A Study on the Cost Risk Analysis Method for Construction Projects (건설 프로젝트의 코스트 리스크 분석방법론에 관한 연구)

  • Considering about construction projects characteristics, there Is an existing uncertainty which causes inaccuracy or invalidity under decision making situation. Therefore, cost risk analysis of numerous construction projects are Inclined to depend on expert's experiences and subjective judgements. In Korean domestic construction works, however, there is no reasonable method or process for applying subjective elements. Only probabilistic analysis using objective calculation are being used now. This research suggests a cost risk analysis method to analyze quantitatively Cost Impact by risk, and it appraises expert's subjective elements for the purpose of enhancing validity of cost estimation. Moreover, a new cost risk analysis method is introduced for providing convenient user interface in practical business.

  • Authentication model in the wireless environment has many security vulnerabilities. However, there is no adapting standard method in this field. Therefore, we propose a fuzzy logic based authentication model to enhance the security level in the authentication environment. We use fuzzy logic based classification to construct our model, and also additionally utilize improved AHP and case-based reasoning for an appropriate decision making. We compute the context information by using the improved AHP method, use the proposed model to compute the security level for the input data, and securely apply the proposed model to the wireless environment which has diverse context information. We look forward to better security model including cloud computing by extending the proposed method in the future.

  • The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the green logistics of Korea enterprises. According to participate pan-nationally about environment problems, the field of logistics is required to transfer green logistics like increase efficiency of using energy and construct economic systems. And also environment-friendly policies of enterprises are playing important role. So authors selected and analysed factors through precedent study and questionnaire. Selected factors are cultivation about environment-friendly policy awareness to employees, Utilization environment-friendly resources, decrease of atmosphere pollution substance, company's promotion of outside environment-friendly policy. In order to shed light on these problem, fuzzy AHP method is adopted and the factor of cultivation about environment-friendly policy awareness to employees is the highest weight. And also result of the highest weight between enterprises that set policies about green logistics and factors' are The Korean Air, Glovis, Korea Express synthetically.

  • The paper attempts to identify the Logistics Service Duality of Container Terminals and to test the model by using of the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). Also, the research assess the practical competitiveness of Container Terminals in Kwangyang by Fuzzy technique. To conclude, we can make the following observations: (1) we classifies the Logistic Service Quality into five attributes such as Tangibility, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, (2) Assurance is drawn to the most important attribute, (3) There is a significant disparity between the operators and the users in the relative importance of the Logistics Service Quality Attributes of Container Terminal, (4) In the result of analysis of the terminals' competitiveness, C Terminal is extracted as the most superior operator. In Addition, we hope to provide useful contribution to increase Gwangyang container terminal's competitiveness and offer some insight in further research.

A Study on the Decision-Making Factors of Street Turn Platform (복화운송 플렛폼 사용의사 결정요인 분석에 대한 연구)

  • The Street Turn system in South Korea has been developing continuously with the advancement of information technology; however, this has not lead to an increase of the Street Turn transportation volume. As a result, this study presents the decision-making factors for using the system from the standpoint of users of the existing Street Turn transportation system. The people who have used domestic Street Turn transportation services or who are working in a shipping company were analyzed using Fuzzy-AHP. A total of five major factors and 17 detailed factors were derived from this analysis. As a result, timeliness was selected as the most important major factor, and in particular, the information provision time (0.207) was selected as the most important factor, followed by platform use process (0.079), and number of participating shippers (0.074).

  • This paper reviews the current local logistics policy of the Incheon Metropolitan City and prioritizes policy agenda based on fuzzy AHP and IPA (Importance Performance Analysis). The analysis recommends that the city needs to keep up the current good works at the policy agenda such as early expansion of the international logistics hub and improvement of the provincial highway network.The policy agenda including the logistics parks, the transport networks and the hinterland activities are evaluated as overkilled agenda. Revitalization of the logistics database, establishment of an integrated business support center, modal shift, and public logistics support were classified as low-priority policy agenda. The policy agenda of urgent concentration includes development of new logistics business and air cargo industry.

