  • The advancements in scientific technology and information network in the 21st century allow us to easily acquire a desired knowledge. In the midst of today's informatization, globalization, and cultural diversification, adolescents experience emotional confusion while accommodating diverse cultures and information. This study aimed at examining three aspects of character suggested by the Ministry of Education, which are ethics, sociality, and emotion, and the actual sub-factors required for character education. To that end, a survey was conducted with adolescents who were at a character-building age, and social network analysis (SNA) was performed to determine the effect of character education on the sub-factors. The statistics program SPSS was used to investigate the general traits of the subjects and the validity of the research variables. The 2-mode data that were finally selected were converted to 2-mode data using NetMinder 4, which is a network analysis tool. Furthermore, a data network was established based on a quasi-network that represents the relationships between ethics, sociality, and emotion. The results of this study showed that the subjects considered honesty and justice to be the sub-domains of the ethics domain. In addition, they identified sympathy, communication, consideration for others, and cooperation as the sub-domains of the sociality domain. Finally, they believed that self-understanding and self-control were the sub-domains of the emotion domain.

  • The processes of informatization of the modern educational space are inextricably linked with the active introduction of innovative information technologies, which diversify the forms of education and upbringing. The use of these technologies in education due to their specific properties significantly enhances the clarity of learning, emotional impact on students, helps to deepen interdisciplinary links, intensifies students' work, and improves the organization of educational activities. Innovative information technologies offer new opportunities for the use of text, audio, graphic, and video information in lessons, enriching the methodological possibilities of the lesson. Today, the use of these technologies is becoming an integral part of the study of any subject. Using multimedia presentations, publications, and websites created by students in the learning process, they can develop learning skills. According to researchers, there are many multimedia programs for working with a computer in a music lesson, namely: a music player, a program for singing karaoke, a music constructor, music encyclopedias, and training programs. The introduction of innovative information technologies in the system of music education allows expanding learning opportunities.

  • The main idea of the work is to address issues related to the activation of incentives in students of educational institutions, as an integral part of motivation in pedagogy, which is one of the priorities of higher education, in turn, the correct and timely application of motivational factors allows qualitative analysis, on the activation of cognitive interest in training. The purpose of the article is to study and qualitatively assess the methods and ways to stimulate students while studying in higher education. In solving the set tasks, a qualitative analysis of the known literature on the definition and application of motivation in the educational process. Definitely a stimulating process as a factor of psychological motivation. It is concluded that neither in understanding the essence of the stimulus, its role in the regulation of behavior, nor in understanding the relationship between stimulation and stimulus does not exist.

  • In the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the foundation of software and hardware technologies through ICT, the technology to analyze the principles of information processing activities is the ability to implement programming. In this study, to improve the programming academic performance of electronics majors, firstly, we presented an effective teaching method in order to promote employment in the programming field by improving problem-solving skills and logical thinking skills in the programming field that electronics majors do not prefer. Secondly, we plan to promote intelligence informatization by converging intelligence information technology into the existing electronics industry by developing software utilization skills through programming curriculum that reflects the specificity and reality of electronics. Lastly, as computer programmers, we would like to expand creative talent education by developing learners' capabilities to cultivate smart talents who have both hardware and software capabilities.

  • For the purpose of this study, in order to adapt to the era of intelligent informatization in the 4th Industrial Revolution, we propose an information processing and analysis technology education plan that can solve problems through information search and collection. To this end, first, we explored the necessity and content of information processing and analysis technology in hyperconnection, hyperintelligence, and hyperconvergence under the theme of various majors in IT, focusing on understanding information technology in the software and hardware curriculum. Second, the curriculum improvement plan was proposed based on information literacy, computing thinking skills, and cooperative problem-solving skills for efficient software and hardware-linked curriculum operation based on information processing and analysis technology. Third, I would like to emphasize that it is essential to secure connectivity between other studies for future innovation in new technologies related to computer technology, machine technology, and infrastructure technology through hyperconnection, hyperintelligence, and hyperconvergence in the software and hardware curriculum. Through this, we intend to cultivate creative convergence talent required by the future society.

  • The current 7th Curriculum require elementary students to participate in an independent computer education class one time per week through means of discretion activity. However a national standard of this educational process has yet to be established, which has made regional provincial and city offices of education to choose textbooks for this purpose by discretion, that showed difference in quality, in operating education curriculums related to computer education for each classes in school such as continuing the repetitive contents without any rank or system. Also informatization education, which is one of national policies, might develop educational unbalance to young children who are to become the main characters in the future information society, due to excessive emphasis on aspect of using computer, which develops education mainly based on learning functions of applicable software. Therefore, we are proposing a discretion activity education curriculum model for utilization of computer education in elementary school which is showing regional difference based on former studies. This study will be helpful in substantiating of computer education in elementary schools in the future.

For this purpose the case interviewed with 24 professionals and management leaders of women education field are performed and 445 questionares from full time housewives who participate in at least one education program are analyzed. The findings of this study are followed. 1. The most preferred programs are sports/health program(28.8%), leisure program(26.5%), household income management program(15.9%), culture/arts program(15.2%) in percentage order. And the first preferred motivation of participation in the programs is the self development(38.4%). 2. The positive effect of program is founded more with participants in family oriented program and society oriented program than in individual oriented program. And the satisfaction degree of participants in family oriented program is higher than in individual/society oriented program. 3. The degree of demands for Program management and program characteristics is higher than the demands for program installations and program supplying methods. 4. In the area of effectiveness methods the demands for program systematization according to program level are most referred.

  • Computerization of educational administration following educational informatization of government has been steadily improved for the purpose of teachers' offload and job efficiency, finally resulting that NEIS(National Education Information System) has been completed. The NEIS consists of Nationwide service of NEIS, Business portal system of NEIS, Authentication management system and so on. Students, parents and civil petitioners handle civil affairs through Nationwide service of NEIS and teachers and persons of task conduct theirs business by accessing the Business portal system of NEIS. At this time, users have to obtain their certification from Authentication management system. Previous Studies were mainly focused on the evaluation about its performance according to the introduction of NEIS. But from now on there is a growing interest in security assessment and an efficient method for security improvement to check if NEIS works properly. Therefore, in this thesis, we'll propose an analytic framework in which security assessment is carried out after comprehending the fault structures through performing Fault Fishbone Analysis based on the Fault Tree Analysis. As a result of the system applied, the system had the highest rate of improvement to 47.7 percent.
