This thesis is purposed to develop a regional-customized education program selection model using big data analysis. Based on the literature review, the concepts and characteristics of big data and lifelong education are analyzed. In addition, this thesis presents how to collect the data for lifelong education and to use big data suitable for the characteristics of lifelong education. Based on these results, a regional- customized lifelong education program selection model is developed. The regional customized lifelong education program model is developed by the following six steps. The customized education program model proposed in this study has a high degree of flexibility in terms of practical use, as it can be utilized in real-time data provision methods such as the nationally approved Lifelong Learning Personal Status Survey without the need for analysis one year later, allowing for selective analysis and future predictions. It is clear that there is a significant need and value for big data in the education field. Furthermore, all programs used in the sample model are provided free of charge, and due to the programming nature, the community is actively engaged in exchanges, making it very easy to modify and improve for the development of a more complete education program model in the future.

Purpose: This study aimed to explore nursing students' experience with community-linked nursing education programs. Methods: This study utilized a qualitative content analysis. Participants were 55 sophomore nursing students. The community-linked nursing education program was conducted for eight weeks using the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evolution (ADDIE) model. Data were collected from 55 reflection records and five individual interviews and then analyzed through the three steps of qualitative content analysis, coding, condensing, and categorizing. Results: Twelve categories, 26 subcategories, and six topics emerged. The theme of strategies for the advancement of community-linked nursing education programs was "establishing a sustainable student-participating community-linked education program." Conclusion: The community-linked nursing education programs made students aware of the necessary competencies as professionals. In particular, they gave them hope for their role as professional nurses in the community. It could also be seen that they developed the ability to engage in team activities for community activities. Community-linked nursing education programs will need to be developed into continuous programs with community residents.

Methods: Data collection was made out of RISS of Korea. Excel 2016 was used to categorize 210 finally filtered and collected data which included academic journal articles, MA/PhD dissertations, and funded research reports according to analysis criteria by publication year/5-year-term, research theme, research method, and researchers' academic area. Results: Annual/5-year-term analysis shows increasing trends of parent education programs for young children. Quantitative research was the most frequently implemented method, followed by literature reviews, qualitative research, and mixed research method in order. The program was designed to contribute to making sound family culture and more to make more equal relation between a couple by breaking from the sex-types identity and recognizing androgyny. After implementing a program for 4 weeks, the quantity and quality evaluation revealed that the program made the middled-aged man have a chance to recognize the importance of their family, especially the need to respect wife, to reflect family role performance and to learn the importance of communication between a couple.
The purpose of this study was to identify the needs of marriage education programs for multicultural couples based on their socio-demographic characteristics. A total of 816 multicultural families (247 Korean husbands and 569 foreign wives) were recruited through 99 Multicultural Family Support Centers across Korea. Descriptive statistics and multiple regressions were conducted. The program needs that were relatively higher than other areas included the need to develop education on "understanding the culture and language of partner," "increased intimacy of the couple," "multicultural awareness," and "set goals for life." We also found that each participant's gender, foreign wife's country of origin, participant's education level, and marriage duration were significantly related to the needs of marriage education programs. These findings suggest that family life education for multicultural couples should be based on the characteristics of the program participants such as socio-demographic characteristics and family life cycle instead of providing a universal program for all multicultural couples.