  • This study aims at investigating measures to vitalize the Pohang Yeongil New Port and its hinterland in the context of the post Covid-19 pandemic. To identify appropriate strategies, an SWOT analysis combined with fuzzy-AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) was applied for strategical priority. Among the SWOT factors, weaknesses and threats were found to be critical. At a more detailed level, the strategic priorities were given to insufficient infrastructure (W), neighboring ports (T), insufficient shipping network (W), low service level (W) and South-North Korea relationships (T). Given these results, several strategies to overcome core weaknesses and threats of the Pohang Yeongil Port were suggested. The results of this study may provide valuable insights for port policy makers.

An Improved Multilevel Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation to Analyse on Engineering Project Risk

  • Purpose: To overcome the question that depends too much on expert's subjective judgment in traditional risk identification, this paper structure the multilevel generalized fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mathematics model of the risk identification of project, to research the risk identification of the project. Research design, data and methodology: This paper constructs the multilevel generalized fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mathematics model. Through iterative algorithm of AHP analysis, make sure the important degree of the sub project in risk analysis, then combine expert's subjective judgment with objective quantitative analysis, and distinguish the risk through identification models. Meanwhile, the concrete method of multilevel generalized fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is probed. Using the index weights to analyse project risks is discussed in detail. Results: The improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm is proposed in the paper, at first the method of fuzzy sets core is used to optimize the fuzzy relation matrix. It improves the capability of the algorithm. Then, the method of entropy weight is used to establish weight vectors. This makes the computation process fair and open. And thereby, the uncertainty of the evaluation result brought by the subjectivity can be avoided effectively and the evaluation result becomes more objective and more reasonable. Conclusions: In this paper, we use an improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate a railroad engineering project risk. It can give a more reliable result for a reference of decision making.

A Movie Recommendation System based on Fuzzy-AHP with User Preference and Partition Algorithm (사용자 선호도와 군집 알고리즘을 이용한 퍼지-계층적 분석 기법 기반 영화 추천 시스템)

  • The current recommendation systems have problems including the difficulty of figuring out whether they recommend items that actual users have preference for or have simple interest in, the scarcity of data to recommend proper items due to the extremely small number of users, and the cold-start issue of the dropping system performance to recommend items that can satisfy users according to the influx of new users. In an effort to solve these problems, this study implemented a movie recommendation system to ensure user satisfaction by using the Fuzzy-Analytic Hierarchy Process, which can reflect uncertain situations and problems, and the data partition algorithm to group similar items among the given ones. The data of a survey on movie preference with 61 users was applied to the system, and the results show that it solved the data scarcity problem based on the Fuzzy-AHP and recommended items fit for a user with the data partition algorithm even with the influx of new users. It is thought that research on the density-based clustering will be needed to filter out future noise data or outlier data.

A Study on the Comparative Analysis of World Major Liner Shipping Companies' Ship Investment Strategy (세계 주요 정기선사의 선박 투자전략 비교분석에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to carry out comparative analysis on the world major liner shipping companies' ship investment strategy using Fuzzy-AHP model. In this study, the ship investment factors were firstly selected by literature review and finally adopted them by in-depth interview with experts who had working experiences over 15 years in the field of shipping business. As suggested in the previous research, the liner shipping companies have been classified into four types such as 'ship investment irrelevant to market trend'(Type1), 'ship investment before market rise'(Type2), 'market decline after participation in excessive orders'(Type3), 'avoidance of ship investment during market rise'(Type4) and the comparative analysis were conducted among four ship investment types. According to the results of analysis, ship investment priority in Type1 was freight rates(0.132), price of used ship(0.121) and fleet(0.103). The priority in Type2 was freight rates(0.134), need for ship owner(0.113) and public funding(0.109). Type3 put its priority in freight rates(0.173), fleet(0.169) and the changes in international circumstances(0.121). Type4 considered freight rates(0.239), fleet(0.232) and oil price(0.150) as its priority.
