  • Modern residing equipment developed much quantitatively along with economic growth but improvement for agreeable residing space of indoor environment is insufficient situation yet. Also, the latest sick-building syndrome discharging room contaminant such as Formaldehyde, toluene, radon etc. built house or buildings newly human body threaten. Radon of them is real condition that raise origination of lung cancer next to smoke. So, wish to in this research by one of solution way of these problems adsorption performance and specie performance excellent activated carbon to concrete bricks for deconstipating suppository that is room finish fare mix and examine closely after grasp physical, mechanical special quality, hazardous substance and specie performance effect. According to result that estimate environment efficiency evaluation, the $CO_2$ absorption amount displayed decrease effect more than about 90% in activated carbon metathesis rate 40% and radon release amount displayed tendency that decrease about $76{\sim}96%$ in activated carbon metathesis rate 40%.

  • Recently, There has been much discussed about unused space. This space can be used in a variety of ways. Utilizing it as a facility, craft shop, and utilizing renewable energy generation facilities. Especially, in terms of climate change should be supplied renewable energy. Renewable energy needs to be developed in terms of responding to climate change, and the recent Paris agreement is also emphasizing the importance of renewable energy. In particular, renewable energy needs to be widely disseminated. And renewable energy is limited space. In this regard, idle land can provide opportunities for securing new renewable energy generation facilities. The introduction of new and renewable energy facilities in idle space can enhance the self-sufficiency rate of the local community, which is significant in terms of responding to climate. In this study, to investigate the possibility of utilizing a unused space for a photovoltaic power generation facility, we investigated the amount of electricity which could be generated through photovoltaic power generation, and the economic effects, using a RETScreen model. The results showed that 9,738 MWh of power can be generated and that $4,540tCO_2eqcan$ be saved. Regarding the economic effect, the net present value of the facility was shown to be 2,247,389,020 KRW. As the net present value was shown to be positive, we believe that the installation of a photovoltaic power generation facility in an unused space would have a positive economic effect. We found the net present value following the fluctuation of the SMP price to be positive, though there was some variation. However, as the economic efficiency was shown to be low because the net present value in relation to the maintenance costs was negative, we believe that maintenance costs must be taken fully into account when evaluating economic efficiency. In particular, as subsidies can be used to cover maintenance costs which must be factored into photovoltaic power generation, we believe that photovoltaic power generation can have an economic effect. Because spaces not currently in use can have a positive economic effect as renewable energy power generation facilities, and can also contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, unused spaces are thought to greatly help local governments to cope with climate change as well as reinforcing their related capabilities. We believe our study will help local governments with decisions relating to unused real estate utilization in the future.

최적화 기법을 이용한 에너지 효율 프로그램의 지원금 수준 산정 (Estimation of Rebate Level for Energy Efficiency Programs Using Optimization Technique)

  • This paper presents the evaluation procedures and the estimation method for the estimation of optimal rebate level for EE(Energy Efficiency) programs. The penetration amount of each appliance is estimated by applying price function to preferred diffusion model resulted from model compatibility test. To estimate the optimal rebate level, two objective functions which express the maximum energy saving and operation benefit are introduced and by multi-objective function which can simultaneously consider two objective functions the optimal rebate level of each appliance is estimated. And then, using the decided rebate level and each penetration amount, the priority order for reasonable investment of each high-efficiency appliance is estimated compared to the results of conventional method. Finally, using a benefit/cost analysis based on California standard practice manual, the economic analysis is implemented for the four perspectives such as participant, ratepayer impact measure, program administrator cost and total resource cost.

