Apartment management is divided into four areas: maintenance management, operations management, community management, and synthetic management. More than 50 percent of the editorials were concerned with the problems of operations management. There were two management subjects: the apartment manager and the apartment management company. Interest in the apartment management system varied between apartment managers and apartment management companies, so more positive policies and more interest are needed for apartment management.

This research was done by going through documents from August 2006 to October 2007 in both Korea and Japan. The research indicates many problems in accounting management. Management companies, both in Korea and Japan, used their own individual formats for managing and accounting documents. Furthermore, the problems discovered included the lack of sufficient paperwork accounting done without dividing short- and long-term expenses the preference for cash expenses that weren't approved by the Association of Apartment Owners and inefficient financial auditing. The basic principle of accounting management is to follow a budget, put down rules clearly and to conduct factual, understandable and continued accounting. Therefore, a standard for accounting management must be implemented and basic manuals for auditing and accounting must be provided along with easy-to-understand information.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the social support network for divorced single mother families. The data were gathered through in-depth interviews with seven divorced single mothers who had at least one school-age child. Qualitative analysis of data showed that divorced single mothers evaluated themselves based on other people's perception. There were mainly three different kinds of self-images, which were “a competent divorced woman,” “a bad child to my parents,” and “a socially weak person.” We also found that there were two factors that influenced the everyday lives of single mothers: all of them .;offered hardships in living as a divorced woman with children, and they also had to deal with the weakened solidarity with family of origin, relatives, and neighbors. Single mothers shared common problems yet their lifestyles and adjustment strategies were diverse. Therefore, diverse social welfare policies for education and counseling for single mothers are urgently needed to support and empower divorced single mothers.

  • This study was conducted to develop and propose a model for an organizational system and management strategies for Healthy Families Centers. As baseline research, the organization of comparable institutions such as the Social Welfare Center, Women's Development Center, Elderly Welfare Center, Child Welfare Center, and Childcare Information Center was analyzed. Based on the results of baseline research and the draft version of Healthy Families Act, this study proposed a management model for Healthy Families Centers. This proposed model suggests the city, county, and district level centers to be organized with three divisions: 1. family counseling team, 2. family education team, and 3. family life team. Concrete assignments for the teams are also proposed. Finally, a networking system for more effective management of the healthy families centers was also proposed.

  • The purpose of this study is to design and develop a Metaverse ZEP platform-based teaching and learning process plan by selecting learning topics that are commonly dealt with among the core concepts of the "family" area of practical (technical and home) subjects. To this end, a teaching and learning process plan was developed through planning, Metaverse platform design, expert review, and revision stages. The Metaverse ZEP "Open Class Day" platform, a virtual learning space, was created and developed to further utilize EduTech programs, such as Padlet, Mentimeter, Jamboard, Miricanvas, and Spatial. The teaching and learning process plan developed in this study consists of a total of seven sessions, including approaching EduTech, Changing Families, Exploring Our Family, and Counseling Centers 1, 2, and 3. Among them, Geumji Counseling Center 1, 2, and 3 was designed as a class in which parents and children participate together in open classes using the ZEP platform. This platform can be used as part of parent classes as well as to encourage online participation in the open classes held periodically at each individual school. In terms of the content validity ratio (CVR) of the developed teaching and learning process verified through five experts, 12 out of 15 questions had a CVR of 1, while the remaining three questions had a CVR of 0.6. The three questions with lower validity were revised and supplemented.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide useful insights into community-level support services for family caregivers in Korea by comparing them with the services in the United States. Similar to most developed countries, life expectancy has led to rapid population aging in Korea over the last several decades. However, despite increased social needs of long-term care for the elderly, many elderly Koreans are still dependent on their family for the long-term care. Yet, existing support programs for family caregivers are very limited. As a result, family caregivers often suffer from a lack of financial resources and emotional support. In this study, we comprehensively review the extensive literature, including relevant studies and documents of community-level support services for family caregivers of the elderly at home in Korea and the United States. One of the most important differences is that compared to Korea, diverse services based on the law of NFCSP to support the family caregivers, such as counseling, organization of support group, and educating have been available in the United States since 2000. Additionally, the legal definition of family caregivers in the United State is broader than that in Korea, where family caregivers are limited to those who are related by blood or marriage. Therefore, more caregivers are eligible for support programs and benefit from the programs in the United States. The findings of the study suggest that policy makers in Korea should legislate for diverse and comprehensive services for family caregivers. Further, it is necessary to define legal terms for family caregivers more broadly to extend beneficiaries of the programs.

As part af this investigation, I conducted counseling sessions in the sandbox where the atmosphere was free and safe. The sessions were based on mother-child unity with the therapist. As a result, the child exhibited restoration of mother-child unity and showed the journey of constellation of self and ego development. The results of this research indicate the effectiveness of sandplay in accelerating ego development.
