The purpose of this study was to investigate the preference of plant environmental images for flower plant consumption. This study came up with a total of four treatments including one image without plants and three images with flower plants (three roses, rose gift, rose garden). We conducted a survey on 104 men and women through the Google (online) survey and analyzed the data. The preference was higher with statistical significance for environmental images with plants than the image without plants. The preference for environmental images of roses was highest in the order of rose gift > rose garden > three roses. As a result of the cross-tabulation analysis, it was found that there was a significant difference in the preference for environmental images of roses according to general characteristics such as educational background and residence type. In terms of educational background, 2-year college graduates showed higher preference for the three environmental images of roses with statistical significance compared to high school graduates, university graduates and masters or higher. As a result of determining the difference in preference according to residential types, residents of multiplex houses showed higher preference for the "rose garden" environment image than residents of detached houses (p < .05). As a result of examining stress and depression in everyday life, 48.1% (the highest) of the respondents answered that they were "under daily stress" and 48.1% (the highest) of the respondents claimed not to be "under much depression". This study investigated the difference in preference according to demographic characteristics and existence of plants, preference in environmental images using roses, correlation with daily stress and depression, and utility of publicity using photographic images of plants.
The objective of the article is to find the research trends and the main traits presented in the keywords on abstracts of research articles of "International Journal of Education Development" from 2002 to 2017. To do this, Text Network Analysis(TNA) was applied targeting 966 papers on the journal and the major research outcomes are as follows. First, the frequency analysis on the keywords showed that the keywords like Administration of education program, Schools and instruction, Regional public administration, Educational support service, Elementary education, and Elementary and secondary school were analyzed more than 100 times and also high in centrality degree. Second, the analysis results of the keywords presented in those research articles by development goal periods showed that several new keywords like Elementary education, Elementary and secondary school, Education quality, Secondary education, Educational planning have emerged frequently after SDGs and these keywords showed high in their centrality analysis. Third, the analysis on education level showed that the keywords like Elementary education, Administration of education program, School children were high in frequency and centrality degree in Elementary level. In secondary level, Schools and instruction, Administration of education program, Academic achievement were high, and in high level, college and university was high, respectively.

This holistic research focused on the interactive relationship of different factors with a unique relationship with the dependent variable. The first research objective of the study was to identify the most significant factor that has an impact on Job performance while being mediated. The second objective was to see the moderating effect of gender on the relationship between transformation leadership and innovation on job performance. This research followed a purely quantitative research paradigm with a structured questionnaire to quantify the information collected from 96 respondents for the empirical analysis. For testing the research hypotheses, IBM SPSS version 24 and SmartPLS version 3.2.8 softwares were used to run the structural equation modeling to establish the causal relationship between the study variables. Most of the variables were found with a significant impact on job performance. Further, the hypotheses H3, H6, and H10 were rejected as these contributed insignificant towards the research model. This research was limited to specific educational institutions and businesses, and the timeframe was restrictive. The findings of this research can benefit policymakers and the operational side of various industries. Future research may consider the difference in gender in predicting employee engagement through leadership and innovation.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of educational service quality, participation intention, and educational performance in action learning class. Methods: The proposed research model is tested using structural equation modeling for hypotheses based on the data collected from one of action learning class. Results: The results indicate that educational service quality(reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, information accuracy, and relationship quality) positively affects participation intention which in turn improve educational performance, including aspects of before and after class of action learning. In addition, participation intention in classroom positively affects educational performance with both groups. For after class of action learning, the result confirms the effect of responsiveness of educational service quality on participation intention, however, in before class of action learning there is not showed a significant relationship. Conclusion: This study would provide useful information and can be applied to the improvement of educational performance through the participation of students by the instructors and the educational institutes who want to apply the active learning forum in classroom.

