효과적으로 통합하여 실행하는 방안을 제시한다. 이러한 접근법은 SCM 프로세스의 진행과정을 보다 효율적으로 관리, 모니터링하는 것이 가능하며, SCM 프로세스의 수행결과를 토대로 프로세스의 개선에 대한 방안을 모색할 수 있다. 또한, SCM 프로세스의 진행과정에서 의사결정이 필요한 경우 이에 대한 지원 에이전트를 웹서비스로 구성하여 보다 신속한 프로세스 수행을 가능하게 한다.
