  • As the plants are classified as a bulk facility by the Agency's safeguards criteria, the Material Balance Evaluation is a good tool to timely detect diversion that will be accomplished through the creation of defects as small as bias defects. Through all evaluations made by the Agency, it Is strongly recommended to report SRD based on both weight and enrichment, maintain the reliable MUF declaration and improve the gamma spectrometry measurement procedure. These recommendations have been now applied and are going on.

  • The design of learning environments which encourage students to work in a creative manner on mathematical problems is a creative process in itself. The concept of the Saturday University program is described in which pre-service teachers are guided at teaching students in extra-curriculum activities on interdisciplinary topics. In the process of the didactical reconstruction of mathematical problems, the pre-service teachers go through the stages of a revolving door model y.

  • The purpose of this study is to develope, implement, evaluate of premarital education programs. Based on the need assessment and systemic, developmental, and feministic perspectives, this study developed several formats of premarital education programs such as the enrich program, book and internet site. The enrichment program was implemented for 13 couples, and revealed good evaluation of the general outcomes. Recommendations for future research and implementation of family life education were added.

  • Finding good ways to support the further development of mathematically gifted students is a challenge for all mathematics educators. Simply moving able students on more rapidly to the next level of traditional mathematical instruction seems to be a limited approach, while providing supplementary enrichment material or specialized mathematical software requires us to ensure that doing so is truly worthwhile for the students. This paper presents an approach that the author has used with students of diverse capabilities in both technologically advanced and developing nations investigating mathematical ideas using a spreadsheet.

  • Human cell regulatory mechanism is one of suspicious problems among biologists. Here we tried to uncover the human breast cancer cell regulatory mechanism from gene expression data (Marc J. Van de vijver, et. al., 2002) using a module network algorithm which is suggested by Segal, et. al.(2003) Finally, we derived a module network which consists of 50 modules and 10 tree depths. Moreover, to validate this candidate network, we applied a GO enrichment test and known transcription factor-target relationships from Transfac(R) (V. Matys, et. al, 2006) and HPRD database (Peri, S. et al., 2003).

  • Emulsion polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is performed on compartmentalized DNA, allowing a large number of PCR reactions to be carried out in parallel. Emulsion PCR has unique advantages in DNA amplification. It can be applied in many molecular biological assays, especially those requiring highly sensitive and specific DNA amplification. This review discusses the principle of emulsion PCR and its applications in biotechnology. Related technologies are also discussed.
