  • It should be noted that the number of observation in the up-and-down procedure is a random variable. Therefore, We need to justify the employment of the conditional likelihood even in the above situation and show the algorithm of simulation. Also, the strategy of halving or widening the level space in modified up-and-down method is suggested.

  • ATM네트워크상의 ABR서비스는 네트워크 상에서 예약형 서비스가 사용하고 남은 대역폭을 활용하여 데이터를 전송하는 방식으로 제어정보를 전송하는 피드백 매커니즘을 사용하여 네트워크상의 정체를 제어한다. 본 논문에서는 ATM네트워크 상에서 효율적인 정체 제어를 위하여 ABR 트래픽 서비스의 전송률 제어 방식인 EFCI와 ER방식의 장점을 결합하여 네트워크 정체 상태에 따른 적응적인 제어방식을 제안한다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안된 제어방식의 주기적인 특성과 전송된 셀의 양을 분석 제시한다.

대학홍보대상의 세분화 가능성에 관한 탐색적 연구 -홍보활동과 이미지를 기준으로- (Relative importance of university promotion activities and images)

  • The objectives of this study are to examine what are the important promotion activities and images when students choose the university. In order to this research, 277 students drawn from university in pusan area are utilized and 5 hypotheses are analyzed by t-test, anova and regression analysis. The principal findings of empirical study are as follows (1) the most important promotion activities are ranked as follows 1) advice from other peoples(family and teacher are ranked highly) 2) publicity 3) university brochure 4) guide magazine for university 5) university homepage etc. Against our expectation, TV (radio) ad. transit ad. newspaper ad. are ranked lowly among the factors. (2) this study reveals that the most important university images are possibility of good job employment and future growth, confidence, ability of research and lecture, specialization of major etc. but history and tradition, scale of uni. are ranked lowly among the factors. (3) this study reveals that seven universities those are analyzed have different images. In order to achieve the more effective promotion strategy, universities may strengthen their good images and make better their weak images. I have a conviction that the findings above can be applicable for university promotion strategy.

ODA 프로젝트를 활용한 글로벌 창업/취업 지원 모델 (A Study on the Global Start-ups/Employment Support Model Using ODA Projects)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study was to explore the model that supports the recipient country by using the ODA (Official Development Assistance) project and at the same time fits the global start-up/employment support of donor country with CSV business model. Specifically, we wanted to examine the feasibility of the project based on the existing ODA projects. Research design, data, and methodology - As the methodology, case studies and interview were conducted as well as literature studies. The case analysis is based on a press release of the entire KOICA's ODA project, which has been implemented for one year, based on 2017. After consideration, the actual results and future feasibility were analyzed. The interviews were conducted on senior Korean officials and Indian officials involved in Vietnam's ODA project. Results - As a result, some of the project cases applied and analyzed according to the model of this study were judged to be highly potential. Based on the results of this analysis, as the model derived from this study pursues, the global business model is developed under the CSV (Creating Shared Value) strategy through ODA projects to support recipient countries and global start-up/employment support of donor country. The possibility of simultaneously pursuing this model based on CSV business model was also confirmed. Conclusions - In the past, free aid agencies like KOICA focused solely on supporting recipient countries, but in terms of sustainability, they could discover the potential of supporting the global start-up/employment of the donor country using CSV business model in ODA project. In this study, we tried to find the theoretical background and potential possibilities in some ODA projects based on CSV business model. As a result of the analysis of KOICA ODA projects in 2017 and interviews, some ODA projects could be used to improve the economic development of the recipient country as well as the global start-up/employment of the donor country. Therefore, it is necessary for the ministries of the government to promote ODA projects to understand the framework that achieves these two objectives simultaneously and to promote ODA projects based on various strategic considerations.

e-포트폴리오의 구성에 관한 연구-IT기업 디자이너 포트폴리오를 중심으로 (The Elements of E-Portfolio - Focused on the Portfolio of IT Company Designers)

