  • This study was examined whether the experiential marketing factors proposed by Bernd Schmitt were applicable to the consumer behavior of active seniors. The study was analyzed the influence of SEMs have on value perception of brand and attitude formation as well as the behavioral intentions of active senior consumers and whether this effect differed between the level of commitment. For empirical analysis, frequency analysis, EFA, reliability, CFA, SEM, and multiple-group comparison analysis were performed. The results showed that sense and feel factor did not have a significant influence on the value perception of brand, while think factor had a positive effect on the value perception of brand. Act factor did not affect the value perception of brand; on the other hand, relate factor had a significant effect on the value perception of brand. The result of structural equation modeling also revealed that the value perception of brand had a positive influence on attitude formation and behavioral intentions. The result of multiple-group comparison analysis confirmed that the influence of act factor on value perception of brand differed according to the level of commitment, but the positive influence of act factor on value perception of brand was limited to the high-level of commitment group. As a result of the influence relate factor had on the value perception of brand, differences existed between the two groups, and the low-level of commitment group had a greater influence than the high-level of commitment group. So it will be effective for active senior consumers to form fashion communities and let them participate in to enhance positive consumer behavior toward fashion brands.

  • The purpose on this study is to identify how effectively experiential learning involving eco-activities make changes in environmental literacy and scientific attitude of elementary students by categorizing those activities into 5 fields of "marine", "rivers", "ecosystem", "climate" and "recycling" and applying those scheme specifically to 5th graders in a elementary school. The conclusion of this study is following. Firstly, after scientific attitude are applied to subjects, a significant disparity was found between experiment group and control group throughout all parts of environmental literacy. In the cognitive category, each specialist concerning his or her own topic was invited to educate the students, and subsequently a positive impact was detected in the category of environmental issue knowledge. In behavioral category, having eco-activities made a significant disparity in all sub-categories of environmental function, active participation, saving activities, recycling activities and so forth. Secondly, experiential learning involving eco-activities made a significant disparity between the two groups in terms of Scientific Attitude, showing effectiveness in all sub-categories except curiosity.

  • Purpose : The aim of this article is to describe the nurses' experiential learning mechanism on patient safety. Methods : To analyze nurses' learning experiences on patient safety cases, a focus-group interview method was used. The Kolb's experiential learning model was used as a reference model. Findings : Without deep reflective reasoning about specific experiences, there is no creative or innovative solutions to experiment actively. Nurses are likely to be reluctant learners when there is no systemic support from formal departments which is in charge of patient safety and quality of care. Conclusion : In order to build patient safety culture in hospital, there should be efforts to make nurses as active learners on patient safety as well as to build learning environments in medical units.

  • The purpose of this study is to present the implications of analyzing users' market segmentation and characteristics based on the tourism SNS lovemarks experience. The results are as follows. First as a result of conducting factor analysis of tourism SNS lovemarks experience, five factors explained namely, mystery, sensuality, intimacy, trust, reputation. Second, as a result of conducting cluster analysis, four cluster groups were identified (reputation/sensuality centered experience group, high lovemarks experience group, intimacy centered experience group, low lovemarks experience group) and each characteristics were profiled. Third, as a result of Chi-square analysis and correspondence analysis, there was a difference in the characteristics of tourism SNS usage by cluster. Fourth, higher tourism SNS lovemarks experience segmented groups were more likely to recognize the degree of experiential value, satisfaction, behavioral intention.

  • The purpose of this study were to clarify differences in information processing type in relation to the consumer knowledge and involvement of apparel and to clarify differences in demographic characteristics in relation to the information processing type of consumer. The subjects of this study were female adults who lived in Seoul, Kyunggi or Incheon areas and Quota sampling using age and residential areas was employed. Major statistical methods were Chi square test and discriminant analysis. The results were as follows: 1. Consumer knowledge was found to be significantly related to the classification of information processing type. Low knowledge group tended to process infarmation rationally but high knowledge group utilized both rational and experiential process. 2. Consumer involvement was found to be significantly related to the classification of information processing type. Low involvement group tended to process information passively. High involvement group utilized both rational and experiential process 3. Results: We drew the result that 'SPACE model' which structuralize by 5 stages of suicide survivors' experience of SBSG of time path. SPACE model configured as follow: Stage1, Space in vacuum, the time to feel a sense of overwhelming feeling like pain, fear, alienation after loss of suicide, Stage2, Probing, when to find informations and resources to help survivors themselves, Stage3, Acclimation, having experiences empathy and healing as in SBSG, Stage4, Composure, accepting SBSG meaning as a part of their lives, loss of my family by suicide, and the beginning of bereavement, Stage5, Endurance, overcoming suffering through SBSG and try to help other survivors. Conclusions: SBSG is the opportunity for family survivors to overcome the pains from loss of suicide, shock, anger, grief, etc., and to empower them to help other suicide survivors.

  • In this study, we developed the Field-Experiential Learning Framework Using the Location Based Mobil-learning System (LBMS) and it is mobile Augmented Reality (AR) for smart learning system which is advanced e-learning. AR is technology that seamlessly overlays computer graphics on the real world. LBMS-AR has become widely available because of mobile AR. Mobile AR is possible to get information from real world anytime, anywhere. Nowadays, there are various areas using AR such as entertainment, marketing, location-based AR. We analysed the result of survey and implemented the functions. Also, for survey about application's effectiveness, we have focus group interview (FGI). Then we demonstrated and explained the application to them. The result of survey about application's effectiveness shows that application have higher utilization in education area. One of the most promising areas is education. AR in education shows lifelike images to users for realism. It's a good way for improving concentration and attention. We utilize only a beacone for image-based AR without other sensor.