YouTube has become a popular platform for vlogs. Among various forms of vlogs, office worker vlogs, in which a person engaged in a specific job shows his/her work environment and daily routine, are gaining popularity. Thus, focusing on office worker vlogs, the present research investigates the effects of office worker vlogs' characteristics (i.e., vlog content characteristics, vlogger characteristics) on the YouTube viewers' educational value of the vlog and their job engagement. Specifically, this research examines whether(1) vlog content characteristics (i.e., usefulness, accessibility, and vividness) and (2) vlogger characteristics (i.e., job similarity, credibility, and expertise) influence the YouTube viewers' educational value of the vlog. Moreover, this research examines how the YouTube viewers' educational value of the vlog affects their job engagement. With a sample of YouTube viewers of office worker vlogs (N = 215), structural equation modelling was implemented to investigate the relationships in the proposed model. The results indicate that (1) perceived usefulness of the office worker vlog is positively associated with the educational value of the vlog; (2) perceived accessibility of the office worker vlog is positively associated with the educational value of the vlog, albeit marginally significant; (3) perceived vividness of the office worker vlog is positively associated with the educational value of the vlog; (4) perceived job similarity to the office worker vlogger is positively associated with the educational value of the vlog; (5) perceived credibility of the office worker vlogger is positively associated with the educational value of the vlog; (6) perceived expertise of the office worker vlogger is positively associated with the educational value of the vlog; and (7) the educational value of the office worker vlog is positively associated with the YouTube viewers' job engagement. The findings provide important implications for the production and use of office worker vlog contents.

There has been minimal research regarding nonprofit sectors in the school of business administration, and many research have processed a structure aspect. And there is no studies of curriculums in nonprofit sectors. Therefore, this study is to analyze and examine the degree of opening about nonprofit subjects in the school of business administration and MBA which are established in the main universities of South Korea and United States. And it is to find the activation plans about subjects relevance to nonprofit in domestic universities. We classified the systematization level, educational level, and curriculum level based on the Wish & Mirabella(1998), and analyzed nonprofit curriculums opened in the school of business administration and MBA of South korea and United States. The results shows that the systematization level, educational level, and curriculum level in domestic universities are lower than universities of United States. This results of this study show the needs for the research institutes of the nonprofit sector, establishment of degree courses, education of expert, curriculum opening and others to activate the nonprofit field in domestics universities.
This study examined the effects educational service elements have on the satisfaction of educational service; it also analyzed how such satisfaction influenced educational institutions' registration renewal and word-of-mouth communications about the schools. The key factors of educational services included the following four components: physical environment, education programs, instructors, and tuition fee. An investigation into how the factors of educational services in private educational institutions may affect consumer satisfaction was an additional goal of this study. Based on the cause-and-effect analysis of the above constructs, the degree of influence that each of the attributes and the component factors have on consumers' educational service selection, as well as the consumers' satisfaction, were explored. An empirical analysis was conducted on students who were taking classes in cram schools; the analysis was also conducted on the students' parents. The results indicated that the hypotheses regarding the elements of educational service, educational program, and the instructor factor were supported. Furthermore, a hypothesis concerning the effects educational service satisfaction has on re-registration and word of mouth was supported, as well. Upon aggregating the above study results, it was concluded that when determining the effects of satisfaction on educational service, the educational program, and the instructor factor played a crucial role, while physical surroundings and tuition did not. When addressing the influence of the educational services factors on educational services satisfaction, education programs and instructors had a positive effect, whereas physical environment and tuition fee had no statistically significant impact. According to the influence of educational services satisfaction on registration renewal and word-of-mouth effects, educational services satisfaction was found to be a positive influential factor for both. In addition, it was found that satisfaction of educational service had a positive effect on renewing enrollment and forming word-of-mouth recommendations. Although the research seems simple, some theoretical implications can be drawn, as follows: First, one interpretation of the findings that the programs' and instructors' factors had a positive effect on educational services satisfaction but the physical environment and tuition fee factors did not have a significant effect suggests that the greatest influence factors in educational services are educational programs and instructors. Second, increased educational services satisfaction may result in consumer behavior changing, resulting in more registration renewals and more favorable word-of-mouth comments. Third, increased educational services satisfaction may result in enhancing consumer responses, resulting in more registration renewals and more favorable word-of-mouth opinions. Further research directions should include developing an integrated model that will allow for variation over time, before and after purchases, in relation to consumers' choices of educational services.

