레스토랑의 로하스 이미지가 관여도 및 지불의사에 미치는 영향 (Effects of the LOHAS Image of Restaurants on Involvement and Willingness to Pay)

  • 국내 외식업계는 소비자들의 의식변화에 따라 자연친화적인 생활방식과 식자재의 안정성에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 자신 뿐만 아니라 사회적 건강과 지속가능성에 가치를 갖는 로하스 이미지는 레스토랑의 차별화 전략에 도움을 주는 요소가 될 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구에서는 레스토랑의 로하스 이미지와 관여도, 지불의사에 관한 연구를 진행하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 레스토랑의 로하스 이미지 요소 중 친환경 식재료와 친환경 인테리어가 관여도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 연구되었다. 둘째, 레스토랑의 로하스 이미지 요소 중 로하스에 대한 인식이 관여도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 않는 것으로 연구되었다. 이러한 결과는 레스토랑을 이용하는 고객들의 경우 로하스에 대한 개념적 이해가 미흡하여 로하스의 의미를 제대로 파악하지 못하였다는 점 때문으로 판단된다. 따라서 고객들에게 레스토랑의 로하스 이미지를 제고시키기 위해서는 로하스에 대한 개념을 주지시키고 이해시킬 수 있는 POP나 Sign물 등을 레스토랑 내부에 제시하여 고객의 이해를 높이는 것을 고려하여야 할 것이다. 셋째, 관여도가 지불의사에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 연구되었다. 따라서 고객들이 로하스 이미지로서 식재료나 인테리어 요소를 친환경적으로 인식할 수 있도록 친환경적인 컬러나 조형물, 친환경 농산물 등을 통해 로하스 레스토랑의 이미지를 각인시키도록 노력해야 할 것이다.

무가 '삼공본풀이'에 대한 분석심리학적 고찰 (A Study on the Korean Shamanistic Myth "Samgong Bonpoori" from the Perspective of Analytical Psychology)

  • 본 연구는 제주도 무가 <삼공본풀이>를 분석심리학적 관점에서 고찰하고 해석한 것이다. <삼공본풀이>는 육지의 '내 복에 산다' 계 민담과 유사하고, 한국 뿐 아니라 일본과 중국 등 동아시아 지역뿐만 아니라 아일랜드에 까지 널리 퍼져 있는 신화이다. 누구 복에 사는가? 묻는 부모의 질문에 천지, 부모의 덕과 배꼽아래 선의 덕(배꼽에서 음부 쪽으로 내려 그어진 선)으로 산다고 대답한 셋째 딸 가믄장아기는 쫓겨난다. 가믄장아기는 부모와 자신을 이간시키려 했던 두 언니를 지네와 말똥버섯으로 전환케 하고, 부모는 장님이 되고 걸인이 되게 한다. 가믄장아기는 집을 나와 마를 캐는 마퉁이를 만나 결혼하게 되고, 마를 캐는 밭에서 금을 발견한다. 가믄장아기는 부자가 된 후 걸인잔치를 열어 장님이 된 부모를 만나게 되고 부모는 눈을 뜨게 되며, 두 언니들도 다시 만나 모두와 화해하며 '전생 신'임을 밝힌다. <삼공본풀이>는 신화로써 神의 이야기이다. 神은 완성된 존재로서 다른 것을 생각할 수 없지만 이를 민담 차원으로 내려와서 생각해 볼 수 있을 것이다. 가믄장아기는 아버지의 아니마 원형으로 볼 수 있으며, 이는 부성적인 의식이 변화되어 가는 과정을 나타낸 것이다. 아니마 원형인 가믄장아기는 처음에는 부모에게 배척을 받는다. 그러나 부모가 장님이 되는 고통과 시련의 과정을 겪고 마침내 눈을 뜨게 되는 것은 가믄장아기가 이 세상에 '소명'을 갖고 온 존재임을 알 수 있다. 가믄장아기는 기존의 가부장적인 집단의식을 새롭게 하고자하는 '여성성'의 창조적인 기능을 나타내는 것이다. 이러한 여성성의 의식화는 여성뿐 아니라 남성에게 더 중요함을 보여주는 것이다. 자신이 타고난 본성(여성성)을 알지 못하고 부모의 뜻과 인습적인 가치에 순종하기만 했던 두 언니들도 지네와 말똥버섯이라는 미물과 식물로 전환되어 그림자에 사로잡히는 고통과 시련을 겪음으로써 마침내 자기인식을 획득하게 된다. 가믄장아기는 마지막에 부모와 언니들과 모두 화해를 하여 전체가 되게 함으로써 진정한 의미의 자기실현의 모습을 보여준다. 결론적으로 여성의 자기실현은 가부장적인 집단의식을 새롭게 하는 중요한 목적의미가 있는 것이다.

