  • The aim of the paper is to apply Homotopy Perturbation Method (HPM) for the solution of a nonlinear fractional differential equation. Finally, the solution obtained by the Homotopy perturbation method has been numerically evaluated and presented in the form of tables and then compared with those obtained by truncated series method. A good agreement of the results is observed.

  • This paper focuses on the existence and uniqueness outcome for fractional integro-differential equation (FIDE) among impulsive edge condition and Hyers-Ulam-Rassias Stability (HURS) by using fractional calculus and some fixed point theorem in some weak conditions. The outcome procured in this paper upgrade and perpetuate some studied solutions.

  • This paper investigates the existence of mild solution for a fractional integro-differential equations with a deviating argument and nonlocal initial condition in an arbitrary separable Hilbert space H via technique of approximations. We obtain an associated integral equation and then consider a sequence of approximate integral equations obtained by the projection of considered associated nonlocal fractional integral equation onto finite dimensional space. The existence and uniqueness of solutions to each approximate integral equation is obtained by virtue of the analytic semigroup theory via Banach fixed point theorem. Next we demonstrate the convergence of the solutions of the approximate integral equations to the solution of the associated integral equation. We consider the Faedo-Galerkin approximation of the solution and demonstrate some convergenceresults. An example is also given to illustrate the abstract theory.

  • We investigate the rate of convergence of the distribution of the maximum likelihood estimator (MLE) of an unknown parameter in the drift coefficient of a stochastic process described by a linear stochastic differential equation driven by a fractional Brownian motion (fBm). As a special case, we obtain the rate of convergence for the case of the fractional Ornstein- Uhlenbeck type process studied recently by Kleptsyna and Le Breton (2002).

  • This paper deals with the existence of positive solutions for a kind of multi-point nonlinear fractional differential boundary value problem at resonance. Our main approach is different from the ones existed and our main ingredient is the Leggett-Williams norm-type theorem for coincidences due to O'Regan and Zima. The most interesting point is the acquisition of positive solutions for fractional differential boundary value problem at resonance. And an example is constructed to show that our result here is valid.

  • In this paper, we study the existence and uniqueness of solutions for a singular system of nonlinear fractional differential equations with integral boundary conditions. We obtain existence and uniqueness results of solutions by using the properties of the Green's function, a nonlinear alternative of Leray-Schauder type, Guo-Krasnoselskii's fixed point theorem in a cone. Some examples are included to show the applicability of our results.

  • In this paper, we show the existence of a weak solution for a stochastic differential equation driven by an additive fractional Brownian sheet with Hurst parameters H, H' > 1/2, and a drift coefficient satisfying the linear growth condition. The result is obtained using a suitable Girsanov theorem for the fractional Brownian sheet.

  • In this paper, numerical techniques are presented for solving initial value problems of fractional differential equations with variable coefficients. The method is derived by applying a Taylor vector approximation. Moreover, the operational matrix of fractional integration of a Taylor vector is provided in order to transform the continuous equations into a system of algebraic equations. Furthermore, numerical examples demonstrate that this method is applicable and accurate.