In order to solve the current shortage of parking spaces, and redesign the main gate area of the U University, the research investigated some cases of other schools located in Seoul which actively constructed multi-purpose building structures. Those schools are considered to be good samples showing their efforts to fulfill the needs of more parking spaces in their campuses, and to cover with the growing needs of multi-functioned facilities accommodating services of academic affairs, reading room spaces, and amenities. With the investigation, the research finded out the current trends of campus developments from the sample schools, such as underground parking facilities connected with multi-purpose buildings along the main arteries of campuses. Following the trends the research thoroughly examined the present conditions of our school and tried to make some possible alternatives for the facilities. Under the conditions, the research suggested 1)to construct underground parking lots accepting around 1,000 cars under the ivory tower square located in front of University Administration Building, 2)to develop a big-scaled open square at the university main gate, and 3)to build a multi-purpose structure along the main street of the campus, which included administration services, studying spaces, and some commercial facilities.
Recently the rapid changes of the social environment make both university and every each department should have to renovate and adjust all of the educational components. The most dominant and issuable change of business administration education is the Business Education Accreditation which was certified by the KABEA(Korean Association of Business Education Accreditation). And the only two department of fisheries business administration which in Gyeongsang National University and Pukyong National University has been accredited recently. Though The department of fisheries business administration in Korea has been influenced by that Accreditation, there is few research and analysis on educational change. So it is very important that research on the curricular constitution and change of the curriculum for considering the its own effect and influence. This paper aims to explore the curricular constitution, change and course fulfillment of fisheries business administration after the business education accreditation based on the case of the department of fisheries business administration in Gyeongsang National University. The analysis of fisheries business administration change will help develop sustainable curriculum and give more guideline for identifying the core of fisheries business administration. The method of analysing that in this research has adopt the social network analysis(SNA) and automated software tool which is the most dominant technique in contents analysis including the Krkwics and Pajek. The SNA is evaluated that most popular, rigorous and firm methodology for analyzing, examining and revising some concepts or objects in the context of semantics. The result of this study shows that the ratio of fisheries business administration class has been decreased but still the most fulfilled course. And English mediated class has been avoided though that sort of the class has been increased. In the view point of course fulfillment, it has been potential and inefficient problems that some classes that including financial related and accounting related class would not been accomplished appropriately. The findings of a graduate depth interview which has been done about 4 years for understanding that student show that there's some recognition gap of fisheries business administration in staffs of human resource management. And the level of job satisfaction in fisheries business still somewhat low and even worse the chance of recruitment also unsteady.

In this research, a cohort of two children, aged 7-8 years, was selected to participate in a specialized three-week training program aimed at enhancing their working memory. The program consisted of three sessions, each lasting approximately 30 minutes. The primary goal was to investigate the impact and developmental trajectory of working memory in school-aged children. Working memory plays a significant role in young children's learning and daily activities. To address the needs of this demographic, products should offer both educational and enjoyable activities that engage working memory. Digital educational tools, known for their flexibility, are suitable for both older individuals and young children. By updating software or modifying content, these tools can be effectively repurposed for young learners without extensive hardware changes, making them both cost-effective and practical. For example, memory training games initially designed for older adults can be adapted for young children by altering images, music, or storylines. Furthermore, incorporating elements familiar to children, like animals, toys, or fairy tales, can increase their engagement in these activities. Historically, working memory capabilities have been assessed predominantly through traditional intelligence tests. However, recent research questions the adequacy of these behavioral measures in accurately detecting changes in working memory. To bridge this gap, the current study utilized electroencephalography (EEG) as a more sophisticated and precise tool for monitoring potential changes in working memory after the training. The research findings were revealing. Participants showed marked improvement in their performance on n-back tasks, a standard measure for evaluating working memory. This improvement post-training strongly supports the effectiveness of the training program. The results indicate that such targeted and structured training programs can significantly enhance the working memory abilities of children in this age group, providing promising implications for educational strategies and cognitive development interventions.
