The purpose of this study was to investigate the current nutritional labeling practices in the processed foods industry. Package labels provide consumers with reliable nutritional information, which has been considered a useful aid for food selection and a potent educational tool for nutrition in a daily life. To assess the nutritional composition labeling and nutritional claims on the food package labels in the Korean market, 2,691 processed foods were purchased from a wholesale market in August, 2004, under the food categories specified in the 2004 Food Code. Nutritional composition labels were found on 674 out of the 2,691 processed foods items. The study findings were as follows. Milk and dairy products showed the highest percentage(56.6%) of nutritional composition labeling among the food categories, while 86.2% of processed foods carried inappropriate types of nutrition labels. The title of nutritional composition labeling was ordered according to the nutritional composition presented on the top part of the box. The regulations method which it indicates was 77.8%. The expression unit of the nutritional composition labeling was per 100g(32.8%) or per OOg (29.4%). Of total processed foods, 83(3.1%) offered nutritional claims in their labels. These claims were divided into two ways: nutrient content claims and nutrient comparative claims. The most frequently used term in nutrient content claims was "contained"(67.2%). "More" or "Plus" were frequently used term in nutrient comparative claims(11.2%). Calcium was the most popular among nutrients claimed by processed foods(34.3%).

Considering the change of educational environments and strategies for the future, this research attempted to develop project learning that uses various smart technologies, and integrates formal education within a school with informal learning experiences outside of the school. For effective learning, the processes of the project learning, instructional activities for each process and supporting materials were specified and developed as a learning package. The project learning program and the instructional package were applied to 18 fifth graders in an elementary school located in Seoul. The results of the pilot test were collected with observations, interviews, and assessment of learning processes and products. And then the results were analyzed in regard of 'the whole processes of project activities', 'learning materials and tools', and 'informal learning experiences'. Based on the results, some suggestions were provided for implementing the smart project learning for integrative learning experiences.

While great efforts are being exerted on the reform of teacher training to provide integrated use of ICT in a teaching-learning process with educational informatization, it is still indicated that a teachers' training school fails to prepare leachers for incorporating information Communication and Technology (ICT) properly into an instructional process. Based on this awareness, this study aims at examining and analyzing the ability level of In utilization training for preservice teachers and thus at providing basic data to perform ICT utilization teaching-learning according to the seventh curriculum in a school. For this purpose, a survey was conducted with preservice teachers (seniors) in a college of education, Kongju National University and the collected data were analyzed using a Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) 12.0 program.

Secondly, as for the hypothesis, which the founder's conditions is the support of the franchisor, the experience, specialized knowledge and the founder's self-confidence attentively affected in the support for advertisement, and the capital and experience done in the educational support, and the capital and specialized knowledge and the founder's self-confidence done in the business manual and the founder's self-confidence done in the package. Thirdly, as for the effect given by the capacity of the franchisor to the intent for contract, the number of the franchises possessed the franchisor and brand are affected to the capacity of the franchisor, and fourthly, as for the hypothesis, which the support of the franchisor affects the intent for contract, the educational support, business manual and package purchase are attentively affected. Therefore, through this study, it can be known that the characteristics of the founder and the capacity and support of the franchisor are mutually related to the intent for contract.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the actual conditions of students before and after acquiring national technical qualifications for nail cosmetologists, and to provide basic data for building systematic data according to students' competency and effective educational methods for acquiring qualifications. The statistical package program SPSS v 18.0 was used for the trend of acquiring national technical qualifications for nail cosmetologists among each variable according to careers in the nail beauty industry for nail beauty students residing in Gwangju. As a result of using the statistical package program SPSS v 18.0, the analysis showed that the proportion of women (80.8%), single (70.8%), 20s (47.7%), college or university graduates (26.2%), and students (42.3%) was high. In addition, as a result of cross-analysis of the period and cost according to gender for obtaining the national technical license of the nail beautician, it was concluded that the Pearson chi-square significant probability (p) was .416 and .899, respectively, and there was a difference between men and women. The field experience of the nail beauty industry was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on the training period, course cost, educational institution, and exam experience (p <.001) for obtaining a certificate. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to promote the development of nail beauty marketing and to present a constructive vision of the nail beauty industry to be pursued in the future.
This study seeks to determine causal relationships between hotel internal marketing practices and job satisfaction, and ultimately on organizational commitment, to contribute information enabling hotel management to better understand employees working in hotel culinary departments. SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 were employed for the statistical analysis (e.g. frequency statistics, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and structure equation model). Results revealed that the formulated model showed proper model fit (${\chi}^2=227.154$(df=179), p-value=0.009, CMIN/DF=1.269, RMR=0.013, GFI=0.931, AGFI=0.911, NFI=0.906, CFI=0.978, RMSEA=0.031), and confirmed construct reliability and convergent validity. Three factors (benefit package, educational training, work autonomy) were extracted based on the results of the factor analyses. Specifically, benefit package and work autonomy exhibited an effect on job satisfaction with benefit package asthe most significant factor (t-value 3.311, p<0.001), partially supporting the first hypothesis of this study. In addition, job satisfaction has found to have a positive influence in organizational commitment, confirming the second hypothesis of this study.

