4차 산업혁명시대의 사회복지교육 (Social Welfare Education in the 4th Industrial Revolution)

  • 최근 다양한 학문 영역에서 4차산업혁명 관련 연구들이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 사회복지분야에서도 관심이 높아지고 있으나 사회복지의 실천적, 정책적 적용, 미래사회를 대비하는 교육 등 선제적인 대비를 위한 연구들이 활성화 되어 있지 않다. 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명시대의 사회복지교육 방향에 대하여 살펴보고, 역량, 교과과정 등 사회복지교육의 전반적인 방향과 사회복지 전문 인력의 교육적 차원을 논의하여 우리 삶의 많은 부분 연결되어 있는 사회복지의 미래 지향점을 찾는데 목적을 둔다. 4차 산업혁명시대의 사회복지교육 방향을 모색하기 위하여 한국사회복지교육 학술지에 2005년부터 2019년까지 게재된 223편의 연구를 텍스트네트워크, 워드클라우드를 활용하여 분석 하였다. 키워드 분석결과 사회복지교육(43), 연구방법(28), 사회복지현장실습(23)등이 영향력을 미치는 키워드로 분석되었고, 사회복지현장, 현장 실습이 주제별 분류에서도 높게 나타났다. 4차 산업혁명시대의 사회복지교육 방향은 첫째, 사회복지교육의 전반에 있어 역량과 교육과정, 자격과정에 관한 방향, 둘째, 사회복지전문인력인 사회복지사와 사회복지전공학생들을 중심으로 한 교육 방향, 셋째, 미래 사회복지의 윤리적 민감성, 넷째, 공유복지방향으로 나누어 논의하였다.

호스피스.완화의료기관 종사자의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (Study on Elements influencing on Job Satisfaction of Employees in Hospice and Palliative Care Organization)

  • This study was focused on figure out what kinds of elements are influencing on job satisfaction with approach of the educational system. It was also to figure out how work characteristics and role conflicts of employees influence on job satisfaction. Objects of study were employeeswho had been working in Hospice and Palliative medical center at least for 6 months, and they were doctors, nurses, ministers, and welfare workers. Collected materials were analyzed by Frequency Analysis, One-way ANOVA, Correlation Analysis, and SimpleRegression Analysis. Results from study can be summarized like below. The first, job satisfaction of workers in Hospice and Palliative medical center were 3.36, and this numerical value is pretty high over all. For saying from the higher to the lower satisfaction level, there were satisfaction with job itself, satisfaction with co-workers, satisfaction with seniors (superiors), and satisfaction with organizations, on the other hands, satisfaction with salaries was turned out as the lowest level among those. The second, role conflict was 2.63, and it is considered as the medium level. after inquiring into it by elements of role conflict, they felt many environmental difficulties compared to other workers in different fields such as environmental difficulty, role ambiguity, insufficient ability, process obscurity, etc. The third, work environment influencing on job satisfaction are as follows. Professional environment among characteristics of work environment was significant statistically. Job satisfaction of ministers was the highest; others were in the order of doctors, welfare workers, and nurses. For employment history, job satisfaction was higher as they have more and longer job experience including whole professional experience both in hospice and palliative medical center. In addition, participating in hospice and palliative programs, intensive training regularly was significantly. Job Motivation was also significant statistically. Especially, job satisfaction was higher when people decided to work in hospice and palliative medical center because of individual desire (self-realization). Lastly, influence of role conflict on job satisfaction is as follows. Environmental difficulty, role ambiguity, insufficient ability, process obscurity, etc showed the significant meaning statistically, and the lower role conflict was related with the higher job satisfaction. Suggestions for next study based on such results are as follows in order to improve or increase job satisfaction of employees in hospice/palliative medical centers. The first, to expand education opportunity of employees is needed to increase job satisfactionof hospice/palliatives medical centers. Participating in intensive programs and seminars by types of occupation and acquiring professional knowledge are very important since employees are motivated by those activities. For that, developing and activating intensive education/programs by professional occupations are suggested. The second, dividing roles of employees and determining each job's limit clearly in hospice/palliative medical centers are required. For that, study developing standard job regulations is suggested for each professional job. Lastly, developing and providing reasonable salaries is needed because low salaries of hospice/palliative medical centers are the absolute reason lowering job satisfaction. Therefore, this paper suggests improving the salary level of employees of hospice/palliative medical centers and developing practical plan for it.

