고등학생의 자기애, 정서적 자기개방이 우울과 행복감에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of Narcissism and Emotional Self-Disclosure on the Depression and Happiness Levels of High School Students)

  • This study investigates the influences of narcissism and emotional self-disclosure on depression and happiness levels of high school students. The participants comprised of 334 high school 1st-graders. The results indicated that: (1) Girls showed higher levels of both narcissism and emotional self-disclosure than boys, but there was no gender difference evident in the levels of depression and happiness. (2) The more the students felt depressed, the less they experienced happiness. Additionally, the more the students disclosed emotionally about themselves, the less they experienced depression. (3) High levels of narcissism and low levels of emotional self-disclosure increased depression, but the interactional effect between narcissism and emotional self-disclosure on depression was not statistically significant for either gender. Moreover, low levels of narcissism and high levels of emotional self-disclosure tended to see increased levels of happiness for both genders, however the interactional effect between narcissism and emotional self-disclosure on happiness was statistically significant only for boys. That is, for boys, the negative effects of narcissism on happiness can be reduced if the level of emotional self-disclosure is high.

유아교사의 행복감과 사회적 지지가 직무성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Early Childhood Teachers' Happiness and Social Support on Job Performance)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of child care teachers' happiness and social support on job performance. Methods: The subjects were 380 teachers employed in child care centers and kindergartens in Gyeonggi Province. Self-report questionnaires were used to investigate teachers' happiness, social support and job performance. The data were analyzed by frequency, percent, Pearson's correlation and stepwise regression with the SPSS program. Results: The results of this study were as follow. First, teachers' job performance was positively associated with teachers' happiness. The highest correlation sub-variable was purpose in life. Next were personal growth, self-acceptance, environmental mastery and autonomy. And the last was positive relationships with others. Teachers' job performance was positively associated with teachers' social support. The highest correlation sub-variable was evaluative support. Next were affective support and material support. And the last was informative support. Second, teachers' happiness and social support affected job performance. Evaluative support, which was a sub-variable of social support, affected job satisfaction. And personal growth, purpose in life, and self-acceptance, which were sub-variables of happiness, affected job satisfaction. Conclusion: This study revealed that teacher's happiness and social support were important factors for teachers job performance.

유아교사가 지각한 원장의 서번트 리더십과 교수몰입, 행복감 간의 관계 (The Relationship among Director's Servant Leadership Perceived by Early Childhood Teachers, Teaching Flow and Happiness)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of teaching flow on the relationship between director's servant leadership and early childhood teachers'happiness. Methods: The subjects in this study were 241 early childhood teachers in Busan and South Gyeongsang Province in South Korea. Three different inventories were utilized. The Servant Leadership Scale, Teaching Flow Scale and Happiness Scale were used. As for data analysis, SPSS & AMOS 21.0 and PROCESS macro were utilized. Results: First, the director's servant leadership, teaching flow and happiness of the teachers were all above average, and there was a significant positive correlation between their total scores of servant leadership, teaching flow and happiness. Second, The teaching flow was found to have a partial mediation effect on the on the relationship between director's servant leadership and happiness of the early childhood teachers. Conclusion/Implications: These results indicate that effort to promote director's servant leadership and teaching flow is needed to promote early childhood teachers'happiness.

어머니의 인지적 공감능력이 유아의 실행기능에 미치는 영향: 유아 배려행동과 행복감의 매개효과 (The Effect of Maternal Cognitive Empathy on Preschooler's Executive Function: Mediating Effects of Preschooler's Caring Behavior and Happiness)

