Mosts of export/import cargo has been moving using maritime transport means. Korea had been driven the system automation project using EDI document since the mid-1990s. However, this automation system comes upon about 40-50% against overall maritime business process, manual or paper document processing work is existing as ever. International e-business environment also has changing into electronic form document transaction from paper document-based transaction. International standardization organization, UN/CEFACT proposed UNeDocs for paperless jtransaction. UNeDocs is a specification to define XML data model as well as electronic form. With UNeDocs, it is not necessary to generate the duplexed data, and it can support user convenient and guarantee the flexibility. This paper defines the UNeDocs data model for EDI and Off-Line processing at the current maritime business. Then, it have to check XML syntax and structure for the defined data model through quality of document check system. Also, it explains the applying plan about the defined UNeDocs data model. It is possible to support paperless transaction as defining UNeDocs-based standard data model and converting into paper document, XML and EDI document using UNeDocs data model.

컴퓨터를 이용한 정보처리가 일반화되고 컴퓨터 통신망을 통한 문서양식의 통폐합 및 간소화는 되었지만 문서의 결제는 여전히 수작업으로 이루어지고, 컴퓨터의 역기능이 급증하면서 문서에 대한 보안 사항들의 부정 유출도 심해서 기업의 기밀이 타기업으로 넘어가 커다란 타격을 받는 경우가 발생하여 이를 개선하는 방안으로 문서를 효율적으로 이용하고 중요한 문서에 대한 보안유지와 문서결재의 신속성을 추구하며 보관된 문서는 변형된 Vernam의 암호화 기법을 이용하여 클라이언트/서버간에 기능을 분담할 수 있는 전자결제 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다.

본 연구는 간호학과 학생들의 전자형태 문서의 이용 및 문서읽기 행태를 분석하기 위해 이들의 행태에서 나타나는 요소들에 대해 종합적으로 분석해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 간호학과 학생을 중심으로 지난 한 학기동안 학생들이 경험한 읽기행태를 조사하여 문서형태선호도와 요소 등을 다각적으로 분석하였다. 총 509명의 응답에 기초하여 분석한 결과, 간호학과 학생들은 일반적으로 전자형태문서에 대한 선호도가 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 소장하고 싶은 문서형태 또한 전자형태문서라고 응답하였다. 응답자 중, 약 94% 이상이 필요한 정보를 찾기 위해 30분 이상을 소요하고 있다고 나타났으며, 접근경로는 '네이버' 검색엔진을 가장 많이 사용하는 것으로 응답하였다. 또한 주로 찾는 정보의 주제는 수업관련 정보가 가장 많았으며, 정보의 접근 장소로는 집에서 주로 정보를 찾고 이용하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 응답자들의 이동 중에 나타나는 문서선호도는 전자형태에 대한 선호도가 높게 나타났으며, 이동의 간편성과 접근의 용이성이 가장 높은 이유로 드러났다. 본 연구의 결과는 간호학과 학생들의 문서읽기행태를 분석하여 인쇄형태와 전자형태 문서의 읽기행태에 대한 이해를 증진시키고 향후 간호학 분야에서의 의학도서관 디지털정보이용의 서비스 설계 및 도구를 개발 또는 보완하기 위한 자료와, 더 나아가, 디지털 도서관 이용자 서비스 개선 방안을 모색하는 데 자료를 제시하고자 한다.

빠르게 변하는 정보화 사회에서 방대한 양의 문서 정보를 전자 문서로 만들고 관리하는 것은 필수적이다. 이러한 전자 문서를 표현하는 데 있어서 사용하는 문서 내에 포함된 모든 정보를 손실 없이 저장하고 관리하는데 적합한 언어가 전자 문서의 표준인 XML이다. 본 논문에서는 문서의 변경이 발생한 경우에 문서 전체가 아닌 변경이 발생한 내용만 버전을 부여하고 저장함으로써 저장 공간을 절약하였다. 그리고 문서의 변경 내용이 일정한 크기 이하이면 JOIN 연산을 생략할 수 있도록 시스템을 설계함으로써 JOIN 연산으로 인한 시스템의 성능 저하를 줄여 효율적인 XML 문서 저장과 빠른 검색 및 버전 관리가 가능한 방안을 제시하고, 이를 적용한 문서 저장 관리 시스템을 구현하였다.

