한식레스토랑의 서비스스케이프, 브랜드명성 및 체험유형이 브랜드태도와 충성도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Servicescape, Brand Reputation and Experiences on Brand Attitude and Loyalty in Korean Restaurants)

  • 본 연구는 한식레스토랑의 서비스스케이프요인(공간성, 편의성, 심미성, 쾌적성, 청결성), 브랜드 명성 및 체험유형(감성, 인지, 행동, 관계)이 방문객의 브랜드태도의 감정과 인지요인에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 또한 본 연구는 브랜드태도의 감정, 인지요인과 브랜드 충성도 간의 관계를 조사하였다. 본 연구는 총 353부의 설문지를 통하여 요인분석, 신뢰도 검증과 구조방정식 모형을 통하여 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 공간성, 심미성과 쾌적성이 브랜드태도의 감정반응에 긍정적인 결과를 보였으며, 편의성과 청결성은 부정적인 결과를 나타내었다. 또한 브랜드명성은 브랜드태도의 감정반응과 인지반응에 긍정적인 결과를 나타내었다. 셋째로 브랜드태도의 감정반응과 인지반응은 체험유형의 감성, 인지, 행동, 관계요인에 긍정적인 결과를 나타내었다. 마지막으로 브랜드태도의 인지반응은 충성도에 긍정적인 결과는 나타내었다. 이러한 연구결과는 한식레스토랑의 마케터들에게 서비스스케이프와 브랜드명성, 체험유형이 중요한 요인임을 알려주며 브랜드 태도와 충성도에 있어도 긍정적으로 작용하는 요인임을 시사하였다.

유아의 부정적 정서에 대한 어머니의 지지적 반응과 비지지적 반응이 유아의 내면화 및 외현화 문제행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Mothers' Supportive and Non-supportive Reactions to Young Children's Negative Emotions on Young Children's Internal and External Problem Behavior)

  • Objective: This study investigates the main effects and interaction effects of mother's reactions to young children's negative emotions on the children's problem behaviors. Methods: A total of 346 mothers with toddlers completed questionnaires, the data were analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression. Results: First, mothers' supportive response to young children's negative emotions, including expressive encouragement, emotion-focused reactions, and problem-focused reactions, showed negative relations with the children's internal and external problem behaviors. Mothers' unsupportive response to children's negative emotions, including distress reactions, minimization reactions, and punitive reactions, showed positive relations with the children's internal and external problem behaviors. Second, an interactive effect was observed. For external problem behavior, mothers' lower distress reactions accompanied by higher emotion-focused reactions, lower punitive reactions accompanied by higher emotion-focused reactions, lower distress reactions accompanied by higher problem-focused reactions, and lower punitive reactions accompanied by higher problem-focused reactions all decreased children′s problem behavior. However, for internal problem behavior, only mothers' lower distress reactions accompanied by higher emotion-focused reaction decreased children′s problem behavior. Conclusion/Implication: The main interaction effect on mothers' reaction to young children's negative emotional expression shows that preventive intervention is needed to address problem behavior.

경관경험의 향상을 위한 문화.역사 지역의 경관계획 및 관리에 대한 연구 - 경주시 문화재와 주변지역을 중심으로 - (Landscape planning and conservation for cultural -historical places to improve landscape experience-focused on Kyoung Ju city-)

  • Cultural-historical places, due to their strong symbolic sense of place shared in various people, have important impacts on people's cognitive and emotional reactions. Especially, the visual characteristics of surrounding areas of cultural -historical places directly influence the way the places are perceived, because they function as a visual background of the places. This study examined how the visual characteristics of surrounding landscape of cultural-historical places nfluenced the perception of the places. The visual characteristics of the surrounding landscape was minipulated by a computer simulation in the two aspects; quality and scale. The quality of the simulated landscape was divided by two kinds : natural and artificial . The scale of the simulated landscape was classified by three kinds : 1/3 of the middle ground, 2/3, and 3/3. Specifically, in each photo simulation, simulated natural or artificial background was introduced up to 1/3, 2/3 or the full height of historic monument. After a computer simulation, people's cognitive and emotional reactions to the simulated slides were investigated. The results showed that the quality of surrounding landscape have a great impact on all the cognitive and emotional reactions investigated. On the vontrary, the scale of surrounding landscape was found to habve an impact on partial reactions, such as all the emotions, part of the cognitions, and visiting preference only. The results revealed that the visual characteristics of surrounding landscape should be considered as the crucial elements in planning of cultural-historical places. Based on the study results, several suggestions were made for the landscape planning and conservation for cultural-historical places and historic cities.

