이 논문은 기업지원서비스의 유형화론 제시하고 이러한 유형화를 토대로 우리나라 기업지원서비스의 현황을 파악하고자 한다. 또한 지역차이와 산업특성에 따른 기업지원서비스의 수요와 공급패턴을 분석한다. 서울소프트웨어산업 집적지(강남ㆍ서초구 일대), 대전의 ICT산업 집적지, 그리고 구미의 전자산업 집적지에 대한 설문지와 기업사례 조사를 바탕으로, 기업지원서비스의 수요와 공급이 산업특성. 지역의 성격, 그리고 기업의 성장단계에 따라 차별화된다는 것을 밝혀 내었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 몇 가지 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.

To transform the enterprise system into the 'Real Time Enterprise' with respect to IT, I suggest the conceptual application model which is composed of pieces(components) extracted from different packaged applications working in a heterogeneous environment based on the 'business activity' in other words, business services provided by internal (inter-enterprise) and external (extended enterprise) application to support a business activity within in an enterprise and the design mechanism focusing service tier which acts as intermediate tier within application architecture.

본 연구는 사회적 기업을 추진하고 있는 기관들의 욕구를 파악해 올바른 사회적 기업 지원정책을 마련하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 분석결과, 극복되어야 할 내부 장애요인으로는 운영자금 및 투자자금의 부족이 지적되었고, 사회적 기업 전환 전에 선행되어야 할 조건으로는 재정지원이었다. 사회적 기업으로의 전환과정에는 기업설립 및 운영에 필요한 운전자금 확보가 필요한 것으로 나타났고, 정부와 지방자치단체가 가장 시급히 해야 할 지원은 인건비 지원, 우선 구매 및 우선위탁 의무화였다. 향후 정부와 지방자치단체를 중심으로 사회적 기업의 운영에 필요한 설비와 인력을 갖출 수 있도록 초기자금을 지원하고, 사회적 기업의 상품과 서비스 판로개척을 지원해야한다.

소액창업자들의 창업지원서비스 접근성을 높이는 방안을 모색하기 위해 본 연구는 창업 운영상의 어려움이 소액창업체의 서비스 이용가능성에 영향을 주는지를 분석하고, 어려움을 통제 시 개인적 특성인 성별, 학력, 창업경험이 서비스 이용가능성에 영향을 주는지를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 자금, 기술, 심리정서, 경영의 8개 영역 중 6개 서비스 영역에서 어려움을 겪는 사람들일수록 서비스 이용가능성이 높아지나 어려움의 영향력은 영역 간 큰 차이를 보였다. 개인적 특성 요인이 서비스 이용가능성에 영향을 주는 영역은 많지 않았으며 영향력도 크지 않았다. 여성이 남성에 비해, 창업경험자가 무경험자에 비해 서비스 이용가능성이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 서비스 영역에 따라서는 어려움을 겪는 사람에게 더 효과적으로 타겟할 수 있는 서비스 전략이 수립되어야 하며, 창업에 취약한 사람들의 서비스 접근성을 높이는 전략도 병행되어야 함을 시사해주고 있다.

In order to resolve the problems of traditional Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) for system integration and to establish flexible enterprise IT environments, Enterprise Service Bus(ESB) which have distributed architecture and support Service Oriented Architecture(SOA) has introduced. Particularly, JBI which developed by the Java Community Process is most widely used to implement ESB for advantages of Java technology. In ESB based on JBI, reliable message delivery is very important to ensure stability of services and systems because it is a message driven architecture. But, it is difficult to verify messages and trace messages when system fault or service error occurred because JBI specification is not enough to address them. In this paper we has proposed the Message Monitoring Framework for JBI-based ESBs which for using in monitoring messages efficiently. It provides foundations for gathering and tracing message-related information about component installation, message exchange, service deploy by using proxy-based change tracking and delegation mechanism for data processing. The proxy which used in our solutions collects data about message automatically when it changed, and the delegation mechanism provides users flexibility for data processing. Also, we describe the performance evaluation results of our solution which is acceptable. We expect to it enables users to ensure reliability and stability of the JBI-based ESB by systematic monitoring and managing messages being used to interact among components.

