This study mainly focuses on the dissatisfaction of the post-purchase behavior regarding the consumer dissatisfaction complaining behavior and repurchase intention In the literature study approach it was hypothe-sized that dissatisfaction variables was consisted of the cognitive process and emotion. And the dissatisfaction variables and the individual vari-ables and situational variables were set up to contribute to form the complaining behavior. In the process of the complaining behavior the first thing the consumers would do when they would seek for redress or not. Consumers who sought redress and actually received the fair treatment from a store practiced positive word-of-mouth. However consumers who received unfair treat-ment practived negative word-of-mouth exit behavior or the third party complaining Behavior. And consumers who did not seek any redress either showed exit behavior practiced negative word-of-mouth or no complaining behavior at all. Therefore. complaining behavior process consists of redress seeking process and non-redress seeking process. For the empirical study the survey method was used and two other researches were previously conducted. First of all the research was designed to comprehend consumer complaining behaviors process Secondly it was conducted for measuring validity and reliability: Cronbach's q. The sqmple was 569 women aged 2-'s to 5-'s living in Seoul and other suburban areas. The various methods were used to analyze the date such as frequency, percentage and multiple regression analysis. Overall the results were verified. 1) The dissatisfaction variables and individual variables influenced situational variables. 2) The complaining behavior intention was affected by dissatisfaction variables indivi-dual variables and situational variables. 3) The repurchase intention occurred more when the justice was performed Consequently the complaining behavior proce-dure was consisted of the redress seeking and non-redress seeking. And dissatisfaction vari-ables and individual variables were verified to influnce situational variables. These complaining behavior variables affected complaining behavior Especially in a case of redress seeking process complaining behavior and repurchase rate were highly affected by the perceived justice from a store.
The purpose of this study was to verify the effectiveness of the parent education program through play to improve the relationships between mothers and children. The subject of this study consisted of 30 mothers with 4-7 aged child attending S-day-care center located in Ik-San. In order to examine the effectiveness of the parent education program through play, two groups were divided into 15 participants each. The experimental group participated in the parent education program for total 8 sessions(2 sessions per week over the 4 weeks) while the control group didn't. The instrument were 'Maternal Affection & Control Resources Scale developed by Cho, Bok Hee(1991) and 'Teacher-Child relationship Scale' by Pinata & Steinberg. Teacher-Child relationship Scale was modified to be appropriate for use with this program. Parental acceptance level was measured by modified Parental Acceptance Scale (P.P.A.S.) by porter(1954). The data were analyzed by SPSSWIN program. The statistical methods for data analysis were frequency, t-test. paired t-test. The main results of this study were as follows : First, the mothers who participated in the parent education program through play showed improvement in affectionate attitudes than before. Second, the mothers who participated in the parent education program through play have been improved in familiarity and have been decreased in conflict of relationships of mother-child than those who did not participated in. Third, the mothers who participated in parent education program through play improve the recognition on respect to children's emotion, emotional expression right, uniqueness of children's temperament and needs to children's independency and autonomy.
Objectives : Despite the lack of domestic research, eating alone has been reported to be related to depression. We investigated correlation between eating alone, and depression, among women age 65 and older. Methods : Among women registered in the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey data, 1,119 elderly in 2014, and 1,189 in 2016, were analyzed. Eating alone and the degree of depression were assessed, using a questionnaire and the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 respectively. The relationship between eating alone and depression, was analyzed using multilevel logistic regression. Results : In 2014 data, eating alone had significant effect on depression, as the explanatory power is increased to 30.4% in a 'three meals eating alone a day' group (${\beta}=0.128$, p<0.05), when the eating alone parameter is added to demographic factors and health characteristics. In 2016, exploitation of 'the frequency of eating alone' variable led to increment of explanatory power to 22.3%, that was not statistically significant. Conclusion : The result of this study suggests that eating alone among women age 65 and older, was a risk factor of depression in 2014, and is becoming a new life pattern as a social and cultural phenomenon in 2016.
The purpose of this study is to investigate factors influencing the severity of non-suicidal self-injury in an adult community sample. Participants with recent and repeated NSSI(N=54) completed self-reported questionnaire assessing frequency, method, and motivation of self-injury and the emotional regulation of cognitive reappraisal. Results indicated that intrapersonal motivations were endorsed more than interpersonal motivations, and were significantly related with NSSI severity. Also earlier onset was significantly related to NSSI severity. These findings support the emotional regulation model of NSSI and highlight the importance of intervention focusing on emotional regulations.
This study was conducted to investigate changes in the mental functions of the elderly in nursing facilities affected by a horticultural therapy program based on validation therapy. To meet the purpose, we conducted a horticultural therapy program based on validation therapy with 58 elderly participants (average age 79.12±6.84, men and women) once a week, 50 minutes per session, in a total of 10 sessions. Participants were divided into the control and experimental group with convenience sampling. The program was carried out from March 15 to November 22, 2018. Vibraimage 8 pro(ELSYS, 2014) is a recent, psychologically based, emotional-recognition visual imaging technology that measures pixels microvibration in terms of digital frequency and amplitude parameters. To examine the effects of the horticultural therapy program based on validation therapy, Vibraimage was used to assess aggression, stress, tension, suspect, balance, charm, energy, self-regulation, inhibition, neuroticism and positive, negative, physiological domains of mental functions before and after program. As a result, the mean score of the positive domain in the control group significantly decreased from 63.89±5.09 to 60.74±5.48, but it decreased without statistical significance in the experimental group from 63.98±5.45 to 61.39±6.02. The mean score of neuroticism in the experimental group significantly decreased from 31.64±10.94 to 22.87±13.79. Moreover, the mean score of the physiological domain in the experimental group also significantly decreased from 25.08±6.27 to 19.42±8.80. Accordingly, horticultural therapy program based on validation therapy can be utilized as a program to promote mental health, especially maintaining positive mental health function of the eldery, helping those who live in long-term care facilities enjoy a happier life more happier.
