This study aims to find ways to increase the declining donation intention by using machine learning techniques. To this end, in order to predict factors that affect donations between the MZ generation and the senior generation, various machine learning algorithms, including logistic regression analysis, are applied to build a model to determine variables that affect donation intention, and provide statistical verification and evaluation indicators. In this study, differences in donation intention by generation were expected as a variable affecting donation intention, and the senior generation was expected to show a higher donation intention tendency than the younger generation. However, although the research results were not statistically significant, the younger generation showed a higher intention to donate, and these results are interpreted to mean that value consumption and ethical consumption, which are important to today's MZ generation, also influenced donations. However, there were differences between generations in the amount of donations, and higher donation amounts were confirmed among the senior generation (those in their 50s or older) than the younger generation. In addition, the results of the logistic regression analysis showed that previous donation experience had a positive effect on future donation intention, and the more motivation and importance of donation and various social participation activities online and offline, the more active one became in donating.
This study examined the MZ Generation Consumers' perception and needs of HMR (Home Meal Replacement) using local food. The paper provides basic data for deriving a plan to promote local food consumption and reports the implications for various development and distribution strategies regarding HMR using local food. In this study, a quantitative survey was conducted targeting 600 consumers to examine the general consumption status of HMR using local food by MZ consumers. In addition, a qualitative survey was conducted targeting 21 people to derive the specific perceptions and unmet needs of MZ consumers. These results showed that MZ consumers require healthy and fresh HMR but have low awareness of HMR using local food. Therefore, it is necessary to deliver sufficient information and promote it. In particular, MZ consumers have high expectations for 'healthy and safe' food when purchasing HMR using local food, which plays an important role in purchasing decisions. They also valued 'convenience', which means 'simple cooking', 'subdivision packaging', and 'accessibility of purchasing channels', as important when purchasing HMR using local food. Lastly, MZ consumers positively evaluated the values of 'healthy eating' and 'revitalization of the local economy' through local food.
This study is a study on user perception of ChatGPT use. The goal of this study is to analyze the relationship between user policy expectations and user innovativeness on ChatGPT technology acceptance and intention to use using variables of TRA (Theory of Reasoned Action). The impact of policy expectations and user innovativeness on the intention to use by mediating usefulness and hedonic motivation, and the impact of subjective norms on the usefulness and intention to use were analyzed by dividing them into the MZ generation and the non-MZ generation. It was verified whether there was a moderating effect on the effect of age differences on usefulness by interacting with policy expectations. An online survey was conducted on 300 ChatGPT users using PLS (Partial Least Square) structural equations and SPSS Package, and statistical analysis was performed using PLS and SPSS. According to the analysis results, it was confirmed that the higher the initial user's innovativeness, the higher the intention to use ChatGPT. In addition, the moderating effect analysis comparing the differences between the MZ generation and the non-MZ generation showed that policy expectations had a negative effect on the usefulness of ChatGPT use.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of technical acceptance factors of Chinese MZ generation consumers' use of online fashion platforms on behavioral intentions and usage behavior, and to determine whether satisfaction plays an additional role in the relationship between behavioral intentions and usage behavior. The research results can be summarized as follows. First, among the technology acceptance factors that influence Generation MZ consumers when they use online fashion platforms, it was found that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price value, habit, and content quality significantly influence the behavioral intention to use online fashion platforms. Second, the facilitating conditions and the platform usage intention of Chinese Generation MZ consumers directly and significantly influence the usage behavior on online fashion platforms. In contrast, it was confirmed that habit does not significantly influence actual usage behavior. Third, this study confirmed the moderating effect of satisfaction on the relationship between behavioral intention and usage behavior on online fashion platforms. This research, which proposes a research model explaining the usage intention and behavior of online fashion platforms based on UTAUT2, integrating not only the organizational aspect but also the consumer aspect to empirically verify the usage intention and the final usage behavior from the general consumer's perspective, has academic significance.

The rapidly changing security environment and technological innovations of the 21st century present new challenges to military organizations. Particularly, as the MZ generation, comprised of Millennials (born 1981-1996) and Generation Z (born 1997-2012), emerges as the primary workforce in the military, traditional military personnel management methods are being called into question. The MZ generation, as digital natives, are technologically proficient, prioritize personal growth and quality of life, and prefer horizontal communication and participation. The purpose of this study is to reestablish talent acquisition and retention strategies for military organizations, considering the characteristics and demands of the MZ generation. To this end, we analyzed advanced talent management techniques from the corporate sector and explored ways to apply them to the unique context of military organizations. Additionally, by examining the current status and challenges of the Korean military, we attempted a balanced approach that considers both global trends and Korea's specific circumstances. The research results suggest various strategies including career development programs, cultural innovation, improvement of reward systems, participatory decision-making, enhancement of digital competencies, and creation of flexible work environments. These strategies are expected to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of military organizations while simultaneously enhancing job satisfaction and organizational commitment among MZ generation service members.