우리나라 장수자(長壽者)의 생활(生活) 및 의식조사(意識調査)에 관한 연구(硏究) -(1) 장수지역(長壽地域)의 지역적(地域的) 특성(特性)- (Investigation of Daily Life and Consciousness of Longevous People in Korea -(1)The Regional Features of Longevity Areas-)

  • 우리나라 장수자(長壽者)의 생활(生活) 및 의식조사연구(意識調査硏究)의 일환(一環)으로, 우리나라 장수지역(長壽地域)의 특성(特性)을 조사(調査).비교(比較)한 결과(結果)는 다음과 같다. 1. 80세 이상 장수자수(長壽者數)는 171,449명(名)으로 전인구대비(全人口對比) 0.46%였으며 이 중 남자가 42,842名(0.23%)이고 여자는 128,607名(0.69%)이었다. 2. 시(市)(도(道))별(別) 장수율(長壽率)을 보면 제주가 1.03%로서 가장 높았고, 그 다음이 전남(0.79%), 전북(0.66%), 경북(0.65%), 경남(0.61%)의 순으로 감소하였고, 인천(0.22%), 서울과 부산(0.23%), 대구(0.28%)등 대도시는 농어촌보다 장수율(長壽率)이 현저히 낮았다. 3. 장수율(長壽率)이 1.0% 이상인 장수지역(長壽地域)은 전국(全國)에서 17개군(個郡)으로, 전남이 10개(個) 지역(地域)으로 가장 많았으며, 그 밖에는 경북과 경남이 2개(個) 지역(地域), 전북, 경기 및 제주가 1개(個) 지역(地域)씩이었다. 4. 전국(全國) 장수지역(長壽地域)중에서 장수율(長壽率) 북제주가 1.65%로서 가장 높았으며, 그 다음이 남해(1.56%), 승주(1.24%), 보성(1.22%), 곡성(1.20%)의 순으로 감소하였다. 최장수지역(最長壽地域)인 북제주의 남(男).여별(女別) 장수율(長壽率) 각각 0.71%, 2.51%였다. 5. 우리나라 장수자(長壽者)의 성별(性別) 구성비(構成比)를 보면 여(女)/남비(男比)가 3.0이었다. 따라서 여자가 남자보다 3배(倍) 정도 장수율(長壽率)이 높음을 알 수 있었다. 6. 장수지역(長壽地域)을 분류(分類)하여 보면 해안(海岸).농어촌지방(農漁村地方)이 7개 지역, 도서지방(島嶼地方)이 3개 지역, 산간벽지농촌지방(山間僻地農村地方)이 7개 지역으로 나눌 수 있었다. 따라서 장수지역(長壽地域)은 탈도시화(脫都市化) 현상(現象)이 두드러진 곳이다. 7. 우리나라 장수지역(長壽地域)의 기상현황(氣象現況)은 연평균(年平均) 기온(氣溫)이 $11.2{\sim}14.8^{\circ}C$, 연평균(年平均) 강우량(降雨量)이 $878.5{\sim}1585.9mm$의 범위내에 있었으며 대부분 북위(北緯) 38도(度) 이남(以南)에 위치하고 있었다. 8. 우리나라 장수자(長壽者)의 교육정도(敎育程度)는 무학(無學)이 전체의 71.5%로 가장 많았고, 그 다음이 서당(書堂)(15.8%)이었으며, 보통학교 졸업 이상이 4.8%에 불과했다. 그러나 남자의 경우는 50.4%가 어떤 형태(形態)든 교육(敎育)을 받았다는 사실은 흥미있는 일이다. 9. 장수자(長壽者)의 일상생활기능(日常生活機能)에 의한 건강상태(健康常態)를 비교하여 본 결과(結果), 지금도 상당히 활발히 활동(活動)하거나 노동(勞動)을 하고 있는 사람이 53.0%로 가장 많고, 그 다음이 집안에서 가벼운 일을 할 수 있는 사람이 23.5%로서, 비교적 활동적인 장수자가 전제의 76.5%나 되고 있으므로 장수자의 현재의 건강상태는 매우 만족스러움을 알수있었다.

