자녀에 대한 사교육과 체험활동 투자 패턴이 자녀의 학업성취 및 사회관계에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Investment Patterns Private Education and Field Study on Children's Academic Performance and Social Relations)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the patterns of investment on children, analyze the differences in academic performance and social relations by the patterns of investment on children, and variables that influence academic performance and the social relations of children. To achieve such research objectives, the raw data from the 2012 Korean Child and Youth Panel investigation were used for the research. The analytical subjects of this research were the parents and the third-grade students of a middle school and the analytical methods used were: frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, Chi-squared test, ANOVA, Duncan's Multiple Range test, K-mean cluster, and multiple regression analysis depending on the research purpose. The results of the research are as follows. Firstly, as a result formalizing investment pattern on children, there were five patterns of: experience oriented investment, passive experience investment, private education oriented investment, aggressive investment, and passive investment patterns. Secondly, for the patterns of investment on children, the level of academic performance was found to be the highest within the aggressive investment and the experience oriented investment types. The social relation level was found to be the highest with the experience oriented investment, with it being low in private education oriented investment and passive investment patterns. Thirdly, for the factors influencing the academic performance of the children, it was found to be higher in aggressive investment, private education oriented investment, experience oriented investment and passive experience investment compared to passive investment. Some sociological factors were also found to be influential such as mother's age, father's education, sex of children, school area of children, type of house, and income. For the social relation level of the children, the factors of the aggressive investment, passive experience investment, and the experience oriented investment as well as the sociological factors by sex of children and income level are influential.

산업장 근로자들의 건강관리 및 질병에 대한 인식과 관련요인 (An Analysis on Factors Related to Health Management & Disease Awareness of Industrial Workers)

  • This study was conducted to investigate health management and health awareness of industrial workers and use the information for the development of health education program and the guidline of health management for industrial workers. The survey was carried out on 1,200 workers who were selected from Incheon, Ulsan, Pohang, Masan, Changwon city from Oct. 2 to Oct. 31. 1995. The main results are summarized as follows. 1. With regard to health behavior after regular physical examination, 48.3% of subjests answered "consulting with medical doctors or health workers" and 7.9% answered "non action anything", 2. As for need of environmental control of work, of the total subjects, 96.1% answered "need". 3. As for participation of health education, 61.2% of the subjects were positive, which was higher in male, in higher age groups, in middle school graduates, in healthy group by self assessment than other groups respectively. 4. As for knowledge level of the disease, the average score was $4,97{\pm}1.41$ point to 7 point full mark (71 point to 100 point full mark), the score level was higher in male higher economic, in office workers, in higher education groups, in working period longer groups, in healthier groups, in higher age groups than other groups respectively. 5. As for attitude level of the disease, the average score was $4,70{\pm}1.25$ point to 7 point full mark (67.1 point to 100 point full mark), which was lower, in higher age group, in longer education level, in healthier groups in longer working period than other groups respectively, while the score was higher in male, in day-time workers, in urban residence than other groups respectively.han other groups respectively.

자녀의 학력이 부자간 소득계층 대물림에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Children's Education Level on Intergenerational Income Persistence)

  • 본 연구는 한국노동패널조사 1-17차 자료에서 추출한 부자쌍(父子雙)을 이용하여 학력이 소득에 미치는 영향을 세대별로 비교하고, 자녀의 학력이 부자간 소득계층 대물림에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 계층이동 사다리로서의 교육의 역할을 점검했다. 분석 결과, 학력이 소득에 미치는 영향이 아버지 세대에 비해 자녀 세대에서 최대 70% 가까이 감소한 것으로 나타나 과거에 비해 교육의 계층이동 사다리 역할이 축소되었음을 확인하였다. 또한 아버지의 소득계층을 상위 50%와 하위 50%로 구분한 뒤 자녀의 학력이 부자간 소득계층의 대물림에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 상위 50% 표본에서는 자녀의 교육연수 1년 증가 시 부자간 고소득계층 대물림 확률이 최대 7.0% 증가하는 것으로 나타났으나 하위 50% 표본에서는 자녀의 교육연수가 부자간 저소득계층 대물림 확률에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 교육이 부(富)의 대물림 확률은 높이면서 빈곤의 대물림 확률을 낮추는 데에는 기여하지 못 해 결국 소득이동성을 떨어뜨리는 방향으로 작용하고 있다는 것을 의미한다.

