SNS 외모 관련 사진활동이 여성의 사회·심리적 외모 관련 태도, 신체만족도 및 자아존중감에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of SNS Appearance-Related Photo Activity on Women's Body Image and Self-Esteem)

  • The present study purported to understand the relationships between SNS appearance-related photo activity, body image and self-esteem among young women. Objectification Theory and Social Comparison Theory explain the process how young women's SNS appearance-related photo activity influence their body satisfaction through a perceived media pressure, objectification of their own bodies and appearance comparison. These process ultimately affect the self-esteem of young female users. A research model was proposed and related hypothesis were examined. We collected an online questionnaire from 400 female participants in their 20's. Data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 18.0. Structural equation modeling analyses suggested that the proposed research model provided a good fit to the data and supported most hypothesis. The results indicated that the level of SNS appearance-related photo activity significantly influences young female user's body satisfaction and self-esteem. The findings of this study were consistent with previous literature on media and body image. Limitations and future research suggestions were also described.

영아 정서성기질과 어머니 양육스트레스 간의 관계: 어머니 특성의 상호작용효과 (Analysis of Relationship between Infants' Emotionality Temperament and Parenting Stress in Terms of Interaction Effects of Maternal Factors)

  • This study investigated the relationship between infants' temperament and mothers' parenting stress. This investigation is done by focusing on the interaction effects between the infants' temperament and maternal factors. A total of 1,120 infants and their mothers from a national sample were selected as subjects for carrying this investigation. The EAS (Emotionality, Activity and Sociality) Temperament Survey for Children: Parental Ratings was used to measure the infants' emotionality temperament, and PSI-SF(Parenting Stress Index-Short Form), KMSS(Kansas Marital Satisfaction Scale) and a survey on socio-demographic variables were used for the maternal factors. Two-way ANOVA revealed that the parenting stress was significantly different according to the infants'emotionality temperament. Most importantly, there were significant interaction effects between the infants' emotionality temperament and maternal factors(education level, employment status and marital satisfaction). The results were discussed in terms of the goodness of fit of the temperament and parenting models.

패스트푸드점에서 대학생들의 행동의도에 미치는 음식서비스 불평처리의 영향 평가 (Measuring the Effect of Foodservice Related Complaint Handling on University Students' Behavioral Intent in Fast Food Restaurant)

  • The aim of this study was to test the behavioral intent-based model of the foodservice related complaint handling. Accordingly, this study examined the effects of complaint handling on the university students' behaviort based on the word-of-mouth intent and repurchase intent. The findings from this study were as follows. KMO and Bartlett's test statistics showed the data fit factor analysis. The factor loadings, eigenvalues, % of variance, and communalities showed that the convergent validity was supported, the average variance extracted estimates and shared variance showed that the discriminant validity is supported, and composite alpha showed that the internal consistency was supported. It was found that some of main effects on the word-of-mouth intent and the repurchase intent were significant. It was found that some of interactional effects of the complaint type, the degree of correction effort, and the satisfaction with the complaint handling were significant. Overall, the results provide some insights into the types of foodservice related complaint handling strategies or the tactics that can be effectively employed by operators who manage complaint handling for customers dining at fast food restaurants.

액티브 실버층의 성별과 연령에 따른 건강 쾌적 기능성 소재 의류의 착용 행동 (Wearing Behavior of the Active Silver Generation to Functional Textiles Related with Gender and Age)

  • Studying awareness, importance, satisfaction, and wearing behavior of functional textiles for active silver generation related with gender and age is expected to contribute to clothing products development to improve and maintain their health and marketing strategy fit for user characteristics. For empirical research, a survey was developed and the aged 50 and above were 332 respondents. The results of the study are as follows. First, silver generation considered all the clothing comfort sensations important when wearing clothes, such as tactile sensation, clothing pressure sensation, thermal/wet sensation, and motion sensation in human physiological aspect. Also, stretchy fabrics were ranked first in awareness, the number of wearing times, and satisfaction of comfort functional fabrics. More than 30% of silver generation have fifteen items out of 36 functional clothes. Second, in analysis of awareness by gender on functional clothing products, women were more aware of health/safety-oriented fabrics than men were. Otherwise, men had more knowledge about the water-related properties of functional fabrics than women have, such as water/moisture absorptive and water-repellent/vapor permeable fabrics. While women have more indoor casual wear, men had more active sportswear. Also, women expressed a strong preference to the stretchy function of fabrics.