농촌 거주 고교생의 우울성향에 따른 영양섭취 상태 (The Nutrient Intakes of Rural High-Schoolers with Depressire Tendencies)

  • This study was carried out to evaluate high-school students' nutrient intakes according to the status of depressive trends, and to analyse the in physical and mental health status. The volunteers were 560 high school students selected from 8 provinces, but 511 students were analyzed. A was used for evaluation, The questions were composed in consideration of socio-demographic characteristics, physical health condition by CMI, mental condition assessed by a modified Zung's self-rating depression scale (SDS), and the evaluation of food consumption by a 24 hours recall method. The family situations of the subjects were mostly nuclear family(73%), agricultural work(53%), and having religion(53%). Only 3% of the students suffered depression where as 19% showed depression trendencies. The individual factors that affected their mental condition were family farming and consciousness of academic accomplishment. The health status counted with CMI was 6.2/20 scores. The non-depressed trend group of students had a lower score of CMI than others. The overall nutrient intakes of students were low compared with the Korean RDA for adolescents. The Mean Adequacy Ratio(MAR) of nutrient intakes was only $0.45{\pm}0.23$. Iron, vitamin A, and riboflavin intakes were significantly low and correlated with depressive trend score. The result from the regression analysis showed that CMI, study accomplishment, and vitamin A were the most significant factors influencing mental condition. We concluded that Korean rural high-school students were healthy in mental condition and showed lower rates of depression academic. For there more we could say that the intakes of iron and vitamin A also influenced mental health. Findings confirmed the need of becoming hopeful job of farming and better nutritional status. These situations would be necessary for students to ameliorate the quality of rural living.

홍화(Carthamus tinctorius L.)씨 분말의 랫드 골절에 대한 치유 효과 (Effects of Safflower (Carthamus tinctorius L.) Seed Powder on Fracture Healing in Rats)

  • 12주령 랫드의 비골의 골절을 유발한 후 골절치유에 미치는 홍화씨 분말의 영향을 알아보고자 실험을 실시한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 비골의 골절은 골절유발 후 5주에 성숙된 신생골 조직으로 충만되어 조직형태학적으로 완전한 유합이 이루어지는데, 홍화씨 분말을 투여한 결과 골절유발 후 4주에 성숙된 신생골 조직으로 골절단이 충만되어 완전한 유합을 이룬 후 5주에서는 골수강도 개통되는 등 대조군과 비교하여 유합시기를 기준으로 1.5주 정도의 빠른 골절의 치유가 이루어졌다. 이상의 결과는 홍화씨 분말에 골절의 치유를 촉진시키는 성분이 포함되어 있을 가능성을 시사한다고 사료된다.

