In this paper, I show the factors which have an effect on the emotional exhaustion and turnover intention in call center workers who perform emotional labor using telephone without direct confronting with clients. I empirically show that emotional exhaustion decreases job satisfaction and increases turnover intention. Therefore the emotional exhaustion is the important managing factor for efficient management of call center. To weaken emotional exhaustion, it is necessary to decrease time pressure in call center work. To weaken turnover intention, it is important to strengthen superior support. This study makes a contribution in providing the fact that emotional exhaustion is an important managing factor in administration of call center worker.
It is necessary to understand netizen's emotional experiences in avatar consumption. We studied the emotional experience through ethnographic interviews with six informants. In this study, we used the descriptive questions, structural questions, and comparative questions. Netizen's self-enhancing emotional experience were divided into two emotional experiences: emotional experiences in one's world and emotional experiences in relationship with others. First, emotional experience in one's world included self-satisfaction, releasing stress, catharsis, immersion, desire of change, and sense of achievement. Second, emotional experiences in relationship with others were divided into self-enhancing emotional experiences and self-humbling emotional experience. Self-enhancing emotional experiences included the relative satisfaction, the desire of showing off/distinction, and the desire of conformity. Self-humbling emotional experience included the feeling of inferiority.
This study investigated the emotional inferences depending on the children's age, character's personality traits, and emotional situations. One hundred three subjects (34 3-year-olds, 33 5-year-olds and 36 7-year-olds) were recruited from 3 daycare centers and 1 elementary school. Eight stories, consisting of four personality traits (positive-'active','helpful', negative-'selfish','mean') and two emotional situations (equivocal and unequivocal situation), were presented with three pictures each. The statistical methods adopted for the data analysis were repeated measure ANOVA, and paired t-test. The results showed that the 3-year-olds showed lower scores of emotional inferences than the 5- and 7-year-olds. However, there were no significant differences between the 5- and 7-year-olds. Children showed more personal inferential responses in the negative personality trait and equivocal situation.

Objectives: We focused on investigating the effects between symptoms of depression and emotional labor among health professionals. Methods: A cross-sectional survey design was used. The participants were 365 health professionals. The survey was composed of questionnaires related to general characteristics and work-related characteristics. Korean emotional labor scale-24(K-ELS@24) and Patient Health Questionnaire(PHQ-9) data was collected from July 1, 2015 to August 31, 2015. Results: The prevalence for symptoms of depression among the survey participants was 79.2%. Organizational support(${\beta}=.387$, P<0.05), emotional disharmony(${\beta}=.238$, P<0.05), customer conflict(${\beta}=.125$, P<0.05) and emotional effort(${\beta}=.122$, P<0.05) showed a significant association with symptoms of depression. The purpose of the study is to explore secondary science teachers' emotional display rules, types of emotional labor, science-specific emotional display rules and the episodes of emotional labor. For this purpose, the survey to measure emotional labor of science teachers (The Emotional Labor of Science Teaching Scale: TELSTS) was developed and the participants were 145 secondary science teachers in Korea. Also, there were statistically significant differences in emotional labor depending on whether they were full-time or part-time teachers and their teaching career. Third, as a result of analyzing the specificity of science teachers, it was mainly related to the objective and logical image of science, and experimental instruction. Seventy-four percent (74%) of responses were negative or neutral emotional display rules. Finally, implications for science education are discussed.

Subjects were 99 five-year-olds(46 low-income preschoolers, 53 middle-income preschoolers) recruited from three day-care centers and a kindergarten in Seoul and their parents. Low-income mothers also were more likely than middle income mothers to show punitive reaction in parents' emotional reactions.
The purpose of the research is analyzing how the emotional factors of the external apartment design can be influenced by the consumers' emotional reaction, and analyzing how the emotional reaction of the consumers will affect the expenditure of the apartment in the upcoming future. For this purpose, first, external surrounding factors of the apartment are extracted and then classified into three major design categories (instinctive, behavioral, and reflective design), and each factor is evaluated by the emotional evaluation.