Collaborative product commerce (CPC) is a newly emerging technology to support inter-enterprise collaboration through the product life-cycle. From the IT point of view, CPC is software technology to integrate product, process and resources of different enterprises using Web technologies. In this paper, we introduce a CPC framework for integrating product information across enterprises, which being developed as a part of the CPC project by ETRI. The product metadata represented by XML schema, which is compatible with ISO STEP PDM Schema standard, is presented to semantically and schematically integrate distributed product information. The web services technologies are discussed to support the interoperability of application systems related to the product development, such as CAD and PDM, where most of these applications run in a distributed environment. Finally, we implement the frame-work to integrate distributed product information.

코로나 19 사태로 인하여 자영업자 몰락과 일자리 감소 등 사회적, 경제적 양극화 현상이 사회문제화 되고 있는 바, 다양한 사업 분야에서 취약계층에 대한 사회서비스 제공 및 일자리 창출이라는 사회적기업의 역할은 매우 중요하다 할 것이다. 사회적기업은 경제적 가치 창출과 사회적 가치 창출이라는 하이브리드 특성으로 인하여 지속가능성에 어려움을 호소하고 있다. 지속가능성을 위하여 사회적기업의 사업분야와 매칭되는 전문인력 지원이 절실히 요구 되지만 부족한 예산으로 전문인력 지원은 매우 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 전문인력의 전문분야가 사회적기업의 지속가능성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대하여 사회적기업 특성을 매개로 연구한바, 전문인력은 기업의 주사업분야 확장과 지속가능성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구 결과에 근거하여 사회적기업 재정지원사업의 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

We introduce about XBRL, eXtensible Business Reporting Language, which is widely accepted as the international standard language for business financial reporting. XBRL is a language for the electronic communication of business and financial data which is revolutionizing business reporting around the world. It provides major benefits in the preparation, analysis and communication of business information. It offers cost savings, greater efficiency and improved accuracy and reliability to all those involved in supplying or using financial data. XBRL is a kind of XML application based on the open Internet technologies. We propose a framework for enterprise information supply chain using XBRL Web services. A Web service is defined as a software system based on XML and designed to support interoperable machine-to-machine interaction over a network by the W3C. Web services are frequently just application programming interfaces (API) that can be accessed over a network, such as the internet and executed on a remote system hosting the requested services. An XBRL Web service-based enterprise information supply chain enables for companies to implement seamless information supply chains from businesses to financial institutions, to supervisory authorities, and to other stake holders for real time information access. And thereby it is expected to contribute to the increase in the value of companies due to the enhanced visibility and transparency of accounting and management.

Enterprise should determine the adoption and utilization of information systems would be a great help to increase management performance. So, it maintains continually the budget and the investment for informatization. However, there is a limit to clarify whether the investment in informatization is contributed to create business opportunities through corporate competitiveness certainty or not. We tend to recognize the information system as a simple means to support common business rather than being used to achieve the company's business performance and to remain competitive. It is not an easy problem for the quantitative evaluation and analysis on the effect of intangible, such as management performance measurement by introducing computerization project. Informatization level evaluation model for the harsh business environment, specifically the Small and Medium Enterprise is lacking. In this paper, we proposed the audit evaluation model of an Small and Medium Enterprise informatization level based on system quality, information quality, user satisfaction, and IT business contribution. The proposed audit evaluation model was evaluated in the information system users, and verified the suitability throughout the survey of the audit professionals.

The purpose of this study is to seek the revitalization plans of export platform for supporting export enterprise of the domestic public services. To activate the export platform, alternatives to two aspects are required as follows. First of all, a governance plan of export platform should be established. At present, an operation entity of export platform, which is still developing stage, is not yet established. In this situation, even though export platform developed, it will faced with inefficient operation. Therefore, an operation entity and appropriate business model are important to the platform activation. second, to activate platform, it is necessary to support export process of life cycle. In particular, the service, which can support the business strategies setting and project implementation stage, is required. In addition, in order to activate the export platform is need to operate with he government's support program.
