  • In this paper, the concept of connected geodesic number, $gn_c(G)$, of a fuzzy graph G is introduced and its limiting bounds are identified. It is proved that all extreme nodes of G and all cut-nodes of the underlying crisp graph $G^*$ belong to every connected geodesic cover of G. The connected geodesic number of complete fuzzy graphs, fuzzy cycles, fuzzy trees and of complete bipartite fuzzy graphs are obtained. It is proved that for any pair k, n of integers with $3{\leq}k{\leq}n$, there exists a connected fuzzy graph G : (V, ${\sigma}$, ${\mu}$) on n nodes such that $gn_c(G)=k$. Also, for any positive integers $2{\leq}a<b{\leq}c$, it is proved that there exists a connected fuzzy graph G : (V, ${\sigma}$, ${\mu}$) such that the geodesic number gn(G) = a and the connected geodesic number $gn_c(G)=b$.

  • The aim of this paper is to introduce the concept $\gamma$-connectedness in fuzzy topological spaces. We also investigate some interre lations between this types of fuzzy connectedness together with the preservation properties under some types of fuzzy continuity. A comparison between some types of connectedness in fuzzy topological spaces is of interest.

  • We have observed that there exist certain fuzzy topological spaces with no fuzzy minimal open sets. This observation motivates us to investigate fuzzy topological spaces with neither fuzzy minimal open sets nor fuzzy maximal open sets. We have observed if such fuzzy topological spaces exist and if it is connected are not fuzzy cut-point spaces. We also study and characterize certain properties of fuzzy mean open sets in fuzzy T1-connected fuzzy topological spaces.

  • In this paper, the concepts of pairwise fuzzy $G_{\delta}$-connected spaces and pairwise fuzzy $G_{\delta}$-extremally disconnected spaces are introduced. The concept of pairwise fuzzy $G_{\delta}$-basically disconnected spaces is defined. Characterizations of the above spaces are given besides giving several examples. Interrelations among the spaces introduced are discussed and some relevant counter examples are given.

  • This paper proposes a method of maximum power point tracking (MPPT) using fuzzy logic control for grid-connected photovoltaic systems (PV). First, for the purpose of comparison, because of its proven and good performances, the incremental conductance (IncCond) technique is briefly introduced. A double fuzzy logic controller (DFLC) based MPPT is then proposed which has shown better performances compared to the IncCond MPPT based approach. Modeling and Simulation in grid-connected PV system results are provided for both controllers under same atmospheric condition based PSCAD/EMTDC. The double fuzzy logic MPPT controller is then simulated and evaluated, which has shown better performances.

  • We introduce the notion of (r,s)-connected sets in intuitionistic fuzzy topological spaces and investigate some properties of them. In particular, we show that every (r,s)-component in an intuitionistic fuzzy topological space is (r,s)-component in the stratification of it.

  • The MPPT algorithm using neuro-fuzzy controller is proposed to improve the performance of fuzzy controller in this paper. The width of membership function and fuzzy rule have an effect on the performance of fuzzy controller. The neuro-fuzzy controller has the response characteristic which is superior to the existing fuzzy controller, because of using the optimal width of the fuzzy membership function through the neural learning. The superior control characteristic of a proposed algorithm is confirmed through simulation and experiment results.
