In order to investigate the effects of layer-wise in-plane displacements on vibration and damping characteristics of composite laminated plates, the finite element method based on the generalized laminated plate theory(GLPT) has been formulated. Specific damping capacity of each mode was obtained by modal strain energy method. To see the effect of transverse shear on deformation, the strain energy of stress components was computed. The accuracy of this study was examined for the cylindrical bending vibration of cross-ply plate strip. The results were very accurate compared with 3-D solutions. The numerical results show that through-thickness variation of in-plane displacements has not so much influence on the natural frequency, but has a great influence on the damping of composite plates, especially on the damping of thick composite plates since the damping is affected by local behavior while the natural frequency is affected by global behavior.

Ongoing efforts for improved fracture toughness of engineered cementitious materials address the inherent brittleness of the binding matrix at several different levels of the material's geometric scale through the addition of various types of reinforcing fibers. Crack control is required for crack widths that cover the entire range of the grain size spectrum of the material, and this dictates the requirement of hybrid mixes combining fibers of different size (nano, micro, macro). Use of Carbon Nano-Tubes (CNT) and Carbon Nano-Fibers (CNFs) as additives is meant to extend the crack-control function down to the nanoscale where cracking is believed to initiate. In this paper the implications of enhanced toughness thus attained at the material nanostructure are explored, with reference to the global smeared constitutive properties of the material, through consistent interpretation of the reported experimental evidence regarding the behavior of engineered cementitious products to direct and indirect tension.

Concrete filled steel tubular (CFST) column joints with composite beams have been widely used as lateral loading resisting elements in civil infrastructure. To better utilize these innovative joints for the application of structural seismic design and analysis, it is of great importance to investigate the dynamic behavior of the joint under cyclic loading. With this aim in mind, a novel phenomenal model has been put forward in this paper, in which a Bouc-Wen hysteresis component is employed to portray the strength and stiffness deterioration phenomenon caused by increment of loading cycle. Then, a modified chicken swarm optimization algorithm was used to estimate the optimal model parameters via solving a global minimum optimization problem. Finally, the experimental data tested from five specimens subjected to cyclic loadings were used to validate the performance of the proposed model. The results effectively demonstrate that the proposed model is an easy and more realistic tool that can be used for the pre-design of CFST column joints with reduced beam section (RBS) composite beams.

In their role as stewards of organizational information technology (IT), IT managers participate in crisis management activities. While much has been said about the power of technology in improving preparation for emergencies, the behavior of IT managers in crisis situations is not well understood. This paper addresses IT manager actions during the crisis response effort, when appropriate actions need to be taken at short notice. Recognizing that few guidelines exist for IT managers in these situations, we use recommendations from the crisis management literature in analyzing five earthquake cases from Japan and Taiwan. We identify several recommendations from this set for IT managers, which are related mainly to communications and leadership behaviors, suggesting that the IT manager role is a vital one in crisis response. The research additionally shows that recommendations from the crisis management literature have value also when applied to IT managers. Finally, we conclude on several ways that our understanding of IT manager crisis response could be developed by future research.

본 연구는 서비스 접점에서 개별 고객의 욕구에 맞춰 다양한 형태의 감정들을 반응해야 하는 영업사원의 긍정 탐색과 감정노동이 적응적 판매행동 및 고객만족에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 분석하였다. 115명의 자동차 영업사원들과 해당 영업사원으로부터 서비스를 제공받은 고객 2명씩 230명으로부터 이원적(dyadic) 설문자료를 수집하였다. 총 345명을 대상을 구조방정식모형으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 긍정 탐색은 심층행동과 표면행동에 유의하게 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 심층행동만 적응적 판매행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 표면행동과는 유의미하지 않게 나타났다. 마지막으로 적응적 판매행동은 고객만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 이론적으로 영원사원의 긍정 탐색(AI) 접근의 본질을 규명하고, 긍정 탐색(AI) 실천과 관련된 감정노동을 통한 적응적 판매행동을 활성화시키는데 기여할 것이다.