Epidemiologic Analysis of Burns in Military Hospital

  • Purpose: We accessed epidemioloy of 908 acute burns (7 years) in the military, of injuries and propose proper educational programs to suit community. Methods: We surveyed burn demographics, circumstances of injuries, size, result of treatment. Results: The mean age was 20.6 years. The flame burns (FB) (325, 35.8%) were most common, followed scald (SB) (305, 33.6%), contact (CB) (219, 24.1%), electric (EB) (45, 5.0%) and chemical burns (ChB) (14, 1.5%). The more occurred during winter (29.7%). SB had mean 3.9% total body surface area (TBSA). The 251 (82.3%) had superficial burns by spillage of hot water/food on lower limbs (45.6%), feet (33.8%) in summer (34.8%), treated with simple dressing (92.8%). Morbidity rate was 5.6%; post traumatic stress disease (PTSD) (0.7%). FB had large wound (9.3% TBSA). The 209 (64.3%) had superficial burns by ignition to flammable oils (31.7%) and bomb powders (29.2%) on head/neck (60.3%), hands (58.6%) in summer (31.7%), autumn (30.2%). They underwent simple dressing (83.4%) and skin graft (16.0%). Morbidity rate was 18.8%; PTSD (10.5%), inhalation injuries (4.0%), corneal injury (3.7%), amputations (0.9%), and mortality rate (1.2%). CB had small (1.1% TBSA), deep burns (78.5%) by hotpack (80.4%) on lower limbs (80.4%). The more (59.8%) underwent skin graft. EB had 6.8% TBSA. The 29 (64.4%) had superficial burns by touching to high tension cable (71.1%) on hand (71.1%), upper limbs (24.4%) in autumn (46.8%). They underwent simple dressing (71.1%) and skin graft (24.4%). They showed high morbidity rate (40.0%); loss of consciousness (13.3%), nerve injuries (11.1%), neuropathy (8.9%), amputations (2.2%), and mortality rate (2.2%). Conclusions: The cook should wear apron over the boots during work. The lighter or smoking should be strictly prohibited during work with flammable liquids or bomb powders. Don't directly apply hotpack to skin for a long time. Use insulating glove during electric work. Keep to the basic can prevent severe injury and proper education is important.

학교급식 영양사의 영양상담 실태 및 활성화 방안 (Current Status and Activation Needs for Student Nutrition Counseling among Elementary and Middle·High School Dietitians)

  • This study was conducted to develop expanding strategies of nutrition counseling in school foodservices. The study participants were 102 school dietitians in Gyeonggi province, and information on the current status, dietitians' necessity awareness, and practical activation needs for nutrition counseling were investigated. While 78.8% of dietitians were aware that nutrition counseling was in need, it was only 31.3% who understood the necessity of nutrition counseling. The implementation rate of students' nutrition counseling was 26.2%, and 74.0% of counseling dietitians reported that they conducted nutrition counseling because it was on the inspection list by the Office of Education. Overall, dietitians did not have high consciousness of the need for nutrition counseling. The implementation rate of students' nutrition counseling was remarkably low due to the reason of excessive work and insufficient participants, and it was interpreted that dietitians had a low intrinsic motivation for nutrition counseling. So, we suggested several strategies to activate school nutrition counseling as follows. First of all, dietitians needed to increase the students' participation rate by promoting the importance of nutrition counseling to students and by assigning their available work hours for nutrition counseling. Second, in academic communities, standardized counseling manuals and media covering the important nutrition and health issues should be developed and disseminated, and education programs needed to build up dietitians' self-esteem and knowledge on nutrition counseling. Lastly, the Office of Education should have the initiative in activating nutrition counseling in school foodservices by supporting a budget and counseling dietitians who exclusively responsible part-time counseling at schools.

