평생교육에 대한 공유기대가치 연구 (Shared Value Expectation on Lifelong Education)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 평생교육에 대한 이용자의 공유기대가치 구성 요소를 융복합적 측면에서 접근, 정량적으로 확인하는데 있다. 선행연구 검토와 심층인터뷰 및 설문조사 실시 등, 2차 자료 수집과 1차 자료 수집, 그리고 정량적 정성적 방법론을 동시에 실시한 결과, 평생교육에 대한 이용자의 공유기대가치 구성요소는, 10개 관점, 27개 구성개념, 81개 측정 항목으로 정리되었다. 확인적 요인분석 결과, 잠재적 측정모델은 적합한 것으로 확인되었고, 구성요인에 대한 개념타당성, 수렴타당성, 내적일관성 및 구성 개념 간의 판별타당성 등도 적절한 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과로 정리된, 평생교육에 대한 이용자의 공유기대가치 구성요소는 융복합적 측면을 바탕으로 평생교육에 대한 이용자의 다양한 기대가치를 보여주는 바, 본 연구는 이론의 학제적 구축 측면에서, 다양한 분야로부터 평생교육에 대한 이용자의 공유 기대가치를 체계적으로 파악하는데 기여할 것으로 판단되며, 전략적 측면에서, 평생교육의 기획 관리 운영에서 이용자 욕구의 범주화 된 파악과 이에 상응하는 프로그램의 기획 개발에 기여할 것으로 판단되며, 관리적 측면에서, 평생교육 이용자의 공유기대가치에 대한 효과의 정량적 파악에 현실적인 도움을 줄 것으로 판단된다.

서울 북부지역 여자대학생의 구내식당 선호도에 관한 연구 - 구내식당과 외부식당 비교 - (A study on Preference Value of Utilizing University Foodservices by Female Students in Northern Part of Seoul)

  • The purpose of this research is to compare the university foodservices with exterior restaurants, to investigate the fact regarding the use and the preference, to evaluate the expectation and the satisfaction of eaters, and to establish the foundation to improve the quality of the university foodservices. 2 women's universities were chosen and 300 copies of survey were distributed to the students. The data were statistically analyzed by SAS. The frequency was compared with the percentage by using Chi-square, and Spearman Correlation was calculated to see the correlation between the expectation and the satisfaction. The results of this research are as below: 1) As students move to upper grades, have enough monthly allowance, have irregular dietary habit and have snacks often and spend much time on eating, and as the BMI index is low, the survey shows that students use exterior restaurants more frequently than the university foodservices. 2) Analysis of main factor in utilizing university foodservices and exterior restaurants Is 'the taste', 'the price', 'the variety of menu'. 3) The survey also shows that the satisfaction is greater than the expectation for exterior restaurants while the satisfaction is not greater than expectation with the university foodservices. 4) The matters like 'more delicious-food' and 'more various menu' were pointed out to be improved.

Design and Empirical Study of an Online Education Platform Based on B2B2C, Focusing on the Perspective of Art Education

  • The purpose of this study is to provide instructive theoretical models for art (music) education institutions especially when unpredictable risks, such as pandemics, occur again. Based on the customer behavior theory of the business-to-business-to-customer (B2B2C) platform, and in combination with the technology acceptance model (TAM) and expectation confirmation model (ECM), this study proposes an online education model from the perspective of art education. The framework is based on the three decision-making processes of the customer, and includes the product owner, content owner, and customer area. This paper highlights the factors that influence customers in making decisions when art education institutions are product owners. Regression analysis was introduced to study the factors influencing the expectation confirmation, and the overall fitting testing and six hypotheses testing of 385 effective samples were performed using the structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show that the course-design and after-service positively influenced the expectation confirmation, and the domain image positively influenced the continuance behavior. Negative emotions skipped the mediator (expectation confirmation) and directly exerted a significant negative impact on customers' willingness to continue system usage (continuance behavior). In addition, expectation confirmation positively influenced continuance behavior. The paths of detailed items comprising course-design, after-service, and negative emotion were also analyzed and discussed. In this path analysis, ordinary art learners did not believe that AI partners can play a very good auxiliary role. The findings contribute to the scope of information systems acting as an art education platform academically, and provide effective and theoretical support for the actual operation of art education institutions.

