The fact that the major cases of life casualties are from smoke in the fire accidents and the expected steep increase of skyscrapers, huge spaces, multiplexes and huge scaled underground spaces demand establishment of efficient smoke countermeasure. The field experiments on two high buildings of 20 stories and 21 stories are carried out to evaluate the field performance of pressure differential systems for smoke management and the results of experiments are presented.

When the fire door is recently installed in the field, there are frequent cases where the fire door is manufactured with fire door having low quality or different structure compared to the performance that the fire door producer has confirmed in the performance test or the construction specification. In order to improve the on-site quality management of the fire door, we comprehensively classify the quality management items of the fire door according to the management subject and the step by stage and set the field quality management procedure, the field quality management inspection item, regulations and standardized checklists were presented.

토목공사 발주기관은 공사현장이 대부분 원거리에 위치하고 담당공무원도 다수의 현장을 관리하게 되므로 간접적 방식으로 현장을 관리하고 있다. 토목공사 현장은 광범위한 작업구역을 가지므로 현장 실무자의 보고에 의한 간접적 관리방식으로는 사업전체의 현황을 신속하게 파악하기가 쉽지 않다. 이러한 문제점을 해소하기 위해 발주기관과 현장간의 현장관리시스템은 오프라인에서 온라인방식으로 변화되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 UAV에서 취득한 현장의 3차원정보를 활용하여 원거리에 위치한 현장과 감독기관간에 관련 정보를 온라인으로 공유할 수 있는 개선된 현장관리시스템을 제시한다. 이를 위하여 연구에서는 다수의 실제 현장의 현장관리 운영체계의 문제점을 분석하여 UAV활용 현장관리시스템에 필요로 하는 공사현황보고 및 온라인 정보관리 등의 주요기능을 도출하였다. 연구에서 개발된 시스템은 실제 공사 중인 현장에 적용하여 활용성을 검증하였으며, 다수의 현장 조사를 통하여 기존의 간접적 현장관리 방식과의 효율성 개선사항을 분석하였다.

In the rapidly changing field of Management Information Systems, the definition and educational programs must be continually reevaluated and revised. A study was conducted to find a way to which the modeling principle is applied for redefining the identity of Management Information Systems as an independent academic field and to develop a plausible MIS curriculum based on the modeling principle. Previous researches on the MIS frameworks, knowledge and technology requirements for IS professionals, and standard MIS curriculums were reviewed thoroughly. For this study, the Kantian cognitive model was adopted as a basis of modeling principle. The result shows that modeling ability has been the core competence of IS people in the field of MIS. The applicability of a modeling principle is also verified in establishing the identity of MIS and developing a normative MIS curriculum. For the MIS field to thrive as an independent academic field and research discipline, it is believed to be imperative for the discipline to have a unique educational goals distinguished from both other management areas, and sub-fields of computer science.

우리나라 정보관련 학과의 교육과정 결정요인은 인력수요자요인, 학과구성원 인식요인, 모방요인, 교육수요자요인이며, 교육과목 구성영역에 있어서는 전산분야, 정보시스템분야, 인터넷분야가 교육과정에 포함되어야 할 요인으로 생각된다. 또한, 교육과정 결정요인과 교육과목 구성영역과의 관계는 상호 밀접한 관련이 있고 교육과정 결정에는 인력수요자와 학과구성원의 인식이 중요하며, 교육과정 과목 구성에는 정보시스템 분야와 전산분야의 과목 중심으로 편성되어야한다.

Study of IFI(Integrated Field Innovation) means change of management. This study sill introduces IFI which is a new methodology of change and innovation of workers, and will describe how workers participated in the activities voluntarily. The principle of IFI is that letting employees to find the problems of the sites -anything that makes employees considering as the problem while they are working-and solve those problems through any tools own their own. Workers do not have to waste their time on bounding by unnecessary tools and processes. There are some cases that company "D" has been actually applied the IFI methodology in 2008. By application of IFI methodology to "D" company, which is proved that methodology is good change management program for workers who work in the manufacturing field.

본 연구는 제조업의 위기탈출을 위한 새로운 방법을 제시하고자 현장 중심적 경영혁신 추진 내용을 정성적 성과와 정량적 성과로 나누어 살펴보았다. 현장 중심적 경영혁신은 관리자 중심의 관리방식에서 현장관리사원 중심의 관리 방식으로 전환하여 현장관리 사원이 당면한 문제점을 신속히 해결해가도록 도와주고 지원해 주는 조직으로 현장경영 교육을 통해서 일과 일이 아닌 것을 구분, 자신이 하고 있는 일의 낭비요인을 찾아 개선하고 고객의 요구에 맞추어 공정기준을 설정한다. 현장관리사원은 작업을 하기 전에 내가 할 일의 공정기준을 정확히 숙지하고, 사용할 원자재의 규격이 일치하는지 자주 검사를 실시하고, 자주 검사를 실시 후 규격을 검토하여 이상이 없으면 다음 공정에 인계해 주는 방법으로 교차 검증을 실시한다. 본 연구결과를 통해 제조기업의 경쟁력 제고를 위해 유용하게 활용될 수 있다. 급변하는 국제적 경영환경 변화에 적응하기 위해 새로운 경영혁신 기법이 요구되는 바, 본 연구가 이를 위한 또 하나의 시사점을 제공한 데 그 의의가 있다.

GS E&C had developed construction management system, PMS which is based on EVMS in 1997. Recently, TPMS has developed for effective construction management through applying daily schedule management and JIT on materials, labors, equipments focusing field work. TPMS realizes "Shielding" and "Make-Ready Process" which are the main concept of Lean construction. Through this system, it can manage and plan daily field work, support the field work related material, labor, and equipment planning, and minimizes the non-valuable process. This paper introduces the concept of TPMS, and through established system, it can lead the construction culture and raise the competitive power of construction industry

Recently, defect management have been considered as one of the major issues for more large-sized and complicated in domestic construction industry. However, the defect management have not been performed systematically because of special manpower, excessive amount of documents, 2D based inspection work, unclear traditional checklists, complicated work process and difficulty in communicating construction information. Therefore, the construction field manager could not performed the quality inspection and defect management work on time as well as the reliability of recorded quality and defect factors was decreased. The primary objective of this study is develop a Construction Defect Management Application CDMA) using a mobile (smartphone). The application can be sharing a huge information and communication technology based on RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification), BIM (Building Information Modeling) which enables field mangers to efficiently gather the information of defection in construction on-site.
