Korea is a high level of ICT infrastructure Construction in the OECD's PISA 2006. However, the purpose using of ICT was analyzed for the sake of the interest. They have been emphasized a algorithm-based computer education in conference that it was attended by government, industry and university officials. We designed an algorithm curriculum by analyze a case in international ICT training courses and research. And we were proposed various methods, such as web-based contents, play-based programs, outdoor activities and educational programming language learning for algorithm learning at levels of elementary and middle school students.

The article assesses the level of navigation safety, in theoretical terms, defines the complexity of managing navigational risks in practice. The issues of assessing the navigational safety have been studied due to the importance and relevance of the issue in question, however, due to the great complexity of the problem under consideration, the article considers and indicates the directions for the development of the solution of the given direction, where, first of all, it became necessary to analyze the issue of assessing the levels of navigation risks when navigating vessels of various types in difficult navigation conditions.

Based on the scientific and pedagogical analysis of the theory and experience of teaching computer science disciplines, the didactic mechanism for ensuring the continuity of the average (full) general and higher professional education of economists for practical implementation innovative technology of personal experience foundation. The pedagogical conditions for the formation of information competence, including laboratory, design, research work, the use of active teaching methods for acquiring management skills in production and activities of the enterprise. An indispensable requirement for the conditions for the implementation of basic of educational programs is the assessment of competencies. With this the goal was to develop criteria and levels of formation information competence of future economists and carried out complex diagnostics.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemics, Romanian schools functioned online since March 2020, with more or less all school activities being implemented online, using the digital resources and technology. Although none of the key factors involved in education (teachers, pupils, parents) were prepared (emotionally, technically, economically etc.), online education was imposed ad a necessity to continue the teaching-learning-evaluation process, and teachers at all school levels were forced to rapidly adapt to online schooling. In this paper, we aim to investigate the perception of all three educational actors (pupils, parents and teachers) regarding the efficacy of online teaching and learning, based on a survey with 7701 respondents. Research data is relevant for online schooling in Romania between March 2020 and March 2021.

This study examines the effects of Korean college students' English proficiency and the English text types on their paraphrases. Korean college students with three groups of English proficiency (high, mid, and low) read two types of English texts, causal texts, and argumentative texts, and paraphrased them in English. Students' paraphrase text was evaluated in terms of content (idea exposition, idea development, and wrap up), organization (coherence and cohesion) and language use (grammatical accuracy), and analyzed by MANOVA. As a result, it was found that there was a significant difference in their paraphrase performance according to the participants' English proficiency levels rather than the types of English texts. The results of this study have educational implications for English paraphrase education to prevent plagiarism for Korean university students.

The purpose of this study was to understand the influence of the level of social emotional competence of college students on their achievement emotion, life satisfaction, and academic achievement. To this end, a survey was conducted with 301 college students in the Busan and Gyeongnam areas of Korea in 2019. The students were divided into high, medium, and low levels according to social emotional competence. Then, on the basis of these divisions, their achievement emotion, life satisfaction, and academic achievement were compared with oneway ANOVA. The results indicated that students with high social emotional competence had higher average scores in positive achievement emotion: enthusiasm, hope, and pride; lower average scores in negative achievement emotion: anger, anxiety, shame, frustration, and boredom; and higher average scores in life satisfaction, and academic achievement compared to the group with middle and low social emotional competence. Based on the results, this article discusses considerations and recommendations for follow-on studies. It also highlights the need for social emotional competence education in Korea against the backdrop of intense pressure on students to perform well academically and a culture where emotion is not freely expressed.

In the present study, we developed virtual reality education contents for radiation generator on radiation education field. The radiation generator was divided by module and even the X-ray exposure part was manufactured in detail for designing 3D models. The mechanical details of the X-ray exposure part, the function of adjusting field size of the X-ray, the function of moving the exposure part, and the demonstrating the principle of the X-ray tube were applied. For developing VR contents, the Unreal Engine was used. To evaluate the usefulness of virtual reality content, we used t-test by SPSS. The group used the simulator showed significantly higher levels of understanding of X-ray generation, X-ray irradiation unit composition, irradiation field size adjustment, irradiation unit position adjustment, and overall composition and function. We believe that this VR contents will be used well with radiation safe environment.

This endeavor is an attempt to explore the effect of flipped classroom strategy (FCS) on (a) academic achievement in the computer and information technology course and (b) students' attitudes towards this strategy. The sample of the study consisted of 64 students, divided into two groups: experimental and control groups. Two instruments were used to collect the data: a test and a questionnaire. The test was used to measure the students' achievement and the questionnaire to measure their attitudes towards the FCS. The results show statistically significant differences at the level of 0.05 in support of the experimental group at all Bloom's levels. Similarly, students' positive attitude towards the FCS was evident. Therefore, expanding this strategy in different courses is highly recommended because it positively impacts students' achievements. Organizing workshops and designing courses that encourage teachers to implement the strategy in the classroom and develop their technical skills are also recommended.

Purpose: This study was performed to compare and analyze practice self-efficacy, paramedics image, and major satisfaction according to paramedic students practice experience. Methods: The subjects of this study were 224 paramedic students from universities across the country. The analysis methods were completed using the SPSS/WIN 23.0 program as the frequency percentage, mean±standard deviation, independent samples t-test, Pearson correlation, and logistic regression. Results: It was found that students who experienced practical training had higher levels of practical self-efficacy compared to students who did not (adj OR=3.947, 95% CI=1.932-8.061). Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it is thought that educational strategies and measures in the absence of practice in the paramedic students.
