환경관광농업 활성화를 위한 수요자 선호도 연구 (A Study on the Consumer Preference for Green Tourism)

  • The operation of a five day workweek seems to be increased continuously, Many city-workers will make good use of their spare time and search after a lot of devices that can seek for the maximum value of leisure utility. The demand of potential customers that want to enjoy weekend in farming villages is coming out greatly. That is, the condition of users that will travel the farming villages is getting better. But the actual states of farming villages are not ready in many parts yet. Therefore we must activate the tourist attraction in farming villages that can be satisfied the city-workers' expectation. And after making the sightseeing environment infrastructure, we must develop the programs intimate with environment, improve the sightseeing agricultural management and consolidate various systems as soon as possible. So in this study, after investigating the demand preference degree of city-workers, I tried to grope an activation plan with the base which will reach. Being more urgent what more, not the simple sightseeing agriculture that the farming experience was the focus of, but it is very important to develop the program of environment sightseeing agriculture. It will lay the stress on playing and education culture which city-workers can enjoy and experience. And with constructing the base facility like a city form, we must develop cheap and various goods and the execution of modernized weekend farms. For this, first the consciousness conversion against the customer management of farmers must precede and the change of government policy and the support polity is important. I hope that this study with the five-day workweek has the chance to contribute in the economic growth of farming villages and efficient use and management of the natural environment resources through the activation of sightseeing agriculture.

노인종합복지관 급식업무 종사자들의 위생지식 및 수행 평가 (Evaluation of Foodservice Workers' Food Safety Knowledge and Practices at Senior Welfare Centers)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate food safety practices and knowledge of foodservice workers at senior welfare centers. A self-administrated questionnaire was administered to 1200 foodservice workers at senior welfare centers in Seoul, Incheon and Gyeonggi province. Two hundred five responses were returned, with 181 usable for analysis. Statistical analyses were conducted using SPSS for Windows(ver.14.0). Volunteers of respondents comprised 64.1% while chefs and employees comprised 20.9%. Food safety practices were assessed using a 5-point scale(1: strongly disagree - 5: strongly agree), and the average score of food safety practices was 4.27. For specific practices, 'personal hygiene (4.46)' scored the highest, followed by 'cleaning and sanitizing(4.43)', 'separate handing(4.40)', 'cooking process(4.11)', and 'receiving and storing(4.05)'. There were significant differences in the practice average score by age(p<0.01) and experience of food safety education(p<0.01). The total score for food safety knowledge was 14.43 out of 20 points. In the category of food knowledge, 'equipment and facility(80.5%)' had the highest correct answer rate, followed by 'personnel hygiene(75.9%)', 'cooking process(70.4%)', and 'cleaning sanitizing(65.8%)'. There were significant differences in the knowledge total score by job type(p<0.05), age(p<0.05), working experience(p<0.05), chef certification (p<0.01), and frequency of food safety education(p<0.01). The knowledge and practice scores were significantly correlated(p<0.01). This study suggests that food safety education for foodservice workers should be conducted continuously and repetitively, and the development of proper education materials is needed to improve the effectiveness of food safety education for chefs, employees and volunteers at senior welfare centers.

요양병원평가가 요양병원 종사자의 근무환경, 직무만족과 서비스 질에 미치는 영향 (Effects of National Evaluation of Long-Term Care Hospitals on Hospital Workers' Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, and Quality of Services)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the work environment and job satisfaction of hospital workers and to assess their effects on quality of services under the national long-term care hospital evaluation (hereafter, national evaluation), which has implemented since 2008. Methods: A self-administered survey was conducted on 178 hospital workers' at 18 hospitals in Chungcheong province, Korea. Survey questionnaires include questions about respondent' awareness of the national evaluation and any change in work environment and job satisfaction under the national evaluation. We used a path analysis to assess the effects of work environment and job satisfaction on quality of services. Results: Results showed that the effects of the national evaluation on work environment and job satisfaction were positive, which, in turn, leads to better quality of services. Improvements in the work environment under the national evaluation have resulted in increased job satisfaction. High scores for job satisfaction showed a significant association with the quality of services provided in long-term care hospitals. In addition, the national evaluation itself had a positive effect on improving quality of services. Conclusions: In order to facilitate quality improvement activities under the national evaluation, it is suggested that workers be provided with education and training. Continuous efforts to improve work environment and to enhance job satisfaction would lead to provision of better quality of services in long-term care hospitals.