트윈세대 여학생을 위한 로우 웨이스트 슬랙스 패턴 연구 (A Study on the Low Waist Slacks Pattern for the Schoolgirl of a Tween Generation)

  • This study is aimed at developing low waist slacks pattern with high satisfaction measurements and beauty for the tween generation girls. For this study, the research method was as follows. By extracting and analyzing industrial and educational slacks pattern, beautiful and motion-suitable slacks pattern will be created. This study presents the ideal slacks pattern that has great fit to tween generation girls by comparing and analyzing the previous 2 slacks pattern studies and the real clothing test. The constructed pattern in the 1st step was modified and adjusted from the best industrial patterns' the location of waist line, waist line gradient, rear waist bottom crotch, hip bottom crotch, dart length, the ease of hip girth, the fitness of rear bottom crotch line which were not well-estimated. The 2nd step was appearance and movement test based on the 1st study. In The 3rd step, the 2nd step was chosen as the final slacks study pattern for its superior appearance & movement satisfaction comparing with other patterns.

Measuring Service Convenience for Korean Retail Stores: Scale Development and Empirical Testing

  • Purpose - This study aims to develop and empirically test a multi-dimensional service convenience scale with the dimensions and measurement items of service convenience perceived by Korean consumers in retail contexts. Research design, data, and methodology - The study adopts the framework suggested by Berry et al. (2002) and conceptualizes service convenience as a second-order reflective construct comprising 31 items. Three department store chains (Hyundai, Lotte, and Shinsegae) and three discount store chains (E-mart, Homeplus, and Lotte Mart) were involved 510 valid responses were used for the empirical testing. Results - The measurement model is acceptable for internal consistency, convergent validity, and discriminant validity. Further, the structural model results show that service convenience is positively related to satisfaction. Results of the rival model comparison indicate that the proposed second-order factor model provides a better fit to the data than both the five-factor and the one-factor model. Conclusions - The multi-dimensional, second-order conceptualization of service convenience is robustly supported. This study provides psychometrically valid scales to measure service convenience in retail contexts as conceptualized by Berry et al. (2002).

물려받은 학령기 아동의복의 인식에 관한 연구 -가족구성 서열에 의한 연령층 비교- (A Study of the Relationship between Hand-me-down Clothing and Clothing Behaviors of Elementary School Children.)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the attitudes of handed-me-down clothing in the Che-ju elementary school children. Measures of attitudes toward handed-me-down clothing consisted of: 1) attitudes of receiver's 2) feeling of receive.'s 3) behaviors 4) possession 5) frequency of wearing handed-me-down clothing. Two aspects of clothing behaviors were slightly modified to assess conformity?individuality, satisfaction in clothing. The sample consisted of 565 students in Che-ju elementary school children, Korea. The data, collected by means of a self-administered questionaire, were analysed by Chi-Square ($X^2$) and Correlation(R). The results indicated that: 1. Handed-me-down clothing was not significantly different between elder brothers (sisters) and child. 2. Most of the children wanted to wear comfort, good style, fit and neat in handed-me-down clothing. 3. Most of the children were satisfied with their handed-me-down clothing and tended not to be aware of the source in clothing. 4. Most of the children had higher interest of individuality and satisfaction in clothing behaviors.

여자 중.고등학생의 교복착용실태 및 선호하는 교복디자인 연구 -서울시내 여자 중.고등학생을 대상으로- (The Study of Favorite School Uniform Design and the Survey of Actual State in Uniform of Middle and High School Girls in Seoul)

  • This study intends to provide sources which enable students to satisfy uniform design as I surveyed preferable uniform design and degree of satisfaction of uniform design to students. The subjects were gathered into 91 middle-high schools and surveys were done among 400 school girls. The results are as follows; 1)The survey of uniform which students wear. For jacket, tailored collar which is single breasted is most common and for blouse, puff sleeve, soutein collar, shirt collar is common. For skirt, lastly, they usually wear side pleats skirt. 2) Thoughts of uniform students preferred uniform to casual. The merit of wearing uniform can represent themselves as the ‘students’on the other hand, the demerit is shown that uniform is inconvenient enough to move. 3)Preference of uniform design. Students prefer tailored jacket, shirt blouse, flare skirt. Basing on these results above, I’d like to suggest something about uniform. The demerit of wearing uniform lies in inconvenience. It would weaken the degree of satisfaction of uniform and have a negative influence on students in physical and mental side. So we have to find out the concrete problems, at the same time, develop measurable study which fit for body. Adolescence is period of developing and establishing self. So they really need rather creative educational atmosphere than stereo typed-control. Reflecting this opinion, Clothing habits can play an important role and in future it is desirable to have students wear not uniform but casual.

