The paper introduces a new product of polynomials defined over a field. It is a generalization of the ordinary product with inner polynomial getting non-overlapping segments obtained by multiplying with coefficients and variable with expanding powers. It has been called 'Ordered Power Product' (OPP). Considering two rings of polynomials $R_m[x]=F[x]modulox^m-1$ and $R_n[x]=F[x]modulox^n-1$, over a field F, the paper then considers the newly introduced product of the two polynomial rings. Properties and algebraic structure of the product of two rings of polynomials are studied and it is shown to be a ring. Using the new type of product of polynomials, we define a new product of two cyclic codes and devise a method of getting a cyclic code from the 'ordered power product' of two cyclic codes. Conditions for the OPP of the generators polynomials of component codes, giving a cyclic code are examined. It is shown that OPP cyclic code so obtained is more efficient than the one that can be obtained by Kronecker type of product of the same component codes.

With the increase of visitors to rural tourism villages, the direct selling at sites is getting vitalized. Accordingly, their display stores is getting more important. Therefore, this study has selected 30 domestic rural tourism villages as study objects for the attitude survey of 200 farming suppliers and the site examination for the designs of those display stores in order to analyze their status and classify the types of necessity. Such operation status as sale item, sale method, method of supply and demand, major customer, sales scale, manager, opening hour, and operation cost were examined, to identity and for design factors the pattern, material quality and color were investigated. For the attitude of farming suppliers, the tactics of sales, the reason for being positive or negative, the functionality and the features of display stores were examined through brainstorming. IBM SPSS Statistics 20 Program was employed for Frequency, which indicated that village chiefs and store managers with the sales scale of 1 to 20 million won are dealing with female customers in their 40's and 50's and that those stores are open at the time of experience or year round without any operation expense. Permanent type and Fixed type were found to be the design factors of the display-case type with the material and the color of wood and orange respectively. The result of investigation analysis of farming suppliers' attitude showed the followings: the need of display stores is quite high, structure type and permanent type have high fitness and from the viewpoint of display-on-table type as a standard moving type was very convenient. The analysis of significant items at the characteristics of those display stores revealed that their locations, quality conservation, sanitation, users' convenience, designs and promotion are very important. The result of status analysis revealed that though there is a correlation among the types of display stores depending on the visiting season of tourists their installing is not desirable. Three types have been analyzed: Type 1 is a structure type only in the villages with continuous visitors, Type 2 a moving-table type only in the villages with temporary visitors and Type 3 is a fixed display-case type.

Gun-type nozzle에 있어서 입자(粒子)의 미립화(微粒化)를 개선(改善)코저 절선속도(切線速度)를 증가(增加)하는 방법(方法)의 일환(一環)으로 Screw 중자(中子)를 제작(製作) 장치(裝置)한 Nozzle로 실내(室內)에서 분무실험(噴霧實驗)한 결과(結果) 다음과 같은 결론(結論)을 얻었다. 분무입자(噴霧粒子)의 직경(直徑)이 클수록 분무도달거리(噴霧到達距離)는 컸으며 Screw중자(中子)를 장치(裝置)하였을 때가 장치(裝置)하지 않았을 때에 비(比)하여 분무입자(噴霧粒子)의 미립화(微粒化)는 현저히 양호(良好)하였고 분무도달거리(噴霧到達距離)는 분구(噴口)가 소구경시(小口徑時)에는 거의 차이(差異)가 없었으나 분구(噴口)가 증대(增大)함에 따라서 현저히 짧아졌다. 최고(最高) 도달거리(到達距離) 지점(地點)부터 1~2m의 분무도달거리(噴霧到達距離)에 있어서는 기류부유이동(氣流浮遊移動)의 현상(現象)으로 분무입자(噴霧粒子)가 작아졌다.

In the secondary data analysis for categorical data, situations often arise in which the estimated cell variances are available, but not the full matrix of variances. In this case researchers are often inclined to use Pearson-type test statistics for homogeneity. However, for a complex sample observed cell proportions are not distributed as multinomial and Pearson-type test statistic generally is not distributed asymptotically as chi-square distribution. This paper evaluates powers for Wald test and Pearson-type test and the first order corrected test of Pearson-type test for homogeneity. The resulting power curves indicate that as the misspecification effect increases, the amount of inflation of significance level and the loss of power Pearson-type test are getting more severe.

