이미 SNMP를 기반으로 하는 망 관리 장치가 구현되어 있는 상황에서 OSI망을 기반으로 하는 시스템들로 구성된 망을 추가적으로 관리하고자 하면 새로운 망 관리 시스템을 개발해야 하는 것이 일반적이다. 그리고 OSI망을 기반으로 하는 통신망으로 구축된 시스템들을 관리하기 위해서는 CMIP을 사용하는 것이 표준으로 제시되어 왔다. 추가된 OSI망 요소들을 수용하기 위해, 새로운 망 관리 시스템을 개발하는 것은 개발비용과 기간을 고려하연 매우 비효율적이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존의 SNMP 기반의 망 관리 장치에서 망 인터페이스만을 변경하여 추가적인 OSI 망을 관리하는 시스템을 구축하는 방안과 구현방법을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this paper is to make a design and implementation of a diagnosis system of learning misconception of students who learn 'be' verb in the English language by using fuzzy theory. In this system, a fuzzy cognitive map exposes the fact that students' perception and misunderstanding about 'the English' language have an intertwined relationship, and diagnoses causes of misconceptions of students by using fuzzy memory associative memory. It suggests that since most existing systems of rule based expert system have had several limitations, this system will be applied to diagnose learners' misconception of learning in varieties of education areas.

This paper presents the implementation of an educational kit for intelligent system control education. Neural network control algorithms are presented and control hardware is embedded to control the inverted pendulum system. The RBF network and the MLP network are implemented and embedded on the DSP 2812 chip and other necessary functions are embedded on an FPGA chip. Experimental studies are conducted to compare performances of two neural control methods. The intelligent control educational kit(ICEK) is implemented with the inverted pendulum system whose movements of the cart is limited by space. Experimental results show that the neural controllers can manage to control both the angle and the position of the inverted pendulum systems within a limited distance. Performances of the RCT and the FEL control method are compared as well.

This study was conducted to reconstitute a family life education program for caregivers and to analyze the system of implementation. Based largely on a pre-existing program for caregiving families, I developed a new educational program. Personal time management and personal needs management were added in the content of the program order to help enhance self-esteem and internal control. The reconstituted educational program, which consists of 6 sessions, was implemented on a small group of caregivers in Jeollabukdo Province who support their elderly parents. The effectiveness of the program was evaluated by a pre-test, a post-test, a follow-up test and open-questionnaire reports. The results from the post-test suggest that the program has been effective in improving the knowledge on aging process, internal control and self-esteem. But the follow-up test results show the program has been effective only in improving the knowledge on aging process. According to the open-questionnaire reports, the program seems to have been effective in improving interpersonal relationships and changing attitudes toward their elderly parents.

DES는 수학의 치환을 사용한 암호 알고리즘이다. 현재는 이를 개선한 AES가 표준화되어 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 중 고등학교의 특별활동 자료로 사용할 수 있도록 DES를 소개하고 이의 구현을 시도하였다. 특히 한글의 처리를 할 수 있도록 하였다. 수학의 간단한 이론이 현대의 복잡한 정보화 사회에서 첨단 기술로 사용하고 있음을 알 수 있다.

This paper analyzed four different perspectives on health care reform in Korea in terms of the basic values, formulated problems and reform plans, implementation methods, and supporting groups. The medical security plan was insisted by social security specialists and social activists focusing on the integration of medical insurance coops in order to enhancing equity and right of the people. However, its perspective was limited to promoting security instead of reforming health care system. The government proposed the health care reform plans in 1994 and in 1997, focusing on promoting efficiency by remedying many problems in health care delivery system. However, its implementation was not successful due to the lack of organizational and financial supporters. Recently, two opposite proposals were issued. The market reform plan paid attention to revitalizing the market function to promoting efficiency by allowing hospitals to treat private patients instead of applying the medical insurance regulation. The government reform plan focused on intensifying governmental planning and intervention in the health care sector in order to removing inefficiency and promoting equity with the supports of social activists and labor unions. Finally, this paper proposed an alternative plan to promote harmonious social relationship between actors in the health care system.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to find factors influencing needlestick and sharp injuries (NSI). Methods: This study was a descriptive research for current situation of NSI, recognition and implementation for standard precaution, and factors influencing NSI exposures. The subjects were 450 nursing students of 2 universities in Seoul and Kyunggi-do. The data were collected from June to November, 2008. The gathered data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and regression analysis. Results: The 33.8% of 450 nursing students experienced NSI during 2 weeks clinical training. NSI events were more common among third-year students than second-year students. The most common causative device causing needlestick injuries was blood glucose lancet as 12.4%. Frequencies influencing NSI were students' year and experience of needlestick injuries. Conclusion: The results suggest development of education guidelines for nursing students and implementation of continual systematic education and training in clinic to control blood-borne infections efficiently.

The purpose of this study was to investigate elementary school teachers'concern and implementation of differentiated instruction of mathematics. To achieve the purpose, this study applied measurements of CBAM, including Stages of Concern Questionnaire and Innovation Configurations Checklist, to 133 elementary school teachers. The results indicated that most teachers were in awareness stage, which meant they had little concern on differentiated mathematics instruction. As well as, analysis on innovation configurations revealed that b and c variation, each referred to fidelity to and deviance from national curriculum standard relatively, were dominant in their instruction. Based on the results, the study suggested implications on future policies and teacher training for differentiated mathematics instruction.

This study explored changes of preservice biology teachers' pedagogical knowledge and science teaching efficacy belief after the science pedagogy course. Preservice biology teachers who did not take any science pedagogy courses had an opportunity to engage in discussions of educational theories and group activities of instructional design utilizing science instructional models as a first step to develop practical knowledge. These preservice teachers represented a statistically significant increase in their scores on pedagogical knowledge including theory, student development, planning, and implementation, but no statistical difference in their scores measuring science teaching efficacy belief. In addition, the correlation results indicated that the science teaching efficacy belief is related to implementation even though the magnitude is relatively moderate.

무선 네트워크를 실습하는 데에는 직접 무선 네트워크 장비를 가지고 하는 방법과 시뮬레이터를 가지고 하는 방법이 있다. 그러나 직접 무선 네트워크 장비를 가지고 하거나 시뮬레이터를 가지고 하는 방법은 실습 공간의 부족함과 장비들이 각각 필요한 점, 그리고 시뮬레이터들은 각 PC에 설치하여 실습을 해야 하는 불편한 점들이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 실제 실습 환경을 모델링 하여 실습 애플리케이션에 적용하고 학생용과 교수용에 맞는 모텔을 보여준다. 또한 웹 기반에서 설치할 필요 없이 무선 네트워크 실습을 할 수 있는 애플리케이션을 구현하는 방법을 제시한다.
