For the purpose of processing weather data for air conditioning equipment de sign in Busan area Korea, this study collected weather observations made by Busan weather Administration from 1970 to 2003, and then established external conditions for heating and air-conditioning design. For changes of temperature in external conditions for design, the highest temperature had little changed, whereas the lowest had been on the rise as the years went by through the 1970s, 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s, but insolation has a little lessened. Absolute humidity does not show a significant change but an incessant rise.

객체 지향 실시간 통신 분산 프로그래밍 구조를 구체적으로 나타내기 위해 시간 구동과 메시지 구동 (TMO : Time-triggered Message-triggered Object Model)에 대한 구조를 일반적인 형태의 구조로 모델링 하였으며, 이러한 모델링은 분산된 실시간 통신 객체와 비실시간 객체를 포함하여야 하고, 메시지 구동과 시간 구동을 모든 객체 구조 형태에 적용함으로서 실시간 통신 프로그래밍 설계가 이루어질 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 TMO 구조를 이용하여 실시간 통신 시뮬레이션 프로그래밍을 하기 위해 환자 모니터 원격진료 시스템 응용 환경에 적용하였다. Central Monitor로부터 전송되어진 환자의 생체정보 Raw Data가 HIS의 데이터 수신 모듈을 통해 사용가능한 데이터로 재구성될 수 있도록 설계가 이루어져 있다.

구현한 차량용 DARC 수신 전광판을 PC를 통해 제어하기 위해서 USB 통신 방식을 사용하였다. PC는 USB 통신방식을 통해 시스템의 외장 메모리에 사용자 메시지 내용과 위치 기반 정보 데이터들을 저장하고 이들 정보와 DARC 정보들의 출력 방법 및 순서를 결정한다. 각각의 표시 데이터는 다른 윈도우 프로그램을 통해 이미지, 음성 그리고 위치 정보 파일이 생성이 된다. 시스템의 정상적인 동작을 하기 위해 DARC, GPS, LED 모듈의 감시 프로그램을 사용한다. 이런 방식을 통해 효율적인 시스템 정보 관리를 할 수 있다.

본 논문은 TTX 차량 사인시스템의 시각적, 정보적 니즈를 체계화 시켜 표준화 모델을 위한 표본을 구축하는데 연구의 목적을 두고 있다. 이는 철도차량 디자인 가치 창출과 서비스 확보를 위한 필요충분조건을 구현하기 위함이며 실용화를 위한 이용자 중심의 모델로 전이 시키는 의미를 지닌다. 픽토리얼 사인의 정보전달은 시지각을 통해서 얻어지는 의사전달 과정이며 수단이므로 그 이미지에 함축되어 있는 조형성을 파악하는 것은 곧 그 메시지를 체득하는 것과 같으므로 TTX 사인시스템이 지닌 상징적 표현을 보편적인 기호와 구조로서의 인지작용과 가치 규범으로 진단하였다. 사인은 비구술적 의사소통의 대표적 사례로서 의미론적 정보의 집약적인 대상이 되므로 이것은 상징성과 표준성에 준거하고 함축적인 디자인으로 전달하기 위한 시지각적인 제 조건을 갖추어야 한다. 따라서 픽토그램과 ISOTYPE의 조형적 표상은 정보적 커뮤니케이션 효과를 지닌 개념요소와 상관요소가 지닌 특성들이 주제에 부합된 개념으로 구성되어야 한다. 픽토리얼 사인의 가독성 증대에 필요한 시지각적인 요구조건을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 사인의 주제, 내용, 표현요소, 사용 목적, 범위, 이용방법과 유의사항 등은 구체적인 규정을 두어 체계적으로 관리하여 기대 효과를 증대 시켜야한다. 기본적인 서체, 로고, 색채 관리 등의 디자인 구성요소, 레이아웃과 적용 모듈에 대한 기준과 조건이 합목적적으로 설정되어야 하며, 문자와 도형의 선택과 배열을 위한 정체성이 미학적 구성으로 구현되어야 한다.