공공보건의료인력 임상교육효과 평가: 지역거점공공병원 간호사 대상 (The Effects of Clinical Education Program for Nurses in Regional Public Hospital)

  • Background: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the outcomes of clinical education program for nurses in regional public hospital, utilizing the Kirkpatrick's model. Methods: Kirkpatrik's 4-level model was applied to this study. Trainees were asked to fill out questionnaires in the middle and at the end of the program. Also administrators of excellent trainees were asked to fill out the questionnaires regarding nursing management performance after 1-2 months from the end of the training course. Results: All trainees had positive reactions to the clinical education program. Not only the results of individual level (satisfaction and achievement scores, academic achievement scores, practical application rate, and educational transition factors) but also the scores of organization level (nursing management performance scores) are improved. Conclusion: By showing a correlation between the effectiveness factors we need to verify the relationship between these factors in a future study. In addition, development of quantitative and qualitative performance indicators are needed. To establish a long-term education system, it is required to applying the excellent trainee's successful experiences.

건강체력 수준과 심혈관질환 관련 위험인자와의 관련성 (The Link between Health-related Physical Fitness Level and Cardiovascular Disease-related Risk Factors)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the link between health-related physical fitness level and cardiovascular disease-related risk factors in adult male workers. Methods: We tested cardiovascular disease-related risk factors (waist circumference, SBP, DPB, fasting glucose, TC, HDL-C, TG, LDL-C) and health-related physical fitness ($VO_2max$, grip, Sit-up, Flexibility, Body fat) and divided health-related physical fitness level of the subjects into 3 groups - A (very good, n=56), B (good, n=59), and C (below-average, n=57) according to the criterion of the Health and Fitness counseling guidelines of KOSHA. The statistical techniques such as standard deviation, one-way ANOVA and multiple regression (p<.05) were used. Results: There were significant differences between group C and group B & A (p<.001) in waist circumference, DBP, Fasting glucose, HDL-C, TG, LDL-C. In TC/HDL-C, TG/HDL-C, LDL-C/HDL-C, Group C was higher than group B and A. Conclusion: On the basis of these results, we identified that improvement of health-related physical fitness level positively effects on the decrease of cardiovascular disease-related risk factors.

비버 챌린지 2017을 통한 초등학생들의 컴퓨팅 사고 수준 분석 (Elementary School Students' Level of Computational Thinking through Bebras Challenge 2017)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 비버 챌린지 2017의 국내 문항 및 응시 결과를 분석함으로써 초등학생들의 컴퓨팅 사고 수준을 파악하는 것이다. 이를 위해 비버 챌린지 2017의 '도전하기' 결과 데이터를 바탕으로 초등학생 그룹 II(초등 3 4학년)와 그룹 III(초등 5 6학년)의 평가 요소별, 성별, 학년별 성취도를 기술 통계 및 추리 통계를 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 평가 요소별 성취도는 각 그룹 내에서 차이를 보였다. 또한, 성별에 따른 성취도는 그룹 II의 1개 영역을 제외하고는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 학년별 성취도는 그룹 III에서 학년 간 차이가 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 추후 초등학교 정보 교육에서 무엇을, 어떻게 평가할 수 있을지와 관련된 학생 수준에 관한 시사점을 제공하고, 후속 연구 수행에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

