Minimally invasive treatment of symptomatic thyroid nodules is now commonplace. Ethanol ablation (EA) of thyroid cystic nodules has been performed since the 1990s, but there is no global consensus or guideline. Although various limitations of EA have been described, recommendations for practical application are necessary. Therefore, the Task Force Committee of the Korean Society of Thyroid Radiology initiated the present consensus statement and here we provide recommendations for the role of EA in the management of symptomatic thyroid nodules. These recommendations are based on evidence to date from the literature and expert opinion.
The changing media landscape has diversified how and what is discussed about fashion. This study aims to examine expert discussions about fashion shows on social media from the perspective of fashion criticism. To achieve this goal objectively, a text mining program, Leximancer, was used. In total, 58 videos were collected from the panel discussion section of Showstudio from S/S 21 to S/S 24, and the results of text mining on 24,080 collected texts after refinement are detailed here. First, the researchers examined the frequency of keywords by season. This revealed that in 2021-2022, digital transformation, diversity, and fashion films are now commonly used to promote fashion collections, often replacing traditional catwalk shows. From 2023, sustainability and virtuality appeared more frequently, and fashion brands focused on storytelling to communicate seasonal concepts. In S/S 2024, the rise of luxury brand keywords and an increased focus on consumption has been evident. This suggests that it is influenced by social and cultural phenomena. Second, the overall keywords were analyzed and categorized into five concepts: formal descriptions and explanations of the collection's outfits, sociocultural evaluations of fashion shows and designers, assessments of the commerciality and sustainability of the current fashion industry, interpretations of fashion presentations, and discussions of the role of fashion shows in the future. The significance of this study lies in its identification of the specificity of contemporary fashion criticism and its objective approach to critical research.
The Korean Archaeological Dictionary, which represents Korean archaeological knowledge information, contains refined and high-quality information written by expert collective intelligence. This is a characteristic that clearly distinguishes it from overseas archaeological data archives, and can be called differentiated infrastructure data. However, it has not played a role as an information service or knowledge information platform reflecting the latest digital technology. As a way to maximize these strengths and compensate for weaknesses, it was proposed to develop and operate a GIS-based knowledge and information platform for Korean archaeology. To realize this, it is necessary to develop a title management system centered on repositories and metadata that can collect and store various information, link open linked data design and related systems, develop a search function that can analyze and visualize data in response to the big data era, and establish a WebGIS-based information service system. This will be a platform to continuously manage, supplement, and update Korean archaeological knowledge information, build a ubiquitous environment where anyone can use information anytime, anywhere, and create various types of business models.
This research is designed to evaluate perception of "the role of broadcasting in the process of unification" among South Korean propaganda broadcasting experts. This research used Q-methodology for in-depth evaluation of the experts' perception towards propaganda broadcasts. Total sixteen experts who work at the propaganda broadcasting company domestically or internationally as well as conduct related researches were selected as P-samples. This research listed sixty Q statements covering issues such as Perception of Unification, General Propaganda Broadcasts, Private Propaganda Broadcasts, Communication between North and South Korea. According to traditional way of Q-analysis, it drew two types of perception; Type 1: North Korean Liberal Broadcasts, Type2: Inter-Korean Exchange and Cooperation Broadcasts. For in-depth analysis, positive and negative statements were analyzed based on its tendency. As a result, positive statements tend to follow 'the Role of Unification Broadcasts' and negative statements followed 'the regulation of Private Broadcasts' When further researches were conducted on positive statements based on its axis of tendencies, Type 1 and Type 2 were categorized as follows; the Role of Unification Broadcasts- North Korean Liberal Broadcasts and Inter-Korean Exchange and Cooperation Broadcasts. On the other hand, when negative statements were analyzed based on its tendencies, the result of Type 1 and Type 2 were as follows; the Improvement of Private Broadcasts- Redeeming the Private Propaganda Broadcasts and Criticizing Private Propaganda Broadcasts. Regardless such differences, experts do agree on the idea which emphasize the role of broadcasts in the process of unification and also they share the same thought on the need to improve the private propaganda broadcasts. This research expected to contribute to society by making differences in analyzing propaganda broadcasting experts' perception in an objective and positive way compare to other existing researches. Therefore, it proposes several suggestions to consider when producing propaganda broadcasts.