Taking Pingjiang historical and cultural block in Suzhou as an example, this paper collects 1436 tourist comment data from Ctrip. com with Python technology, and uses network text analysis method to analyze frequency words, semantic network and emotion, so as to evaluate the tourist perception characteristics and levels of the Grand Canal cultural heritage. The study found that: natural and humanistic landscapes, historical and cultural deposits, and the style of the Jiangnan Canal are fully reflected in the perception of visitors to the Pingjiang Historical and Cultural District; Tourists hold strong positive emotions towards the Pingjiang Road historical and cultural district, however, there is still more space for the transformation and upgrading of the district. Finally,suggestions for measures to improve the perception of tourists of the Grand Canal cultural heritage are given in terms of conservation first, cultural integration and innovative utilization.
The purpose of this study is to examine the relation between the later personality adjustment types and the elderly percepted conflict with their married children. The subjects for this study are the aged over 60 years in Seoul both having the eldest sons' couples and perceiving their own economics level as the middle-upper. The results based on this are as followed: 1) The Active Integrated Coper is appeared in the higher educational level group in the better health condition in the 11-30 thousand won of personal expense in the professional and management occupation and in the more vigorous for social activity. The Failing Overcoper the Dependent Passive Coper and the Self-negating Undercoper is appeared in th female elder group in the later group of the older age in the lower educational level in the worse health condition in the group without spouse in one without income in the below 10 thousand won in the less preparation for the later life. 2) The problems of emotion and iew of values bring about the conflicts between them and theirs rather than the financial problem. when they are in the worse health condition in the group without religion in the group not cohabiting their eldest sons' couples and in the group not well-prepared for their later life as the socio-demographic variables the old recognized the seriousness of the conflict with their eldest sons' couples. 3) The lower the Active Integrated Coper is and the higher the Failing Overcoper is the more intense the conflict between them and their eldest sons' couples is. 4) The t-test to examine the difference in the old's conflict with their eldest sons' couples among the later groups shows that it is in the less the Active Integrated Coper and in the more the Failing Overcoper that the conflict is more surfaced. 5) The educational level the level of the later life preparation the contact frequency with their daughter the level of their social activity as the socio-demographic variables and the Failing Overcoper as the later personality adjustment type answer for 22 percentage of the conflict.

In this paper, daily life stress monitoring system is proposed. The proposed wireless ECG module, reducing the noise and increasing the size of signal, amplification circuit was designed for. Using HRV(Heart Rate Variability), extracted by measuring R-wave, stress diagnostic algorithms to assess the stress of human emotion were developed. For monitoring the activities, the proposed system is consist of small rectangular size for portable and by simple measurement it is possible to measure at any time. Through experiments, the proposed approach to represent user's stress level can be confirmed. This study examined the relationship between emotional labor, job stress and job performance for 226 social workers. The main results are as follows. First, the degree of attention to emotion expression, a sub-concept of emotional labor, had a positive effect on role conflict, a sub-concept of job stress, and emotional disharmony had a positive effect on role overload and role conflict. Second, attention level, emotional disharmony, and frequency of emotional labor, which are sub-concepts of emotional labor, did not have a statistically significant effect on both job performance and sub-concepts, role conflict, role conflict, and job ambiguity. Third, role overload and role conflict, which are sub-concepts of job stress, have a statistically significant negative impact on both in-role performance and out of role performance.
This study investigated the impact of long-term relationship orientation on emotional characteristic in fashion stores and relationship characteristic between middle-aged and senior women and salespeople. This study employed survey method with questionnaire. Data were collected from 579 women who were from the age of forty to seventy. The data were analyzed using statistic methods(SPSS 15.0 and Amos 5.0) such as frequency analysis, cronbach $\alpha$, exploratory factor analysis, second-order confirmatory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modelling. The findings of this study were concluded as follows; Firstly, the income significantly affected on emotional characteristics(p < 0.01), but had no significant effect on long-term relationship orientation(p < 0.05). The higher income, the more respondents exhibited positive attitude and sensitive emotional characteristics as a sense of sight, hearing, smell, tactile and feeling to salespeople in the fashion stores. The path of structural equation was implemented as income variables $\rightarrow$ emotional characteristics $\rightarrow$ (relationship with salespeople variables $\rightarrow$ )commitment $\rightarrow$ long-term relationship orientation which turned out to be statistically significant at the 95% confidence level. Secondly, senior group(55~70yrs) was more positive relationship with salespeople compared to middle-aged group(40~54yrs). The precondition of get satisfaction and feeling of being cared from the salespeople were critical for long-term relationship orientation. The path of structural equation was carried out as age variables $\rightarrow$ relationship with salespeople variables $\rightarrow$ commitment $\rightarrow$ long-term relationship orientation which turned out to be statistically significant at the 95% confidence level.
