The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of social face sensitivity on impulse buying tendency and satisfaction. This study was also to investigate the effects on the mediating effects of the impulse buying tendency in the relationship between social face sensitivity and satisfaction. For this purpose, this study was conducted to 266 subjects living in Busan, Korea. And the data was analyzed by SPSS 22 and Amos 25. The results of the study were as follows. First, others conscious social face and formality social face were related to impulse buying tendency. However, shame conscious social face was partially related to impulse buying tendency. Second, suggestion impulse buying and reminder impulse buying had significant effect on satisfaction, however stimulus impulse buying and pure impulse buying had not significant effect on satisfaction. Third, the empirical results showed others conscious social face had significant positive effect on satisfaction. But, formality social face and shame conscious social face have not significant effect on satisfaction. Finally, this study also found the mediating effects of the suggestion impulse buying and reminder impulse buying in the relation between others conscious social face and satisfaction. Based on the empirical results, implications focused on the social face sensitivity, impulse buying tendency and satisfaction were discussed.

Even though there are some discrepancies in detail with the legal characteristic of the issuing bank's notice to the beneficiary of opening of the letter of credit, article 25 of "the Korean Private International Act(hereunder, 'KPIA')" can be applied to the legal relation between the issuing bank and the beneficiary or the negotiating bank. According to article 26 of the KPIA, if there is no agreement between the issuing bank and its opponent party as to the governing law issues, a state's law which has the closest relationship with the subject case may be applied. In the latter case, given the facts that the issuing bank plays important roles in every phasis of the sale of goods by the letter of credit, a law of place where the issuing bank's business premises is situated(the $lex$ $situs$) can be the applicable law. Meanwhile, "the Korean Supreme Court(hereunder 'KSC')" held that the beneficiary or the negotiating bank can claim any damages arising due to the refusal or deferred payment of the issuing bank, and the law which governs the above mentioned situation is the same law that is applicable to the legal relation between the issuing bank and the beneficiary or the negotiating bank. The main reason of the KSC's ruling is that the nature of the legitimate interest rate which is stated in article 3 of "the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition etc. of Legal Proceeding(hereunder 'ASCELP')" is substantial matters, not procedural. Taking into account, however, that the main object of ASCELP lies in expedition of legal proceeding, prompt realization of people's rights and duties, and prevention of delayed legal proceeding, it is recommendable that ASCELP, instead of the law applicable to the legal relation between the issuing bank and the beneficiary or the negotiating bank, should be applied to the cases in which the malicious debtor's only and main purpose is delaying the legal proceedings. On the other hand, even if the issuing bank's duty of examination of the documents which were tendered by the beneficiary or the negotiating bank is restricted to the formality and strict conformity of the documents and not the substantiality of the documents, the issuing bank still has to examine the documents with due diligence that is required to the banks whose main business is sales of documents, not the real goods. In this regard, under the circumstances where the document lacked the regularity and/or the formality on its face because of the forgery of the document and where it was expected that an ordinary banker might have easily found any faults with the document, the issuing bank must compensate any parties for damages when it pays money without due diligence as a banker who engaged in the sales of documents.

Samkookyusa is a valuable book, which shows us ancestor's fomality, being folklorically highly evaluated. So I focus on this, look into Samkookyusa's formality especially the ceremonies of coming of age, marriage, funeral and ancestral worship. Coming of age ceremony on Samkookyusa performed by a ruler or the nobilities whoes age are uncertainly assumed as thirteen, fifteen or eighteen. In the times, our own ways of ceremonies were performed by them. Marriage ceremony on Samkookyusa, especially king Sooro and Heohwangok's amrriage procedure shows a part of royal family's ceremony before Korea dynasty and have a precious meaning as the earliest outset. Through premarital relation between Yoohwa and Haemosoo shows that there was an non-arranged match for marriage. A record of a marriage between near relatives at the early Korea dynasty is worthy. The funeral ceremony record of king Hyeockgeose on Samkookyusa could be regarded as the first one. The record pointed that using a mound as feudal lords and king Talhae's funeral ceremony showed having Seagoljang customsand making a clay figure for the ceremony. Those facts are crucial documents as helping us understand our ancient time's funeral ceremonial customs. Ancestral ceremony on Samkookyusa, specific record about ancestral ceremony for king Sooro such as fomulas, procedures, ritual fields and foods, sanctuary and portrait is a worthful record to understand a side of national ancestral ceremony of the times. Samkookyusa is a valuable book ceremonially and folklorically to understand the ancient times' ceremonies of coming of age, marriage, funeral and ancestral worship.

