패션브랜드의 이미지 기반 SNS에서 해시태그의 이용동기가 고객소셜참여와 브랜드 자산에 미치는 영향 : SNS 참여도의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Usage Motivation of Hashtag of Fashion Brands’ Image Based SNS on Customer Social Participation and Brand Equity : Focusing on Moderating Effect of SNS Involvement)

  • Hashtag has emerged and become one of cultural trend. Given that more and more firms in the fashion industry are using hashtag on images based on SNS to provide information of their products and to communicate with their customers. Especially, hashtags through voluntary participation of users provides the perspective of how customers consume their products. Therefore, this study focused on the using motives of hashtag in image based SNS with customer social participation as mediator towards brand equity. The purpose of this study is (1) to investigate the usage motivation of hashtag of image contents based SNS, (2) to expose how each usage motive affects customer social participation and (3) to find out how customer social participation has an effect on brand equity. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, first we conducted an in-depth interview on 8 image based SNS heavy users to understand the using motives of hashtags. Furthermore, we conducted online surveys amongst people aged between 20s and 30s of image contents based SNS users. As a result of this study, followings were figured out. First, four of usage motivation of hashtag were examined through in-depth interview and previous studies; interest sharing, social interaction, ease of use and enjoyment. Second, usage motivation of hashtag has a significant effect on customer social participation. Third, customer-media participation and customer-customer participation impact positively on brand equity. Lastly, level of customer social participation has the moderating effect on the relationship between motivation of hashtag and customer social participation.

  • Sales of equity-indexed annuities (EIAs) have rapidly increased, but the growth rates in sales have recently shown signs of slowing down because the current volatile equity market increases the costs of guarantees in EIAs. New EIAs need to be designed that are similar to existing EIAs but have a cheaper guarantee and a higher participation rate. This paper proposes three types of EIAs with higher participation rates: up-and-in barrier EIA, aulual reset EIA with up-and-in barriers, and partial-time lookbackEIA. It also presents a probability distribution and the method of Esscher transforms, with which explicit pricing formulas for these EIAs are derived.

  • 지수연동형 보험상품(EIA: Equity-indexed annuities)은 주식시장의 수익률과 연계하여 보험상품의 수익률이 결정되며 주식시장의 수익률이 낮은 경우에도 최소보장 수익률이 제공되는 상품이다 EIA의 수익률은 주가 수익률에 일정 비율을 곱하고 이 값과 최소보장수익률과 비교하여 높은 값을 수익률로 정의한다. 여기서 주가수익률에 곱하는 일정비율을 참여율(Participation rate)이라고 부른다. 본 논문에서는 수익률을 결정하는 주가지수와 일정수준을 넘는 여부를 결정하는 주가지수를 다른 지수로 사용하는 Outside Barrier가 내재된 보험 상품을 제안하고자 한다. 특히 Outside Barrier조건의 결정을 계약기간 전체가 아닌 계약기간의 일부분으로 선정한 것이 특징이다. 이러한 수익률 구조를 반영하는 가격 공식을 기댓값 계산을 통하여 유도하고 수치해석 기법을 이용하여 최소보장이율, Rebate, barrier 수준, 주가 변동성, 상관계수 및 관측기간 등의 변수가 참여율의 결정 에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 한다.

Strategic Differentiation of Internationalization in the Mobile Telecommunications Industry: Case Studies

  • We present a unified explanation of the internationalization strategies of major mobile network operators (MNOs). We have developed a framework that analyzes the strategies of major international MNOs in terms of the relationship between their degree of involvement in international business operations and the degree of equity participation. The results show a positive association between these two dimensions as expected, but they also reveal some exceptional cases in which certain MNOs are actively involved in the business operations of other foreign MNOs, even with minor (or zero) equity investments. In this paper, we argue that the strategic actions of the major MNOs which are the largest shareholders of foreign MNOs are in an equilibrium status because these major MNOs derive maximum benefit from full or considerable management control and active involvement. Finally, we predict that latecomers (MNOs who are just about to enter foreign telecommunications markets) may adopt an incremental investment approach because most developed markets and deregulated emerging markets with growth potential are already preempted by major MNOs. Therefore, the window of opportunity for internationalization in those markets is currently small.

