The purpose of this study was to identify the importance of salesperson selling behavior such as salesperson's orientation, similarity with customers and expertise as well as the relationship benefits of salesperson. A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed to adults in Daegu-Kyongbuk area and 335 questionnaires were collected(84%) and 314 samples were used for the statistical analysis. The primary methods of the statistical analysis were factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation and path analysis using LISREL 8. The results are as follows: First, clothings salesperson's customer-orientation(p < .10), expertise, similarity (p< .10) and salesperson's functional, social benefits showed positive relation with customer satisfaction. And salesperson's selling-orientation influenced customer satisfaction of salesperson negatively. In addition customer satisfaction of salesperson showed positive relation with salesperson loyalty and satisfaction of the stores. Second, the salesperson loyalty showed positive relation with store loyalty and word-of-mouth but showed negative relation with post-purchase information search. Customer satisfaction of stores showed negative relation with post-purchase information search but no meaningful relation with store loyalty and word-of-mouth.
This study examined the various functions of public libraries, as well as user satisfaction and needs. We targeted 6 public libraries in the Seoul and Gyunggi area. After 280 library users were surveyed, the collected data were analyzed with an SPSS for Win 14.0 statistics program, where we used frequency, percentage, mean, T-test, One-way ANOVA, and Duncan's test. The major findings were as follows: 1) Half of the users used educational functional space, mainly in the 10-20 age group, who used it for educational purposes as a student or to prepare for getting a job. 2) There were gaps between the furniture arrangement and user preference since most libraries used a rigid system while users preferred a more flexible arrangement. 3) Space by space, public library satisfaction levels differed according to the users' gender and age. Satisfaction of the digital information room scored high, especially for users in their forties. Since public library users are diverse and require various functions, library interiors should be planned accordingly in terms of furniture arrangement and interior design. In particular, there was a gap between satisfaction by age groups, so libraries must account for community needs by considering the age group demographics of their surrounding areas.
The purpose of this study is to know about the consumption patterns of functional foods and their associated factors for contributing to the promotion of healthiness on Gwangju residents. The results obtained are summarized as follows: in terms of age, 35.9% of men (n=78) and 52.3% of women (n=128) are found in the age range of $45{\sim}54$ which comprises the highest portion of age distribution. 49.5% of subjects had college education or more. In the occupation category, 33.3% of the men had business job positions, and 39.8% of women were in the unemployed (housewife) category. Stress relief was the most important factor to maintain good health. 76.2% of the subjects have experience in consuming functional foods. The main reason for taking functional foods was to maintain health. Information and reliability of effectiveness were considered when selecting functional foods. Purchasing functional foods was motivated by family members, relatives, and/or the subjects themselves. Functional foods were mainly purchased from pharmacies or health food stores. Regular exercise, drinking, periodical medical checkups, and eating score all are taken into consideration with the consumption of functional foods.77.9% of subjects recognized functions for functional foods purchased. 18.8% of subjects experienced side effects after intaking functional food. Therefore, functional foods should be managed by the government and nutrition education for consumers should be required to encourage them to choose functional foods more satisfactorily and safely.