A Study on Effects of the Elderly Heterosexual Attitudes upon Life Satisfaction - For socioeconomic activists -

  • Purpose - The elderly do not want to know what they want and what happiness is, and have no interest in their society. Thus, many studies have been made to investigate real-life situations and to find a solution. Further studies are needed to investigate the effect of the elderly's dating upon happiness. This study investigated the effects of the elderly's dating upon life satisfaction. Research design, data, and methodology - After coding, SPSS Win18.0 was used. The study was investigated as follows. The subjects were 530 elderly of 3 cities in Chungnam who live without children. A total of 512 questionnaire responses were used after we excluded 18 questionnaire because of incomplete responses. Results - The elderly's date value accounted for 3.22 of 5 in full. In this study, the interviewees (82.3%) said normal or higher level to be satisfied with the date. Conclusions - With the extended life span of the elderly, their chances to retain or make new partners have increased. Considering this trend, social workers and others in senior centers should give health services to the elderly to consult and give educational programs to be free from prejudice and conservative attitudes. Most of the elderly had desire to date but thought that with prejudice and bias.

산재근로자의 재활서비스 이용욕구 변동 연구 (A Study on the Change of Needs for Using Rehabilitation Services of Injured Workers)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 산업재해근로자의 재활서비스 이용실태와 서비스 이용에 대한 욕구가 시간에 따라 어떻게 변하는지 분석하고자 한다. 둘째, 어떤 요인들이 재활서비스 이용 욕구 변화에 영향을 주는지 분석하고 그 결과를 통해 산재근로자를 위한 정책 개선 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 산재보험패널 1~3차 자료 5,004 관측치를 대상으로 STATA를 이용하여 패널회귀분석을 실시하였다. 횡단분석에서 재활서비스 필요정도에 미치는 영향 요인은 연령, 교육연수, 현재 직무수행능력, 지역사회서비스 경험, 재취업, 미취업으로 나타났다. 시간의 변화에 따른 재활서비스 필요정도에 유의미한 영향 요인은 연령, 교육연수, 미취업, 현재 직무수행능력, 지역사회서비스 이용 경험으로 앞의 횡단면 분석과 다르게 나타났다. 따라서 산재근로자의 연령, 학력, 경제활동 형태 등에 따라 재활서비스 내용과 그 필요 정도가 시간에 따라 변한다는 점에서 요양기간 종료 후 초기 개입 내용을 시기별로 점검하고 조정하는 것이 필요할 것이다.

호텔 조리사의 이직에 관한 연구 (A Study of Hotel Restaurant′s Cook Separation)

  • This study is about job change hotel kitchen cook. addition, through case analysis, by choosing three hotels in Seoul, the relation job changes was found out, and through the interviews with cooking employees for more than three months, their opinions and reliabilities were collected and analyzed. The surveyed questionnaires were analyzed and studied through SPSS WIN Package, reliability analysis, factor analysis, frequency analysis, correlation, and distribution analysis and T-test were conducted to figure out the population statistical difference. According to the study results. those employees who thought kitchen environment, internal and external working conditions. the welfare for the employees are the most important factors in case of changing jobs scored over average 4 in the statistical analysis. For this reason, in order to reduce the rate of job changes the hotels efforts for and interests in appropriate compensation, improvement of working environment. continuous educational training, fair human resource management, and maintenance of good relation with co-workers are necessary.