  • This study examined the effect of maternal cognitive empathy on children's executive function focusing on mediating effects of preschooler's caring behavior and happiness. The subject of this study was 460 five-year-old preschooler-their mother dyads in Korea. Data were collected by Korean Version of Questionnaire of Cognitive and Affective Empathy(K-QCAE), Caring Behaviors Scale for Young Children, Happiness Scale for Young Children and Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function-Preschool Version(BRIEF-P). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, Pearson correlation analysis, structural equation model and bootstrapping test with SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 23.0 program. The major results were as follows. 1) Maternal cognitive empathy had a positive influence on preschooler's caring behavior. 2) Preschooler's caring behavior had a positive influence on happiness and executive function. 3) Preschooler's happiness had a positive influence on executive function. 4) The effect of maternal cognitive empathy on preschooler's executive function was mediated by preschooler's caring behavior. 5) The effect of maternal cognitive empathy on preschooler's executive function was sequentially mediated by preschooler's caring behavior and happiness. This study revealed that maternal cognitive empathy, preschooler's caring behavior, and happiness have an important role in preschooler's executive function. Most of all, we suggest that maternal cognitive empathy should be improved to promote preschooler's executive function. The findings of this study will contribute to designing intervention programs to improve preschooler's executive function as well as maternal empathy.

중학생이 지각한 스트레스와 학교 행복감의 관계에서 낙관성의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Optimism on the Relationship Between Stress and Happiness at School Perceived by Middle School Students)

  • 본 연구는 중학생의 스트레스와 학교 행복감의 관계에서 낙관성이 매개효과를 나타내는지 알아보기 위해 실시되었다. 서울 소재 중학교에 재학 중인 학생 264명을 대상으로 자료를 수집했고 기술통계, t-test, 상관관계 분석 및 중다회귀분석을 실시해 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 중학생의 스트레스와 낙관성의 문항평균은 '보통'과 '약간 높음', 학교 행복감 문항평균은 '행복하지 않음'과 '약간 행복함' 사이인 것으로 나타났다. 스트레스는 여학생이 남학생보다 높았고 학교 행복감과 낙관성은 남학생에서 더 높았다. 둘째, 스트레스와 학교 행복감, 낙관성 간에는 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 셋째, 낙관성은 스트레스와 학교 행복감 사이를 완전매개하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 낙관성을 증진하는 것이 학교 행복감 향상에 효과적인 전략임을 의미한다. 끝으로 융복합적 관점에서 연구결과를 논의하였다.

Distribution of Personal Income on Donating Behavior: Application of Theory of Planned Behaviors

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explain the application of TPB and personal happiness on donation behavior and willingness to donate. Research design, data, and methodology: The population of this research is people in Indonesia who have a tendency in its culture to donate. The sample size used was 245 people with a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is Path Analysis using SEM-PLS. Result: The results show that the subjective norm had appositive and significant effect on attitude to donate; subjective norm has appositive and significant effect on the donation behavior. Personal happiness has a positive and significant effect on attitude to donate, and personal happiness also has a positive and significant effect on the donation behavior, and the donation behavior has a positive and significant effect on the attitude to donate. Conclusions: Being a responsible person to other people's conditions, as you see other people needing help, you will feel that you have the power to help them. you are often helping people in need, which concludes you are a compassionate person.

가구풍요도가 청소년의 행복감에 미치는 영향 : 주관적 건강의 매개효과분석 (A study on the Effect of Family Affluence on Happiness : The analysis of the Mediating effect of Self-rated Health)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 가구풍요도가 행복감에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 이 관계에서 주관적 건강의 매개효과를 검증하는데 있다. 분석 자료는 제8차(2012년) 청소년건강행태온라인조사를 활용하였으며, 조사대상자는 총 74,186명이었다. 본 연구의 결과, 청소년은 자신의 사회경제적 상태는 다소 부유하지 못하다고 느끼고 있는 반면, 자신은 신체적으로 건강하다고 느끼며 대체로 현실에 만족하는 생활을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구모형의 분석결과, 가구풍요도가 높을수록 주관적 건강수준이 높아지며, 주관적 건강수준은 청소년의 행복감을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 주관적 건강은 가구풍요도와 행복감의 관계에서 부분매개효과가 있음이 검증되었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 청소년의 행복감에 영향을 미치는 요인인 경제 불평등을 줄이고 심리사회적 자원인 행복감에 영향을 미치는 청소년의 건강 수준을 높이기 위해 사회적 차원의 노력과 다차원적인 보건정책의 수립 및 실행이 필요함을 제언하였다.