The purpose of this study is to provide the service marketing data for skincare shops through analyzing the impact of the quality of service of skincare shops on perceived values and revisit intents. For this study, 397 middle-aged women who visited and experienced the services of the skincare shops in Seoul and the Gyeonggi region were surveyed. The data from the said survey were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. The findings of this study were as follows; first, the formality, reliability, certainty, and empathy among the service factors of skincare shops had a significant impact on economic values, while trust, certainty, and empathy had an impact on emotional values. Second, the formality, reliability, and empathy had a significant impact on revisit intent for skincare shops. Third, among the perceived values on skincare shops, both economic and emotional values had a significant impact on the intent to revisit. Fourth, the perceived values were confirmed to have partial mediating effects in the relationship between the quality of service of skincare shops and revisit intent for each service quality type.

The change and development of costume are related to the cultural and socioeconomic factors. In the 18th century the mode of the women's costume in France was greatly influenced by the Rococo style. Elegance and exaggerated ornaments were the major characteristics of the woman's cos-tume in the Rococo period. The high hairdress and the widely hooped panier represented the typical Rococo fashion. From the second half of the 18th century onwards the aristocracy began to lose the battle with the bourgeoisie for political and economic power, and at the same time bourgeoisie fashion exerted an influence on court dress. The court fashion dominated the women's dress fashion in France up to the Revolution. Marie Antoinette, The Queen of Louis XVI, was one of the most influential fashion leaders in the lath century. The fashion, after attaining its highest point in 1770s, changed to a new direction in 1780s under Louis XVI. From that period onward the dimensions were smaller, hairdresses were not so high, and the trimming on the various garments was less liberal. In the mode, exaggeration was replaced by simplicity, and formality was replaced by functionalism.

Hardware and software codesign framework called PeaCE(Ptolemy extension as a Codesign Environment) was developed. It allows to express both data flow and control flow which is described as fFSM which extends traditional finite state machine. While the fFSM model provides lots of syntactic constructs for describing control flow, it has a lack of their formality and then difficulties in verifying the specification. In order to define the formal semantics of the fFSM, in this paper, firstly the hierarchical structure in the model is flattened and then the step semantics is defined. As a result, some important bugs such as race condition, ambiguous transition, and circulartransition can be formally detected in the model.

Giorgio Armani has made a huge success with his own persistent unique fashion styles for the last 30 years. Overcoming the confusion, however, he succeeded in recreating his styles of elegant image and fascinating people with his practical and yet sophisticated modern classical styles that he pioneered. The design characteristics of his men's clothing are as follows; functional and comfortable slim silhouettes that bring life to the curves of the human body, grey-based mixed colors in a natural atmosphere, natural materials such as wool, silk, and cashmere that are light and soft and have great drape properties with femininity, solid patterns with stripes, checks, and geometrical figures added, and the elegance expressed in moderate decorations such as a handkerchief and scarf. Armani men's clothing has enjoyed ongoing popularity and success across the world because it transcends time and allows men to maintain their class not being bound by the formality. It's also important to notice that Armani takes into account the perspectives of both men who wear his clothes and women who look at the men in his clothes.

This study was carried out to analyze vegetation and soil characteristic of Osmanthus insularis community, Geomundo. The Osmanthus insularis community was classified into three subcommunities: Mallotus japonicus subcommunity, Ficus erecta subcommunity, Raphiolepis umbellata subcommunity. The importance value of Camellia japonica, Osmanthus insularis, Ligustrum japonicum, Litsea japonica Mallotus japonicus, Pinus thunbergii and Ficus erecta in Osmanthus insularis community were 76.11%, 75.91%, 37.24%, 21.99%, 18.35%, 17.64% and 11.91%, respectively. According to the DBH analysis. Osmanthus insularis showed formality distribution style among the entire community. Their dominance is expected to continue. But the young plant individual were low density, importance value reduced. In the study sites, soil organic matter, nitrogen, available phosphorous and soil pH were ranged from 19.11~24.62%, 0.73~1.18%, 11.61~27.98mg/kg and 6.11~6.37, respectively. According to the result of survey Osmanthus insularis individual, the female plants individual were 57.90%, the male plants individual were 42.10%.

This study reflects the aim of analyzing the formality and symbolism of the Chanel suit. Chanel had designed jersey and tweed cardigan suits in the 1910s and 1920s while her suits of the 1930s were crisply fitted. The suits of the 1950s and 960s while were comfortable and slightly boxy marked a significant step forword. Lagerfeld's mission at Chanel was to tranmute the basic elements of the Chanel style and make them contemporary. Chanel and Lagerfeld chose variety of colours from beige and grey and black to blue green cerisen and red for her suits. They was completely in tune with the twentieth century understanding the changes in lifestyles of woman and also understanding how her clothes should cater to them Thus the Chanel suit is more a way of life than just a fashion and is synonymous with wealth and aritocracy. It is one of the most popular status-symbol styles of the 20th century.