의료기관 TQM 활동, 보상 공정성과 성과간의 구조적 관계 (Structural Relationships among TQM Activities, Compensation Equity, and Performance in Hospitals)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among TQM activities, compensation equity, and performance in hospitals. This study was designed to construct a structural equation model of TQM activities, compensation equity, and performance. Method: The subjects were 239 personnels working in four hospitals in Daegu and Gyeongpook. Data were collected using structured questionnaire from October 4, 2007 to February 4, 2008. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 5.0 program. Result: The overall fitness of the structural equation model was evaluated. These results showed that the model was adequate. TQM activities directly influenced organizational performance and indirectly influenced organizational performance through compensation equity. Conclusion: In testing the structural equation model, the findings showed that TQM activities and compensation equity were important factors for improving organizational performance. Therefore, to improve performance, the hospital leaders must establish the strategies to facilitate TQM activities. It is also necessary to establish effective reward and performance appraisal systems to induce positive participation of personnels in hospitals.

중학생의 양성 평등 의식 고양과 집안일 참여를 돕기 위한 교수.학습 과정안 개발 및 적용 - "나와 가족의 이해" 단원을 중심으로 - (The Application of a Practical Problem - Based Lesson Plan for the "Understanding Myself and MY Family" Unit to Heighten Awareness of Gender - role Equity and Degree of Participation in Household Chores)

  • 본 연구는 기술 가정 교과의 2007년 교육과정의 '나와 가족의 이해' 단원과 또한 2007년 개정 교육과정의 중학교 1학년 '청소년의 이해' 단원과 중학교 2학년 '가족의 이해' 단원에 적용할 수 있는 '청소년의 성역할과 양성평등'에 대한 실천 문제 중심의 교수 학습 과정안을 개발하여 수업의 효과를 보고자 하였다. 개발된 5차시 교수 학습 과정안은 실천적 문제 '양생평등 의식 함양과 관련하여 우리는 무엇을 해야하나?'로 1, 2, 3차시를, '양성평등 의식 실천을 위하여 우리는 무엇을 해야하나?'로 4, 5차시 교수 학습 과정안을 학교 수업에 적용하였다. 적용 대상은 경기도 의정부시 소재의 중학교 1학년 남녀합반의 4개 학급, 총 150명을 대상으로 하였다. 적용 기간은 2009년 9월 14일~9월 30일까지 3주 동안이며, 수업 적용 전에 사전 설문을 하고 개발한 양성평등 수업을 적용한 후 사후 설문을 실시하였다. '청소년의 성역할과 양성평등' 단원의 하위 요소인 개인의 성역할 발달과 진로 직업역할과 양성평등, 우리 사회와 양성평등. 가족역할과 양성평등, 양성평등 실천 전략 세우기라는 주제로 나누어 대응표본 t-검정을 통해 학습자의 양성평등 의식에 대한 고양을 가져오는지와 집안일 참여도의 효과에 대해 결과를 분석하였다. '청소년의 성역할과 양성평등' 단원을 개발한 교수 학습 과정안 적용 결과 양성성 집단이 증가하고 학습자들의 양성평등적 의식 변화에 긍정적인 결과를 보였으며, 집안일 참여도라는 학습자의 실천적 행동을 높이는 결과를 가져왔다. 또한 실천적 문제 중심의 교수 학습 과정안에 대한 학습자들의 흥미와 참여, 이해에 대한 평가는 비교적 높았다. 앞으로 학년과 단원을 넓혀서 양성평등 교수 학습 과정안을 개발하고 적용하여 지속성을 검증할 것과 양성평등 실천과 관련된 척도안이 개발되어야 할 것이다.