In this paper, the study is researched for related safety standards having experiments concerning temperature changes in type IV cylinder of the Hydrogen fuel cell vehicle. Experiments were performed to acquire temperature data of type IV cylinder according to filling time. The experimental results are shown that internal temperatures of type Ⅳ vessel are over $85^{\circ}C$ at all measured points after 5 minutes at filling 35 MPa and the highest temperature is getting lower when the residual gases are more remained. Consequently, the safety standards need properly limited value through further study for filling flow rate and filling time.

As Electronic Commerce is getting larger, the volume of Internet-based commerce by enterprise is also getting larger. This phenomenon applies to Internet EDI, Global Internet Business, and CALS information services. In this paper, a new type of cryptographic key recovery mechanism satisfying requirements of business environment is proposed. It is also applied to enterprise information infrastructure for managing employees' task related to handling official properties of electronic enterprise documents exchange. This technology needs to be complied to information management policy of a certain enterprise environment because behavior of cryptographic key recovery can cause interruption of the employees' privacy. However, the cryptographic key recovery mechanism is able to applied to any kind of information service, the application areas of key recovery technology must be seriously considered as not disturbing user's privacy It will depend on the policy of enterprise information management of a specific company.

A variety of change in modern society has affected a family structure. In addition birth rate is getting lower and nuclear family type is getting common, influence of children has highly increased. According to this phenomenon, needs and concern about education and culture for children increase sharply. Children cultural complex can be learning field, which helps children not only to rediscover the world by themselves but also to have various and abundant experience. The purpose of this study is going to extract a planning factor of the children cultural complex through case studies of korean and oversea project for adaptable children cultural complex. In addition, this study tries to analyze the features of the children cultural complex in korean and oversea. Consequently, The analysis result is to be introduced party room to children cultural complex, used the PVC tile and carpet tile for safety of children and variety, and executed program relevant to nature.

지구 관측 위성은 크게 광학 관측 위성과 레이더 관측 위성으로 분류할 수 있다. 위성의 형태는 임무의 종류에 따라 결정된다. 광학 위성의 경우 높은 지상 해상도가 요구되는 경우 적당하며, 기상 조건에 관계없이 영상을 얻기 위해서는 레이더 관측 위성이 적합하다. 국내에서도 정보의 중요성이 증가됨에 따라 위성의 필요성이 증가되었다. 이러한 이유로 본 논문에서는 지구 관측 위성의 개발 동향 및 현황을 기술하였다. 이러한 위성 기술의 추세를 고려하여 국내 위성 개발이 계획되어야 할 것이다.

Fast economic growth resulted in fast industrialization and metropolitanization. At that time, housing was supplied in large quantity, and the apartment became a dominant type of housing in Korea It is partly due to the high population density. But, large quantity supply of apartments caused a lot of problems. One of the biggest problems is decomposition of traditional communities. As interest about quality of life grows since the 90's, the recovery of communities is getting an import assignment that should be solved. Architects investigate ways of arrangement and community facilities planning. off-line Communities might be substituted by or supported with cyber communities through the use of IT technology. The construction of cyber apartment is getting popular by the governmental incentive in 1999. At first, the infrastructure has been constructed, and then the current emphasis in on forming the information community to provide various service.

본 연구는 도박중독자들의 회복과정에 대한 실체이론을 개발하기 위하여 실시하였다. '도박중독자의 회복과정은 어떠한가?'의 연구문제를 가지고, Strauss와 Corbin(1990)의 근거이론방법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 전라북도지역에 거주하는 남성 도박중독자 7명을 대상으로 심층 인터뷰하였다. 연구결과 총 97개의 개념과 28개의 하위범주 그리고 16개의 상위범주로 유목화 하였다. 회복과정의 핵심범주는 '대박의 꿈을 포기하고 자유로워지기'로 나타났다. 본 연구는 국내에서 처음으로 도박중독의 수렁에서 빠져나오는 과정과 유형 등을 밝힘으로써 도박중독자의 회복과정에 대한 실제적 이론 구축 및 정책적, 임상적 개입에 중요한 기초자료가 될 것으로 본다.
