5개 대학병원들의 의사만족도가 조직몰입도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Satisfaction Level of Doctors from Five University Hospitals on Organization Commitment Level)

  • The present study aimed to survey doctors working in five university hospitals about internal customer satisfaction and organization commitment level in order to identify casual relationships through structure equations. According to the analysis, organization management had the biggest impact on internal customer satisfaction level, and the sooner the factor was named personnel, leadership, job, and compensation, the bigger the impact it had on the level. The research model was generally found to be good in terms of goodness of fit, considering the value of $x^2$ calculated as 103.314, the degrees of freedom of 38, GFI 0.924, AGFT 0.868, NFI 0.888, CFI 0.925, and RMSEA 0.086. In conclusion, the internal customer satisfaction level of doctors was significantly proportionate to organization commitment by means of their general satisfaction level, while also being directly proportionate to organization commitment (p<0.05). Meanwhile, statistical significance could not be found when measuring the effects of the doctors' basic characteristics on the levels of internal customer satisfaction and general satisfaction in hospitals.

Factors Influencing Turnover Intention in Clinical Nurses: Compassion Fatigue, Coping, Social Support, and Job Satisfaction

  • Purpose: This study was done to construct and verify a model of turnover intention in clinical nurses, considering the effects of compassion fatigue, coping, social support, and job satisfaction. Methods: For this study a cross-sectional correlational design was used. Participants were 283 clinical nurses in four general hospitals. Data were collected using a questionnaire and were analyzed with descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient and path analysis. Results: The modified model of turnover intention had a good fit in this study. Turnover intention was influenced by job satisfaction, and job satisfaction was affected by workload, problem-focused coping, peer support, family-friend support and compassion fatigue. Compassion fatigue was associated with occupational trauma events, problem-focused coping and emotional-focused coping. Job satisfaction was the most important factors controlling nurse's turnover intention. Conclusion: Findings show that job satisfaction, compassion fatigue, and traumatic events are important factors influencing turnover intention. Nurse managers try to manage job satisfaction, compassion fatigue, support, and coping for nurses, it could be expected making proper nursing circumstance.

The Effect of Self-Leadership on Job Satisfaction and Customer Orientation: The Role of Supervisor Support

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to derive practical implications for human resource management to improve service quality by demonstrating the moderating effect of perceived supervisor support in the relationship between self-leadership, job satisfaction, and customer orientation. Research design, data, and methodology - 800 questionnaires were distributed and collected for beauty service companies with two or more employees. Among them, 602 data were analyzed using SPSS 24 and AMOS 24. For the assessment of goodness of fit of the models, TLI, CFI, RMSEA indices were used. Result -The empirical results are as follows. First, it was found that self-leadership had a positive effect on job satisfaction and customer orientation. Second, job satisfaction was found to have a positive effect on customer orientation. Third, it was found that job satisfaction had a mediating effect in the relationship between self-leadership and customer orientation. Fourth, empirical data showed that the moderating effect of supervisor support in the relationship between self-leadership on job satisfaction was significant. Conclusion -This study contributed to the expansion of related theories by analyzing the moderating effect of perceived supervisor support in the relationship between self-leadership, job satisfaction, and customer orientation, and provides practical implications for efficient human resource management.

치과위생사의 직무만족에 관한 측정도구 개발 (Development of job satisfaction scale for dental hygienist)

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to develop a dental hygienist's job satisfaction scale and to evaluate its validity and reliability. Methods: A total of 34 preliminary questions were composed based on the components commonly defined in previous studies and in-depth interviews. Results: The results of the study were practice activity, professional satisfaction, income, working conditions, patient relations, and co-worker relations using the exploratory factor analysis. Goodness of fit of the model assessed using confirmatory factor analysis generally met the criteria. On verification of the internal consistency, the Cronbach's alpha for the factors were as follows: 0.821 for practice activity, 0.822 for professional satisfaction, 0.847 for income, 0.765 for working condition, 0.743 for patient relations, and 0.747 for co-worker relations, which implied that the measurement tool was reliable. Through exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses, a total of 24 items for six factors: six items for practice activity factors, four items for professional satisfaction, three items for income, four items for working conditions, three items for patient relationships, and three items for coworker relations. Conclusions: Based on the aforementioned results, the validity and reliability of the dental hygienist's job satisfaction measurement tool were satisfactory. Thus, it may be used for assessing the job satisfaction of the dental hygienists in future.

관광지 식당 고객의 행동의도에 대한 음식서비스 질, 가치와 만족의 상호작용효과 평가 (Measuring the Interaction Effects of Foodservice Qaulity, Value, and Satisfaction on Behavioral Intention of Customers in Tourist Restaurant)

  • The purpose of this study was to measure the effects of value and satisfaction moderating the relationship between foodservice quality and behavioral intention. A total of 273 questionnaires were completed. Moderated regression analysis was used to measure the relationships between variables. Results of the study demonstrated that the analysis result for the data also indicated excellent model fit. The main effects of foodservice quality, value, and satisfaction on behavioral intention were statistically significant. The interaction effect of quality and satisfaction on behavioral intention was not statistically significant. The interaction effect of value and satisfaction on behavioral intention was not statistically significant. As expected, the interaction effect of quality and value on behavioral intention was statistically significant. Moreover, foodservice quality on behavioral intention was statistically significant at all levels of value and satisfaction, except for when value level was low, and satisfaction level was high. The results of this study indicated that restaurant marketers should attach importance to the interaction effect of service quality and customer value to understand the elements of market demand and customer loyalty.