Recent interests in the quality of urban space have raised awareness on the role and importance of landscape planning. Although laws and guidelines are officially ready to be imposed as for landscape planning, we do not have concrete materials that can be utilized in the course of practices. The aim of this paper in this regard is to disclose the possible difference in awareness on 'visual landscape control elements' among experts engaged with urban space planning. The expert groups are distinguished to three which are for a planning, design and engineering and the survey is made by questionnaires. The results are analyzed through basic technology statistics in SPSS and independent-sample t-test provided. The survey is done by tens of 'control elements' and the result is that specially, group 1 and group 2 in mixed landscape has the most discrepancy in awareness on those elements but relatively, they has less discrepancy in awareness on compare with other groups through all landscape area. In case of artificial landscape and mixed landscape in 'landscape controled area', the result for comparing between G1 and G2 is that there are the most discrepancy in awareness which are 7 control elements. In case of mixed landscape in 'landscape promoted area', there are 4 control elements for discrepancy in awareness between G2 and G3 which is quite different. The control elements which show the most discrepancy in awareness is height, floor space and building to land ratio in order. The shape elements has only discrepancy in awareness for comparing between G1 and G2 of artificial landscape in 'landscape controled area'. In terms of the average evaluation score of the appropriateness of these control elements, G1 seems to appreciate the role of these elements in systematic landscape planning more than the other group does. In other words, relatively low scores are given by G2 as for the overall functionality of visual landscape control elements. The texture, floor space and building of land ratio has low evaluation score for all area and types. It means that it should reverify for appropriateness of performance for landscape planning as visual landscape control elements.
With the increasing socio-economic value of an open collaboration over the Internet, it has become significantly important to successfully manage open source software development program. Most of the previous research have focused on various factors that influence the performance of the project, but studies on how the project owners recognized as "leader" affect the outcome of the project are very limited. This research investigates how individual and governance characteristics of an owner influences the performance of project based on impression formation and social capital theory. For a data set, we collect 611 Repositories and the owner's data from the open source development platform Github, and we form knowledge sharing network of an each repository by using social network analysis. We use hierarchical regression analysis, and our results show that a leader, who exposes a lot of one's personal information or who has actively followed and showed interests to communicate with other developers, affects positive impacts on project performance. A leader who has a high centrality in knowledge sharing network also positively affects on project performance. On the other hand, if a leader was highly willing to accept external knowledge or is recognized as an expert in the community with large numbers of followers, the result show negative impacts on project performance. The research may serve as a useful guideline not only for the future open source software projects but also for the effective management of different types of open collaboration.
Various slope protect systems are applied to the slope located around the major facility to maintain stability, and the applied these systems play an important role in protecting the structure by ensuring the safety of the slope. Reinforcement techniques ensure complete safety at the time of application to the slope, but over time, it may become difficult to secure safety. In particular, the deterioration of reinforcement systems may significantly reduce the stability of the slope. Therefore, it is necessary to secure the safety of the slope by defining the necessary items for maintenance of the protect systems and verifying them by the field expert. In this study, a group of experts were formed to determine these items and select their importance among them, and based on their data, the importance of each item was selected by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The selected items are expected to play an important role in the maintenance of reinforcement systems applied to the slope based on the survey items used by experts.
The purpose of this study is to examine the role of safety sheriffs and their necessity in order to improve the activation of safety sheriff's professionalism. Seven security sheriffs were finally selected to discuss their activities and discuss ways to improve their effectiveness. We conducted semi - structured interviews and conducted in - depth interviews with limited data and inadequate prior research. The results of this study are as follows. First, the government should get the help of citizens, citizens and residents. If the state wishes to reduce the number of safety accidents and bring positive results to the public, it should not rely solely on the utilization of institutions. Second, in order to be a safe sheriff with a positive response from the local residents, the activities of the sheriff's sheriff are not only aimed at preventing risks in the environmental domain and reducing the number of accidents, Publicity should be provided to the landlord, tenant, and residents to inform them that the activity is preventive of accident prevention. Third, under the current law, it is necessary to disclose public facilities such as roads, airports, and harbors to the private sector in order to make it possible to monitor school facilities and youth training facilities. Fourth, the safety sheriff is expected to put forward the expectations and positive results of prevention through the beginning of the inspection activities, and the role of the Korean people in becoming psychological stable and efforts to be born as safety experts are required. Finally, it is necessary to establish a concrete manual, strategic safety inspection plan.

