기혼여성의 취업여부 및 관련변인이 가족원의 만족도와 태도에 미치는 영향 (The effects of married woman's employment condition and related variables on family members' satisfaction and attitudes)

  • The purposes of this research were to investigate the general trends and differences of family members' satisfaction and attitudes related to mother's employment condition, to examine the correlations between every members' employment condition, to examine the correlations between every members' interactions, and to analyze the effects of related variables. To study these objectives, three kinds of questionnaire were used and the data were obtained through 780 parents and adolescents. The jmajor findings were as follows: 1) The general trends of family member's interactions showed that the score of relationship satisfaction between mother and adolescent was higher than father and adolescent. Nonemployed mothers and their children were more traditional in attitudes. 2) The correlations of family member's interactions were significant in satisfaction. Husband's occupational attitudes were related with wife's interactions were significant in satisfaction. Husband's occupational attitudes were related with wife's satisfaction, and parentadolescent attitudes were related each other in dual earner family. 3) Mother's marital satisfaction was affected by employment condition, communication satisfaction, husband's aid, support, satisfaction for employment condition, and father's was affected by communication satisfaction and wife's marital satisfaction. Adolescent's satisfaction with father was influenced by satisfaction with mother and mother's employment condition, and sex-role attitudes were influenced by employment condition and father's support.

외식업체 근로자의 내부마케팅과 식품 안전분위기의 관계 및 고용형태의 조절효과 (The relationship between internal marketing and food safety, and the moderating effect of employment type in food service industry)

  • This paper reviewed the relationship between internal marketing(management support, education, pay system, internal communication, employment security) and food safety climate(prevention, superior attitude, work condition), and the moderating effect of employment type(permanent or temporary employees) in food service company. Based on the responses from 304 responses, the results of hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed that 4 factors(management support, education, internal communication, employment security) effect positively on food safety climate(prevention, superior attitude, work condition). The positive effect of internal communication on superior attitude and work condition appeared to be more positive in permanent employees than in temporary employees. And the results of t-test analysis showed that permanent employees perceived more positively all internal marketing factors(management support, education, pay system, internal communication, employment security) and food safety climate(precaution, superior attitude, work condition) than temporary employees.

  • In this paper, we analyzed the relationship between employment stability, wage level, welfare system, working condition, job satisfaction and organizational commitment in order to find out ways to develop and competitiveness of the nano-convergence industries. Through this study, we conducted the possibility of deriving organizational commitment by job satisfaction which is given through employment stability, wage level, welfare system, and working condition for continuing their work life. In order to find relationships between each concepts, we used a multiple regression analysis with job satisfaction and commitment as dependent variable and employment stability, wage level, welfare system, and working condition as independent variables. Through this study, it was expected to increase the organizational commitment through the job satisfaction of the employees if a changing method of employees management is centered on some tasks suggested for the sound working condition and efficient utilization policies.

  • Recently, The employment for the disabled vocational rehabilitation is to be a hot issue. and there is many of the proposal how to ways. But many of the disabled vocational rehabilitation is not employed and then, first of all, we have a survey about. The employment for the disabled vocational rehabilitation on chonan city of korea. And we got that. The side of company and the side of the disabled vocational rehabilitation have a many problem for the employ. and there is the need of education for employ. We want to propose to good idea good condition employment for the disabled vocational rehabilitation. With the relation program with employment and education for the disabled vocational rehabilitation, they get a good condition jog. This proposal is to be the base study for the disabled vocational rehabilitation with the employment. This study attempts to suggest developmental framework of employment innovation model to vitalize the disabled vocational rehabilitation.

청년들이 생각하는 좋은 일자리 조건과 직업탐색행동이 취업에 미치는 영향 분석 (Analysis of the Good Job Condition of Which Young People Think and the Impact of Job Search Behavior on Employment)

  • 본 논문은 청년들이 생각하는 좋은 일자리 조건과 직업탐색행동이 취업에 주는 영향을 실증적으로 연구했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 성과변수로는 취업여부와 더불어 구직성과를 설정하였다. 본 연구의 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청년들이 생각하는 좋은 일자리 조건으로는 기업측면에서는 임금·급여, 환경측면에서는 직업안정성, 개인측면에서는 일과 삶의 균형으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직업탐색행동이 취업여부 및 구직성과에 영향을 주는 핵심변인인 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 청년들이 취업을 준비하는 과정에서 구직스트레스는 취업에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 일에 대한 경험은 취업 및 구직성과를 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 청년들의 취업성공률을 높이기 위해서는 무엇보다 청년구직자의 적극적인 직업탐색행동 빈도를 높여주는 다양한 지원이 필요하다. 이를 위해 청년 눈높이에 맞는 맞춤형 청년정책 서비스 모델개발과 체계적인 서비스 제공이 필요함을 시사한다.

