The 1342 data obtained were analyzed by Mean, t-test, ANOVA, duncan's Multiple Rang Test, Pearson correlation, and Regression. The major findings were as follows: 1) The average level of children's consciousness for the environmental conservation was relatively low, which was 1.79. There were significantly differences on the children's consciousness for the environmental conservation, according to student's grade level, housing type, parent's education, household income, and the level of consumer socialization. 2) The average level of children's behavior for the environmental conservation was low, which was 2.36. The survey was carried out in three phases: 1) a draft survey form; 2) in-depth interviews with experts; 3) design questionnaire. The survey respondents were people who had knowledge of environmental information in mining enterprises in Binh Dinh province, including: accountant, chief accountant, financial deputy director or director. The questionnaire was is sent directly or through Google Form tool. The author received 162 responses votes from the survey respondent, out of which 13 were unusable due to missing data. Thus, 149 valid responses votes were used. This study employs Cronbach's alpha analysis, exploratory factor analysis and multivariate regression analysis. The results showed the influence of five different factors on environmental accounting implementation in mining enterprises in Binh Dinh province: stakeholders pressure, corporate characteristics, coercive pressure of government agencies, environmental awareness of senior managers and accountant qualifications of environmental accounting. While the pressure of stakeholders has a negligible influence, the remaining four factors (coercive pressure of government agencies, environmental awareness of senior executives, business characteristics, accountant qualifications of environmental accounting) have significant effect on environmental accounting implementation in mining enterprises in Binh Dinh province, Vietnam.

This study also attempts to examine the relationship between environmental regulation and corporate competitiveness from a technological innovation perspective and explore a desirable relationship between those two. Research design, data, and methodology - Discourse analysis and SWOT analysis is used in terms of methodology, and this study is based on literature review theoretically. The methodology is employed in various ways to describe a variety of environmental issues. Result - The results support that technological innovation is able to play a role in coordinating relationship between environmental regulations and corporate competitiveness. The uncertainty and time lag problems innate to technological innovation function as disturbing factors for individual companies to actively increase R&D investment in response to environmental regulations. Environmental regulations may be considered to be working as a factor consolidating corporate competitiveness through technological innovation to respond to the environmental regulations including climate change issue. Conclusion - This study proposes that to achieve two goals of environmental protection and corporate competitiveness consolidation, policy support from various aspects is implied to be required. This implies that environmental regulations and technical innovation must be harmoniously balanced for future corporate success.

  • From the respect of economics, environmental industry has not defined clearly since environmental services and goods are so broad to focus. Therefore many countries are using their own version of environmental industry. Hence analysis of environmental industry is very limited. In this thesis, based on the definition of Bureau Statistical Office in Korea, economic analysis for the industrial spill effect, production effect, value-added effect has been done by using 1995, 1998 I-O tables published from the Bank of Korea. Even if portion of production from environmental industry in Korea is quite low so far, forward and backward effect has quite impact on the whole industry and show strong intermediate goods. With respect to price effect.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify a causal relationship among green consumer behavior, environmental knowledge and environmental attitudes of students at the university of education. A total of 366 copies of questionnaires were used for the data analysis; 31 copies were excluded due to lack of response to any given question. To ensure the reliability and validity of the questions, technical statistics were performed, such as frequency, ratio, average, standard deviation, skewness, and kurtosis via SPSS 15.0, item-total correlation and the totality, and reliability analysis. A structural analysis was undertaken via AMOS 7.0 in a bootstrapping method in order to perform a path analysis among variables as well as to assess the suitability of the model. The findings of the study were led to the following conclusions: First, the causal model among green consumer behavior, environmental knowledge and environmental attitudes of students at the university of education is suitable to the empirical analysis on research variables. Second, the environmental attitudes of students at the university of education has a direct, positive effect on green consumer behavior. Third, the environmental knowledge of students at the university of education has an indirect, positive effect on green consumer behavior.

The questions of this study are how a mother's background variables influence on their own behaviors, how the children's background variables influences on their own behaviors, how a mother's background variables influence on their children behaviors. This is used self-writing questionaires the 538 subjects are 4th, 5th and 6th grade children and their mothers living in Kwangiu, in June, 1998. The data are analyzed by Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Pearson's correlation, Regression analysis, Path analysis, Coronbach'$\alpha$ coefficent, and Factor analysis. These are the major resets of this study. 1) In case of mothers, the background variables for them to be influenced the environmental presentation behaviors show the frequency of contact for environmental information, average income, family cohesions, the level of communication, egoistic orientation, and age. 2) In Children, the background variables which are influenced on their environmental presentation behaviors represent the frequency of contact for environmental information, family cohesion, biospheric orientation, and the grade level of children. This is, the children who have the more chance of environmental information contact, the higher family cohesion, the higher biospheric orientation, and the lower grade level show the more environmental preservation behaviors. 3) The children who grow seeing their mothers'environmental behaviors such as sorted disposal, recycle behavior, and purchasing behaviors also show the more same behaviors.

  • We investigated the extent of recognition and the class practice rate of environmental education-relevant contents of the unit of 'Clothing Life' of the 7th 'Technology-Home Economics' curriculum in the students in Korea. Five hundred fifty students in the second and third grade in the middle school and in the first grade in high school, who had taken the course of 'Clothing Life' and responded to the questionnaires, were enrolled in this study. Questionnaires were sent and collected by mail from December 2007 to January 2008. Most students recognized that the environmental problems in their residences were serious enough to affect their own lives. Only 36.4% of the students, however, expressed the intention to join to the environmental groups and change their clothing lives in order to improve those problems. Also they conceived that the unit of 'Clothing Life' of the 7th 'Technology-Home Economics' curriculum containing only a few statements on the environmental pollution had little relevance to environmental education. According to the results on the class practice rate of environmental education-relevant contents of the unit of 'Clothing Life', the quality of the classes on the environmental education, except the unit of 'Planning and Purchasing Clothes', and the degree of practice of environmental preservation were proved to be low. Subgroup analysis showed that the second grade middle school students as well as female students had the higher interest and class practice rate. Teachers have to try to raise the recognition and the class practice rate of environmental education-relevant contents in the unit of 'Clothing Life' of the 7th 'Technology-Home Economics' curriculum of middle school in the class.
