전자의무기록 공유를 추진하기 위해서는 사람들의 인식을 이해할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 합리적 행동 이론과 프라이버시 계산 모형에 기반하여 전자의무기록 공유에 영향을 미치는 요인을 검증하였다. 또한 직업과 개인 병력 등 인구통계학적 특성에 따라 공유 의도가 달라지는지에 대해서 알아보았다. 145명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시한 결과, 이타적 즐거움과 개인정보 보호 인식, 법·제도적 역할 인식 및 건강에 관한 관심 정도가 전자의무기록 공유 의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있었으며 의료기관에 대한 신뢰가 법·제도적 역할 인식과 공유 의도 간의 관계를 긍정적으로 조절하였다. 이에 사람들이 공유 과정에 의료기관뿐만 아니라 정부의 역할도 중요하게 인식하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 전자의무기록 공유에 대한 사람들의 참여와 수용을 촉진하기 위해서는 공유로 인한 공익적 혜택을 강조해야 할 것이며 법적으로 개인정보의 보안과 올바른 활용을 보장하는 가이드라인을 마련하는 것이 필요하다는 점을 제시하였다.

File sharing technology is the most popular methodology through which consumers gain music from online. However, music file sharing and free downloads of music have caused terrible recession of traditional music industry. The purpose of this paper is to develop the underlying theory for understanding the acceptance of music file sharing technology and empirically test our theoretical model. We develop extended TAM model and explore the influencing factors on the user acceptance of music file sharing technology. Our study delivers a better understanding on consumers’ attitudes towards music downloads. By understanding the fundamental characteristics of technology that makes consumers enthusiastic, traditional music industry will gain managerial implications.

본 연구는 SNS 관광정보의 신뢰와 만족수준에 따른 사용자의 정보공유 및 이용의도의 차이를 조사, 분석함으로써 SNS를 통해 관광정보를 제공하는 회사들과 관련 서비스 운영자들에게 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 문헌연구를 통해 SNS 관광정보에 대한 사용자의 신뢰와 만족, 관광정보의 공유의도 및 사용의도에 대한 선행연구들을 조사하고, 표본조사법을 통해 SNS 관광정보 이용경험자들의 의견을 수집, 통계적 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, SNS 관광정보의 신뢰와 만족수준에 따라 사용자의 정보공유 및 사용의도에 모두 차이가 있는 것으로 나타나, SNS를 통해 관광정보를 제공하는 기업들 및 서비스 제공자들에게 이와 관련한 시사점을 제시하였다.

This study tries to explain how the relationship-specificity of invested assets affects E-collaboration and consequently on performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). We classify the relationship-specificity of invested assets into four types such as business process specificity, physical asset specificity, domain knowledge specificity, and site specificity. We define E-collaboration as composed of Electronic Information Sharing (EIS) and Electronic Cooperation (E-Co). In addition, we articulate firm's performance as operational and strategic one, and investigate the impacts of EIS and E-Co on its performance. The data were collected from 187 SMEs and used for analysis. Based on the survey results, we find the following: (1) EIS is directly influenced by business process specificity and physical asset specificity, (2) E-Co is affected by site specificity and domain knowledge specificity, (3) EIS has a positive and significant impact on E-Co, (4) EIS affects firm's operational performance, (5) E-Co influences on firm's strategic performance. In conclusions, the higher the level of EIS, SMEs seem to get greater operational performance, Respectively, the higher the level of E-Co, they tend to get greater strategic performance.