  • 본 연구는 디자인전공 학생들이 취업을 위한 포트폴리오를 만들 때 더 효과적으로 포트폴리오 구성을 할 수 있도록 IT 기업 인턴들의 e-포트폴리오를 대상으로 e-포트폴리오가 기존 포트폴리오와 다른 구성적 특징은 무엇인지, IT 기업별로 포트폴리오 구성에 있어 어떤 차이가 있는지를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 첫 번째로 e-포트폴리오의 공통적인 구성 항목을 조사하였고, 그 결과 e-포트폴리오는 프로젝트 개요, 디자인 프로세스, 더보기의 세 가지 항목으로 구성되었음을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 이 세 가지 항목 중 두 번째 항목인 디자인 프로세스는 1단계 조사와 분석, 2단계 전략 수립, 3단계 프로토타이핑과 최종디자인, 4단계 발표, 평가, 개선의 4단계로 정리할 수 있었다. 두 번째로 e-포트폴리오에 소개된 모든 디자인 방법들을 키워드로 요약하고 그 키워드들을 앞서 3개의 구성 항목과 4단계의 디자인 프로세스를 기준으로 분류하였다. 마지막으로 e-포트폴리오에 소개된 각 항목과 단계에 해당하는 키워드들의 개수를 세어 포트폴리오 전체에서 차지하는 비중을 파악하였다. 이를 통해 IT 기업에 따라 그리고 인턴들의 전공에 따라 e-포트폴리오의 구성 항목과 디자인 단계를 다루는 비중이 다르다는 것을 확인하였는데, 특히 IT 기업 인턴들의 포트폴리오에는 전략수립 단계가 가장 많이 다루어졌고, 관련 링크를 연결하는 '연결성' 특성이 적극적으로 활용되었음을 알 수 있었다.

간호대학생의 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Career Preparation Behaviors of Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the degree of nursing professional intuition, major satisfaction, clinical practice satisfaction, self-leadership, and career preparation behavior of nursing college students, and to identify factors that influence career preparation behavior. Method: This study was a descriptive research study to analyze the factors affecting career preparation behavior. The data collection period was from August 03 to 30, 2020 for 4 weeks. The survey conducted an online survey of 220 students in grades 3-4 who were enrolled in 6 nursing departments located in P metropolitan city and G province, and have clinical practice experience. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Win 20.0 program. Results: Career preparation behavior had a significant positive correlation with nursing professional intuition(r=.455, p<.001) and self-leadership(r=.539, p<.001), and major satisfaction(r=-.337, p<.001) and clinical practice satisfaction(r=-.380, p<.001) had a significant negative correlation. Self-leadership(β=.424, p<.001) was the most significant factor influencing the study subjects' career preparation behavior, nursing professional intuition(β=.170, p=.010), clinical practice Satisfaction(β=.127, p=.047), employment information(β=.122, p=.023), major satisfaction(β=.137, p=.042) in the order, these variables were found in the order of The explanatory power of the factors affecting the subject's career preparation behavior was 40.2%. Conclusion: Therefore, in order to help nursing students' career preparation behavior, a strategy to provide a variety of employment information and a strategy for nursing intervention that can improve self-leadership, clinical practice satisfaction, and major satisfaction is required.

대학이미지 포지셔닝전략에 관한 연구 -부산지역 사립대학의 이미지 평가값을 중심으로- (A Study on the Image Positioning Strategy of University -focusing the measured image value of private university in Busan-)

  • Local universities are faced with rapid environmental changes in 2000's. Therefore local universities are required to research for more specialized marketing strategy such as positioning strategy. The objectives of this study are to examine what are the most important university images and image position of 7 universities'. In order to this study, 276 questionnaires collected from university in Busan area are analyzed by t-test, anova. The results of this study are summarized as follows (1) the most important university images are ranked in the order 1) prospect of getting employment(4.78), 2) possibility of development (4.35), 3) confidence(4.31), 4) research ability(3.97). It is true that practical images get high grade, traditional image such as research ability remains yet as a very import image. (2) Except (A, F) & (B, E) university, common position is not found among the 7 universities, therefore each university cultivate important image as G university dose. (3) Private university are underestimated by student of national university. There is a necessity for cultivating and promoting private university images. (4) Students of private university, particularly students of F university, overestimated their university images seriously.

