Small-screen mobile terminals have difficulty accessing existing Web resources designed for large-screen devices. This paper presents an adaptive transformation method based on webpage semantic features to solve this problem. According to the text density and link density features of the webpages, the webpages are divided into two types: index and content. Our method uses an index-based webpage transformation algorithm and a content-based webpage transformation algorithm. Experiment results demonstrate that our adaptive transformation method is not dependent on specific software and webpage templates, and it is capable of enhancing Web content adaptation on small-screen terminals.

전통기업의 e-Transformation을 위래서 온라인/오프라인 기업들은 새로운 비즈니스 모델 수립을 모색하고 있으며, 정부는 업종별 B2B 전자상거래 사업을 추진하는 등 부단한 노력을 하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 노력에도 불구하고, 세계적으로 B2B Marketplace들의 경영 부진 및 저조한 시장참여도 현상이 매우 심각한 것으로 나타나고 있다. 이에 국내 유통산업의 B2B현황 및 문제점을 살펴보고, 선진국의 유통산업 동향을 고려하여 국내 유통산업의 바람직한 e-Marketplace 구현 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 전자상거래 활용 및 대응을 위한 e-Marketplace의 역할 및 의의를 살펴보고, 선진유통업계의 전략적 제휴를 통한 e-Marketplace 구축 사례 분석 및 국내 유통산업 entities의 needs분석을 바탕으로 유통산업에서의 e-Marketplace 구현방안을 수립하였다. 특별히 본 논문에서는 유통산업 전자상거래 ISP에서 검토된 실질적 방안을 제시하는데 중점을 두었다.

Denote $$E(X,{\sigma})=\{{\alpha}{\in}T(X):{\forall}x,\;y{\in}X,\;(x,y){\in}{\sigma}\;\text{implies}\;x{\alpha}=y{\alpha}\}.$$. Then $E(X,{\sigma})$ is a subsemigroup of T(X). In this paper, we characterize two semigroups of type $E(X,{\sigma})$ when they are isomorphic.

This paper proposes a design procedure based on the LQG/LTR (Linear Quadratic Gaussian/ Loop Transfer Recovery) method for a launch vehicle. Continuous-discrete type LQG/LTR compensators are designed using the e-transformation to overcome numerical problems occurring in the process of discretization. The e-LQG/LTR compensator using the e-transformation is compared width the z-LQG/LTR compensator using the z-transformation. The performance of the overall system controlled by the compensator is evaluated via simulations, which show that the discretization error problem is resolved and the control performances are satisfactory in the proposed compensator.

Sonication tremendously improves the efficiency of Agrobacterium infection by introducing small and uniform fissures and channels throughout the targeted tissue. Using shoot tips of cotton as explants, the effect of sonication treatment and virulence genes in Agrobacterium tumefaciens on transformation efficiency was investigated. The pat gene which encodes resistance to the herbicide, glufosinate, was used as a selectable marker. Transformation efficiency was evaluated on th basis of survival rates of cocultivated shoot tips on selection medium containing 2.5 mg/l gulfosinate-ammonium(ppt) adn 25. mg/l Clavamax. Sonication from 5 to 15 second has a positive effect on shoop tip survival. However, whil virE as well as virG or vir GN54D showed an enhancement in transformation efficiency, virE,. virG resulted in the most significant enhancement. Overall, the combination of additional virG/virE gene and sonication treatment resulted in the most significant increase in transformation efficiency.

In this paper, we investigate industrial product intermediary's transformation strategy by exploiting advantages afforded by web based information technologies. Our motivation for this research stems from exploring intermediary's responding strategy to cope with supplier's threatening to disintermediation. From transaction cost perspective, internet can induce both the vertical quasi-integration (electronic hierarchy) and outsourcing (electronic market). Our rationale on directing one of these bi-directional movements is specified on intermediary's value adding on the supply chain. As such, we investigated supply chain performance, IT effects on customer's requirement of channel functions, and channel power structure. Propositions to suggest contingent e-transforming strategic alternatives are logically derived from dyadic nature of supply chain characteristics such as efficiency versus customer services, and supplier dominant versus easy replaceability of suppliers. The contingent e-transformation framework developed from intermediary's perspective is reviewed through longitudinal industry case analysis. Implications from the industry case analysis give us insights for the effectiveness of the framework to combine supply chain characteristics with intermediary's e-transformation.

제조업의 e-Transformation을 통한 경쟁력 향상 방안은 닷컴 기업의 수익성 향상 등과 함께 e-비즈니스 모델 설계의 주요 이슈이다. 본 논문에서는 제조기업의 e-Business화라는 포괄적인 주제에 대하여 철강산업을 대상으로 변화에 대한 주요 요소와 관련된 실증적 사례를 제시하는데 초점을 두었다. 주요 변화관리(Change Management) 요소로는 기업의 내,외부 공급사슬 최적화, 고객관계관리, 구매 및 판매 관련 전자상거래와 정보시스템 활용 등을 정의하고, 이와 관련된 AS-IS 대비 TO-BE의 성과 향상을 위한 개선가능요인(Improvement Potential)과 달성방안을 전개하였다. 본 논문의 특징은 재고 등 내부 효율성 관련 성과 및 고객과 관련된 서비스 수준 향상을 위한 공급사슬 상에서의 Electronic 가치사슬의 재구성과 Logic 개선요소를 철강산업의 실증적 사례를 통하여 제시한데 있다.

수많은 정보시스템들이 기업 및 조직에 도입되고 있다. 이러한 정보시스템들의 도입 효과 분석에는 많은 어려움이 따르는데, 특히 기존의 시스템을 e-business화 하는 e-transformation화 되고 있는 진행중인 시스템에 대한 평가는 난해면이 많다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이러한 경우의 정보시스템 효과평가를 위한 모델 수립을 위한 탐색적 연구 결과를 소개하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 기존문헌 고찰을 통해 정보시스템 성과평가를 위한 모델과 방법론의 한계 및 이슈를 도출하고, 이를 극복하기 위해 EEM(E-transformation Evaluation Model) 모델과 방법론 구축의 필요성을 도출한다. EEM모델에서는 정보시스템도입의 현재 효과평가뿐만 아니라 현재에는 IT 효과가 일어나지 않지만 향후 정보시스템을 통한 IT효과측정이 가능하므로 측정대상에 따라 다각적인 적용이 가능하여 기업의 정책수립에 큰 도움이 되리라 사료된다.
