The purposes of this study were to explore (1) how fit reviews differ among height groups and (2) how overall numerical ratings differ depending on height groups and ifferent types of fit reviews. Content analysis was used to analyze systematically sampled online consumer reviews (OCRs) of formalwear dresses rented online. In part 1, 201 OCRs were analyzed to develop the coding scheme, which included three aspects of fit (physical, aesthetic, and functional), valence (negative, neutral, positive), and overall numerical rating. In part 2, 600 OCRs were coded and statistically analyzed. Differences in frequency were not found among height groups for any types of mentions (negative, neutral, and positive) in terms of the three aspects of fit in the OCRs. Differences in overall mean ratings were not found among height groups. Interestingly, valence of each aspect of fit reviews affected mean numeric ratings. This study is new in examining relationships among textual information (i.e., fit reviews), numerical information (i.e., numerical rating), and reviewer's characteristic (i.e., height). The results of this study offered practical implications for etailers and marketers that they should pay attention to the three aspects of fit reviews and monitor garments with negative fit evaluations for lower ratings. They may attempt to increase ratings by providing customers recommendations to get a better fit.

This paper attempts to identify the relationship between the business model and its financial performance through the construct of business paradigm, fit which may be defined as the congruence between the customer needs (the demand side) and the firm competence( supply side) to meet them, Each business model\`s business paradigm fit reflects how well the technology that business model has taken is interconnected with market. Basically, the business paradigm fit consists of two parts, product fit dealing with the product(s) to meet the customer needs well and process fit focusing on producing and/or providing that product(s) at the lowest costs. For empirical tasting the business paradigm fit matrix and the measures for them were developed and the data about 73 companies as sample were collects with questionnaires. The findings are: First business paradigm fit can be used as a strong empirical indicator for the firm performance, Second. balance fit in product or process gives to the most desirable outcomes and no fit brings about the worst ones. Third the over fit(the case of doing more excessive innovative efforts than to be needed) shows much better outcomes than the under fit(the case of doing less innovative efforts) Fourth, this paper shows where, in what situation, and what type of innovation has to be taken for firm success at firm level, whereas Schumpeter(1934) already indicated the importance of innovation for economic growth at the economy /industry level. However, further study should be done later with more refined measures and expanded sample data.

This study has empirically analyzed how far corporate governance and CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility) fit are related based on prior research indicating that corporate governance is one of the primary factors. Previous research suggested that there may be different types of CSR fit, but there have been only limited number of empirical studies. This study filled this gap by categorizing CSR fit into three types (functional fit, target fit, and size fit) and investigating whether different types have different effects. We used data from the Corporate Social Responsibility White Paper for the 2009-2012 period, as well as the Korea Corporate Governance Service (KCGS) index. As a result, we found that there is a negative (-) relationship between corporate governance and CSR fit(${\beta}=-.023$, p<.05). This can be interpreted that companies with weak corporate governance are attempting to increase the trust level of stakeholders and to reduce the uncertainty of CSR through high-CSR-fitted programs. The test results showed that functional fit and target fit both had negative (-) relationships with corporate governance (${\beta}=-.021$, p<.05; ${\beta}=-.016$, p<.1), while size fit did not have a significant correlation with corporate governance (${\beta}=-.005$, p=.511). The results of this study supported the previous studies' suggestions that CSR fit has different effects on each type, indicating a need for further reflection on the relationship between corporate governance and CSR fit. Also, the results of this study showed that corporations should take a strategic approach to operating CSR fit.
