우리나라 공공도서관 민간위탁의 성과 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of Results on 'Contracting Out' of Public Library Services in Korea)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 공공도서관의 운영 활성화에 기여하기 위하여 현행 공공도서관의 민간 위탁의 성과를 분석하는 것이다. 성과의 분석 대상으로는 민간 위탁을 실시하고 있는 3개 공공도서관을 선정하여, 문헌연구, 설문 및 방문조사를 수행하였다. 주요한 고찰사항은 첫째. 공공도서관 민간위탁의 필요성과 배경 및 현황의 검토, 둘째, 민간위탁의 찬$\cdot$반 양론 및 쟁점의 정리, 셋째, 민간위탁의 현행 성과 분석을 포함하였고, 마지막으로 분석에 근거하여 향후 바람직한 공공도서관 민간 위탁 제도 도입과 운영 전략을 제시하고 있다.

해사클라우드 환경에 적합한 비밀분산 기반의 안전한 데이터 전송 기법 (A Secure Data Transmission Scheme Based on Secret Sharing for the Maritime Cloud Environment)

  • 해사클라우드는 해상 도메인의 여러 통신 링크 간 원활한 정보 교환을 가능하게 하는 e-Navigation의 주요 통신 기반 기술이다. 최근 이에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행중에 있으나, 현재까지는 기초적인 단계에 있다. 해사클라우드는 다양한 통신 인프라를 활용하여 정보를 전달하므로, 기존의 해양 통신 환경보다 더욱 많은 위협에 노출될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 해사클라우드 환경을 위한 안전한 데이터 전송 기법을 제안한다. 제안한 기법은 비밀분산 방식을 기반으로 지오캐스팅을 통하여 비밀조각이 전달되며, 이를 기반으로 암호화 키를 생성하여 특정 시점에 인가된 선박에 한해서만 원본 정보를 복원할 수 있다는 특징이 있으며, 스니핑 및 중간자 공격에 안전하다는 장점이 있다.

A Function-Based Knowledge Base for Technology Intelligence

  • The development of a practical technology intelligence system requires a knowledge base that structures the core information and its relationship distilled from large volumes of technical data. Previous studies have mainly focused on the methodological approaches for technology opportunities, while little attention has been paid to constructing a practical knowledge base. Therefore, this study proposes a procedure to construct a function-based knowledge base for technology intelligence. We define the product-function-technology relationship and subsequently present the detailed steps for the knowledge base construction. The knowledge base, which is constructed analyzing 1110582 patents between 2009 and 2013 from the United States Patent and Trademark Office database, contains the functional knowledge of products and technologies and the relationship between products and technologies. This study is the first attempt to develop a large-scale knowledge base using the concept of function and has the ability to serve as a basis not only for furthering technology opportunity analysis methods but also for developing practical technology intelligence systems.

소비자 관계몰입의 다차원성에 관한 연구 (Consumers' Commitment and Its Multi-Dimensional Structure)

  • Despite the importance of and the vast empirical research attention devoted to commitment in channel relationships, several unresolved issues remain. First, although the term commitment is often measured as a single trait, measuring commitment as a single dimension, is problematic for the epistemological depth and methodological sophistication of the instrument. Second, consumer research has seldom considered the complex nature of commitment in consumer markets. This study hypothesized that the multidimensionality of commitment can be separately identified and that the multidimensional factors-LY(Loyalty), ID(Identity), INT(Internalization)-interact differently from those in inter-fun relationships. A conceptualization of commitment holds LY as a central mediator between ID and INT in this study. The data was collected from 491 retail consumers. For the measurement model test, the three-factor model was selected as representing the underlying factor structure in the sample data and the multidimensionality of commitment was confirmed. The conceptualized model, holding LY as a mediator of ID and INT, performed better than the competing model with INT as mediator of ID and LY. The results provide a theoretical contribution in furthering the research on relationship marketing with consumers by suggesting that the consumer commitment structure be presented differently from the organizational commitment.

  • 본 연구는 임파워먼트에 대한 이론을 통하여 조직구성원들을 좀 더 효과적으로 임파원먼트시키기 위해서이다. 또한 조직구성원들이 고려해야 하는 변수인 직무특성과 임파워먼트와 어떠한 영향관계가 있는지를 알아보고, 한국 사회에서의 기업내 구성원들을 한층 더 높은 자율성을 제공하고자 한다. 결과적으로 직무특성과 임파워먼트는 유의미한 영향관계(+)와 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 조직 구성원들을 임파워먼트시키는 구체적인 과정과 기법에 대한 연구, 임파워먼트시키는데 알맞는 조직문화적 특성을 파악하는 연구, 그리고 여러 분야에 실질적으로 적용해 보는 연구가 이루어지리라 생각한다.

상호작용 중심의 모-자 미술치료가 불안정 애착 아동 및 어머니의 상호작용에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of a Interaction Based Mother-Child Art Therapy on the Interaction of Child with Unstable Attachment and Mother)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of interaction based mother-child art therapy on the change of child and mother's interactions in a child who was in trouble due to attachment problems. The subject in this study was a six-year-old child who faced difficulties in peer relationship building and who were maladjusted to kindergarten because of unstable attachment and negative feedback from his parents. Also, he showed serious problem behaviors at home. The ABA design was adopted among single-subject research designs, and the Target child was observed in the sessions in terms of the subfactors of Marschak's Behavioral Rating Scale to gather data related to the changes of child and mother's interactions. As a result of analyzing the collected data, there were positive changes in all the subfactors that were the child's verbal/nonverbal interactions, the mother's verbal/nonverbal interactions and mother-child interactions. Therefore the interaction based mother-child art therapy that was designed to boost child and mother's interactions was effective at furthering the mother-child interactions of the child with attachment problems.