장애인 고용부담금 부과 여부가 장애인 고용성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Quota-Levy System on Disability Employment Outcome in Korea)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 장애인 고용부담금 부과 여부가 장애인 고용성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하는 데 있다. 구체적으로는 장애인 고용부담금을 부과하는 기업과 부과하지 않는 기업의 장애인 고용률 차이를 분석하는 것이다. 분석을 위해 한국장애인고용공단의 2011년도 장애인 고용실시상황 자료와 통계청 및 보건복지부의 거시 자료를 통합하였으며 자료가 내재적 구조임을 감안해 위계적 선형모형(Hierarchical Linear Modeling: HLM)을 이용하였다. 분석결과 장애인 고용부담금 부과 여부는 장애인 고용성과에 영향을 미치며 장애인구 수와 상호작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 장애인 고용부담금을 부과할 경우 부과하지 않을 때보다 장애인 고용률이 0.7%p 이상 높아질 것으로 추정된다. 그러나 지역의 경기와 장애인 고용성과 사이에 인과관계는 나타나지 않았다. 고용성과는 기업이 속한 지역의 경기보다는 기업이 의무를 이행하도록 하는 강제력에 달려 있음을 시사한다.

노인일자리사업 참여자의 일자리사업 참여만족, 경제상태만족, 자기가치감 변화가 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Job Satisfaction, Economic Condition Satisfaction, Change of Self-Worth on Quality of Life in the Elderly Employment Program Participants)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 노인일자리사업 참여자의 일자리사업 참여만족, 경제상태만족 및 자기가치감 변화와 삶의 질의 구조적 관계를 실증적으로 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구에는 노인일자리사업 참여노인 실태조사(2012)의 데이터가 분석에 사용되었다. 분석 결과, 일자리사업 참여만족, 경제상태만족 및 자기가치감은 삶의 질에 직접적으로 영향을 미칠 뿐 아니라, 일자리사업 참여만족은 경제상태만족과 자기가치감을 통하여 삶의 질에 유의미하게 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 경제상태만족과 삶의 질의 관계에서 자기가치감이 간접효과를 지니는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통하여 본 연구는 향후 노인일자리사업 수행에 있어 정책적 실천적 함의를 제시하였다.

경상남도 학교비정규직 사서 고용안정에 관한 고찰 (A Study on the Stabilization of Employment about the Irregular Librarians in Kyungnam Public Schools)

  • 2003년부터 10여 년간 지속된 학교도서관 활성화사업은 비정규직 사서를 양산하는 결과를 가져오게 되었다. 본 연구는 이들의 고용실태와 근로여건, 학교 내에서 겪는 갈등요인, 고용안정을 위한 노력을 분석하고 있다. 이 분석을 바탕으로 학교비정규직 사서들의 고용안정을 위한 방안을 제시하고 있다. 그 방안은, 첫째 근로관계에서 쟁점사항 분석을 통해 '사용자'가 누구인가에 대한 해석을 하였으며, 둘째 고용안정을 위한 법률적 근거마련을 위한 방안을 제시하였다.

산업간호사의 근무조건 실태 분석 (Working Conditions of Occupational Health Nurses in Korea)

  • Purpose: The aim of the study was to investigate the working condition of occupational health nurses and analyze change pattern of working condition compared to 10 years ago. Method: A questionnaire was measured to 431 occupational health nurses attending the training program held by the Korean Association of Occupational Health Nurses during the period from June 2005 through November 2005. Results: The number of respondents aged 30 years or older and those who are married increased, compared their counterparts found in the earlier study conducted in 1996. Respondents with a college degree accounted for 13.5% in the earlier study, but respondents with a college degree increased to 38.0% in the study. Those with more than 10 years of work experience also increased. Employment type of respondents divided into permanent employment(56.3%) and contract-based employment(41.1%), compared with permanent employment(66.4%) and contract-based employment(32.0%) found in the earlier study. Of total respondents, 91.1% said their retirement age was 55 years or above, and the ratio is higher than that found in the earlier study. Conclusion: The study revealed that the working condition for occupational health nurses especially career recognition, employment type and promotion system were getting worse. It is therefore necessary to implement measures to improve those conditions.

특수형태근로 종사 여부에 따른 작업위험요인과 건강상 문제의 차이 분석 (The Analysis of Risk Exposure and Ill Health Symptom by Difference Depending on the Special Type of Employment)

  • Objectives: The object of this paper is to analyze difference of general and occupational characters, risk exposure and ill health symptom depending on the special type of employment. Methods: 50,007 participants from Fourth Korean Working Condition Survey conducted in 2014 was analyzed. Cross-tabulation analysis was conducted for deriving difference in general and occupational characters, mulitvariate logistic regression analysis was conducted after controlling general and occupational characters for deriving difference in risk exposure and ill health symptom depending on the special type of employment. Results: In the special type of employment, female, ages of 50, education levels of high school, monthly income of 2,000-3,000 thousand won, job types of sales person, enterprises of less than 100 workers, working duration of 2-10 years and long working hours worker's proportion was higher than general employment. Physical(OR: 0.84, 95% CI: 0.76-0.94) and ergonomic (OR: 0.48, 95% CI: 0.42-0.55) risk exposure was lower, psychological(OR: 1.77, 95% CI: 1.54-2.04) risk exposure was higher than general employment, and there was no significant difference between the special type of employment and general employment in chemical/biological risk exposure(OR: 1.06, 95% CI: 0.94-1.20) and ill health symptom(OR: 0.98, 95% CI: 0.89-1.09). Conclusions: This article offers the analysing difference between the special type of employment and general employment using huge size cross sectional data represent Korean employees.