In this research, we study how task and KMS fit influences on KMS performance in large corporations during its practical use. Based on the task-technology fit theory and information system success model, we developed a research model by considering the characteristics of KMS for supporting tasks. We try to verify how individual traits, task traits, and KMS Units affect task-KMS fit and how task KMS fit influences on KMS performance. We surveyed 212 employees who were using KMS and working for the large-sized manufacturing firms. We analyzed the collected data from LISREL 8.54 for Windows, and found the following significant results. First user satisfaction is increased when KMS provides knowledge to help to perform task rather than KMS' functionality. Second, user satisfaction is increased when KMS is suitable for performing task Hence, we verified task-KMS fit is an antecedent of user satisfaction. Third, task-KMS fit and user satisfaction have significant impacts on KMS performance. And user satisfaction affected more heavily on KMS performance than task-KMS fit did. As a result, we realized an individual performance can be improved when task KMS fit is high and, consequently, user satisfaction is increased. Forth while the usefulness of task-KMS fit is demonstrated, causal factors such as individual traits, task traits, and KMS traits significantly affect task-KMS fit. Formalization and knowledge trait we significant in enhancing user satisfaction, but KMS self-efficacy, autonomy, md system trait are not. These results indicate that task-KMS fit variable is useful as a measure of KMS performance as well as that of user satisfaction. Based on these results, we conclude that when KMS supports task activity, performance can be significantly improved by coordinating the task with KMS.

Even though there is no fit test regulations in Korea, in many developed countries, respirator fit testing is required before entering specific work environment to ensure that the respirator worn satisfies a minimum of fit and that the user knows when the respirator fits properly. Due to no regulation for fit test, a lot of Korean workers wearing respirators may be potentially exposed to hazards. Anthropometric test panels for testing the fit of respirators are very important to develop respirators fitted properly for Korean workers. To evaluate the fitting performance, 304 workers (272 males, 32 females) and 536 students (268 male, 268 females) were fit tested for 4 full-facepieces (2 domestic-made S, C, and 2 foreign-made T, N), 2 half masks (1 domestic-made S, and 1 foreign-made T) and 3 quarter masks (2 domestic-made S, C, and 1 foreign-made T) with PortaCount 8020. Fit factors of foreign-made masks were higher than those of domestic-made masks in all types. Males were fitted more properly than females. A facial dimension survey of 364 workers (339 males, 25 females) and 158 students (69 males, 89 females) was conducted to develop test panels for fit testing. Subjects were selected on the basis of face length and face width to wear full-facepiece masks in test. For testing half- and quarter masks, face length and lip length were used. Test panels containing 25 male-and-female subjects and 16 male subjects were respectively developed for full-facepiece, and half-and quarter masks to represent a majority of population surveyed.
This study aims to compare the ease of shirt patterns in the men's wear market that have been constantly developing, and to analyze the fitness and appearance through the 3D virtual try-on system. The study selected three industrial patterns and two educational materials of classic-fit and slim-fit shirts for a total of ten items. The experiments involved virtual wearing, a stress contact point perspective map, and appearance evaluations. First, the ease differed significantly in the chest, waist, and sleeve cap height according to the patterns. Second, based on the stress, contact point, and transparency, there was ease in the order of Nam, D-brand, J-brand, Park, and S-brand in the classic-fit shirts while the order of D-brand, Nam, J-brand, Park, and S-brand resulted in the slim-fit shirts. Third, in the appearance evaluation, higher points resulted in the order of J-brand, Park, S-brand, D-brand, and Nam in both classic-fit and slim-fit. The results showed that proper ease differs greatly by shirt-fit and target age. Also, the shirts with more ease tended to be evaluated less favorably in the appearance evaluation. Based on the results, the study suggests that the proper ease in chest circumference is 18cm for the classic-fit shirts and 6 cm for the slim-fit shirts.