The case management has been applied to improve the quality of care and the cost-effectiveness in the most health care institutions. In a way of case management, the critical pathway(CP) has been executed in many acute care settings, focused on the diagnoses with high cost, high volume, and high risk. This study was conducted to develop a case management program using CP as an intervention of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis for the surgery of posterolateral fusion, and to find out the effects of the critical pathway on the quality of nursing care, patient satisfaction as an outcome of care, length of stay and medical charge, and nurses' job satisfaction. At the same time, patients' functional states were checked with the Oswestry Low Back Pain Index, to show that the CP would not decrease the patients' function compared to the control group. The subjects were 25 control patients with a usual operation of lumbar fusion and 25 experimental patients with CP. They were all female, aged $50s{\sim}70s$, admitted in the Orthopedic surgery ward of a university hospital. Also nurses on the floor using CP were asked to respond to measurement tool of job satisfaction before and after the application of CP, and compared with other nurses on the different wards. Data were analyzed with t-test for continuous variables and chi-square for non-parametric variables in addition to the reliability test of the measurement tools. The results of this study were as followings: 1. Patients' functional states The differences in Oswestry scores of the experimental and control groups assessed at preoperation and at discharge were not statistically significant. The change in scores of the experimental group measured at preoperation and at discharge was larger than that of the control group, however the difference was not statistically significant. The results indicate that the CP did not decrease the patients' functional status. 2. The quality of nursing care The total of quality of nursing care given to the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P=.000). In addition, the experimental group showed better scores of quality of every item of care than the control group(P=.000 -.004). 3. Patient satisfaction Patients of the experimental group were not more satisfied with general care than the control group. But they were more satisfied with discharge care of 'explanation about medication, body posture, and brace application' and 'explanation about the adjustment of daily living and exercise during recovery'(P= .047, P=.028). 4. Nurses' job satisfaction Nurses working with the CP showed more job satisfaction than before the CP introduction(P=.048). But the control group of nurses on a different floor showed no change in job satisfaction at the same period of time. 5. Length of stay and medical charge The mean length of stay of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group without statistical significance. The charge of medication and treatment of the experimental group were smaller than that of the control group(P=.011, P=.000). The results of the study support that the case management using critical pathway enables to improve the quality of care and job satisfaction, to reduce the medical charge, and consequently to increase satisfaction with care. However, the case management should be instituted focusing on the quality improvement of nursing and the client satisfaction, not just for the purpose of cost-effectiveness of health care facilities.

This study aims to investigate the degree of influence of LMS on online classes conducted after COVID-19 at C University in Gyeongsangnam-do, and to examine the relationship between overall class satisfaction and LMS satisfaction variables. C University started the project to construct 'Next-generation Smart LMS' and operated it from the first semester of 2021. As a result of conducting a survey about overall class satisfaction and LMS satisfaction consisting of five variables with 140 learners who have experienced online classes at C University. The learners showed high satisfaction not only in overall classes but also LMS. As a result of regression analysis of LMS satisfaction and overall class satisfaction, it was found that the functional convenience of LMS and interaction with instructors had a significant effect on overall class satisfaction. This study has limitations in that it was conducted only at one college and a limited number of variables were measured.
This study intended to propose a guideline designed to secure safety by developing a functional color design for the color of the ordinary working clothes worn in the actual industrial settings of the machine industry in national industrial complexes in Korea. For this, a total of 6 sets of actual working clothes were produced for test, using 2-color arrangements with blue, of varying brightness and chroma for top and bottom, in relation to the visibility proven in preceding studies and evaluated in the machine industry. Blue was suggested the best proper color for machine industry by previous studies. For the material of working clothes, a total of 111 swatches were collected from the Dongdaemoon Fabric Market, and they were analyzed for color values. A total of 6 materials were used to produce working clothes for testing, which represented high brightness, medium brightness, low brightness, high chroma, medium chroma, and low chroma. Clothes were tried at the industrial settings for machine industry in a national industrial complex located in Gyeongsangnam-do and the expert satisfaction evaluation was performed based on items related with safety. As a result, higher satisfaction was shown when the brightness difference of top and bottom clothes was greater, and for chroma, relatively higher satisfaction appeared when the chroma of both top and bottom clothes was high. To secure satisfaction for both brightness and chroma, it is possible to deduce that the 2-color arrangement using the strong tone with high brightness and high chroma and the dark tone with somewhat low brightness and high chroma would be effective. Top and bottom clothes in the same color with high chroma had high visibility but had somewhat low evaluation for harmonious arrangements. This indicated that the arrangement of vivid colors for top-bottom clothes is inappropriate.
This paper investigated main determinants of paid-VOD user satisfaction and re-purchasing intention in IPTV platform. The findings showed that 'perceived system quality' was the significant antecedent variable influencing 'perceived usefulness' and 'perceived cost'. Meanwhile, 'perceived content quality' had the insignificant effect on 'perceived cost, while strongly and positively affecting 'perceived playfulness'. Regarding the relative size effect on the relationship between the belief variables and re-purchasing intention, content quality, cost, usefulness and playfulness were higher in the order, implying that functional benefits, like price and quality is the most crucial factor facilitating re-purchasing paid-VOD. Likewise, several variables associated with user characteristics and situation were employed as moderating variables to examine their impact on the process of formation of belief, satisfaction and intention. We found that there were distinct differences in value cognition and satisfaction level among users, depending on IPTV acceptance period, paid-VOD purchasing frequency, age and income level.