한국보건행정학회 30주년 (The 30th Anniversary of the Korean Academy of Health Policy and Management)

  • The Korean Academy of Health Policy and Management (KAHPM) is on its 30th anniversary in 2018. The KAHPM is the first academic society in the field of health policy and management, and it has maintained its significance for 30 years as a representative academic society of health policy and management in Korea. During 30 years, the KAHPM has sought to establish and develop academic field of health policy and management, conducted academic discussions on the agenda of health policy and management in response to the needs of the times and on the health policy issues of the presidential elections, and discussed the healthcare policy of the Government. The 30th anniversary of the KAHPM is scheduled to hold a 30th anniversary academic conference and to prepare the 30th history book of the KAHPM. The offical journal of KAHPM, Health Policy and Management (HPM) will be publishing a special issue with important topics with health policy and management in commemoration of its 30th anniversary. Based on 30 years' experiences, the KAHPM and HPM will be committed to furthering the next 30 years and endeavoring to contribute to improve the quality of life for the people by establishing and practicing desirable health policy and management.

The Effect of Cabin Crew Service Quality on Customer Loyalty

  • Purpose: This study analyzes how cabin crew service quality influences customer loyalty in the aviation industry. Specifically, it examines how the reliability, professionalism, and authenticity of cabin crew services affect cognitive loyalty and whether such effects affect emotional loyalty. Design and methodology: We surveyed passengers who had used aviation services in the past year. Structural equation modelling was used to test our hypotheses. To test model fit and assess reliability, validity was developed for the measurement items of each variable. Findings: The results support all four hypotheses. Reliability, professionalism, and authenticity of cabin crew services positively influence cognitive loyalty. Furthermore, cognitive loyalty significantly and positively affects emotional loyalty. These findings highlight the crucial role of cabin crew in fostering both rational preference and emotional attachment among passengers. Conclusions: This study provides insights into developing customer loyalty in the aviation industry. It demonstrates the need to invest in cabin crew training, which ultimately affects all three service quality dimensions. It also indicates that carriers can consider cognitive loyalty as a gateway to emotional loyalty and should pursue strategies accordingly. These results provide airlines with practical implications for improving customer loyalty and furthering their competitive advantage in the industry.

뇌기반 진화적 접근법에 따른 과학 자유탐구에 대한 초등학교 학생의 인식 (Elementary School Students' Perceptions on Free Science Inquiry Activities Applying a Brain-Based Evolutionary Approach)

  • In National Curriculum of Science revised in 2007, free inquiry was newly introduced to increase student's interest in science and to foster creativity by having students make their own curiosity questions and find answers by themselves. The purpose of this study is to analyze elementary school students' perceptions on free science inquiry activities applying a brain-based evolutionary approach. For this study, 106 the fifth grade students participated, and then completed a questionnaire on free inquiry activities according to a brain-based evolutionary science teaching and learning principles. The students performed a series of steps of the Diversifying, Estimating-Evaluating-Executing, and Furthering activities in each of Affective, Behavioral, and Cognitive domains (ABC-DEF approach) and constructed their own free inquiry diary, then the observations by the researcher and interviews with the students were analyzed both quantitatively and qualitatively. The major results of the study were as follows: First, the majority of the students perceived the each domain and step positively although a few of them perceived negatively. The reasons perceived as negatively were categorized into two; preference dimension of like or dislike and ability dimension of metacognitive or self-reflective capacity. Also, they perceived the free inquiry experience in the form of ABC-DEF as helpful to understand the nature of scientists' scientific activities. Based on these findings, implications for supporting authentic inquiry in school science are discussed.

AI 챗봇 타입과 이용동기에 따른 사용만족도 및 지속사용의도 :자기결정이론을 중심으로 (AI Chatbot Users' Satisfaction and Intention for Continued Use : Moderating Effects of Chatbot Type and Motivations)

  • 최근 인공지능 기술을 이용한 챗봇 서비스가 다양한 플랫폼에 적용되면서 그 이용자의 수도 급증하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 자기결정성이론(Self Determination Theory)을 적용해 이용자의 세 가지 심리욕구(인지된 자율성, 인지된 유능성, 인지된 관계성)가 사용 만족도 및 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 한다. 또한, 챗봇의 타입을 음성 기반 인공지능 비서, 텍스트 기반 모바일 메신저의 두 가지로 구성하고, 챗봇 이용동기는 실용적 동기, 유희적 동기, 사회 및 관계적 동기의 세 가지 차원으로 구성하여 이들간의 관계도 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 챗봇 사용 경험이 있는 이용자들을 대상으로 설문조사 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 자기결정성 요인인 인지된 자율성, 유능성, 관계성이 모두 사용 만족도 및 지속사용의도에 긍정적인 효과를 보였다. 또한 챗봇 이용자의 사용만족도는 지속사용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 또한, 사회 및 관계적 동기가 인지된 자율성과 사용만족도간의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 자기결정성이론을 적용해 이용자 심리적인 특성의 중심으로 이용자 심리욕구가 챗봇 사용 만족도 및 지속사용의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 설명함으로써 다양한 분야의 인공지능 관련 연구의 확장을 도모하고, 급속도로 성장하고 있는 챗봇 시장에 유용한 실무 전략을 제공한다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