기혼남녀의 자기관과 결혼만족의 관계 - 독립 및 상호의존적 자기관을 중심으로- (The Role of Independent and Interdependent Self-Construals in Marital Satisfaction among Men and Women)

  • 본 연구는 기혼남녀의 자기관이 결혼만족에 기여하는 경로와 그 역할을 밝히기 위해 서울지역에 거주하는 만 25세 이상 75세 미만의 기혼자 489명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하였다. 독립적 자기관과 상호의존적 자기관이 결혼만족에 미치는 직접효과와 매개변인들을 통해 결혼만족에 기여하는 간접효과를 검증하기 위해 경로분석을 하였으며, 공변량구조분석을 통해 경로모형의 부합도를 평가하였다. 예측대로, 전체집단의 자료에서 독립적 자기관이 결혼만족에 미치는 긍정적 효과는 자기존중감과 의사소통의 명확성에 의해 중재되었으며, 상호의존적 자기관의 그러한 효과는 심리적 안정과 관계적 안녕감에 의해 중재되었다. 또한, 이 두 유형의 자기관이 결혼만족에 미치는 직접 효과는 상반되었으며, 독립적 자기관은 결혼만족을 감소시키나, 상호의존적 자기관은 결혼만족의 증가에 기여하였다. 자기관이 결혼만족에 미치는 직.간접효과에 대한 연구가설은 심리적 안정을 통한 간접효과를 제외하고 전체집단에 의해 지지를 받았으며, 경로모형의 부합도도 수용 가능한 수준을 보였다. 그러나, 남녀집단의 경로분석 결과는 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 경로나 간접효과들 간에 성차를 보여, 결혼만족에 있어 자기관의 역할이 남녀에 따라 달라질 수 있음을 시사하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 근거로 임상사회사업적 함의와 후속연구의 방향을 논의하였다.

생산기술의 변화와 관리회계 정보의 만족도 (The Change of Production Technology and the Information Satisfaction of Management Accounting)

  • This study empirically examined the relationship between the level of advanced manufacturing technology (AMT) and the information amount of management accounting, such as nonperiodic and future information, and nonfinancial performance. We also investigated the effects of the fit between AMT and accounting informations on the performance of management accounting-information systems (MAS). In this study, the information satisfaction about MAS is used as the surrogate of MAS performance. The results show that the information amount of management accounting is positively associated with the stage of AMT. It is also proved that the information amount of MAS which matches with the level of AMT increases the information satisfaction. However, the information amount that is not compatible with the stage of AMT can not contribute to the improvement of information satisfaction.

  • Most university has provided the information system that fit with their university peculiarity only, but there is not proper evaluation on the user satisfaction by that. In this study, first of all, it analysed which factors give satisfaction to the users when university operated the information systems and inquired the needed outcome variables in order to operate successful university information system. Through the inquisition of fitting supposition, we got something that organizational support and computer self efficacy which is personal factors were effected as an affirmative side to make a user satisfactions of information system. In more detail, organizational support and personal factors effected as an affirmative side to the quality of information system. And, so the quality of information system was influenced to user satisfaction that it raised the work result and increased the work products in organization through personal outcomes.

도시형한옥의 실내 환경에 대한 주거 만족도 분석 (A Study on the Residential Satisfaction of Indoor Environment of Urban Traditional House in Gyeongju)

  • The purpose of this paper is to examine their degree of housing satisfaction in Gyeongju, focused on indoor environment of urban traditional houses. Mostly built during time period from 1930's to 1980's in Seoak-dong, Bomun-dong, Namsan-dong, Sajeong-dong, and Hwangnam-dong, Gyeongju' Hanok reveals the evolutionary development to fit into the urban settlement. Urban traditional house has important meaning as a type of residence maintaining tradition of Korean residential culture, and it is the study's first goal to derive developable element by analyzing the characteristics of urban traditional house focusing on such a feature. Residents in 5 districts in Gyeongju were classified and the self-administered questionnaires were provided to them. 187 papers were used for final analysis. The data for general trend of satisfaction was seek for after its average and standard variation were calculated.

연극작품 연출에서의 정보기술 활용이 관객 재방문의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Effect of the Use of Information Technology on Revisit Intention of Theatre Audiences)

  • Purpose As the 4th Industrial Revolution proceeded, attempts to direct and utilize information technology such as robots and drones in plays have been active. Information technology, such as AI or media art, which is applied in the production of theater productions, shapes the possibility of expressing the difficulty of actors, the effectiveness of dramatic effects, and the illusion. Despite the inconsistent effects of information technology on theatrical studies, little has been done despite the fact that the research on what factors affect the audience's satisfaction through the play. Hence, The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the characteristics of information technology and theater, especially audience's revisit intention. Design/methodology/approach The research model combining the theory of task-technology fit and the experience-economic model is presented. Findings The results of the empirical analysis suggest that the fit of information technology and theatrical task enriches the audience's experience and has a beneficial effect on the dissemination and export of contents management of art management in terms of revisit as a consumer and production of theatrical performing arts. This leads to the conclusion that task-technical fit and experiential economy could be applied to the field of performing arts in theater. It may also give useful implications to related producers such as producers, directors, and actors.