지역사회 간호 서비스 전달 체계 모형 개발 -가정방문서비스를 중심으로- (Development of Community Health Nursing Service Model: - Based on the Visiting Nurses Project in Seoul, Kyonggi, and Kang-won Area-)

  • This study was done to identify a status of home visiting project as a community health nursing system, that was the organization. personal who have age, educational background, marital status, position, experience of the home visiting in the public sectors in part of Seoul. Kyonggi, Kang-won area, It was done to provide basis data for the development of effective visiting nurses project in the health sectors, where was Health Centers in urban and rural. Branch of Health Center in rural and Health posts. The question airs were distributed 352 public health workers who working place was 118 health workers in 12 health centers in Seoul. 56 public health workers among 39 health center and other public health sectors in Kyonggi and 178 public health workers among health center and health care sectors. Data collected from October to December. 2000. The analysis by SAS system with F test, percentage and frequency. The major result were as follows. The general characteristics of the respondent show that most of them were graduates from community college and RN-BS with broadcast that they had not completed CPHN course but only two health workers have trained for the visiting nurses project. As for their grade in the position, the most of health workers have seventh level and the other CHP were above sixth level in the health care post that in the government structure. This indicates that workers do not have great authority in decision making, the most period of works in the position was one and two years indicating that they change jobs frequently. On an average their clinical experience was 4.11 years which is ideal for the total service. As for preparation of staff for home visiting workers education on visiting nurses program have to receive short term or longer term training course for strong emphasis. The analysis showed that public health visiting workers responds about active job performance that based on an area, approach of acting by districts, education and position are shown statistically significant difference between acceptance of the visiting nursing job show the same as well as visiting nurses project. Special concerns for visiting Nursing care spread came to burden, many of activity carry out main solution is covered the health problem connective support system needs of quality and quantity which out health problem. As 71.1% of visiting health service held on the poor population was under the guardianship of the law, but people who health insurance wide application under law shown a tendency to increase gradually. The general characteristics of the patients showed 56.2% of female on average of age was 66.1 years old, they have health problem was the most of 47.6% of high blood pressure and stroke, the other and as a problem that economics, which is complex welfare with out health problem. Community health care service should be combined health and social work program. The form of delivery of visiting health care given the most guide and education with counselling and support. (33.6%) Among the six category of visiting care service shown statistically significant difference and next is fundamental care, remedy care with priority.

지역사회 오케스트라 교육 활동과 빈곤아동 발달 (Community Orchestra Educational Activities and Development of Poor Children)

  • 본 연구는 서울시립교향악단의 "우리동네 오케스트라 학습영향평가"를 위해 수집된 종단 자료를 사용하여 지역사회를 기반으로 운영하는 오케스트라 교육 활동이 빈곤아동의 발달에 미치는 효과와 그 효과를 촉진하는 오케스트라 교육 활동 요소를 살펴보고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 빈곤 아동의 발달부분인 우울, 공격성, 공동체성, 대인관계와 오케스트라 교육 활동 효과를 촉진시키는 활동요소인 평가, 만족, 외부의 관심과 참여를 주요 변수로 구성하여 오케스트라 교육 활동과 빈곤아동발달에 관한 잠재성장 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 오케스트라 교육 활동 효과로 빈곤아동의 우울, 공격성, 대인관계에 의미 있는 긍정적 발달을 보였다. 또한 아동발달궤적의 조건모형에서 음악평가는 공동체성의 변화율에, 태도평가는 우울과 공격성, 공동체성의 초기치에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 만족은 공동체성과 대인관계의 초기치에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 부모 관심과 참여는 공격성 초기치에 부정적 영향을, 지역사회 관심과 참여는 우울과 공격성 초기치에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 오케스트라 교육 활동에 참여하는 빈곤아동의 발달에 관한 이해를 돕고 사회복지사의 직접적인 개입의 실천적 근거를 제공하고, 사회복지계, 문화예술계, 교육계 등의 빈곤층 문화예술교육의 새로운 방안을 모색하여 빈곤아동 발달의 증진에 기여하고자 한다.