Background Insufficient satisfaction outcome literature exists to assist consultations for scar revision surgery; such outcomes should reflect the patient's perspective. The aim of this study was to prospectively investigate scar revision patient satisfaction outcomes, according to specified patient-selection criteria. Methods Patients (250) were randomly selected for telephone contacting regarding scar revisions undertaken between 2007-2011. Visual analogue scores were obtained for scars pre- and post-revision surgery. Surgery selection criteria were; 'presence' of sufficient time for scar maturation prior to revision, technical issues during or wound complications from the initial procedure that contributed to poor scarring, and 'absence' of site-specific or patient factors that negatively influence outcomes. Patient demographics, scar pathogenesis (elective vs. trauma), underlying issue (functional/symptomatic vs. cosmetic) and revision surgery details were also collected with the added use of a real-time, hospital database. Results Telephone contacting was achieved for 211 patients (214 scar revisions). Satisfaction outcomes were '2% worse, 16% no change, and 82% better'; a distribution maintained between body sites and despite whether surgery was functional/symptomatic vs. cosmetic. Better outcomes were reported by patients who sustained traumatic scars vs. those who sustained scars by elective procedures (91.80% vs. 77.78%, P=0.016) and by females vs. males (85.52% vs. 75.36%, P<0.05), particularly in the elective group where males (36.17%) were more likely to report no change or worse outcomes versus females (16.04%) (P<0.01). Conclusions Successful scar revision outcomes may be achieved using careful patient selection. This study provides useful information for referring general practitioners, and patient-surgeon consultations, when planning scar revision.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the satisfaction of the adolescents' school backpack bag and the important criteria when purchasing for developing comfort and functional backpack. The questionnaire was composed and surveyed with 245 middle school students and the data were analyzed through SPSS 13.0. Purchasing criteria were grouped into 5: practical, shop environment, comfort, aesthetic and maintenance. Satisfaction factors were function/comfort, fashion/aesthetic and durability/A.S. 50.2% of students recognized the inappropriate wearing backpack might cause the deformation of body shape. And the wrong habit of wearing bag was found to affect the body posture of students. Main symptoms caused by wearing it for long time are ‘sweating around shoulder and back' and ‘feeling stiff in shoulders and waist'. Needs arise to develop the bag which could prevent them and to educate students how to wear bags. According to the result from MDS of purchasing criteria, one axis is product vs. environment, and other is functional vs. psychological aspects. According to the result from MDS of bag satisfaction, one axis is function/durability vs. fashion/appearance, and other is gestalt quality vs. part quality. They wanted the improvement in the aspects of shape/design, material, maintenance, comfort and usability of the bags. Specially it is required that we research the adolescent customer-oriented way and develop the new materials or shapes pursuing both shoulder comfort and characteristics.
Background: Closed reduction of the fracture under general or local anesthesia with elevators or forceps is widely used to treat nasal bone fractures. However, operating under general anesthesia increases the risk of morbidity and raises the cost of management. Furthermore, using forceps or elevators may cause undercorrection, new fractures, mucosal damage, and nasal hemorrhage. We therefore performed manual reduction under local anesthesia, using the little finger, to minimize the demerits of treatment under general anesthesia with forceps or elevators and aimed to assess functional and aesthetic outcomes, and patient satisfaction. Methods: Patients who visited the plastic and reconstructive surgery department between November 2016 and November 2017 with nasal bone fractures and treated by a single surgeon were prospectively followed up. Patients with simple unilateral or bilateral nasal bone fractures were treated with bedside finger reduction under local anesthesia and patients with comminuted nasal bone or septal fractures were scheduled for closed reduction under general anesthesia. Results: Of 84 patients, 28 met the inclusion criterion and underwent bedside finger reduction under local anesthesia. Twenty-seven patients (96.4%) were successfully contacted via telephone for survey. Twenty-three (85.2%) showed good and three (11.1%) showed fair results. All 27 patients (100%) were satisfied with their postoperative function and 25 (92.6%) were satisfied with their postoperative aesthetic result. Twenty-five patients (92.6%) preferred the finger reduction method under local anesthesia over closed reduction under general anesthesia. Conclusion: Finger reduction under local anesthesia in patients with mild unilateral or bilateral nasal bone fractures is an easy and efficient procedure with high patient satisfaction and favorable postoperative functional and aesthetic outcomes.