수입자동차 소비자의 참여의도에 영향을 미치는 소비자-브랜드 감성관계 연구 (The effect of consumer-brand relationships on the intended consumer participation for import automobile brands)

  • 본 연구는 수입 자동차 브랜드에 관한 인식을 분석함에 있어 소비자-브랜드의 감성관계 진단 방식을 적용하는 것을 요체로 한다. 즉, 수입 명품자동차 브랜드들과 소비자의 관계를 진단하고, 관계성과인 참여의도와의 관계를 살펴보면서 국내 명품시장에서의 감성관계(emotional relationship) 중요성을 파악하고자 했다. 따라서 본 연구는 수입 자동차 브랜드라는 명품브랜드 시장에서 2008년 Top6의 판매고를 올린 BMW, 렉서스, 벤츠, 혼다, 아우디, 폭스바겐 등 6개 브랜드를 대상으로 사랑하는/자아투영적인/상호의존적인/책임감있는/친밀한/경외시하는 등의 항목을 감성관계 평가 구성요인으로, 관계의 성과로서는 참여의도를 3개 항목으로 나누어 설정하였다. 그리고 참여의도와 감성관계 항목간의 회귀분석 결과를 기반으로 명품브랜드와 소비자 간의 감성관계 척도의 타당성을 고려하면서 각 브랜드의 감성관계 차이를 비교 확인하였다. 또한, 본 연구는 수입 자동차 브랜드에 대하여 상대적으로 지식이 많은 집단과 상대적으로 적은 두 집단으로 나누어 지식의 정도에 따른 감성관계 강도에 차이가 난다는 사실을 밝혀냈고, 그 특성을 비교해볼 수 있었다. 이와 같이 본 연구는 소비자-브랜드의 감성관계를 평가해보는 것이 각 브랜드에 적합한 감성 마케팅커뮤니케이션 기획의 기반이 될 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었으며, 동시에 본 연구의 결과가 향후 보다 적극적인 감성관계마케팅 방안의 실증적 토대가 되어줄 수 있다는 데서 그 의의를 찾을 수 있었다.

예방의학의 발전방향: 역학분야 (Perspectives of Preventive Medicine: Focused on Epidemiology)

  • Epidemiology is the key element of public health and preventive medicine. Reversely, public health and social equity are the basic ground for epidemiologists. Current progress in the various fields of epidemiologic study in Korea calls for the increased participation of the trained epidemiologists. Expanding epidemiologic concepts to the wide spectrum of health and medical programs, active participation to the diversified health service fields and strengthening the role of epidemiology in the social and political decision making should be included in the perspectives of epidemiology in Korea. The future of epidemiology is certainly depend on the efforts of present epidemologists.

Mainstreaming of Health Equity in Infectious Disease Control Policy During the COVID-19 Pandemic Era

  • The Korean government's strategy to combat coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has focused on non-pharmaceutical interventions, such as social distancing and wearing masks, along with testing, tracing, and treatment; overall, its performance has been relatively good compared to that of many other countries heavily affected by COVID-19. However, little attention has been paid to health equity in measures to control the COVID-19 pandemic. The study aimed to examine the unequal impacts of COVID-19 across socioeconomic groups and to suggest potential solutions to tackle these inequalities. The pathways linking social determinants and health could be entry points to tackle the unequal consequences of this public health emergency. It is crucial for infectious disease policy to consider social determinants of health including poor housing, precarious working conditions, disrupted healthcare services, and suspension of social services. Moreover, the high levels of uncertainty and complexity inherent in this public health emergency, as well as the health and socioeconomic inequalities caused by the pandemic, underscore the need for good governance other than top-down measures by the government. We emphasize that a people-centered perspective is a key approach during the pandemic era. Mutual trust between the state and civil society, strong accountability of the government, and civic participation are essential components of cooperative disaster governance.

참여 지분형 계약거래를 통한 양식산업 금융지원 연구 (Research on Financing the Aquaculture Industry through Participatory Equity Contracting)

  • The development potential of the aquaculture industry is very high, but there is no financial support for investment except for the government, policy funds, fishery funds, etc. Therefore, we would like to propose a contract transaction in the aquaculture industry. This refers to a forward contract between a producer (fish farmer) and a buyer (mainly a processor or marketer) that stipulates the production and supply of fish products at a predetermined price, but it also refers to an "equity participation type" contract in which both producers and buyers can participate. In other words, it is a model in which part of the fish farm is produced in a way that meets the conditions of the buyer, and part is produced by the producer. This study aims to establish the basic contract trading process. It provides an academic approach to prevent adverse selection and moral hazard due to information asymmetry. It also provides an idea to converge the aquaculture industry with the financial industry using Pecking Order theory. By doing so, we have made it possible for venture capitalists to invest with confidence and provided a process for investors to resolve their concerns, paving the way for the aquaculture industry and the financial industry to develop together.