HITSP(Healthcare Information Technology Standards Panel)은 헬스 케어 관련 산업의 상호 운용성을 위해 일반적으로 수용되고 유용한 표준들을 선별하여 표준 세트를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. HITSP에서는 평생전자건강진료정보(EHR, Electronic Health Record)의 활성화를 위해 첫 번째 해결해야 할 영역으로 검사실 결과 정보 교류를 정하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 검사실 결과 정보 교류를 위한 방법으로 HITSP에서 제시하는 HL7 버전 2.x 메시지와 CDA 방법 중 인증(authentication) 처리가 가능하고 영속성(persistence)이 있는 CDA 방법을 선택하였다. 또한 CDA를 작성하고 처리하는 방법을 제시하고, 더 나아가 평생전자건강진료정보(EHR)를 위해 CDA를 적용하여 검사실 결과 정보를 교류하여 보았다. 이에 병원과 EHR 시스템의 상호 운용성이 높아져 진료 과정의 효율성을 높일 수 있었고 환자와 의료진에게 양질의 검사 결과 정보를 제공할 수 있었다.

This paper intends to describe the concepts and historical development of information resources in the digital library, to analyze the different types and characteristics of electronic information resources, and to comment the cases of electronic information resources-especially electronic books, electronic journals, and electronic newspapers. Over the centuries, since the introduction of the printing press, conventional books have played a fundamental role in a wide range of information dissemination and knowledge transfer activities. But, I have mentioned some of limitations of conventional books and electronic information resources in this article. In order to overcome some of them, I think that we should introduce the idea of electronic information resources as a means of storing, sharing and communicating large volumes of dynamic multimedia information.

Low-power design is one of the most important challenges encountered in maximizing battery life in portable devices as well as saving energy during system operation. In this paper we propose a low-power DCT (Discrete Cosine Transform) architecture using a modified Computation Sharing Multiplication (CSHM). The overall rate of power consume is reduced during DCT: the proposed architecture does not perform arithmetic operations on unnecessary bits during the Computation Sharing Multiplication calculations. Experimental results show that it is possible to reduce power dissipation up to about $7{\sim}8%$ without compromising the final DCT results. The proposed lowpower DCT architecture can be applied to consumer electronics as well as portable multimedia systems requiring high throughput and low-power.

Employing a sample of 126 suppliers in Korean electronic industry, this research examined the effects of institutional environment, social capital and strategic importance in manufacturer-supplier relationships on knowledge sharing. Building on the relational view and knowledge-based theories, this study proposed that these factors facilitate knowledge sharing in manufacturer-supplier relationships and that knowledge mediates satisfaction between manufacturer-supplier relationships for competitive advantage. Results indicate that institutional environment, social capital and strategic importance in manufacturer-supplier relationships are indeed associated with greater knowledge sharing. Inter-firm satisfaction is, in turn, positively associated with knowledge sharing for competitive advantage through technical support, financial support, competence increasing. Further, results provide evidence that knowledge sharing plays a mediating role between institutional environment, social capital, strategic importance and inter-firm satisfaction.

In order to achieve the goal of protecting medical images, some existing watermark techniques for medical image protection mainly focus on improving the invisibility and robustness properties of the method, in order to prevent unnecessary medical disputes. This paper proposes a novel copyright method for medical image protection based on visual secret sharing (VSS) and cellular automata transform (CAT). This method uses the protected medical image feature as well as VSS and a watermark to produce the ownership share image (OSI). The OSI is used for medical image verification and must be registered to a certified authority. In the watermark extraction process, the suspected medical image is used to generate a master share image (MSI). The watermark can be extracted by combining the MSI and the OSI. Different from other traditional methods, the proposed method does not need to modify the medical image in order to protect the copyright of the image. Moreover, the registered OSI used to verify the ownership and its appearance display meaningful information, facilitating image management. Finally, the results of the final experiment can prove the effectiveness of our method.

While related with electronic commerce and supply chain management, the concept of ERP is more extended. Even information technology makes it more important to achieve company competence Automobile material industry in which there are the variety of suppliers and materials, has to relate with external information such as supply chain information in order to induct efficient ERP system. This study focuses on the induction policies of ERP system through data sharing within supply chain, and performed both case study and statistical analysis through the interviews to the suppliers of automobile materials. To the better induction of ERP through information sharing of SCM, we have to consider the needs of partner of which information sharing is being done well. This study suggests that organizational change management, business process, information technology are orderly taken into account as the analytical results.