  • 초등학교 수학에서 자료와 가능성 영역은 통계적 과정에서 요구되는 기초적인 통계적 내용을 학습하여 통계의 기초 소양을 기르는 단원이다. 학생들은 실제 자료에서 정보를 추출하고, 이를 표와 그래프로 정리하여 결론을 통계적으로 추론하며, 합리적인 의사결정을 내리는 과정을 경험한다. 본 연구에서는 '그림그래프에서 추론하기' 과제에 대한 초등학교 5, 6학년 학생들의 통계적 소양을 분석하여 초등학교에서 추론 학습 가능성과 통계적 소양의 관점에서 그림그래프의 교육적 가치를 살펴본다. 학생들의 통계적 사고를 길러주는 것은 통계교육에서 중요한 목표이며, 비형식적인 통계 추론의 경험은 이후 학습할 형식적 통계적 추론에 도움을 줄 수 있다. 따라서 '그림그래프에서 추론하기' 과제에서 나타나는 초등학생들의 통계적 소양에 대한 논의는 학교 통계 교육에 유의미한 시사점을 제시할 것이다.

A Study on the Oral Health Literacy and Related Factors of Mother's in Some Areas

  • Background: This study aims to provide basic data for development of the level-based oral health care program depending on the mother's oral health literacy by finding out how mother's oral health literacy can effect on the preschool children's oral health and behavior. Methods: The survey was conducted on 192 mothers who have preschool children and the data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, multiple regression analysis to identify differences in verbal and functional oral health literacy. Results: The study showed statistical significance (p<0.05) in educational level depending on differences in verbal and functional oral health literacy by sociodemographic factor. In differences in verbal and functional literacy depending on experience of education for oral health behavior and oral health, statistical significance (p<0.05) was showed highly on verbal and functional literacy in the case that subjects have an experience of education for oral health and their children have not been experienced of oral illness. And when it comes to the case that subjects have experience of education for oral health within one to two years, statistical significance was showed highly on verbal literacy. It showed that verbal and functional oral health literacy effects to oral health care behavior of children judging from results that the higher level of mother's verbal oral health literacy, the higher score of children's oral health knowledge, attitude and behavior. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop the systematic program which is appropriate for characteristics of each oral period in childhood depending on level of primary caregiver's oral health literacy, and systematic education should be preceded to enhance the literacy of the caregiver. It is considered necessary to improve the oral health care of children by developing a manual for oral health care education to enhance primary caregiver's oral health literacy.

통합교육에 대한 유아교사의 인식과 태도에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influencing Factors of Recognition and Attitude of Early Childhood Teachers for Integrated Education)

  • 본 연구는 통합교육의 주체인 유아교사의 개인적인 변인들이 통합교육에 대한 교사의 인식과 태도에 미치는 영양을 분석하여 향후 장애유아 통합교육의 성공적이고 올바른 구현을 위한 기본전략 구상의 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 어린이집 교사들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 교사경력, 직급, 학력, 통합교육, 경험, 장애관련 연수의 개인적인 변인들이 통합교육에 대안 교사의 인식과 태도에 미치는 영향력을 분석하였다. 분석결과 교사 개인적인 변인들은 인식과 태도의 각 하위영역별로 각기 다른 차이와 영향강도를 보이고 있으나, 통합교육 경험과 장애관련 연수경험이 주요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이러한 결과들을 바탕으로 교사들의 현직교육을 활성화하여 장애관련 연수나 통합교육에 관한 실습 등을 실시하는 방안을 제시하였다.

젊은 유방암 환자의 자녀 특성에 따른 양육 스트레스, 양육 행동 및 부모교육 요구도 (Parenting Stress, Parental Behaviors and Need for Parental Education Relative to Children Characteristics of Young Women with Breast Cancer)

  • Purpose: This study was designed to explore the parental stress, behaviors and need for parental education of young women with breast cancer and how these variables are related to their children characteristics. Methods: The subjects were 110 young women with breast cancer who have a child. Data were collected using questionnaire of parenting stress, parental behaviors and need for parental education. Results: The subjects reported many unmet needs for parental education, and have the highest level of need for education related to breast cancer. Women with daughters have higher level of need for parental education compared to subjects with sons. There was a negative correlation between parenting stress and parental behaviors and between parenting stress and need of parental education. Conclusion: As these results, the development and application of parental education program for mothers with breast cancer in the future should be considered with the demographic characteristics, the social and cultural environment, parenting stress, and parental behaviors of parents and children.