영화 스토리와 관객 감성반응과의 상관성에 대한 연구 (Correlation between Stories and Emotional Responses for American Movies)

  • 영화를 감상하는 동안 관객들은 각기 다양한 감성 반응을 보인다. 슬퍼하고 분노하며, 기뻐하고 화를 내는 등의 감성 반응이 영화가 전개되는 스토리에 따라 나타난다. 영화 전개에서 벌어지는 상황과 사건 등에서 관객이 보인 감성반응이 무엇인지를 뇌파 측정을 통해 알 수 있다. 이것을 연구하기 위해 연구 대상으로 각 장르를 대표하며, 흥행에 성공하여 많은 사람들에게 알려진 미국 영화 4편을 선택하였다. 어드밴처 장르의 <내서널트래저>, 애니메이션 장르의 <토이스토리3>, 액션 장르의 <아이언맨1>, 드라마 장르의 <블라인드사이드>이다. 이들 영화의 감성반응을 측정하기 위해 뇌파의 PPG를 중심으로 4개 경우를 설정하여 시계열 그래프 패턴으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 그래프에 나타난 감성반응이 스토리 전개와 밀접한 상관성이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 향후 영화 제작할 때, 특히 스토리를 어떻게 구성하여 전개시켜 나갈 것인가 할 때 장르 선택에 도움을 줄 것이고, 관객들의 감성을 유도해 내는 데도 도움을 줄 것이라고 기대한다.

  • This study attempts to derive the possibility of literary therapy through addition and subtraction of emotional codons. It is presumed that the remnants of the emotions formed by the addition and subtraction of emotions will remain in the human body and cause chemical reactions. When this research is activated, cluster of emotional codons will be created by a combination of literary emotions. This is expected to accelerate therapeutic action of sentences by encoding certain emotional codons in AI.

지도자의 비언어적 커뮤니케이션이 체육고등학교 학생운동선수들의 감정반응과 자기효능감에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Instructor's Non-verbal Communication on High School Student Athletes' Emotional Reaction and Self-efficacy)

  • 이 연구는 체육고등학교 지도자의 비언어적 커뮤니케이션으로 인해 학생운동선수들의 감정반응 그리고 자기효능감과 어떤 관계가 있고 어떤 영향을 미치는지 분석하는 것에 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상자는 비확률 표본추출법 중 편의표본추출법을 이용하여, S시와 D시에 소재한 2개의 체육고등학교에 재학 중인 고등학교 체육특기생 258명을 표집 하였다. 총 184부를 분석하여 사용하였다. 분석 프로그램은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램과 22.0 AMOS를 이용하여 구조방정식모형을 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 지도자의 비언어적 커뮤니케이션은 학생운동선수들의 감정반응에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학생운동선수가 경험하는 감정반응은 자기효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지도자의 비언어적 커뮤니케이션은 학생운동선수들의 자기효능감에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 학생운동선수가 지도자의 비언어적 커뮤니케이션으로 인해 경험하는 감정적 반응은 자기효능감에 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 비언어적 커뮤니케이션과 감정반응, 자기효능감 간의 관계에서 성별, 운동경력별로 조절효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다.