국내 2+1차로 도로 도입에 따른 교통운영 및 경제적 비용 측면의 기대효과 분석 (Evaluation of 2+1 Roads Application to Improve Rural Two-lane Highway in Korea)

  • PURPOSES: The purpose of this paper is to estimate expected effects on traffic operational and economic aspects of 2+1 roads application in Korea. METHODS : Micro simulation study using VISSIM 5.0 was used to analyze the operation efficiency of 2+1 roads compared to two-lane highways and four-lane highways. Some scenarios for various traffic volumes were set up in order to analyze the effect of 2+1 roads under various traffic situations. Also imaginary road networks were set up for each type of roads. The MOEs to measure the operation efficiency were selected with average travel speed and delay. For analyzing economic effect of 2+1 roads, construction cost of a specific imaginary 2+1 road was compared to construction cost of a four-lane highway with same conditions. RESULTS: The results of study show that a 2+1 road is more effective with 19 percents higher average travel speed and 39 percents lower average delay than a two-lane highway. In the economic analysis, construction costs to construct a 2+1 road are saved as approximately 26.4~40.7 percents when compared to construction of four-lane highway. CONCLUSIONS: It can be concluded that 2+1 roads can improve the traffic operational level of service for two-lane highways and 2+1 roads can be applied as an effective design alternative for higher-volume two-lane highways in Korea.

공공 정보통신기술(ICT)사업의 투자 평가기준이 사업성공에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Investment Evaluation Criteria of Public ICT Projects on Business Success)

  • 공공 정보통신기술(ICT)사업의 투자 평가 체계를 세우는 것은 궁극적으로 정부 재정이 투자되는 공공 ICT사업의 성공률을 높이고 사업의 활성화를 꾀함으로써 국가 경제 성장 기반 구축 및 글로벌 ICT산업 경쟁력을 제고 하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 기존 평가 체계에 따라 수립된 공공 ICT사업 투자 평가 요인이 실제 사업 성공에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하고, 향후 투자 평가 요인에 대한 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 선행 연구를 통해 공익성, 경제성, 기술성, 정책성 및 예산효율성 등 다섯 개의 평가 요인을 도출하였고, 이를 실제 사업에 직접 참여했던 전문가들의 설문을 통해 이러한 평가 기준이 실제 사업 성공에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 또한 ICT사업의 투자 평가 요인과 사업성공 사이에서 정부의 지원제도에 대한 조절 작용 여부도 확인하였다. 측정 도구의 신뢰도 및 타당도, 구조 모형 분석, 경로 분석 등을 실증분석하고, 기존 ICT 투자 평가 요인의 유의성을 검증하였다.

  • There are lots of buildings which were built before the Legislation on building energy rating system. Remodeling of the buildings would be required for an improvement of the building energy rating system was enforced by the government. In the Passive Building Design, Elements which will be used for the remodeling are Insulation, Window, External venetian blind, Heat exchanger. The Purpose of this study is to indicate a Method for the improvement of Energy saving by an analysis of Construction Cost, Cost Evaluation, Energy performance Efficiency in applied design elements. In this study, the remodeling of existing public buildings to improve energy efficiency rating was applied to extract the elements of design-specific energy performance, efficiency, and the application of the designs that has been analyzed. The results were as follows: applying the design-specific cost-effective investment that represents the economy (investment efficiency/%) surveyed the average insulation(7.0%), triple glazed windows(10.1%), double glazed windows(12.1%), external shading(24.5%), and Heat(77.2%) were analyzed in order to be more efficient. Analysis of the basis of information on the existing public buildings to improve energy efficiency rating for the remodeling depending on driving conditions at a degree of individual difference. The main effect, however, depending on economic investment, design elements, heat exchangers, external awning, double glazed windows, triple glazed windows, insulation, is recommended as review of the order shall be determined.

건축물 리모델링 사례 분석을 통한 경제성 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Economic Assessment Through Case Study of Remodeling)

  • This research is aiming to specify the requirement of the investment such as intial cost, running cost earning rate to make effective investment considering the purpose of remodeling and economical value of store building enough to meet the initial purpose of remodeling. The review of earning for economical evaluation was performed by the on-site auditing on the structure and function of the building and applying the assessment simulation program, which is to find the possible business model to identify the requirement of building owner through case study. After the research, the following results are obtained. First, it is important that many aspects should be carefully analysis and the best method should be selected as characteristics of remodeling can be defer each other in their implementations. Second, though the remodeling of exist building to promote the functions has been applied, no suitable assessment tool has bee developed for deciding the level of remodeling in the view of economical efficiency so far. Third, the economical benefit was evaluated by analysing annual earning rate which is applied by investment items and recovery period for the investment. More specific date base should be established to apply the suggested economic acessments in business enough ti forecast the future circumstances. More researches should be promoted on the area continuously as well as the integrated economic evaluation of remodeling on existing building.