This research aims to find directions for character education in science education and to analyze Nature-Study theoretically as one of the ways to implement character education in science education. In order to accomplish this, references for character education were collected and analyzed to derive the directions for character education in science education, and then the results were verified by expert workshops composed of 2 science education experts and 4 PhD students. Through the consideration of references for Nature-Study in terms of character education, we supposed to confirm that Nature-Study is an efficient way to implement character education in science education. The research resulted in the following: First, science education should establish it's own role in character education by expanding the domains of value and realizing practice-centered character education. Accordingly, 'Expanded model of character education (The domains of the value)' was developed on the basis of 'formation of relationships' with 'nature & environment, spiritual object' and 'The practice-centered character manifested mechanism' empathized 'formation of relationships' and 'practice' was also diagramed. Second, Nature-Study empathized 'Science Education through Nature' can be one of the efficient ways to implement character education in science education. Nature-Study corresponds with the directions of character education in science education because Nature-Study aims for character education in it's educational purpose and emphasizes 'formation of relationships' with 'nature & environment' and 'practice' in the real world. In conclusion, science education should establish it's own role in character education by expanding the domains of value and realizing the practice-centered character education and Nature-Study is efficient ways to implement character education in science education.
Purpose - A trading area is very closely related to consumer life. A trading area is a cultural and social space that consumes culture and promotes human relationships as well as an economic space where consumers live their daily lives. In this context, a trading area research should be conducted objectively and empirically because it deals with the activities of consumer's life. The purpose of this study is to identify the intrinsic psychological motivation(push motivation) caused when consumers visit a trading area and to demonstrate how the push motivation for a trading area influence on consumer's flow, satisfaction, revisit intention. Research design, data, and methodology - In order to develop research hypotheses for this study, the development procedures for push motivation scale are as follows; (1) generating initial pool of items based on previous studies, (2) expert judgement to evaluate content and face validity, and (3) assessing convergent and discriminant validity using confirmatory factor analysis. In order to achieve these purposes, online surveys were conducted on frequent or familiar visitors to the trading areas around the Gangnam, Kunkuk University and Hongik University Station. Among the 1,343 questionnaires collected, 1,157 cases were analyzed by using SPSS 22.0 and SmartPLS 3.0 statistical package program, except for 186 responses in which responses were judged to be unfaithful. Results - The push motivation was classified into five sub-dimensions of excitement/stimulus, rest/relaxation, exit/refreshing, knowledge/learning and human relationship promotion as multidimensional and complex factors composed of individual and social-related dimensions. The excitement/stimulus and human relationship promotion of push motivation have positive effects on satisfaction. However, all dimensions of the push motivation have positive effects on flow. And flow has a positive effect on satisfaction and revisit intention. Meanwhile, the mediation test using boostrapping shows that flow plays a full mediating role in the relationship between rest/relaxation, exit/refreshing, knowledge/learning and satisfaction, but a partial mediating rol e between excitement/stimulus, human relationship promotion and satisfaction. Finally, satisfaction plays a partial mediating role between flow and revisit intention. Conclusions - This study shows that the push motivation is multidimensional and compositive depending on the situation of a consumer. In addition, it is found that the human relationship promotion(a social-related motivation) has a much more important effect on flow and satisfaction than other push motivations of individual dimensions. It also shows that satisfaction increases when consumers are being flowed at their visit and degree of revisit intention also grows as satisfaction increases. As implications of this study, a marketer should try to understand consumer's visit motivation at first and then develop factors that increase their flow, satisfaction, revisit intention. It also requires a marketer to approach subjects on a trading area more objectively and empirically based on the psychology and behavior of consumers, in order to establish a proper and efficient strategy on development of a trading area.