This study analyzes the effect of job crafting behavior on career satisfaction and job satisfaction that allows active participants to perform their jobs in a work environment where autonomy and delegation are emphasized, and how the degree of person-job fit plays a role in the relationship between the three variables. The results of an empirical analysis of 360 employees of domestic companies are as follows. First, job crafting was found to have a positive (+) effect on career satisfaction and job satisfaction, respectively, confirming the importance of job crafting in a situation where the work environment changes rapidly. Second, job crafting was found to have a positive (+) effect on desire-supply fit and ability-demand fit, respectively, which are components of person-job fit. This means that person-job fit can be improved through task, cognitive, and relationship crafting. Third, it was found that desire-supply fit and ability-demand fit had a positive (+) effect on career satisfaction and job satisfaction. This means that the higher the person-job fit the more satisfied the career and job. Finally, desire-supply fit has a partial mediating effect in the relationship between job crafting, career satisfaction, and job satisfaction and ability-demand fit has a partial mediating effect in the relationship between job crafting, job satisfaction. In summarizing the above research results, this study suggested in a changing organizational environment that it is necessary to provide individual active work performance (job crafting) opportunities for career satisfaction and job satisfaction, and that it is important to create an organization's support environment to enhance person-job fit.
In many developed countries, for example, USA, respirator fit testing is required before entering specific work environment to ensure that the respirator worn satisfies a minimum of fit and that the user knows when the respirator fits properly. Unfortunately because we have not fit test regulation in Korea, a lot of workers wearing respirators may be potentially exposed to hazards. This study was conducted to evaluate the fitting performance for respirators and correlation fit factors with facial dimensions of wearers. 110 subjects (70 males, 40 females) were fit tested for three quarter masks, i.e., two domestic-made Mask 2, and Y and one foreign-made Mask T using PortaCount 8020. A facial dimension survey of the same subjects was conducted to develop a facial dimension grids fer correlation fit factors with facial dimension parameters. A facial dimension grid was developed on the basis of face length and lip length for quarter masks. The results obtained were as follows : 1 Fit factors of Mask T were much higher than those of Masks Z, and Y. 2. Males were fitted more properly than females. 3. Male in box 'f' of grid would be adequately fitted Mask Y and male in box 'b', 'e', 'f', 'h' of grid would be sufficiently fitted Mask T. Female in box 'h' of grid may have a good fitting performance for both Mask Y, and T. But subjects in all boxes of grid would be inadequately fitted Mask Z.
The objective of this study was to investigate the fit preference for ready-to-wear clothes(jackets and slacks) of adult men and to determine the respective differences by the age range and obesity level. The study method was a questionnaire survey with 465 male subjects aged from 20 to 59 years old. The questionnaire was composed of fit preference tendency, physical measurements, age, and occupation. The findings were as follows. 1. Regarding the fit preferred for each part of jackets and slacks, among ready-to-wears, the 'thing with some extra width' in every part was most favored, followed by the 'thing fitting perfectly'. 2. Differences were found in the fit preference tendency by the age of adult men. The fit preference tendency was higher among those in their 20's than among those of the other age ranges. 3. Differences were also found in the fit preference tendency by the obesity level of adult men. The fit preference tendency was higher in the order of the emaciation, normalcy, and obesity types. 4. The fit preference tendency was more affected by age than by obesity level. Clothing companies should consider ease to offer the proper clothing desired by consumers.
This research aims to analyze jeans possession and perceptions of jeans' fit among women in their 20s to help improve the accuracy of purchase decisions in online shopping and to provide basic data necessary to overcome limits in the fit conveyance method of online shopping malls. A sample of 149 females in their 20s was divided into two groups according to height, waist size, and interest in fashion, and several factors were analyzed: jeans possession status, the fit of purchased jeans, the reason for purchase, and the perception of jeans' fit. The results are as follows. The group with a high interest in fashion owned more skinny jeans, and there was a higher frequency of purchasing skinny jeans during the last year among those with a height of 160 cm or more, a waist size of less than 27 inches, and a high interest in fashion. Of the respondents, 92.6% accurately understood skinny fit, 51.7% understood straight fit, and 56.4% understood regular fit. There was no significant difference in the perception of skinny fit or regular fit, but straight fit was better understood by the group with a waist size of 27 inches or more. Thus, by providing accurate size information and analyzing the body shapes of consumers, online shopping malls will be able to increase customer satisfaction with pants of various fits to reduce the rate of returns.
