본 연구의 목적은 국제이해교육 과목에 대해 효과적인 교사교육 방법론의 하나로 등장하고 있는 e-티칭 포트폴리오를 적용하여 예비교사를 대상으로 하는 국제이해교육 과목에 개발하여 적용하고, 그 결과를 분석함으로써 국제이해교육 교사교육에 대한 e-티칭 포트폴리오 적용 가능성을 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 예비교사를 대상으로 하는 국제이해교육 과목의 e-티칭 포트폴리오를 설계 및 개발하여 수업에서 적용한 후, 적용에 대한 수강생의 인식을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 예비교사들은 e-티칭 포트폴리오 개발 및 적용에 대해 자료 축적 및 관리, 자기성찰의 기회, 생소함에서 오는 저항과 부담, 티칭 역량 향상 및 증빙을 통한 미래 준비, 소통을 통한 전문성 신장 기회 등으로 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 예비교사들의 교육전문성 향상을 위한 교육의 방법으로서 e-티칭 포트폴리오가 유용하게 활용될 수 있음을 시사하는 결과이다.

In order to implement e-trade infrastructure through the radical innovation of trade process, e-trade platform which is called 'uTradehub' has been developed for three years. After pilot operation of this platform in 2007, the formal service of e-trade such as logistics, customs and foreign exchanges had been provided in 2008. However, the usage of e-Trade platform is not the level of users' satisfaction because trade-related communities have not actively participated into e-trade platform and several functions with users requirements are necessary to develop additionally. In this regard, there are strong demands to suggest some strategies for application and usage proliferation of e-trade platform. Therefore, this paper would like to evaluate the current status of e-trade platform service and usage by the theoretical consideration of preceding researches and practical analysis of statistical data. Then, it will explore several service improvement ideas in terms of system supplementation and integration, electronic documents standardization, radical change of using fee, global connection, user oriented education and advertisement.

The purpose of this paper is to develop an evaluation model for e-government system in Korea which is one of world best practices of e-government systems. We have presented a method to perform an efficiency analysis of each e-government service which in a component of e-government system in Korea and to establish a benchmark target for each e-government service. To do this, the output-oriented DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) CCR model was performed for the selected 12 e-government public services of Korean e-government system in this paper. As a result of DEA analysis, first the internet civil appeal support service, the employment comprehensive information service, and the company support information service were evaluated as the efficient solutions among the 12 e-government public services. Second the remaining 9 e-government public services were evaluated as the inefficient information services which should be improved in terms of their service levels. Finally the benchmark targets for the inefficient e-government services were suggested to improve those inefficient systems through DEA analysis.

These days international trade has been converting to e-Trade formation. At this point, Korea has been striving for the trade facilitation; reducing logistics cost and improving foreign competitiveness by computerization operations of the maritime transportation that logistics and customs clearance are involved. However, due to the substantial characteristic of logistics service, the necessity of flexible and various logistics service development using internet has been strongly suggested. In particular, the logistics service which could share documents related to international physical movement between shippers and logistics organization. In this regard, this study carried out interview to explore the problems of physical distribution service and to suggest development direction of e-logistics service. The reason why this survey carried out is that most of users want more effective e-logistic service that could diminish successively real expense decrease. After analysis of survey results, this paper presents the basic development direction and emphasis development subjects. Therefore, the basic direction is presented from four viewpoints; customer-oriented approach, service-oriented approach, total approach and step-by-step implementation. Furthermore six development subjects; web-based standard module development for small and medium forwarders, development of standard logistics ERP system, collaboration model between KTNET and KLNET, system improvement for real users, on-demand system building for SMEs and connection with legacy system have been required.

With the spread of Internet, e-business using Internet technology is being actively developed and operated. Currently, on behalf of the international e-business framework, International standard such as ebXML and Web Service is being advanced. We are able to publish and search business information through ebXML and Web Service and then actual trading between partners is accomplished. By the way, it is Registry that play an important part in e-business. Registry is an e-business infrastructure for enabling building, deploying, and the discovery of business Information. We can do e-business through Registries dynamically and share the resources. Representatives of Registry are ebXML and UDDI used as an international standard. We will meet with some problems when using Registries. ebXML Is focused on B2B collaborations and Web Service Is focused on application integrations. So we must use ebXML and Web Service characteristically, and sometimes use all at need. ebXML and Web Service contain business information by Registry specific way. So When using the services offered by ebXML and Web Service, we should access each Registry by using Registry specific tools. This thesis intended to integrate business information from ebXML Registry and UDDI Registry to accomplish e-business conveniently This thesis defined the common data model as well as integrated query language for integrated access to ebXML and Web Service along with design and implementation of the system.

