Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the impact of workplace bullying experience and resilience on organizational commitment in general hospital nurses. Methods: Participants were 250 nurses of a general hospital in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do and Gangwoen-do. Data were collected using the structured questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. Results: As a result of multiple regression analysis, workplace bullying, resilience, clinical career, and work unit turned out to be variables that explained general hospital nurses' organizational commitment (Adj. $R^2=0.17$, p<.001). Conclusion: These findings suggest that bullying and resilience were defined as the influential variables on organizational commitment of nurses. Therefore strategies and programs about workplace bullying and resilience are needed to be developed.

We need general developing environment to control robot with effect but less energy. So, software and hardware tools are very important. In this paper, we present a general-purpose robot control language and its implementation on Real Time O/S and VME bus system. The system runs on the VMEexec Real Time Operating System and robot program is written in the "C" language. The developed program is linked with the robot control C library io produce an executable image. Under the developed robot control environment, the user can write a general high-level control program leaving all the specific information about the robot in a robot specific file.ific file.

We consider a magnetic dipole model of a pulsar and investigate general relativistic effects on electromagnetic radiation from the pulsar. The general relativistic modifications should be found applicable to many well-known issues in pulsar astronomy. Among other things, the modifications of Goldreich-Julian model and subpulse drift would be of significant interest and challenging issues. The electromagnetic fields in the pulsar magnetosphere are computed by solving Maxwell's equations defined in the strongly curved spacetime around the pulsar, hence containing the properties of strong gravitational effects. On top of these effects, we also investigate the effects from rotation and obliqueness of the pulsar to work out the general relativistic versions of Goldreich-Julian model and subpulse drift.

As the population of the elderly has increased and the nuclear family has become popular, the demands of long-term care services for the elderly have arisen. However, a lot of patients, who need long-term care services, are in general hospitals because existing facilities for the elderly are not sufficient in terms of both quality and quantity. In this study, it is considered a good alternative to set geriatric wards, offering long-term care services for the elderly, in general hospitals. This study shows an analysis of geriatric wards in general hospitals, especially, based on the case of N hospital, and suggests the spacial elements of geriatric wards, which is different from other wards in the aspects of space program and operating system.

In 1985, Khan gave some sufficient conditions on semigroup identities to be preserved under epis of semigroups in conjunction with the general semigroup permutation identity. But determination of all identities which are preserved under epis in conjunction with the general permutation identity is an open problem in the category of all semigroups and hence, in the category of all posemigroups. In this paper, we first find some sufficient conditions on an identity to be preserved under epis of posemigroups in conjunction with any nontrivial general permutation identity. We also find some sufficient conditions on posemigroup identities to be preserved under epis of posemigroups in conjunction with the posemigroup permutation identity, not a general permutation identity.

Purposes: This study is comparative analysis of the job satisfaction by enneagram personality types of general hospital workers. Methodology: The data were collected from 312 workers of 3 general hospitals using standardized questionnaires. Personality types were examined using the enneagram, and job satisfaction was analyzed according to personality 9 types. Findings: In all personality types, it was found that communication had the most important influence on job satisfaction. In 1 type, reward system, working environment·welfare, and communication had a significant positive(+) effect on job satisfaction. In 7, 9 types, empowerment and communication had a significant positive influence on job satisfaction. Practical Implications: According to the personality type of the hospital workers, job satisfaction factors were found to be different. These results are expected to be important reference materials for human resources management in hospitals.

본 연구는 치위생과 교육과정의 교양과목을 중심으로 학생들의 만족도 및 인식을 조사함으로써 교양교육과정에 대한 개선방안을 모색하기 위하여 S시, L시, K시 소재의 4개교 2학년 치위생과 학생 265명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문지를 이용하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 교양과목에 대한 만족도는 2.54점으로 낮게 조사되었으며 세부적인 사항으로 중복성 2.63%, 적절성 2.61%, 교수방법 2.60% 순으로 만족도가 조사되었다. 2. 일반적 특성에 대한 교양과목의 만족도에서는 치위생 전공에 대한 만족도가 높은 학생일수록 교양과목에 대한 만족도가 높게 나타나 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<.001). 3. 학생들은 현재 수강중인 교양과목이 인격형성에 도움이 되지 않는다고 인식하고 있다. 4. 일반적 특성과 교양과목에 대한 견해에서는 치위생 전공에 대한 만족도가 높은 학생일수록 교양과목에 대한 견해가 긍정적으로 나타나 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<.05). 5. 교양과목에 대한 기대사항으로 교수방법과 실력있는 강사섭외, 자기계발을 할 수 있는 분야로의 교양과목 확대 등을 학생들은 원하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 치위생과 학생들의 교양과목에 대한 만족도가 그리 높지 않은 것으로 나타나고 있으며 교양과목에 대한 견해에서는 인격형성에 대한 부분이 가장 부족한 것으로 조사되었다. 그 외 실력있는 강사섭외와 자기계발에 도움이 되는 교양과목이 필요하다고 조사되었으며 전공에 대한 만족도가 높을수록 교양과목에 대한 만족과 견해는 높고 긍정적인 것으로 조사되었다. 이에 교양교육과정에 대한 개선과 검토가 이루어져 다양한 교양교육과정의 운영이 필요할 것이라 사료된다.

In general, it is very efficient and effective to use screening variables that are correlated with the performance variable in case that measuring the performance variable is impossible (destructive) or expensive. The general methodology for searching surrogate variables is regression analysis. This paper considers the inspection problem in CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) production line, in which the performance variable (dependent variable) is binary type and screening variables are continuous. The general regression with dummy variable, discriminant analysis and binary logistic regression are considered. The cost model is also formulated to determine economically inspection procedure with screening variables.