노인여가복지시설 종사자의 슈퍼비전과 직무소진의 관계에서 자아효능감의 매개효과 (The Relationship between Supervision and Job Burnout of Workers in Leisure Welfare Centers for the Elderly: Mediation Effect of Self-efficacy)

  • 본 연구는 노인여가복지시설 종사자들의 슈퍼비전과 직무소진의 관계, 그리고 자아효능감의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 대전과 충남의 노인여가복지시설 15개소의 종사자 275명을 대상으로 우편 설문조사를 진행하였다. 분석방법은 빈도분석과 상관관계분석 그리고 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식모형분석 등이다. 분석결과, 노인여가복지시설 종사자들의 슈퍼비전이 직무소진에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 자아효능감의 매개효과가 검증되었다. 분석결과를 참고하여 노인여가복지시설 종사자들의 직무소진을 감소시키기 위한 방안들을 제안하였다. 노인여가복지시설 종사자들에 대한 슈퍼비전을 개선하기 위해 교육적·평가적 슈퍼비전의 강화, 슈퍼바이저에 대한 교육훈련과 개별화된 슈퍼비전의 제공, 시설평가에 슈퍼비전 포함 등이 필요하다. 종사자들의 자아효능감을 향상시키기 위해 역량강화프로그램과 정서적 지지 서비스의 제공, 윤리의식을 향상시키기 위한 교육·행정적 지원, 셀프리더십의 함양 등이 요구된다.

건설현장에 접목한 가상체험·실물체험 안전교육의 효과성 연구 (A Study on the Effectiveness of Virtual and Real Experience Type Safety Education at Construction Sites)

  • 본연구는 건설근로자 대상으로 실시되는 안전교육을 가상체험과 실물체험식 안전교육으로 진행되면 교육에 오락적, 일탈적, 심미적 요소가 더해진 학습효과로 건설업 안전사고는 현저히 감소함을 분석하였다. 연구결과 체험교육에 대한 판별타당도 분석에서는 C.R=0.925327>0.7로 충족되었고, AVE= 0.716226>0.5로 수렴되어 신뢰도가 높음을 알 수 있었다. 근로자의 행동 의도에 대한 MC 시뮬레이션 분석과 베이지안 구조방정식에서 근로자 행동변화는 여러 가지 요인으로 달라질 수 있지만, 교육의 정도에 따라 행동이 변화됨을 알 수 있었고, 의도된 안전에 대한 확률밀도분포 분석결과 실물체험의 경험이 낮을수록 안전행동 보다 불안전 행동이 높고, 사고 위험이 증가함으로 체험식 안전교육이 근로자 행동변화와 건설 안전문화 개선에 실질적인 효과가 검증되었다. 후속 연구에서도 체험교육 이수 근로자에 대한 2~3년 추적관리 연구를 기대한다.

일부 미적용 다중이용시설의 실내 공기 중 알데히드류 및 휘발성유기화합물 노출로 인한 건강위해성 평가 (Health Risk Assessment of Occupants in the Small-Scale Public Facilites for Aldehydes and VOCs)

  • This study was to assess the lifetime cancer and non-cancer risk of exposure of worker and user at public facilities in Korea to volatile organic compounds (VOCs). We measured the concentrations of two aldehydes and five VOCs in indoor air at 424 public buildings that 8 kinds of public facilities (70 movie theaters, 86 offices, 86 restaurants, 70 academies, 22 auditoriums, 30 PC-rooms, 30 singing-rooms and 30 bars) all over the country. There were estimated the human exposure dose and risks with averages of the using-time and frequency for facility users and office workers, respectively. Carcinogens (formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, and benzene) were estimated the lifetime excess cancer risks (ECRs). non-carcinogens (toluene, ethylbenzene, xylene, and styrene) were estimated the hazard quotients (HQs). The average ECRs of formaldehyde and benzene for facility worker and user were $1{\times}10^{-3}{\sim}1{\times}10^{-4}\;and\;1{\times}10^{-4}{\sim}1{\times}10^{-5}$ level, respectively, in all facilities. HQs of four non-carcinogens did not exceed 1.0 for all subjects in all facilities. The estimated ECRs for restaurant and auditorium were the highest, and the PC-room and bar were the next higher facilities. Furthermore, people in a smoking facility had the highest cancer risk. Higher ECRs of formaldehyde and benzene were observed in indoor smoking facilities such as restaurant and auditorium. Higher HQs of toluene and xylene were observed at the restaurant and office building.

노인요양시설의 서비스 질에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 요양보호사의 공공성 인식을 중심으로 (A Study on the Influens of Care Worker's Perception of Publicness on Service Quality in Nursing Facility for the Elderly)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 노인요양서비스의 공공성을 강화하고 서비스 질을 높이기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 노인요양시설의 요양보호사들이 공공성 인식은 어느 정도이고, 공공성 인식정도가 서비스 질에 영향을 미치는가를 실증 분석하였다. 공공성 인식정도는 요양보호사가 인식하는 규범적 공공성, 조직미션의 동의정도로 측정하였으며, 통제변수로는 조직의 법인여부, 규모 그리고 요양보호사의 성별, 연령, 경력, 자격으로 하였다. 전국의 노인요양시설에서 근무하는 요양보호사를 대상으로 설문조사하여 수집된 자료(318명)를 다중회귀방법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 요양보호사들이 인지하는 공공성의 정도와 서비스 질은 보통이상 이었다. 요양보호사의 규범적 공공성 인식정도는 서비스 질 구성요소 중 대응성을 제외한 모두에서 긍정적 영향을 보였으며, 조직미션의 동의정도는 모든 요소에 정적인 영향을 나타냈다. 또한 조직요인 중에서 조직의 규모를 보여주는 현원과 법인여부 역시 부분적으로 서비스 질에 긍정적 영향을 나타냈고, 요양보호사의 나이는 신뢰성과 공감성에 유의미한 영향을 보였다.