사회복지전담공무원의 이차적 외상스트레스 결정 요인 (Determinants of Secondary Traumatic Stress among Public Social Welfare Specialists)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지전담공무원의 이차적 외상스트레스에 미치는 결정 요인을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구대상은 충청남도에 재직 중인 사회복지전담공무원이며, 총 654부가 분석에 사용되었다. 분석결과, 이차적 외상스트레스를 보이는 전담공무원은 69.0%이며, 이 중 심각한 외상을 보이는 응답자는 36.9%로 조사되어 이차적 외상스트레스 정도가 상당히 심각한 것으로 나타났다. 다중회귀분석 결과, 일반적 요인에서는 성별과 근무시간이, 폭력경험 요인에서는 신체적 폭력과 위협이, 대처방안 요인에서는 문제중심적 대처, 정서완화적 대처, 소망적 사고가, 직무효능감 요인에서는 자기효능감과 집단효능감이 각각 이차적 외상스트레스에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 클라이언트 폭력으로부터 안전한 직무 환경의 조성, 위기상황 대처능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 실무 교육 프로그램의 개발, 사회복지전담공무원들의 정신건강을 정기적으로 모니터링 할 수 있는 제도의 도입과 같은 구체적 방안들이 논의되었다.

인구사회학적 특성에 따른 노인의 평생교육 참여양상 분석: 2017년 노인실태조사 자료를 활용하여 (Socio-demographic Factors Related to Older Adults' Lifelong Education Participation Patterns)

  • 본 연구는 노인의 인구사회학적 특성에 따라 노인의 평생교육 참여양상에 차이가 있는지를 밝히는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 한국보건사회연구원이 실시한 「2017년 노인실태조사」의 원자료를 바탕으로 65세 이상 노인 10,073명의 성별, 연령, 학력, 연가구소득, 최장기 일자리 지위, 건강상태에 따라 평생교육 참여여부, 참여영역, 참여기관, 참여빈도에 차이가 있는지를 분석하였다. 연구결과 여성(성별), 70-74세, 75-79세(연령), 중학교 재학/졸업, 고등학교 재학/졸업, 전문대학 휴학 이상(학력), 상용근로자, 무급가족종사자(최장기 일자리 지위), 그리고 건강상태의 노인집단이 평생교육에 보다 많이 참여하였다. 중학교 졸업 이하의 학력집단과 고등학교 졸업이상 집단, 그리고 제1, 2분위 소득집단과 제3, 4, 5분위 소득집단 간에 유의미한 평생교육 참여영역에 차이가 발견되었다. 평생교육 참여기관과 관련해서는 노인복지관, 경로당, 노인교실은 70세 이상, 중학교 학력 이하, 3분위 소득 이하, 건강이 나쁜 집단이 참여하는 경향이 나타났다. 그리고 평생교육 참여빈도와 관련해서는 무학에 비해 고등학교 재학/졸업 및 전문대학 휴학 이상 집단이, 무급가족종사자에 비해 상용근로자 집단이 자주 평생교육에 참여하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 우려되고 있는 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 평생교육 참여 불평등 현상이 노인 집단 안에서도 있다는 것을 밝힐 수 있다.

  • It can be expected for a public library to increase the service efficiency only when librarians can be satisfied with their job. Job satisfaction is the feeling a librarian has about his salary, his work, his promotion opportunities, his co- workers, his supervisors, etc. and affects directly librarians' morale. This paper is a study on these factors that affect the professional librarians' morale in national and public libraries in Korea. The methods employed to achieve the purpose of this study are (1) to establish some tentative factors affecting librarians' morale (2) to gather and analyze the answers against them from the professional librarians working in national and public libraries in Seoul, Korea. (3) to find out the factors abstructing the librarias' morale (4) to propose the improvement plans for them. The conclusions made are as follows: (1) Delegation of rights and responsibilities. (2) Adoption of the democratic leadership. (3) The harmonious communications between managers and librarians. (4) The level of wages and allowance. (5) Revision of the librarians' promotion regulation. (6) Necessity of continuing education of librarians. (7) Satisfaction of welfare facilities. (8) Improvement of social acknowledgement for the librarians' professionalism according to the advancement the level of educational course.