ISMS 인증 기대 요인 및 인증 의도에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Study on Expectation Factors and Certification Intention of ISMS)

  • 최근 들어 세계적으로 정보자산 유출 문제가 사회적으로 큰 이슈가 되고 있다. 국가정보원에 따르면 2003년부터 2013년까지 375건의 데이터 유출 사건을 적발하였으며, 특히 2013년 한 해에만 49건이 발생하는 등 시간이 갈수록 증가추세에 있다. 이는 일반 기업에서도 정보보호 관리체계를 정립하고, 운용하고, 인증 받을 필요성이 있음을 뜻한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 ISMS 인증에 미치는 영향을 탐색적 요인 분석과 회귀분석을 통해 분석하고자 한다. 탐색적 요인 분석의 결과로는 13가지 요소에서 '실무 능력 강화 및 경제적 효과 요인'과 '보안 수준 향상 및 보안사고 처리 요인'을 도출하였다. 다음으로 이 요인들이 ISMS 인증 의도에 미치는 영향을 회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 회귀 분석 결과, 실무 능력 강화 및 경제적 효과 요인은 ISMS 인증 의도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며(p<.05), 보안수준 향상 및 보안사고 처리 요인은 ISMS 인증 의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(p<.05).

소비자가 인식하는 아파트 구매가격결정요인과 쾌적성 결정요인과의 순위적 관계분석 (An Analysis of Rank Correlation between the Apartment Purchase Price Decision Factor and Amenity decision Factor with cognition of the Consumer.)

  • The purpose of this research was to analyze the correlation between the Apartment Purchase Price Decision Factor and Amenity decision Factor with cognition of the Consumer. The result are as follows; 1. The correlation coefficient between the Apartment Price Decision Factor and Amenity decision Factor with cognition of the Consumer was 0.587. 2. The ranking of the purchase price factor which it prefers were analyzed orientation > sunlight > view > the rising price expectation > natural environment etc. And the ranking of the amenity were analyzed orientation > natural environment > view > sunlight > noise etc. 3. Consumer group was classified the location, sex, year of ages and unit scale. The rank correlation coefficient of (the significant was below 0.05) sex was 0.617~0.644, year of ages was 0.62~0.771 and unit scale was 0.762~0.852. This research proved the fact that the amenity correlated with the apartment purchase price decision factor, so amenity contained an economic value. And this result will be used in decision-making-process of apartment construction.

치과의료서비스 향상을 위한 환자 기대도 조사연구 (A Study on the Patient's Expectation Toward Quality Care of Dental Services)