The Study of Vigorous Tang Dynasty′s Feminine Dress Infected by the Culture Interchange Between Itself and the Western Regions of China

  • R.O.C. has experienced successively the development of previous dynasties that creates out the unique traditional culture of each stage. The Chinese nation is not a one-fold race; each dynasty absorbs the culture of the outside race. It is Tang Dynasty blends mutually however yield unusually brilliant results. The Tang Dynasty's national strength is forceful and the economy is prosperous. Above all, social custom and current of thought both break the constraint of previous dynasties' conservative thinking and keep positive and aggressive. While in the contact with extraterritorial culture, not only changes the feminine social status, but also produces unprecedented innovation and reform on the feminine dress. The Tang Dynasty's varied feminine suit is affected by the western regions of China culture, such as expose of chest, low collar, short top garment and skirt with narrow sleeves or wide sleeves, sleeve gown with plate collar or turndown collar, man's wear, and military dress, etc. An epoch can be known by Tang Dynasty feminine dress's special features, for example, the make-up of Tang-Shien-lon's Uan-Ho period presents dress style of late Tang days. However, the Chinese people compete mutually pursuing the strange costume, and accepting different cultural incitement This reveals that the changes of popular culture would result in the big transform of the Tang's dress style. This paper studies inherit of Tang Dynasty's culture and east-spread of the western regions of China culture. While understanding the Tang's favor in the western regions of China customs, all follow the western regions of China without exception, such as dance music, painting, dress, food, amusement, etc. Because of emperor's progressive race policy and forgiveness attitude to the foreign tribe that makes Tang Dynasty's feminine dress much easier to accept and blend the special features of the foreign tribe culture. While joined with west culture, and pick the dress's essence of the western regions of China, the original possessed of culture consciousness and esthetic sense improve and create their own dress, as well as enrich more inner part of dress art and the spirit.

  • The Fourth Industrial Revolution has differentiated technologies such as artificial intelligence, IoT(Internet of things), big data, and mobile. As the civilization develops more and more, humanity enjoy the cultural activities more than economic activity for the food and shelter. The platform structure based on the advanced information technology of the present will expand the cultural contents area in a variety of ways. Cultural contents respond sensitively to changes in consumer and will be useful experiences of human activities. Therefore, it should be noted again that the contents industry should not be limited to the discussion of the application of the fourth technology, but should be produced with emphasis on useful experiences of human being. In other words, the discussion of human activities around cultural contents should be focused on how to apply beyond the use of fourth industrial technology. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the basis of the successful storytelling of the planning stage to connect the fourth industrial technology and human useful experience as a method for developing cultural contents, and to build and propose a model as a strategic method. This study analyzes domestic and foreign cases made by using big data among the visual contents which show continuous increase of consumption among culture industry field, and draws success factors and limit points. Next, we extract what is the successful matching factor that influenced consumer 's consciousness, and find out that the structure of culture prototype has been applied in the long history of mankind, and presents it as a storytelling model. Through the above research, this study aims to present a new interpretation and creative activity of cultural contents by presenting a storytelling model as a methodology for connecting creative knowledge, away from the general interpretation of social phenomenon applied with big data.

농업인의 營農유형에 따른 健康管理 상태 (The Farmers′ health management status compared with different farming types)

  • This study was performed to suggest the health management of farmers compared with different farming types, such as rice plant, livestock, horticulture, orchard and others, for the farmer's health enhancement. For this study, 720 subjects were selected in 8 provinces through cluster method, and relevent caculations for the analysis of the subjects were made SAS program, and tested significance with x$^2$ and F value, those probability levels were 0.1%, 1% and 5%. Among the subjects, aged 40's were 38%, females 66%, elementary graduates (32%), and think of living conditions were average (67%). In the self-consciousness test for health, there was no significant difference of farmers with farming types. In the aspect of agricultural work situation, they took holidays according to the weather conditions or no pressed work to be done. And They took a break “when they feel tired during work”. For the recovery of fatigue, sleeping was chosen as the most favorite (68%) followed bathing (17%). but exercise was the lowest (7%). In the case of working conditions, 74% of them replied they work under average condition, and only 9% of them thought they were under pleasant surroundings. And 37% of them have had healthy food, for health practice and restorative for health. 20% of them have had breakfast irregularly. In addition to the regular meal intake, sufficient re자 and pleasant agricultural working conditions would be necessary for health, and the farmers themselves should recognize the importance and care of health. The project for enhancement of the farmers' health is needed and who should give guideline to have the responsibility for health.