  • 논문에서는 지식재산권 문제로 특허심판소송으로 기업인들이 많은 피해를 입은 경험사례를 바탕으로 한 실태분석 결과를 나타냈다. 우리나라 기업에서 느끼는 특허소송에 대한 특허권침해와 관련하여 특허권자 및 침해자 입장에서 취해야 할 대응전략을 제시했다. 중소기업에서 특허권을 침해하는 경우, 특허권을 남용하는 경우, 영업비밀을 누설하는 경우, 직무발명을 누설하는 경우 등에 관하여 특허권자와 침해자 입장에 대한 대응책을 제시하였다.

  • 본 연구는 중국에 진출한 한국기업에게 성공적인 품질혁신을 위한 일상적인 프로세스 관리와 인적자원 관리의 전략적 방안을 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 결론적으로 모든 분야에서 철저한 현지화 전략이 필요하다. 이러한 현지화 전략을 바탕으로 중국내 시장에서의 친숙도를 높이고 나아가 글로벌 품질경쟁력을 확보하는 것만이 중국시장에서 생존할 수 있는 것이다 중국진출기업의 품질혁신을 위해서는 품질차원에서의 접근뿐만 아니라 현지인들의 가치관 및 문화. 사고방식 등을 폭넓게 이해하고 중장기적인 파트너의 관점에서 접근하는 것이 이상적이다. 즉, 인적자원의 현지화가 필요하다. 이는 향후 중국 현지에 Single PPM 품질혁신운동을 확대 전개하기 위한 중요한 기초 작업으로서 의의가 클 것으로 기대된다.

두바이 도시혁신에 따른 주변국가의 4차산업 혁신확산 (The innovation diffusion and neighbors in the 4th wave through Dubai-city)

  • Purpose - It suggests that making a policy and strategies for a way of Dubai has a strong priority strategy on science and technology by using much oil dollars to prepare risk when oil dollar's decrease. This has been now investigated how the leading innovator has changed the periphery countries. Research design, data, and methodology - Analyze policy, status, what other neighbouring Middle East countries also want to benchmark a successful case of a leading Dubai strategy. Higher manpower is needed absolutely to develop S&T. and etc. Dubai and Arab countries establish university to nurture as well as invite the talented manpower from overseas to recover deficient manpower. Dubai built totally academy city and invited branch of the overseas famous university, and Saudi Arabia built university(KAUST) and invite faculty and support good scholarship for students. Abrab countries especially, This is studied the process of differentiating and integrating the migrant workers of these cities into the globalized cities. This has resulted in large-scale employment for foreign and local companies in these cities and the spread of science and innovation. Results - Dubai supports venture or SMEs by using a strong priority strategy and attracts foreigner's investor, with which the neighbouring countries have been preparing together for 4th wave. It demonstrates that the gravitational model has been activated from neighboring countries of innovation science to create Dubai's hub. The maturity of long-term urban innovation is related to innovation capability through the national response and review. As a result, the flow of skilled international migration has been localized because of the mutual intersection with the local employment structure, and the development has spread as it spreads to neighboring countries. Conclusion - For the exploiting of new Distribution market in the neighbouring countries, Middle East countries' a strong priority strategy on S&T and education system give an influence on economic situation of the 4th wave in the world and world order of leading by USA, Japan, or EU, and etc. This is due to the creation of clusters in the form of SEZs, friendly industrial policies and world-class infrastructure and innovation development. Its neighbours benchmark the cases of distribution of science innovation and centralizes the surrounding people.