A letter of credit transaction of the preexistence have been raising one's head fraud charge problem as a result of abusing the principles of independence and abstraction. Every society has certain rules and conventions which it regards as important and most of people in any society. The paper document means a document in a traditional paper form. The eUCP credit must specify the formats in which electronic records are to be presented. In these present times, the issuance of documentary credit are performed by the SWIFT(Society for Worldwide Inter bank Financial Telecommunication) system. The eUCP have been written to allow for presentation completely electronically or for a mixture of paper documents and electronic presentation. Presentation is deemed not to have been made if the Beneficiary's notice is not received. An electronic record that cannot be authenticated is deemed not to have been presented. The e-UCP is the supplement of current existing UCP but is superior to UCP under some circumstances. The document shall include an electronic record. The place for presentation of electronic records means an electronic address. The current e-UCP is not clear on this matter. We have to note followings in case of presenting the documents electronically and applying the e-UCP. There are three principles in the letter of credit transaction, that is to say, independence and abstraction, document dealing, strict compliance. IN the electronic letter of credit, these principles are called as independence and abstraction, electronic document dealing, strict compliance.

Electronic transaction using electronic documents be carried without direct person to person meeting, there is the possibility to use other's identity illegally without notice and to verity authenticity of transaction. It is very hard to find out that the electronic documents on the process of submitting is forged documents or not and also has much difficulty in maintaining transmitting secret. Therefore, to solve such problems on electronic transactions, certification system with cryptography skill are inevitably necessary. Also there is needed legal base in the electronic document as functional equivalent of the paper document. Recently there are so many commercial certification service provider(CPS) such as Identrus, Bolero, TEDI but their establishment of CPS, certification process, guideline and so on are different each CPS. Therefore, this kind of situation can make user confuse. To introduce and develop the electronic certification in the international electronic commerce not domestic electronic commerce, it need to authorize and operate certification authority under the uniform regulation base. But, because the laws and guidelines that related to electronic certification system are different among the nations and international organizations, it need to compare laws and guidelines. In conclusion, the most important thing to resolve problems surrounded certification and develope certification system in the international electronic commerce make uniform rule of international electronic certification to recognize internationally from each nation or at least, need to harmony laws and guideline in each nations.

The quality of document image captured from electronic display might be worse when it is compared with document image captured from paper. The problem appears because of Moir? noise. This problem can lead to achieve inaccurate intermediate result for further image processing. This paper proposes a method to remove Moir? noise of document images captured from electronic display. The proposed algorithm is separated in two parts. In the first step, it corrects the text area region (foreground) with small area of smoothing. Then, it corrects the background area with large area of smoothing.

정부를 비롯한 공공부문에 정보기술이 도입된 것은 어제 오늘의 일이 아니다. 그러나 정부에서 지금까지 하드웨어와 투입 중심으로 전개된 정보화의 영향력은 민간에 비해 빨리 실현되지 못하였고, 공공부문의 업무방식에는 근본적인 변화가 별로 나타나지 못했다. 이제 전자문서의 활용은 공공사무의 처리 및 업무의 능률성을 향상시키고 수작업 절차를 간소화함으로써 효율적인 관리를 가능하게 한다. 따라서 전자적 사무관리체계의 활성화를 위해 종이문서위주의 업무처리 관행의 축소, 전자문서화 촉진을 위한 기관 내적 기반 조성. 네트워크 연계를 통한 원격근무체계 등이 추진되어야 한다.

This research is aimed to automate the generating process of the database from paper based table forms like this work. The registration table has so complicate table structures, ana in this research we used the registration tables as an example of general table structure understanding. We propose a table structure understanding system for some table types, and it has some steps. The first step is that the document images on paper are read from the image scanner. The second step is that a document image segments into some tables. In the third step, the character strings is extracted using image processing technology and the property of the character strings is determined. And the structured database is generated automatically. The proposed system consists of two systems. "Master document generation system" is used for the table form definition, and it doesn′t include the handwritten characters. "Structure analysis system for complete d table" is used for the written form, and it analyzes the table form filled in the handwritten character. We implemented the system using MS Visual C＋＋ on Windows, and it can get the correct extraction rate 98％ among 51 registration tables written by the different students.

전자문서관리는 정부와 기업 등 현대조직의 지나친 종이문서주의에서 발생한 비효율성을 극복하고 조직의 경쟁력을 제고시킬 수 있는 중요한 대안이다. 미국 등 선진국에 비하여 우리나라 정부나 기업은 오래된 관료문화로 인하여 전자문서관리에 대한 인식이 부족하고 그 활용에 따르는 여러 가지 장점을 무시해 왔다. 그러나 전자문서관리는 전자문서유통, 전자결재와 서명, 전자우편과 전자게시판, 전자정보 공개와 정보공유 및 공동활용 등을통하여 조직성과를 극대화할 수 있는 효과를 가지고 있다. 이 점에서 전자문서관리시스템의도입은 절실히 요청되고 있다. 그러나 전자문서관리시스템의 정착을 위해서는 관련법제도의정비, 직원의 의식과 행태의 개혁, 전자문서관리 시스템의 기술적 기반구축, 전자문서 작성기와 포맷의 표준화 등이 이루어져야 한다.