Recently, the MZ generation has been leading overall fashion trends, and fashion companies focus on design, marketing, and new products targeting the MZ generation. However, it is expected that a fit problem may occur if the M and Z generations are combined when producing clothing. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the differences between the two groups by comparing the body size according to the classification of the M and Z generations. In addition, this study analyzes whether the body shape of the MZ generation is different from the past generations and analyzes major changes in body size for clothing manufacturing through graphical visualization. As for the research method, a t-test was conducted to verify the significant difference between the measurements for each age group. Generation M was defined as those who are 27-39 years old, and Generation Z was defined as those who are 20-26 years old. In order to examine the changes in body measurements according to the measurement year, the 7th Size Korea and 8th Size Korea data were analyzed. In order to examine the visual changes according to the measurement year and age group, major measurements of clothing construction were analyzed. As a result, it was found that Generation M had a significantly higher height item than Generation Z. Also, in terms of circumference, width, and thickness, Generation M was larger than Generation Z. But the size of the bra cup was larger in Generation Z than Generation M. As a result of analyzing the body size changes, in the height item, the 8th Size Korea measurements were found to be significantly higher in shoulder height and navel level waist height. In the length and circumference items, the 8th Size Korea measurements were larger than the 7th. In the width, thickness, and other items, the 8th measurements were larger than the 7th.

Currently, South Korea is grappling with a paradoxical situation characterized by simultaneous labor shortages and job shortages. Within this context, retirees are citing conflicts with supervisors/colleagues and dissatisfaction with organizational culture as the primary reasons for their departure, with these issues disproportionately affecting the MZ generation. In response, scholars have conducted preliminary studies to understand the relationships between organizational culture and other variables specifically concerning the MZ generation. However, most of these studies are based on a unified theory of the MZ generation, failing to satisfy the practical demands for distinguishing between Generations M and Z. Therefore, this research aims to explore the differences in variable relationships between these two groups within the hospitality industry. Surveys were conducted among 170 individuals from Generation M and 110 from Generation Z, and the data were analyzed using AMOS structural equation modeling. The analysis confirmed that both hierarchical culture and generational conflict significantly define relationships across all generations, with generational conflict adversely affecting organizational commitment. Additionally, while a relationship-oriented culture negatively impacts generational conflict for Generation M, no such effect was observed for Generation Z. This study successfully identifies the differential impacts between Generation M and Generation Z.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of news literacy in the relationship between sense of community and political efficacy. This study conducted a survey targeting the MZ generation. The survey was conducted online, and data from 309 cases were used for analysis. The research results are as follows. As a result of correlation analysis between sense of community, political efficacy, and news literacy, it was found that there was a statistically significant correlation between sense of community and news literacy sub factors. Second, the relationship between sense of community and political efficacy was found to have a significant positive effect on political efficacy as sense of community increased. Third, the relationship between sense of community and news literacy was confirmed to have a significant positive effect on news literacy as sense of community increased. Fourth, regarding the relationship between news literacy and political efficacy, it was confirmed that news literacy has a significant effect on political efficacy. Fifth, in the relationship between sense of community and political efficacy, news literacy was found to mediate the relationship between sense of community and political efficacy of the MZ generation. Based on the research results, news literacy education is required from the perspective of civic education, and differentiated educational contents by age are proposed.
The global nutraceuticals market continues to grow due to rising income levels, increasing life expectancy, and a growing interest in personal health. Especially after the COVID-19 pandemic, the market for nutraceuticals has expanded rapidly with positive perceptions driven by increased attention to immune management for disease prevention. However, there is still a lack of research on the relationship between nutraceuticals and consumer behavior. This study aims to provide new insights into the dietary supplement market and help establish marketing strategies by analyzing consumer behavior toward dietary supplements in the post-COVID-19 era, focusing on Generation MZ. An online survey was conducted among consumers who have purchased dietary supplement products to test the hypotheses. The collected data were analyzed for validity and reliability using SPSS and AMOS programs. The results showed that the taste, price, brand, and design of dietary supplements significantly positively affect the satisfaction of MZ consumers. This study provides an in-depth understanding of the mechanisms of consumer behavior toward dietary supplements in the post-COVID-19 era, focusing on Generation MZ. By offering insights into consumers' health concerns and consumption behaviors, this study provides valuable perspectives on the future development of the market and helps companies develop effective strategies to meet consumer needs.
Generation MZ, a generic term for millennials and members of Generation Z, is an innovation-leading consumer group in the current market. This study aimed to examine the impact of the ethical consumption tendencies of millennials and Generation Z on the purchase intention of social enterprise fashion products. Data were collected from Generation MZ (15-40 years old) by quota sampling based on the demographic variables of gender, age, and region, respectively. Eight hundred responses were analyzed by descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t-test, and regressions using SPSS software. Three value factors (egoistic, altruistic, and biospheric) and three ethical consumption tendency factors (resource saving tendency, eco-friendly tendency, and consciousness of corporate responsibility) were determined by factor analyses. The results confirmed that women, who showed a higher ethical consumption tendency in all three factors, were more altruistic and biospheric than men. Furthermore, women portrayed a more favorable attitude and purchase intention towards fashion products of social enterprises. The results demonstrated that members of Generation Z were more altruistic and biospheric than millennials. Additionally, the attitude, purchase intention, and willingness to pay premium prices were higher in Generation Z members. It was confirmed that higher biospheric values correlated with greater values for the three ethical consumption tendency factors. The altruistic value affected both the resource saving tendency and eco-friendly trend, while the egoistic value had an effect on the resource saving tendency. Both attitude and purchase intention were positively influenced by all three of the ethical consumption tendency factors, and affected the willingness to pay premium prices. This was subsequently influenced by the resource saving tendency and consciousness of corporate responsibility. The results of this study contribute to understanding Generation MZ as a consumer group, and the establishment of marketing strategies for fashion companies.