XML(eXtensible Markup Language)은 인터넷과 e-비즈니스를 위한 글로벌 표준으로서 전자상거래의 보급 속도에 따라 XML의 활용도가증가하고 있다. 이러한 환경에서 전자상거래시에 교환되는 전자문서의 보다 안전한 보안서비스를 제공하기 위한 방안이 필요하다. XML정보보호기술 중 XML키 관리 규격(XKMS)은 다양하고 복잡한 기능의 전자상거래 애플리케이션에서 전자문서의 서명을 검증하거나 암호화하는 공개키를 관리하는 프로토콜을 정의한다. 본 논문에서는 XML 기반 보안서비스 특성에 착안하여 안전한 전자상거래를 위한 XML키 정보서비스(X-KISS)에 대한 분석과 표준안에 근거한 서비스 참조 모델을 제시하고, 기반 되는 서비스 컴포넌트를 구현하여 서비스 모델링을 수행하였다. 본 논문에서 제시된 참조 모델은 식별정보가 주어졌을 때, 필요로 하는 공개키 위치와 식별자 정보, 공개키 연결 기능을 제공한다. 구현한 클라이언트 서비스 컴포넌트의 요청 및 검색 쓰레드의 비율을 제한하여 실시간 키 검색에 대한 컴포넌트의 최소 성능을 분석하였다. 본 논문의 서비스 모델링은 향후 국내 e-비즈니스 프레임워크 구성 시 표준적 인 보안 모델을 구현할 수 있는 지침을 제공할 것이다.

Due to the advance of the Internet, the electronic commerce is getting more widely used, and customer's demand for the e-Commerce service quality is rapidly increasing. On the other hand, e-Commerce companies required the Internet services whose quality is provided more reliable service to their customers. Therefore, it is very important to provide both e-Commerce companies and customers with the measurement and service quality in real-life network environment. But the research on the service quality measurement method for electronic commerce systems has been limited because ISP and e-Commerce providers seldom disclose detailed service measures such as, where and how much service delay incurred. In this paper, we construct sample e-Commerce systems and try to measure the service quality of the systems in real network environment. We have analyzed the delay zones and causes using a measurement tool. We must reflect the improvement method against delay causes. Accordingly, the customers can be experiences the better service quality. We hope that this research will be the groundwork for future research on the service quality of various types of e-Commerce systems and online services.

기존의 QoE(Quality of Experience) 측정 방식은 서비스 제공 서버에서부터 사용자가 서비스를 받는 단말기 까지 전체 구간을 묶어 측정 하였다. 이는 단순히 QoE 품질의 좋고 나쁨만을 판단할 수 있었으며 QoE 품질이 나빠질 경우 해결 방안을 제시 할 수 없었다. 또한 QoE 지표가 무수히 많기 때문에 어떻게 사용해야 하는 국제적 규정이 없다. 본 논문은 QoE 지표를 네트워크와 사용자 관점에서 분석하여 서비스를 제공하는 서버부터 라우터 까지, 라우터에서 서비스 받는 단말기 까지, 서비스 라우터에서 사용자 라우터 까지 3부분으로 나누고 각각의 영역에 맞는 QoE 지표 프레임을 제시한다. 이를 통하여 KOREN-CERNET 환경에서 QoE 네트워크를 설계 및 구현하고 QoE 네트워크의 안정성, 사용자 불만해결 시간 단축, 네트워크 변화에 따른 컨텐츠 적응 효과를 입증하였다.

Most important to financial institutions is to provide well designed and built services to the customers by accessing their core bank systems and affiliated systems in their partners. This will be essential to introduce new products and services and still be able to count on legacy and collaborative affiliated systems. Winning the war on such service competitions among financial institutions is attainable by seizing the "e-bank" opportunities in B2Bi and CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Such application integrations among systems and "e-bank" services need to be available in the new IT environment. In this article, an If and service architecture adopting unified e-business services platform is proposed. This architecture is able to achieve application integrations among legacy, affiliated, and e-business systems and services. We derive an architecture in unified e-business services platform by investigating current and future e-business services platforms involved in domestic and global international banks. Several financial interchange standards which are involved in B2B business of e-procurement, e-placement, e-payment are also investigated.

The term, eGovernmen or e-Government, uses technology communications devices such as computers and the Internet to provide public services to citizens and others. The eGovernment or e-government provides citizens with new opportunities to access the government directly and conveniently, while the government provides citizens with directservices. Also, in these days, cloud computing is a feature that enables users to use computer system resources, especially data storage (cloud storage) and on-demand computing power, without having to manage themselves. The term is commonly used to describe data centers that are available to many users over the Internet. Today, the dominant Big Cloud is distributed across multiple central servers. You can designate it as an Edge server if it is relatively close to the user. However, despite the prevalence of e-government and cloud computing, each of these concepts has evolved. Research attempts to combine these two concepts were not being made properly. For this reason, in this work, we aim to produce independent and objective analysis results by separating progress steps for the analysis of e-government cloud service platforms. This work will be done through an analysis of the development process and architectural composition of the e-government development standard framework and the cloud platform PaaS-TA. In addition, this study is expected to derive implications from an analysis perspective on the direction and service composition of the e-government cloud service platform currently being pursued.