분산 네트워크 시스템에서 실시간 객체 지향 모델 TMO를 이용하여 메시지를 실시간으로 전송하기 위해 시간 구동과 메시지 구동(TMO : Time-triggered Message-triggered Object Model)에 대한 구조를 일반적인 형태의 구조로 모델링 하였으며, 이러한 모델링은 분산된 실시간 통신 객체와 비실시간 객체를 포함하여야 한다. 메시지 구동 메소드와 시간 구동 메소드를 모든 객체 구조 형태에 적용함으로서 메시지를 실시간적으로 전송할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 TMO 구조를 이용하여 실시간 통신을 하기 위해 ICU(Intensive Care Unit)환자 모니터 원격진료 시스템 응용 환경에 적용하였다. ICU의 Central Monitor로부터 전송되어진 환자의 생체정보 Raw Data가 HIS의 TMO 파싱 데이터 수신 모듈을 통해 사용가능한 데이터로 재구성될 수 있도록 설계가 이루어져 있다.

최근에 급성장하고 있는 실시간 통신 분산 컴퓨팅은 최근에 컴퓨터 응용분야의 하나로서 컴퓨터 과학과 공학 분야에서 급성장하고 있는 한 분야이다. 실시간 객체 지향 분산 컴퓨팅은 분산된 컴퓨터 시스템에서 객체 네트워크의 형태로 구성된 실시간 분산 컴퓨팅이다. 본 논문에서는 TMO 구조를 이용하여 실시간 통신 시뮬레이션 프로그래밍을 하기 위해 환자 모니터 원격 진료 시스템 응용 환경에 적용하였다. Central Monitor로부터 전송되어진 환자의 생체정보 Raw Data가 HIS의 데이터 수신 모듈을 통해 사용가능한 데이터로 재구성될 수 있도록 설계가 이루어져 있다. 환자 생체정보에 대한 실시간성과 생체정보에 대한 생체정보 데이터의 연속성을 부여함으로서 베드 사이트의 환자에게서 발생된 모든 생체정보에 의해 환자 관리가 이루어진다.

The paper contains the data collection methods and procedures employed in the study to evaluate the operational effects of stop sign and signal control at diamond interchanges. An assessment of traffic control alternatives is described in terms of operational effects of queues and travel speed. Guidelines for installing signal control at diamond interchanges are provided in terms of internal volume, left turn proportion within internal volume, and the sum of internal and external volume. The specific traffic volume guidelines were developed based on a combination of these variables affecting operational performance.

It is observed that an appreciable short-circuit current (Is) flows by the time variation of temperature without applying external field in M1(metal)-P(polymer)-M2(metal)system. In M1-P-M2(A1) system, Is flows in the direction from the electrode(A1) having a lower workfunction to the counter electrode(M1) during heating and its magnitude increases as the thickness of polymer is decreased and as the heating rate is raised. The sign of Is is reversed in lower temperature region (under glass transition temperature) when the direction of temerature variation is changed during heating and cooling. From these experimental results, we can sugest that Is flows in the external short-circuit during the space charge distribution formed around both interfacial surfaces (M1-P and P-M2) is continuously maintained in the non-equilibrium state but not in equilibrium state.

Male pseudohermaphrodites is one of abnormalities of phenotypic sex and have an XY chromosome constitution and testes, but the internal or external genitalia are to some degree those of a female. We surveyed one case which were referred in Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital of Seoul National University. When patient was purchased, its phenotype was entirely female that have female external genitalia. However, from the age of 6 months, clitoris was gradually increased to Os clitoris, and patients showed male behavior. Critical clinical sign was trauma of protruded Os clitoris. In radiographic and ultrasonographic examination, he had normal vagina and urinary bladder. In chromosome examination, he had an XY chromosome constitution. This case was performed removal of Os clitoris and ovariohysterectomy.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to confirm the effects of external applications(CLANCHE SM A Clinic) containing herbal extracts on patient with atopic dermatitis. Methods : A total of 24 patients who visited Semyung Oriental Medical Center from January 15th, 2014 to February 20th, 2014 were included in the study. In this study, the patients were treated with external applications(CLANCHE SM A Clinic) containing herbal extracts. For 4 weeks of gross examination and instrumental assesment were made before and after the study. Results : 1. In the primary endpoint, SCORAD index showed a statistically significant decline. 2. In the secondary endpoint, index of skin hydration and index of TEWL showed statistical significance. 3. In the secondary endpoint, index of skin pH showed no statistically significant result. 4. To evaluate the safety of the products for the human body, vital sign check were conducted and showed no statistically significant result. And There were no severe adverse events during this study. Therefore, it is suggested that the safety of the products, if used for certain period, should be safe for the human body. 5. In global assesment of efficacy, both experimenter and subjects evaluated external applications were effective. Conclusions : According to the above experiments, it is suggested that external applications(CLANCHE SM A Clinic) containing herbal extracts should be effective for the atopic dermatitis.
