This paper presents a design and implementation of Android-base Total Weather Information using XML(eXtensible Markup Language) techniques. Weather Information are changed using GPS location provider and XML parsing techniques according to the current location, This application alarms the weather information as the English voices when some alarm events appear regardless of the application access or finish. We design the user interface simple because the first impression is important in all applications.

The Synchronized Multimedia Integration Language (SMIL) is a declarative markup language based on the eXtensible Markup Language (XML) to define a set of markup tags for synchronizing the timing and positioning relationships between multimedia objects. SMIL makes authoring of TV-like multimedia presentations on the Web easier for applications such as electronic commerce. We present the design and implementation of a JAVA-based SMIL player, which processes different types of media objects using multiple threads. Moreover, its cache engine detects the media type and allocates the proper cache memory for the corresponding media object.

Problem of compatibility, contents protection, contents circulation etc. was caused between contents offerer and consumers by indiscreet rights technical development about digital contents. Therefore, MPEG-21 framework proposed the REL(Right Expression Language) based on XML(eXtensible Markup Language) by rights expression language for rights management. We designed and implemented of the REL document editing system that rights creation and edit are available efficiently about contents easily without comprehension of MPEG-21 framework and client system that present consumption method of REL document.

In general, the wireless services based on markup language and provided with wired network requires dedicated gateway system. But in this case, the serious problems such as security vulnerabilities, damage of contents are occurred to the application. In this paper, to improve above problems, we designed and implemented the new application named "Interacted Wired St Wireless Student Information System" using J2ME(Java 2 Micro Edition) platform and XML(eXtensible Markup Language) to transmit user data safely and support the system extendibility maintaining data format consistency respectively.pectively.

이기종 시스템들 간의 멀티미디어 문서 교환을 목적으로 제정된 국제 표준어 SGML(Standard Generalized Markup Language)이다[1]. 이 SGML문서로 구축된 각종 파일이나 데이터베이스들은 온라인에 의한 정보검색에 한정되어 있다. 현재 많이 활용하는 웹(WWW)에서는 이들을 XML 문서로 변환되어야 Internet상에서 이용할 수 있다. XML(eXtensible Markup Language)은 이기종 시스템들간의 문서를 교환하고 이를 웹을 통하여 보여줄 수 있다[2]. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 SGML문서를 이용하여 SML문서 형태로 변환하는 방안을 제시하고, 이를 구현하는데 목적이 있다.

The speedy development of the world-wide web is rapidly growing the internet-based tools for the remote instruction. In interchanging and expressing the information of one another on the web, it is produced through the form of HTML(Hyoertext Text Markup Language). However, the structural disadvantage of the HTML is becoming to require a powerful XML(eXtensible Markup Language) which can store all the sphere of data, and transform them into another form. Nevertheless, because the powerful XML(eXtensible Markup Language). However necessary that XML standard should be applied appropriately. Because existing lecture data of cyber education sites cannot be shared, the users should passively use only the functions offered by cyber school. To solve the problem of this limit, in this study, the standardized data structure for XML is defined, and system model for processing between the server and the client is provided. By storing the lecture data of cyber education sites as XML on the web, stored data came to be reused without changing on any site. In the view of Users, they could used the Internet service with equipment that they want at any place and any time. To control any kinds of CK\LMS(Cyber Lecture Management System) for Administrator and Users, we offered a variety of Multimedia applications and an easy interface and built a new style of CLMS. Therefore, by strong and extracting the data related with the virtual education of the secondary school through the form of XML, for the effective interchange and sharing of the information, maximum utilization of the information can be achieved.

Since current HTML used on the internet is to use restricted tag, it is not easy to store information and extract data from information of document. XML defined newly tag and is easy to store information and extract data from information. So XML is easier to transact information rather than HTML. XML is suitable for enterprise's requirement needs data exchange between heterogeneous databases. This paper proposes web agent for data replication between heterogeneous DBMSs(Database Management System). Web agent system maneges database on the web and exchange data in heterogeneous database using XML. Then we designed and implemented for web agent of data replication between heterogeneous DBMSs.

Because consumer can distribute to another person copying contents that buy because of and user can distribute producing ashes again according to necessary field by oneself as well as, can lose meaning for original contents.