R&D 프로젝트 성과의 경제적 가치 측정 모델 연구 (A Study on Economic Measurement Model of R&D Project Performance)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 연구개발(R&D) 프로젝트의 성과를 재무적 가치로 측정하기 위한 모델을 제안하는 것이다. 이를 위해 선행 연구를 통해 연구개발 프로젝트 성과를 측정할 수 있는 지표를 추출하고, 그 측정 방법을 제시하였다. R&D 성과를 재무적 가치로 환산하려는 일부 시도가 있었으나 전문가 평가, 예상 매출액, 미래시장 점유율, 할인율, 순현재가치, 실물옵션 접근법 등 주관적 의견과 과도한 예측으로 측정결과에 대한 의문이 제기되었다. 이러한 문제점을 보완하고 다양한 각도에서 재무적 가치로 평가가 가능한 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 개발된 모델을 국내 IT 기업의 실제 사례를 통하여 검증을 실시하여 신뢰성을 높였기 때문에 추후 기업의 R&D 프로젝트에 대한 경제적 평가에 새로운 전기를 마련할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

최근 3년간 수입 유연탄 분석 및 연소열성능 해석을 활용한 석탄화력 발전소 탄종 경제성 평가 연구 (Economic Evaluation of Coals Imported in Last 3 Years for Power Plant Based on Thermal Performance Analysis)

  • In this study, the economic evaluation for imported coals was conducted for power plant based on thermo-dynamical performance analysis. The number of coal types considered was 1,755 imported by five power generation companies in Korea during the 2010-2012. The higher heating value (HHV) of the coals ranged 4,000-6,500 kcal/kg, mostly sub-bituminous. The 1D thermo-dynamical performance modeling was performed for a 500 MWe standard power plant using PROATES code. It was founded that the low rank coals had negative effects on the plant efficiency mainly due to the increased heat loss by moisture, hydrogen and flue gas. Based on the performance analysis, the economic performance of the coals was evaluated. The apparent price of low-rank coals tended to be significantly lower than design coal; for example, the unit price of coal with a HHV of 4,000 kcal/kg was 57% of the reference coal having 6,080 kcal/kg. Considering the negative effects leading to a decrease in the thermal performance, heating value compensation, and increased parasite load, the corrected unit cost for the coal with 4,000 kcal/kg was 90.7% of the reference coal. Overall, the cost saving by imported coals was not high as expected.

All-in-one 어태치먼트 기반 PHC 파일 원커팅 두부정리 자동화 로봇의 프로토타입 개발 (Development of an All-in-one Attachment-based PHC Pile Head Cutting Robot Prototype)

  • The primary objective of this study is to develop a prototype of all-in-one attachment-based PHC pile head cutting robot that improves the conventional work in safety, productivity, and quality. For this, the following research works are conducted sequentially; 1)literature review, 2)development of an all-in-one attachment-based PHC pile head cutting robot prototype, 3)performance evaluation of each device, 4)economic analysis of an automated method. As a result, PHC pile cutting level sensing device, PHC pile cutting device, PHC pile handling device are developed. Futhermore, working process of an automated method is developed based on result of performance evaluation. According to the economic analysis result, the cost of the automated method was 21.37% less than that of the conventional method, and the economic efficiency was also superior(ROR 215.44%, Break-even Point 5.52month). It is expected that conclusions for future improvements are used in the development of the all-in-one attachment-based PHC pile head cutting robot to practical use.