제조설비 자율제어를 위한 상태 정의 및 진단 알고리즘에 대한 연구 (A Study on Status Definition and Diagnostic Algorithm for Autonomic Control of Manufacturing Facilities)

  • 본 논문은 제조설비 자율제어를 위한 상태 정의 및 진단 알고리즘을 소개한다. 사이버-물리 시스템 및 디지털 트윈기술을 통한 스마트 공장 시스템은 기존 제조 공장의 생산성 및 안정성을 높일 수 있어 최근 이슈가 되고 있다. 스마트 공장 시스템이 생산성을 향상시키고 작업자로 하여금 더 나은 의사결정을 할 수 있도록 하며 정상적이지 않은 공정 흐름을 제어하기 위한 자율제어 시스템은 스마트 공장 시스템을 구성하는 중요한 기술 중 하나가 된다. 그러나 통합된 수많은 설비 데이터를 기반으로 자율제어 프로세스를 수행하는 것은 상당한 사전 작업이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 제조설비 자율제어를 위한 추상화된 설비 상태를 정의하고 현재 상태를 진단할 수 있는 알고리즘을 제시한다. 이를 통해 통합된 설비 데이터가 아닌 설비 상태를 기반으로 자율제어를 실시하며 더 간단하게 자율제어 프로세스를 진행 할 수 있도록 한다.

시설 및 재가 요양보호사의 응급상황 경험과 응급처치 지식, 응급상황대처능력, 교육경험 및 교육요구도 비교 (Comparison of Emergency Experience and First Aid Knowledge, Emergency Coping Ability, Educational Experience and Educational Needs of Facilities and Home Caregivers)

  • Purpose: This study is descriptive research that provides basic data to develop customized emergency education programs for strengthening the emergency coping ability of caregivers suitable for facility and home care services. Method: This study included 210 facility and 169 home care workers in S and G regions. Data collection was conducted from February 1, 2019 to March 5, 2019. The data was analyzed using a t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and Scheffe tests. Results: The emergency experience was higher in the facilities group, (90.5% in the facilities group and 70.4% in the home group), and there was a significant difference between the groups (t=25.03, p<.001). First aid knowledge was 10.41±2.81 in the facilities and 9.70±2.97 points in the home group, showing a difference between the groups (t=2.40, p=.017). The emergency coping ability was 60.57±4.76 points in the facility group and 57.53±4.18 points in the home group, which was higher in the facility group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (t=6.53, p<.001). The emergency education demand was 98.6% for the facilities group. Conclusion: These results highlight the need to develop and apply case-based emergency education suitable for the characteristics of the service and reflecting the educational needs of each type of service.

Quantitative Evaluation of Radiation Dose Rates for Depleted Uranium in PRIDE Facility

  • Background: Radiation dose rates in PRIDE facility is evaluated quantitatively for assessing radiation safety of workers because of large amounts of depleted uranium being handled in PRIDE facility. Even if direct radiation from depleted uranium is very low and will not expose a worker to significant amounts of external radiation. Materials and Methods: ORIGEN-ARP code was used for calculating the neutron and gamma source term being generated from depleted uranium (DU), and the MCNP5 code was used for calculating the neutron and gamma fluxes and dose rates. Results and Discussion: The neutron and gamma fluxes and dose rates due to DU on spherical surface of 30 cm radius were calculated with the variation of DU mass and density. In this calculation, an imaginary case in which DU density is zero was added to check the self-shielding effect of DU. In this case, the DU sphere was modeled as a point. In case of DU mixed with molten salt of 50-250 g, the neutron and gamma fluxes were calculated respectively. It was found that the molten salt contents in DU had little effect on the neutron and the gamma fluxes. The neutron and the gamma fluxes, under the respective conditions of 1 and 5 kg mass of DU, and 5 and $19.1g{\cdot}cm^{-3}$ density of DU, were calculated with the molten salt (LiCl+KCl) of 50 g fixed, and compared with the source term. As the results, similar tendency was found in neutron and gamma fluxes with the variation of DU mass and density when compared with source spectra, except their magnitudes. Conclusion: In the case of the DU mass over 5 kg, the dose rate was shown to be higher than the environmental dose rate. From these results, it is concluded that if a worker would do an experiment with DU having over 5 kg of mass, the worker should be careful in order not to be exposed to the radiation.