고급 한정식 레스토랑의 소비경험에 의한 감정반응이 재 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Emotional Reaction Based on Consumption Experiences of Luxury Korean Restaurants on Repurchase Intention)

  • 본 연구는 한국외식업중앙회 부산광역시지회에서 선정한 모범음식점 중 고급 한정식 레스토랑을 이용한 고객을 대상으로 외식소비경험에 의한 감정반응이 재 구매의사에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 분석하고자 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 요인분석, 회귀분석을 통하여 실증분석 하였다. 연구결과 외식소비경험이 감정반응 중 환기에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 상징성, 다양성 요인은 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 유희성 요인은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 외식소비경험이 감정반응 중 지배에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 상징성, 유희성, 다양성 요인이 지배에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 감정반응이 재 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 환기와 지배 요인은 재 구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 외식소비경험이 재 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 다양성, 유희성요인은 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 상징성 요인은 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

자기자비와 관계만족에서 갈등대처행동의 매개: 자기효과와 상대방효과 분석 (Conflict resolution strategies as a mediator in the relationship between self-compassion and relationship satisfaction : Actor effect and partner effect)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate a role of self-compassion in conflict resolution strategies among dating couples. Further, we examined conflict resolution strategies as mechanisms to explain in the relationship between self-compassion and relationship satisfaction. Method: Two hundred forty two dating couples were recruited. Actor and Partner Independence Model(APIM) was used to examine actor and partner effects of self-compassion on relationship satisfaction as well as conflict resolution strategies. The total of 4 APIMs, two positive conflict resolution strategies(i.e., positive emotional reactions, active coping) and two negative conflict resolution strategies(i.e., negative emotional reactions and hostility, avoidance) were analyzed. Positive conflict resolution strategies had only actor effect in the link between self-compassion and relationship satisfaction. That is, self-compassionate men and women were more likely to use positive conflict resolution strategies and, in turn, led to their higher relationship satisfaction. Both actor and partner effects were found in the negative conflict resolution strategy models. In terms of actor effect self-compassionate men and women were less likely to use negative conflict resolution strategies and that, in turn, led to their higher relationship satisfaction. In terms of partner effects we found that women's negative emotional reactions and hostility mediated the link between women's self-compassion and their male partners' relationship satisfaction. Men's avoidance mediated the link between men's self-compassion and their female partners' relationship satisfaction.

어머니의 상위정서와 정서사회화가 유아의 정서지능에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Maternal Meta-Emotion and Emotion Socialization on Preschoolers' Emotional Intelligence)

  • The main purpose of this study was to examine the direct and indirect effects of maternal meta-emotion on preschoolers' emotional intelligence through mothers' emotion socialization. A total of 252 preschool-aged children and their mothers residing in the Seoul Metropolitan and Gyeonggi-do areas participated in this study. The mothers completed questionnaires regarding their meta-emotion, emotion socialization and preschoolers' emotional intelligence. The results of the study indicated that maternal meta-emotion did not have a direct effect on preschoolers' emotional intelligence. However, maternal meta-emotion did indeed have an indirect effect on preschoolers' emotional intelligence through emotion socialization styles. That is, mothers who had desirable beliefs about emotions provided supportive reactions to children's negative emotion expression and showed positive emotions more frequently in the family. In addition, the preschoolers of mothers who showed positive emotion socialization styles were reported to be more emotionally intelligent. The findings of this study suggest that maternal meta-emotion and emotion socialization are important in predicting preschoolers' emotional intelligence.

Multimodal Attention-Based Fusion Model for Context-Aware Emotion Recognition

  • Human Emotion Recognition is an exciting topic that has been attracting many researchers for a lengthy time. In recent years, there has been an increasing interest in exploiting contextual information on emotion recognition. Some previous explorations in psychology show that emotional perception is impacted by facial expressions, as well as contextual information from the scene, such as human activities, interactions, and body poses. Those explorations initialize a trend in computer vision in exploring the critical role of contexts, by considering them as modalities to infer predicted emotion along with facial expressions. However, the contextual information has not been fully exploited. The scene emotion created by the surrounding environment, can shape how people perceive emotion. Besides, additive fusion in multimodal training fashion is not practical, because the contributions of each modality are not equal to the final prediction. The purpose of this paper was to contribute to this growing area of research, by exploring the effectiveness of the emotional scene gist in the input image, to infer the emotional state of the primary target. The emotional scene gist includes emotion, emotional feelings, and actions or events that directly trigger emotional reactions in the input image. We also present an attention-based fusion network, to combine multimodal features based on their impacts on the target emotional state. We demonstrate the effectiveness of the method, through a significant improvement on the EMOTIC dataset.