본 연구는 선행연구를 확장하여 백화점의 물리적 환경, 감정반응 및 행동의도 간의 관계를 중심으로 연구모형을 수립하고, 이들 변수들 간의 관계에 대해 한국과 중국 소비자 비교분석을 통하여 국가별 차이를 규명하는데 주된 목적을 두었다. 실증분석을 위해 한국과 중국의 백화점 이용고객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 총 659부의 설문을 최종 분석에 활용 하였다. 실증분석 결과 첫째, 점포의 물리적 환경은 감정반응과 부분적으로 유의한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 물리적 환경 차원 중 디자인요인, 사회요인은 긍정적 감정에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 긍정적 감정을 경유하여 행동의도에 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 사회요인은 부정적 감정에 부(-)의 영향을 미치며, 부정적 감정을 경유하여 행동의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 한국과 중국 소비자 간의 차이가 검증되었다. 한국 소비자의 경우 물리적 환경요인 중 주변요인이 긍정적 감정에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 중국 소비자는 디자인요인과 사회요인이 긍정적 감정에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 이론적인 측면은 물론 실무적인 측면에서도 중국을 중심으로 한 해외 진출 소매유통기업의 마케팅 전략 수립에 활용할 수 있는 유익한 시사점을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to offer basic data to global fashion market by surveying differences between lifestyle of women in Korea and America and their clothing behavior with female consumers in 30s in Korea or America with each other cultural background, comparing/analyzing differences between lifestyle and clothing behavior according to Korea and America and making a close inquiry into an effect of lifestyle on clothing behavior. The results of the study were as follows. First, when the study carried out factor analysis of lifestyle, five factors- outward appearance-oriented, leisure-oriented, family-centered, information-oriented and economy- oriented-were deducted. In outward appearance-oriented lifestyle and information-oriented lifestyle, the women in Korea were higher than the women in America. In family-centered lifestyle, the women in America were higher than the women in Korea. Second, when the study carried out factor analysis of clothing behavior, eight factors- aesthetics, indifference, interest, economical feasibility, sympathy, planning, brand-oriented tendency and individuality-were deducted. In interest, sympathy, planning and individuality, the women in Korea were higher than the women in America. On the other hand, in indifference and economical feasibility, the women in America were higher than the women in Korea. Third, in the women in Korea, their lifestyle had an effect on aesthetics, indifference, interest and brand-oriented tendency. Especially, information-oriented lifestyle had an effect on four clothing behaviors. In the Korean women, their outward appearance-oriented and leisure-oriented lifestyles had an effect on only aesthetics, indifference and interest.

본 연구는 A 교육대학원에 재학 중인 15명의 예비 음악 교사들을 대상으로 세계시민교육 역량 제고를 위한 강좌를 개발 및 실현하고, 그 효과성을 탐색하였다. 강좌는 세계시민교육의 여러 주제 중 다양성과 포용을 바탕으로 한 다문화 교육에 중점을 두고, 관련 이론 탐색을 통해 음악의 사회·문화적 산물로서의 본질을 이해하고, 참여자 주도로 중학생을 위한 수업 방안을 개발 및 실현하는 과정으로 구성되었다. 사전/사후 검사 결과 강좌 전후로 첫째, 예비음악교사들의 다문화 교육 태도가 향상되었고, 특별히 교사의 역할에 대한 태도가 큰 폭으로 증가하였다. 이는 본 연구의 강좌가 예비교사들로 하여금 다양성 및 다문화 교육과 관련한 인식과 편견을 반성하고 음악 교사로서의 역할을 고민하도록 도왔기 때문으로 여겨진다. 둘째, 다문화 교수 효능감의 향상 중 다문화 상황에서의 교육 및 다문화 교육 교수 효능감 향상이 두드러졌는데, 이는 성찰지를 통해 본 강좌가 음악의 사회·문화적 산물로서와 상징적 표현 가능성의 가치를 깨닫도록 한 영향임을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 강좌는 실질적인 삶의 문제들을 풀어나가는 변혁적 교수법의 필요성 인식과 실천, 음악에 대한 다각적인 이해와 탐색을 바탕으로 한 세계시민교육의 여러 주제들의 접근을 도와 예비음악교사들의 세계시민교육 역량을 발전시키는데 도움을 주었다.

본 연구의 옥적은 한국적 상황에서 전자상거래의 소비자 구매행위에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증적으로 밝히기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 선행연구에서 구매행위에 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀진 온라인 기업의 특성, 거래 안정성의 우려, 프라이버시의 보장, 쇼핑성향, 인 지된 유통구조를 독립변수로 사용하였고, 소비자의 구매행위를 종속변수로 설정하여 다중 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 가설 검증 결과, 인지된 유통구조와 소비자의 오락적 성향과 경험 적 성향이 구매행위에 유의적인 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌고, 거래 안정성의 우려 및 개인 정보의 누출은 구매행위에 유의적인 부의 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다.