관계 학습이 프랜차이지의 재계약 의사에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Relationship Learning on Recontracting Intention in the Foodservice Franchise Industry)

  • 프랜차이즈는 그 특성상 매뉴얼로 제공되는 명시적 지식만으로는 한계가 있다. 이를 암묵적 지식으로 보완해야 하는데, 암묵적 지식 전달의 효과적인 방법이라고 할 수 있는 관계 학습에 대해 프랜차이즈 본부와 가맹점 관계에서 이루어진 연구가 부재하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 프랜차이즈 형태로 운영되는 외식업 프랜차이즈 가맹점의 장기지향성, 전반적 만족, 그리고 재계약 의사에 관계 학습이 미치는 영향을 파악함으로써 프랜차이즈 본부와 가맹점간의 정보 공유와 활용을 통한 효율적인 시스템을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과, 프랜차이즈 본부와 가맹점간의 관계 학습에서 정보 공유 해석이 프랜차이즈 본부와 가맹점의 전반적 만족과 장기지 향성 형성에 중요한 요인이라는 것을 밝혔다는 데에서 그 의의를 찾을 수 있다. 따라서 프랜차이즈 본부와 가맹점간의 관계 학습은 불확실한 시장 상황에서 경쟁 우위를 차지하기 위한 매우 중요한 요소로 볼 수 있다. 이런 점들로 볼 때, 관계 학습을 통한 가맹점의 전반적 만족과 장기지향성 형성을 위해서 프랜차이즈 본부는 가맹점과 고객의 정보를 공유하고 이를 활용할 수 있는 통합시스템을 구축하여야 한다. 그리고 이를 통해 고객이 원하는 가치가 무엇인지 파악해야만 치열한 경쟁 환경에서 살아남을 수 있다. 또한, 프랜차이즈 본부는 이를 바탕으로 가맹점과 공유할 수 있는 장기적인 경영 전략과 비전을 수립해야 한다.

국내 사회적 기업 장애인 근로자의 직무만족과 직무성과의 영향요인 분석 (A Study on the Effects of Job Satisfaction and Job Performance of Disabled Workers in Social Enterprises)

  • 2017년 기준 1,825개 인증 사회적기업 가운데 장애인을 고용한 곳은 593(32.5%)에 이르지만 사회적기업 재직 장애인 근로자의 직무성과와 직무만족에 대한 연구는 거의 없는 실정이다. 본 연구는 2019년 3월에서 6월까지 서울과 경기도에 소재하는 사회적 기업에 근무하는 장애인 근로자 203명을 대상으로 장애인 근로자의 자기효능감, 사회적지지, 임금 및 처우, 상사관계, 동료관계가 직무성과와 직무만족에 영향을 주는 요인이 무엇인지 탐색적으로 검정하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 시사점으로는 첫째, 장애인 근로자의 직무성과에 긍정적 영향을 주는 요인은 자기효능감과 동료관계로 국내 사회적 기업에 종사하는 장애근로자가 인지하는 동료들과의 신뢰와 존중, 직무와 관련한 어려움 발생 시 서로 도움을 주고받으며 직장동료와의 편견 없이 직무를 열심히 수행하는 것이 직무성과로 이어지고 있음을 보여주고 있다. 둘째, 직무만족에는 현재 장애인 근로자가 인지하는 능력과 기술, 현재작업량이 나의 능력에 맞고 회사의 임금을 결정하고 현재의 월수입으로 이전보다 안정된 생활을 할 수 있다는 인식이 직무만족으로 이어졌다. 셋째, 상사와의 커뮤니케이션을 통한 일의 도움을 받거나 일을 격려하고 나의 자율성을 인정해 줄 때, 직속상사에 대하여 개인적인 신상문제에 대한 관심 등은 직무만족으로 이어질 수 있음을 보여주고 있다. 마지막으로, 본 연구에서 장애인이 인지하는 사회적 지지는 업무성과나 직무만족에 긍정적 영향을 보이지 않고 있다는 점에서 장애인 근로자에 대한 사회적 인식의 변화도 필요하다 하겠다.