There is a growing interest and need for the educational use of artificial intelligence as artificial intelligence technologies such as machine learning and deep learning, the core technologies of the intelligent information society, owing to the recent innovative technological advances. Consequently, the Ministry of Education announced the First Information Education Comprehensive Plan for introducing artificial intelligence competence enhancing education into the education field in preparation for the intelligent information society based on artificial intelligence technologies. Therefore, this study collected 416 overseas papers related to the educational use of artificial intelligence from the Web of Science (WoS) in order to explore the potential for using artificial intelligence educationally. This study analyzed the research status and research topic by country, citation counts, network analysis on keywords of the collected data by using the bibliometrix package of R program. Through this, it was possible to identify the research trend on the educational use of artificial intelligence, currently being conducted in foreign countries. It is believed that it will be possible to obtain implications for the topics and directions to be studied in the information education for strengthening artificial intelligence education based on the results of this study.

This paper reviewed the awareness of the military personnel as to job training executed in the Korean army and to figure out how this job training affects the military morale and organizational performance. For this study, 220 volunteers were surveyed and analyzed using the SPSS statistical package program. As a result of the analysis, the following conclusion could be drawn. First, in the result of analysis on the status of-the-job education, the educational time marked 49.5% for 2-4 hours, the education of job capability development marked 77.7% for the content of education, and the charged instructor of job training marked 56.8% for the education department. Second, in the result of an analysis of job training on military morale, the recognition level of behavioral dimension increased with increasing participants' independence, and the satisfaction with the cognitive dimension increased with increasing participants' independence, continuous learning culture, and educational level. Moreover, the emotional score increased with increasing learning culture and educational level. Third, an analysis of the influences of job training on the organizational performance showed thatthe degree of job satisfaction increased with increasing learning motive and learning culture, and the organizational commitment increased with increasing instructor's quality. Fourth, regarding the influences of military morale upon the organizational performance, the higher job satisfaction and organizational commitment increased with increasing behavioral, cognitive, and emotional dimension. Therefore, military morale improves organizational performance and is an important factor in inducing individual development.

Objective: The smoking prevalence in Malaysia is high, especially among men and adolescents. This study aimed to determine the prevalence and associated factors towards cigarette smoking among school teachers in Malaysia. Methodology: This study was a school-based cross-sectional study conducted among 495 secondary school teachers. The questionnaire used in this study consisted of 29 questions categorized into two sections: socio-demographic characteristics and smoking behaviour. Data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program 13.0. ANOVA; t-tests were used in univariate analysis; multiple linear regression was applied for multivariate analysis. Results: The majority of the participants were female (81.6%), in the age group ranged between 30-39 years (44%), Malay (90.1%), married (89.7%), degree holders (85.1%), with monthly income ranged between 3000-3999 Ringgit Malaysia (33.5%), from urban areas (94.7%), their specialty is social studies (33.9%) and with no family history of cancer (83.6%). The prevalence of smoking among school teachers in Malaysia was found to be 7.8%. Regarding reasons to start smoking among school teachers: the major reason was found to be relaxation (33.3%), followed by stress-relief (28.2%). Univariate analysis showed that sex, educational status, monthly income and residency were significantly associated with smoking among school teachers (p<0.001, p=0.004, p=0.031, p=0.010; respectively). Multivariate analysis showed that gender and marital status were significantly associated with smoking among school teachers (p<0.001, p=0.033; respectively). Conclusion: The prevalence of smoking among school teachers in Malaysia was found to be relatively low. Sex, marital status, educational status, monthly income and residency were significantly associated with smoking among school teachers.
An ecological learning center is defined as a place which can establish the correct relationship between human and environment. Human can learn ecosystem and importance of environment throughout observation of nature and participation in program of ecological learning center. The most important aspects of ecological learning center planning are to reflect on user's demand and preservation of ecosystem. The prime goals of this study is to analyze user's characteristics in the Young Wheol Mulmurigol Ecological Learning Center. The second goal of this study is to find out the satisfaction model based on user's perceived performance of each program and facility in the center. For this study, questionnaire survey with 204 individuals was completed. The data from the questionnaire were analyzed statistical method by SPSS. There are several significant results from the study as following First, this ecological learning center as a newly operating facility is used not for educational purpose but for resting and relaxation purpose. It is due to that the most of users in this center are package tourists with historic scenes. Second, user's perceived performance evaluated by 23 attributions of programs and facilities, and these attributions could be classified by 5 factors such as environment friendly design, educational function, preservation of environment, provision of various bio-top and provision of resting area. Third, the user satisfaction model indicates that user satisfaction is depended on various factors such as preservation of environment, provision of various bio-top, provision of resting area. Among these factor affecting the satisfaction, provision of various bio-top is the most influence on user satisfaction.