유아기질이 유아행복감에 미치는 영향 -놀이성 및 자기 조절력의 매개효과- (A Study on Effects of Infant Temperament for Happniess -The mediation of Playfulness and Self-regulation-)

  • 본 연구는 유아기질과 유아행복감, 놀이성, 자기조절력의 직접적인 효과와 유아기질과 유아행복감 간의 관계에서 놀이성과 자기조절력의 매개효과를 검증하여 유아기질에 따른 유아행복감에 미치는 영향 관계를 살피고 유아행복감 증진을 위한 이론적, 실천적 정보를 제공하는 것에 목적을 두었다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아기질의 활동성은 유아행복감에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아기질의 적응성, 활동성, 접근-회피성은 놀이성에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유아기질의 생리적 규칙성은 자기조절력에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 놀이성과 자기조절력은 유아행복감에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 놀이성은 유아기질의 적응성, 활동성, 접근회피성과 행복감 간의 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 자기조절력은 유아기질의 생리적규칙성과 유아행복감 간의 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 유아기질의 하위요인들에 따라 유아행복감, 놀이성, 자기조절력에 미치는 직접적인 영향과 매개 변인인 놀이성과 자기조절력이 유아행복감에 미치는 간접적인 영향을 분석함으로써 유아행복감을 향상할 수 있는 방향성에 어떠한 것들이 있는지 파악하여 유아 보육 및 교육을 위한 이론적, 실무적 기초자료를 제공하는 데 의의가 있다.

Factors Affecting Early School-Age Children's Subjective Happiness: Using the Actor-Partner Interdependence Model of Parental Variables

  • Purpose: The present study is a descriptive cross-sectional study of cause-and-effect relationship, which used the $7^{th}$ year data of the Panel Study on Korean Children, to investigate the effects of parenting stress, depression, and family interactions of the parents of early school-age children on children's subjective happiness. Methods: The present study included data of 1419 pairs of parents who participated in the mother and father survey of the Panel Study on Korean Children. The effects of parenting stress, depression, and parental family interactions on children's subjective happiness were analyzed as actor and partner effects using path analysis. Results: Parenting stress had an actor effect on depression; maternal parenting stress (${\beta}=-.21$, p<.001) and depression (${\beta}=-.30$, p<.001) had an actor effect on maternal family interaction; and paternal parenting stress (${\beta}=-.18$, p<.001) and depression (${\beta}=-.17$, p<.001) had a partner effect on maternal family interaction. Paternal parenting stress was found to have an actor effect on paternal family interaction (${\beta}=-.30$, p<.001), and parental depression was found to have actor effect (${\beta}=-.23$, p<.001) and maternal depression had a partner effect on paternal family interactions (${\beta}=-.22$, p<.001). Children's subjective happiness was found to have a statistically significant relationship with maternal family interaction (${\beta}=.40$, p<.001). Conclusion: The significance of the study is in its provision of basic data for adjusting parents' family interactions that are closely related to the growth and development of children by confirming the effect of parents' parenting stress, depression, and family interaction on children's subjective happiness.

지역아동센터 이용 아동에 대한 돌봄 교사의 사회적 지지가 행복감에 미치는 영향: 서비스 만족도의 매개 효과 (The Effect of Caregiver' Social Support on Happiness of Children with Community Child Center: Mediating Effect of Service Satisfaction)

  • 이 연구는 돌봄서비스에서 사회적 지지와 서비스 만족도가 아동의 행복감에 단선적 영향을 넘어 아동권리실현의 연속적 과정으로 이루어진다는 점에 주목하였다. 이 연구의 목적은 지역아동센터 이용 아동에 대한 돌봄교사의 사회적 지지와 행복감과의 관계에서 서비스 만족도의 매개 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 이를 위해 전라북도 185개 지역아동센터를 이용하는 초등학교 4, 5, 6학년을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였으며, 최종 1,241명을 분석에 사용하였다. SPSS Win 23 Version과 Amos 23을 이용하여 기술통계, 상관관계 및 구조방정식 분석을 실시하였다. 그에 따른 주요연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아동에 대한 사회적 지지는 행복감에 직접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 지지와 행복감 간 서비스 만족도의 매개 효과가 나타났다. 이러한 연구를 바탕으로 지역아동센터 이용 아동의 행복감 증진을 위한 실천적·정책적 함의를 제시하였다.