  • 2001년 4월 25일부터 6월 9일까지 서울시내 치과대학 병원 2곳과 서울시내 치과의원 2곳을 임의적으로 선정하여 그 곳에 방문한 환자에게 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문내용은 치과 병 의원에 방문한 환자의 일반적인 특성, 치과 의료 환경에 대한 기대, 치과 인력에 대한 기대, 편의시설에 대한 기대, 치과정보에 대한 기대, 예약/정산에 대한 기대, 대기시간에 대한 기대로 구성되어 있다. 환자의 일반적 특성에 따라 치과의료서비스 기대를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 치과 의료서비스의 기대도 분석결과는 치과 병 의원의 환경에 대한 기대와 인력에 대한 기대가 가장 높게 나타났다. 2. 치과 의료서비스의 각 요인별 기대수준은 다음과 같다. 1) 환경에 대한 기대요인 중 '치과 의료기관의 편리한 교통'의 기대가 가장 높았다. 2) 인력에 대한 기대요인 중 '치과의사의 친절'의 기대가 높게 나타났다. 3) 편의시설에 대한 기대요인 중 '어린이만을 위한 시설'에서 기대가 가장 높게 나타났다. 4) 치과정보제공에 대한 기대요인 중 '치료방법 및 치료비 설명'에서 기대가 가장 높았다. 5) 예약/정산에 대한 기대요인 중 '예약/정산의 신속성'에서 기대가 가장 높았다. 6) 대기시간에 대한 기대요인 중 '대기시간을 알려주는 배려'에서 기대가 높게 나타났다. 3. 환자의 일반적 특성에 따른 총 치과 의료서비스 기대분석 결과로서는 여자가 남자보다, 연령이 낮아질수록, 그리고 교육수준이 높을수록 치과의료서비스의 기대가 높았다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 소득의 증대와 의료서비스 이용의 기회가 증가하면서 의료에 대한 개념이 바뀌고 고객들이 원하는 요구도 매우 다양해지고 복잡해지고 있음을 추측할 수 있었다. 이에 맞추어 치과 병 의원은 치료서비스 이외에 환자가 요구하는 여러 가지 부가적인 서비스를 포함하여 포괄적인 개념의 의료서비스를 제공하는 방법으로 접근을 시도해야 한다. 그리고 병원자체의 의료서비스 평가를 통해서 고객의 기대와 실제로 환자에게 제공된 의료서비스간의 갭을 파악하고 그 갭을 줄이기 위해 다양한 방향으로 노력하여 고객만족을 실현해야 할 것이다.

일부 대학생의 자가 판단에 의해 사용하는 일반의약품에 대한 지식, 인식태도 및 사용실태와 관련요인 (Knowledge and Attitudes of Some College Students on General Drugs that They Use by Self-Judgment and Status and Relevant Factors)

  • Objectives: This study aims to identify the usage status of general drugs by some college students based on their own judgment and the relevant factors having impact on them. Methods: The questionnaire survey was conducted by visiting the students in 3 colleges in Daejeon and Chungcheongnam-Do. 792 students were finally selected as the subjects. The results were statistically analyzed using the SPSSWIN(ver 13.0) and $x^2-test$, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis were conducted. Results: The usage status of college students showed the significant difference by general features, knowledge and recognition attitude. The knowledge level of students on the general drugs was very low. They had excessive expectation on the general drugs in terms of the recognition attitude. The lowest factor was the distrust on the general drugs. 27.5% of subjects was satisfied with the effect after using 48.1%m when the drugs were frequently used. Those who experienced the side effects accounted for 9.6%. In accordance with the analysis on the factors related to the knowledge on, recognition attitude on and usage status of general drugs, the education had the highest influence on the abuse and misapplication of drugs. For the mistrust factor on the drugs and negligence factor on abnormal response, the gender was the most influencing. The knowledge level was the greatest impact on the excessive expectation factor on the drugs. The factor that the usage status was the most influential was the education on the abuse and misapplication of drugs. Conclusions: The systematic approach including establishment of health policies for the improvement of health and health education activity should be implemented on the basis of the thorough analysis on the knowledge level and recognition on drugs and the factors influencing on the usage of drugs.

모바일 앱 서비스 특성이 사용자 만족과 지속적 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Effects of Mobile App Service Characteristics on User Satisfaction and Continuance Usage Intention)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide information necessary for establishing a new strategy for customer service improvement by deriving factors affecting user satisfaction and continuous use intention of mobile app service user characteristics, system characteristics, and social characteristics. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, reliability, innovation, familiarity, convenience, and self-efficacy among the characteristics of mobile app are analyzed as factors that have the greatest influence on user's perceived usefulness. Second, convenience, mobility, and visibility are some of the characteristics of mobile app service. Third, identity, security, and expectation agreement among mobile app service characteristics are analyzed as negative factors that do not affect users' perceived usefulness. Fourth, interactivity, familiarity, and self-efficacy among the characteristics of mobile app service were analyzed as positive factors that have the greatest effect on user's perceived ease of use. Fifth, reliability, mobility, visibility, and convenience among mobile app service characteristics are analyzed as factors that have some positive effects on perceived ease of use of app users. Sixth, identity, innovation, and security among the characteristics of mobile app service are negatively influenced by mobile app users' perceived ease of use. Seventh, the perceived usefulness of mobile app users is analyzed as a factor that has a very positive effect on user satisfaction. Eighth, the perceived ease of use of mobile app users is analyzed as a factor affecting perceived usefulness positively. Ninth, the perceived ease and expectation of mobile app users are positively influenced on user satisfaction. The tenth, the perceived usefulness of the mobile app users was analyzed as a factor having a very positive influence on the persistent intention to use. For the eleventh, the perceived ease of use of mobile app users was analyzed as a factor having a positive effect on the persistent intention to use. The twelfth, mobile app user satisfaction was analyzed as a factor having a very positive effect on the persistent intention to use.

두 종류의 부하곡선에 관한 공급지장시간기대치(LOLE)의 상호 변환관계성 (Conversion Function and Relationship of Loss of Load Expectation Indices on Two Kinds of Load Duration Curve)

  • This paper develops a conversion function and method transforming from daily peak load curve used $LOLE_D$ [days/year] to hourly load curve used $LOLE_H$[hours/year]and describes relationship between $LOLE_D$ [days/year] and $LOLE_H$ [hours/year]. The indices can not only be transformed just arithmetically but also have different characteristics physically because of using their different load curves. The conversion function is formulated as variables of capacity and forced outage rate of generator, hourly load daily load factor and daily peak load yearly load factor, etc. Therefore, the conversion function (${\gamma}={\varphi}$(.)) can not be simple. In this study, therefore, the function is formulated as linear times of separated two functions. One is an exponential formed conversion function of daily load factor. Another is formulated with an exponential typed conversion function of daily peak load yearly load factor. Futhermore, this paper presents algorithm and flow chart for transforming from $LOLE_D$[days/year] to $LOLE_H$[hours/year]. The proposed conversion function is applied to sample system and actual KPS(Korea Power System) in 2015. The exponent coefficients of the conversion functions are assessed using proposed method. Finally, assessment errors using conversion function for case studies of sample system and actual system are evaluated to certify the firstly proposed method.

인구통계학적 특성이 항공기내식 서비스 품질과 고객 만족에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Demographical Characteristics on Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction for In-Flight Catering Service)

  • An attempt was made to provide valuable information to improve service quality and customer satisfaction for in-flight catering service. The customers' demographic characteristics that impact on service quality and customer satisfaction were examined for a group of customer. 474 customers who have been used the airplane within 1 year were participated in this study. Statistical analysis was performed using SAS software program (version 6.01) for descriptive analysis, factor analysis, t-test and ANOVA. The results of the study can be summarized as follows: 1. Service Quality in In-flight catering was assessed on the basis of 18 service quality attributes and 5 dimensions derived from a factor analysis. After comparing customers' perception to customers' expectation regarding in-flight service quality, the quality of dimensions for 'meals', and 'sanitation' were not showed any significant differences. However, the expectation for dimensions of 'diversity of menu', 'providing information', and 'the degree of concern to the customers' were rated significantly higher than the perception for those. 2. Among the demographic variables, age and gender had highly influences on the customers' expectation and perception regarding service quality and customer satisfaction. 3. The korean food that the customers wanted to have for in-flight meals was investigated. Among the kinds of gruel(jook), abalone gruel(jeonbok-jook), pumpkin gruel(hobak-jook), and pine-nut gruel(jat-jook) were chosen to have for in-flight korean meals. It was rated that the preferences for beef soup(sogogikook), hot spicy beef soup(youkgaejang), brown sea-weed soup(miyoukkook) were higher than others in soup group. The preferences for boiled rice with assorted mixture(bibimbab) showed the highest and beef and rice soup(seoleongtang), boiled rice with four the staple cereals(ogogbab) were preferred higher than the others in main dish group. Bulgogi was rated the most popular dish. Korean style punch with omiza(whachae), sweet rice dish(yaksik) and fried glutinous rice cake(gangjeong)showed high preferences in dissert.
